Virtual Manufacturing System(VMS) is an integrated computer based model which has physical, logical schema and behavior of real manufacturing system. In this paper, an integrated scheduling system is developed to simulate and control a Virtual Factory. A workflow model is constructed to define and analyze the structure of a VMS. On-line dynamic dispatching system is developed using MultiPass algorithm and scheduling system considering dynamic CAPP is carried out. Integrated scheduling system developed in this paper reduces the discrepancies between virtual model and real manufacturing system, and control of real shop floor is possible.

IT 산업의 발달로 조직의 자동화된 업무 흐름인 워크플로우에 대한 관심과 연구가 활발해지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 워크플로우 설계시 자주 사용되는 기본 구조를 개념적 설계와 수학적 해석이 가능한 EMFG(Extended Mark Flow Graph)로 표현하고 이를 이용하여 워크플로우를 모델링한다. 모델링된 EMFG로 도달가능트리를 구현하여 워크플로우의 수행완료 가능성과 논리적 오류의 존재 여부를 검증한다. 또한 논리적 오류가 발생할 경우에 이를 제거하는 방법을 제안하고 이를 통해 워크플로우의 정형적 설계와 동적 분석을 가능하게 한다.

The communication between members who participate in the product development project has an effect on the project time, cost, and quality. This reason requires the engineering database which is the kernel of product information. This study focuses on data and process modeling for engineering database related to electronic consumer product. First, Through the definition of engineering database, the characteristics of engineering data, mainly product data are analyzed. Second, The object and class for engineering database are defined. This results of the study can be applied with engineering database design and workflow design of PDM. It also can be used as a reference model when the company develops product with suppliers.

The objectives of this research are to establish the operation scheduling and the preventive maintenance system in order to optimize the operation of mailing center. For the optimal operation scheduling of mailing process, the existing workflow of mailing process and that of required time are investigated prior to simulation modeling. The simulation experiments are conducted to increase the nextday delivery rate. The best alternative whose nextday delivery rate up to 100% is selected based the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. The optimal work scheduling of all mailing centers are also presented. In addition, the CMMS(Computerized Maintenance Management System) for preventive maintenance is introduced for efficient operation of highly automated facilities of mailing center.

RUP의 Unified Process Model에는 Use Case Model, Analysis Model, Design Model, Deployment Model, Implementation model, Test Model의 6가지 모델이 있다. 이 모델들은 모두 일관성이 있다. 한 모델에서 나오는 요소들은 전, 후 단계에서 다른 모델들과 Trace Dependencies를 갖는다. 이러한 의존적인 관계들은 각각의 요소들 사이의 진행, 기록 관계를 나타낸다. 그러나 대부분의 데이터 모델 설계는 이러한 관계와 의존 없이 설계되어져 전체적인 일관성을 이루지 못 하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 관계를 유지 하면서 사용자의 요구사항에 일관성 있는 데이터 모델을 설계하고자 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 대학 종합정보시스템 구축의 일부분인 자산관리 시스템을 분석하여 데이터 모델을 제시한다.

본 워크플로우 모델링 시스템은 기존의 워크플로우 모델링 시스템과 달리, 인터넷 기반의 실시간 그룹웨어 기술을 통해 일련의 사용자 그룹이 동시에 워크플로우 모델링을 할 수 있는 기능을 제공하며. 스윔레인 워크플로우 모델링 방식의 역할 기반의 모델링은 복잡한 모델링 작업을 단순화 시킬 수 있다. 즉, 기존의 워크플로우 모델링 기능에 실시간 그룹웨어 특성들을 통합함으로써, 한 차원 높은 수준의 모델링 환경을 제공하고, 이를 통하여 기존의 워크플로우 시스템들이 지원하지 못 했던 워크플로우 모델링 협동 작업을 실시간으로 지원 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라. 요즘과 같이 대형화와 복잡화 그리고 다양화의 특징을 갖는 조직들의 워크플로우들에 대한 효율적인 분석 및 모델링 환경을 제공하기 위하여 스윔레인 워크플로우 모델링 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 또한 본 워크플로우 모델링 시스템을 통한 모델링 결과는 국제 표준화 워크플로우 정의 언어 (Process Definition Language)를 제공함으로써, 기존의 다른 워크플로우 시스템들과의 상호 호환성을 제공하고자 하였다.

워크플로우 관리시스템(Workflow Management System)은 업무 프로세스를 실행하기 위해 사전에 정의된 룰에 따라 태스크들을 수행하는 시스템으로, 프로세스 정의를 interpreter하고 워크플로우 참석자들과 상호작용하며 해당 응용 프로그램을 invoke할 수 있는 시스템이다. 정의된 업무를 수행하기 위해서는 사전에 프로세스 정의 및 모델링이 필요하다. 프로세스 모델링이란 조직의 목표 달성을 위해 다양한 비즈니스 규칙에 의해 정의된 상호연관이 있는 작업들의 수행과정을 정의하는 것으로 본 논문에서는 업무 프로세스를 모델링하고 관리하기 위한 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링 도구를 설계하고 구현하였다.

There are many researches on visual languages, but the most of them are difficult to support various collaborative interactions on a distributed multimedia environment. So, this paper suggests a collaborative visual language for interaction between multi-users. The visual language can describe a conceptual model for collaborative interactions between multi-users. Using the visual language, generated visual sentences consist of object icons and interaction operators. An object icon represents a user who is responsible for a collaborative activity, has dynamic attributes of a user, and supports flexible interaction between multi-users. An interaction operator represents an interactive relation between multi-users and supports various collaborative interactions. Merits of the visual language are as follows: supporting of both asynchronous interaction and synchronous interaction, supporting flexible interaction between multi-users according to participation or leave of users, supporting a user oriented modeling, etc. For example, an application to a workflow system for document approval is illustrated. So we could be found that the visual language shows a collaborative interaction.

최근에 워크플로우 관리 시스템에 대한 연구 및 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다 초기의 워크플로우 관리시스템은 주어진 조직의 데이터와 조직원을 워크플로우에 적용하였다. 인터넷과 B2B(Business-To-Business)/B2B(Business-To-Enterprise) 환경이 발전하면서 타 조직과의 데이터 및 조직원과 이종 워크플로우 관리 시스템간의 상호 작용으로 업무를 처리할 수 있는 네트워크 환경이 형성되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 워크플로우 관리 시스템에 필요한 조직, 데이터, 애플리케이션을 에이전트의 의해서 관리하면, 정의된 비즈니스 프로세스를 각각의 워크플로우 관리 시스템의 비즈니스 모델링 툴의 XML 형식으로 배포하여 이기종 간 상호 작용한 수 있는 워크플로우 모델링 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

인터넷을 기반으로 하는 전자상거래의 약진은 비단 국내뿐 아니라 전 세계적인 추세라 할 수 있다. 따라서 기업들은 전자상거래의 핵심 요소를 반영 한 새로운 물류 시스템 체계를 구축하고, 기업간 상거래를 원활하게 수행하는데 필요한 프로세스 연계 방안을 함께 모색해야 한다. 오늘날 워크플로우 시스템은 이러한 전자상거래의 요구 사항을 수용하여 기업간 비즈니스 프로세스를 연계하고 그 수행을 자동화하는 새로운 솔루션으로써 각광을 받고 있다 이에 본 논문은 기업 간의 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화를 목적으로 하는 전자물류 워크플로우 모델링 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 이와 함께 기업간 상호 운영성의 투명성과 효율성을 보장하기 위한 가상 조직의 개념과 레지스트리 시스템을 제안 및 적용한다.
