There are problems in using existing fisheries maps, because of deterioration of paper maps, as well as various coordinate systems. In this study, accuracy of fishery maps in World Geodetic System are evaluated. Materials on fishery rights in the Jeollanam-do Province, a study area, used many kind of coordinate systems. During digitization, these coordinate systems have been converted and unified in one World Geodetic System, and one projection origin. In this research, the accuracy of the products of digitization is verified using DGPS surveying. The RMSEs are minimum of 4.62m(at the Younggwang Seas) to maximum of 17.47m(at the Jangheung Seas), and average of 11.97m. The results shows that the digitized fishery maps meet the accuracy standard of 1/25,000 digital topographic maps.

At present cadastral surveying is being driven fort combination of digitalized cadastral map accord with real cadastral boundary between cadastral resurvey area and World Geodetic System transformation about all country. So this study is conducted to newly establish items being needed in making digitalization of parcel boundary points based on the World Geodetic System in registration conversion surveying. For this study firstly management of mountainous districts Act, related laws and registration conversion-related laws and regulations are reviewd. Secondly, economical, administrative validation by using data from 12-branch companies of LX is analyzed. Thirdly, surveying method and procedure were established through experimental surveying on the two cases such as digital and analog area. Finally, through investigating standard of estimate about cadastral surveying, it was calculated amendment of registration conversion surveying fee based on World Geodetic coordinate System.

The methodology on digital cadastre(World Geodetic System Conversion) needs to be specified because the primary target site is discussed for large national estate such as road, river etc. on nationwide. Comprehensively reviews on similar cases and literature reviews to make a methodology for digital cadastre on large national estate, cadastral map revision is required before converting to World Geodetic System. The revisions are on subdivision survey or the other surveys to the necessary area through inspection of geometry and attributes. And the researcher pointed out the need of registration conversion and union of parcel to remove small parcel or to remove the inconsistency of land use type. Basically a systematic maintenance of cadastral map is necessary because the World Geodetic System Conversion unresolved the poor cadastral map quality to digital cadastre on large national estate.
