This study sought to search for the new alternatives and direction to develop and strengthening rural youth education in Korea. The study was conducted through literature review on articles, proceedings and other sources relevant to the pending issues and difficulties of rural youth education in Korea. Some of the critical needs for improving rural youth education in Korea included the following aspects or alternatives; 1) Strengthening the partnership between rural adult and youth would be necessary to gain broader support and to establish the increased awareness of adults for rural youth education. 2) Better coordination and cooperative efforts should be emphasized among various programs and institutions in implementing rural youth education policies and programs. 3) Developing a strong link between the agribusiness sector and the rural youth education system should be strengthened to produce the effective results. Further activities to develop and implement diverse programs and projects to cope with new trends In farming and agriculture as well as changing trends in marketing sector of agribusiness and rural communities in Korea. The rural leadership and community networks should be established for improving the effectiveness of rural youth educational activities.

이 연구는 Creswell과 Clark(2007)의 혼합방법론 중 내재적 모형(embedded design)을 활용하여 장애아동청소년 거주서비스의 쟁점을 다양한 측면에서 탐색하고자 한 것이다. 그동안 장애인복지는 상대적으로 성인장애인을 중심으로 쟁점들이 도출되었고 주도되었다. 그 과정에서 장애아동청소년은 상대적으로 소외되는 경향이 나타났으며, 거주시설의 장애아동청소년은 더욱 열악한 상황에 놓여 있었다. 이러한 국내 현실에 근거하여 본 연구는 현재 거주시설 장애아동청소년이 당면하고 있는 주요 쟁점은 무엇인지를 심층적으로 규명하고자 한 것이다. 연구결과, 질적 분석에서는 아동청소년으로서의 지위 부재, 입소에 대한 완충장치의 미비, 별도의 시설과 관련한 의견의 혼재, 생애주기 관련 서비스 및 성인기 전환서비스 부족, 중증 장애아동청소년 서비스의 한계, 법적 지원체계의 미비, 인적자원의 보충과 질 관리가 필요함이 주요쟁점으로 제시되었다. 양적분석에서는 거주서비스의 목표와 기능, 연령 및 장애유형별 구분, 서비스 수요 및 공급에 관한 의견 조사를 실시하였고, 그 결과를 질적 연구의 결과에 내재시켜 장애아동청소년 거주서비스의 쟁점 논의에 통합하였다. 이 연구는 거주시설 장애아동 청소년이 당면한 실제적 쟁점을 혼합방법론을 활용하여 있는 그대로 드러내고 분석하고자 한 최초의 탐색적 시도라는 점에 그 의의가 있으며, 향후 기초 연구로서 관련 연구의 논의 확장에 기여할 것으로 본다.

The significance of the research is to leverage on the policy makers and school education, and research in terms of human rights issues and for the improvement of multicultural education by seeking an effective training plan with the purpose of the present study it. The efforts to address human rights issues through real multicultural care center starts with the question of human rights education in multicultural education methodology that can protect the human rights of migrant workers, immigrant youth in a multicultural society such situation in Korea by. Accordingly we suggest that it is appropriate to human rights education in the moral multicultural care center for human rights education. Cant because the regular students on the basis of morality that respects the human rights of migrant workers, immigrant adolescents 'human rights' training done 'pursue human rights' migrant worker, immigrant youth in their own rights, as well as multicultural education is through morality The Seen to suggest ways through the development of multicultural education issues and the results of these studies.

The objective of this study is to stress the importance of sexuality education at school, to define its goals and to discuss ways on how to reinvigorate sexuality education. The negative conditions for adolescent sexual issues are now being expanded into all areas of Korean society. In particular, they should be regarded as one of serious social issues because of their adverse influences on adolescent groups. Various reports on juvenile sexual delinquencies have expressed serious concern over reckless and impulsive juvenile sexual deviations because they are closely related to the confusion of the youth in their sexual values and their common sexual deviations. Thus, for the youth who have attracted serious public concern, it is most important to have sound sexual awareness and attitude for the development of their healthy personality. In general, sexuality education should be conducted under individual responsibility of various levels of schools, families and communities. However, the role of schools where sexuality education should be conducted with concrete goals, that is, to interpret physical and psychological developments of youth in terms of education and teach them on the systematic goals of sexuality education, this role of schools is the most important than anything else in conducting sexuality education for youth.

