The objective of this study is to verify work satisfaction of school food-service employee, of their job characteristics. Subjects were comprised 9 elementary schools, 11 middle schools, and 3 high schools in Ansan city. Data were analyzed 203 questionnaires for frequency, means, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, t-test, and Pearson correlation using SPSS PC Package. Most of the respondents were high school graduate(91.1%), under one million won salary(41.9%), and non license holder(60.6%). Working conditions were part-time job(41.9%), unlimited contractors(51.2%), and 3-5 years of working experience(21.7%). Measure of overall job satisfaction by Likert-type 5 scale, satisfaction of work operation attitude was 3.55 points and work characteristic duty of 4.32 points. The certificate qualified and elementary school's working posture were more satisfied their work attitude than other groups(p<0.05). Salary satisfaction score showed 2.64 points, but the work esteem satisfaction showed 3.34 points. The factor of working circumstance and potentiality satisfaction was only 2.61 points, but interpersonal connection and communication satisfaction was 3.50 points. Between job satisfactions factors, they were highly correlated with each other. The pride and characteristic duty of the work showed the strongest correlated(p<0.001). The satisfaction score of work operation attitude were significantly correlated with characteristic duty(p<0.001), work esteem, interpersonal relationships and communication(p<0.01). With this results, work satisfaction of food service employees showed a relatively high to perform a job task characteristics and work attitudes. However, the working environment and growth in salaries satisfaction were low. A set of duties must be paid according to the labor intensity. As removing the disturbing factors, the improvement in the quality of the feed will be able to expect substantial effects.

Path setup considering QoS is one of the main problems to solve in Internet traffic engineering. In network restoration that is one of the traffic engineering components, to establish a backup path or backup path for a working path to be protected is the main task. The backup path should have enough bandwidth to guarantee the working paths. Thus this work requires the QoS routing solution that is to set up a backup path as well as a working path at the same time provisioning enough bandwidth. In this paper, we propose an algorithm to setup a backup path that shares the bandwidth of other backup paths whose working path does not pass along the same link with the working path we are considering. In this way we can reduce much bandwidth consumption caused by setting up backup paths. We also analyze the disjoint path computation algorithms. Finally we show simulation results how the algorithm can reduce the bandwidth consumption and how it will affect blocking when we setup paths.

Background: As social distancing persists and interest in work-life balance grows, more companies are adopting flexible work policies. While there have been studies on sleep disorders associated with different types of work, such as shift work, research exploring the relationship between flexible work schedules and sleep disorders is still limited, particularly among Korean workers. Methods: We performed a secondary analysis of the 6th Korean Working Conditions Survey, focusing on 31,243 paid workers out of a total of 50,538 participants. We defined flexible workers as those who set their own working hours. Sleep disorders were divided into three categories: 'difficulty falling asleep,' 'frequent waking during sleep,' and 'waking up feeling exhausted and fatigued.' Using scores derived from three specific symptoms, the Minimal Insomnia Symptoms Scale (MISS) was calculated to assess the prevalence of insomnia. We used chi-square tests to analyze demographic and job-related differences. A multivariate logistic regression analysis was employed to identify any relationship between flexible work schedules and sleep disorders. Results: Significant differences were found between flexible and non-flexible workers regarding age, income level, education level, and job type. Flexible workers reported sleep-related symptoms significantly more often. The odds ratio for insomnia was 1.40 (95% CI 1.21-1.61). For males, the odds ratio was 1.68 (1.36-2.08). Conclusion: This study establishes a correlation between flexible work schedules and sleep disorders among Korean salaried workers. Potential causes could include changes in circadian rhythm, increased work demands, and extended working hours. To precisely determine causality and associated diseases, further research is required.

The purpose of this study is to estimate the energy expenditure of working in a clean room for manufacturing embedded needles by ergonomic programs. Embedding needle is one of medical devices and it should be manufactured in a clean room. 3D static strength prediction program was used to analyze the slow movements during embedding needle manufacturing in a clean room. Also the energy expenditure prediction program was used to estimate energy expenditure rates for materials handling tasks to help assure worker safety and health in clean room. The energy expenditures of the tasks were calculated using prediction equations derived from empirical data. The energy expenditure rate of 3.09 kcal/min in a clean room didn't exceed the 3.5 kcal/min action limit guideline for an average 8-hour day set by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). Energy consumption was calculated on the same working conditions as EEPP program, using an average body weight of female 20 years old to 59 years who would be the candidates of the real workers.

