초록

에너지이용의 합리화와 에너지환경의 개선을 목표로 각 소비자가 활동하고 있는 해당 지역에서부터 관련 에너지기술의 접목을 통한 환경의 조화와 더불어 에너지소비를 줄여 나가면서 필요하게 될 에너지 공급의 확충을 결정지어 나가는 (지역에너지계획제도)를 구축하고 또 그 추진에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 그리하여 본 논문에서는 지역에너지계획의 개념을 정의하고, 지역에너지계획 제도에 포함되어야 하는 주요 작성 항목과 내용을 제시하면서, 지역에너지계획 제도의 추진방안을 고찰하였다.

This paper represents a programme to build and to drive the Regional Energy Planning System(REPS), which projects the expansion of energy supply and the requirement of energy accompany with the reducing of energy consumption by the energy conservation technologies and the considering of environment by the clean energy technologies in the region of each consumer works at. Therefore, in this paper, defined the REPS, presented the main items and contents should be involved in it, and discussed the way to build and to drive it.