This study aimed to explore the current status of playgrounds, children's libraries and youth centers as local community centers in support of children. Its data were collected from reviewing the relevant literature, interviews, surveys and web search. It was found that children's libraries were predominantly located in Seoul and Kyungki provinces. In comparison with other advanced countries, Korea had lower ratios of volumes of books and periodicals per the library user and of a number of staff per the user. It was also found that over a half number of playgrounds was placed in apartment areas. Since 1993, the long-term youth development plan has commenced the construction of various societal infrastructure such as local youth centers, counseling institutes, sex-culture centers and youth cultural zones. Based on these findings, some policy issues were raised.

In the recent world of soccer, fostering of youth soccer players is considered as one of the most important issues so that many educational training programs are being prepared in the soccer-advanced countries. Amid the growing number of system management programs available for practical life due to the development of computer technology, an algorithm for youth soccer players management system has been proposed in this study for the improvement of Korean soccer skills.

The second decade of the current century has witnessed a sharp rise in the total number of mobile users across the globe. Mobile device ownership rather defines our daily lives and even identities. India has emerged to become one of the largest markets for smartphones. India is an emerging economy with a lot of uniqueness: particularly, it has one of the most tech literate young consumers in the world and that its cultural fabric is extremely collective. This study looks into some issues related to the proliferation of smartphones among the Indian youth.

In order to achieve this goal, we consider the following issues: a retrospective analysis of the concepts of "giftedness", "intellectually gifted personality"; the experience of working with gifted youth abroad is analyzed; features of work with gifted student youth are revealed; educational and methodological support and practical work with gifted students are analyzed; an empirical study was conducted to determine the attitude of gifted youth to organizational forms of work with them; developed a scientific circle as a form of work with intellectually gifted student youth. A set of methods is used, in particular: theoretical methods: comparison, analysis, synthesis and generalization; empirical methods: analysis of documentation and results of pedagogical activity, observation.

이 연구는 한국 청소년의 복지의식 형성과 관련된 변인들에 대한 탐색적 연구이다. 연구에 포함될 변인들은 주로 청소년들의 가치관과 관련되어 있다. 청소년의 복지의식은 '노후생활에 대한 책임주체'에 대한 응답으로 알아보았다. 본 연구에서 사용된 자료는 한국청소년정책연구원(전(前) 한국청소년개발원)에서 진행 중인 "한국청소년발달지표조사연구"의 일환으로 실시된 한국청소년발달지표 1차년도(2005) 조사 자료이다. 청소년의 노후복지 책임주체 인식에 영향을 미치는 청소년 가치지향과 사회인구학적 변수들을 모델에 투입한 다항로짓분석(Multinomial Logit Model) 결과, 부모학력, 평등의식, 국가의 책무에 대한 인식 등이 한국 청소년들의 복지의식에 유의한 영향을 주고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 연구 설계상의 몇 가지 한계점은 있으나 사회구성원들의 복지의식과 사회정책의 결과와의 관련, 그리고 사회보장제도의 세대 간 지속성 등의 차원에서 본 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다.

As multicultural population has been drastically increasing over the decade in Korea, their quality of life needs to be studied. This study focuses on multicultural youths' suicidal issue in Korea. Suicide is one of the most obvious indicators to show the current status of mental health. Unfortunately, suicide attempt rate of multicultural youths was two-times more than that of non-multicultural youths in Korea during the past two years(2014-15). Through the literature review in Korea as well as the United States, this study explores the related variables to their suicide attempt. Research result says that multicultural youth's suicide is related to a variety of variables, including physical, psychological, educational, socio-economical, and cultural variables. Research implications are as follows: First, these variables can be utilized as predictive or protective factors to prevent their suicide. Second, theoretical framework for comprehensively understanding their suicidal issues needs to be developed. Third, both emergent and normal suicidal interventions need to be provided for multicultural youth in Korea.