Generally, a working excavator has only one directional bucket tilting angle, which is up-forward. However, side direction rotation of the bucket would allow variety of working output. We designed a hydraulic rotary actuator comprising a double rod hydraulic cylinder with a rack-pinion gear set for use in excavator bucket with side tilting mechanism, thus converting the linear to angular motion. The proposed side tilting rotary actuator was designed with parts suitable for medium size of heavy duty excavator. These mechanical parts were inexpensive to purchase and the manufacturing cost was reasonable. The proposed mechanism is potentially useful for excavator with variety of working output.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to set the strategy that clinical nurses can efficiently cope with the stress from bereavement care, by examining and analyzing stress factors and coping methods of nurses' bereavement care. Methods: A total of 628 nurses were recruited from four university hospitals, two cancer specialized hospitals, and three public hospitals. Stress was measured using the bereavement care stress measurement tool, and coping was done using the cope with stress scale. Results: The stress level about bereavement care of the nurses working in the cancer unit was significantly higher than the level of the nurses working in the general unit. However, there was no difference of coping level between nurses working in cancer unit and general unit. Conclusions: It is important to ensure the methods that contrive to perform bereavement care efficiently by generating hospice nurses and by activating the system for nurses specialist who perform bereavement care.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare working condition and health status between parcel delivery workers (PDW) and food delivery workers (FDW) and to examine the factors influencing their health status. Methods: This was a secondary analysis of data collected from the fifth Korean Working Conditions Survey (KWCS). Based on existing literature, a set of variables was chosen from the KWCS. Results: The proportion of PDW who carryied/moved heavy loads and experienced high job stress and lack of rest time was significantly higher than that of FDW. However, more FDW than their counterparts worked atypical hours. The differences in fatigue and well-being between PDW and FDW were not statistically significant. The multiple logistic regression analysis revealed low temperature, tobacco smoke, standing for long periods, and job stress were significant predictors of fatigue or well-being of FDW. Among PDW, noise, tobacco smoke, sitting for long periods, quantitative demands, hiding emotions, support from colleagues, job stress, no recovery period, and night work were significant predictors of fatigue or well-being. Conclusion: The findings of this study may be useful in developing nursing interventions for disease protection health promotion of delivery workers.
Optimum analytical conditions for cyclic voltammetry (CV) and square wave (SW) stripping voltammetry were determined using mercury-mixed carbon nanotube paste electrode (PE). The results approached the microgram working ranges of SW: 10.0-80.0 $ugL^{-1}$ and CV: 100-700 $ugL^{-1}$ Cd (II); working conditions of 300-Hz frequency, 100 mV amplitude, 1.6 V accumulation potential, 400 sec accumulation time, and 40 mV increment potential. First, analysis was performed through direct assay of cadmium ions deep into the fishs brain core and plant tissue in real time with a preconcentration time of 400 sec. The relative standard deviation of 10.0 $mgL^{-1}$ Cd (II) observed was 0.064 (n = 12) at optimum conditions. The low detection limit (S/N) was set at 0.6 $ugL^{-1}$ ($5.33{\times}10^{-9}$ M). The methods can be used in direct analysis in vivo or in real-time monitoring of plant tissue.
The purpose of this investigation was to study the preperty of flow for seven different impression materials presently available in KOREA. In this study ,200 grams of a load was applied at regular intervals. As the result of this study, following points were revealed in terms of flow property of respective materials. 1)Impression plaster and irreversible hydrocolloid impression materials were found to have insufficient working time due to their tendency to set rapidly after mixing. 2)Regarding to impresssion pastes, it was found that it has manifested an ideal flow property until 2 minutes after mixing. Clinically, this material seems to allow sufficient working time for its manipulation.
