나는 왜 그렇게 대처하였는가?: 초등 과학실험 수업 중 발생한 불일치 상황에서의 교사의 대처 (Why did I Cope with so?: A Teacher's Strategy to Cope with Anomalous Situations in Primary Practical Science Lessons)

  • This study explores how a teacher copes with anomalous situation in primary practical science lesson and what factors affect teacher's strategy to cope with anomalous situations. The method of auto-ethnography was used in order to capture the inner experience of the individual teacher. For this, one of the researchers participated in this study as the teacher participant. Two science lessons that the researcher taught as a teacher were observed by a co-author and video-recorded. However, only one lesson which the teacher experienced the anomalous situation was analyzed. After the lesson, self-interviews were conducted with the co-author. Also the researcher wrote four reflective journals about anomalous situations that she experienced. What has emerged in this study is that anomalous situations were experienced by the teacher while students were doing practical work and while students were presenting their results of practical work. As each anomalous situation was experienced in different contexts, the strategies that the teacher used were different and were affected not only by the personal epistemological belief but also by the socio-cultural context that the teacher was surrounded by. This study has implications to help teachers who have difficulties in coping with anomalous situations.

호텔 조리사들이 지각하는 일-가족.가족-일 갈등이 감정고갈에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Work-Family.Family-Work Conflict on the Emotional Exhaustion of Hotel Culinary Employees)

  • 본 연구는 호텔 조리사에게 있어서의 일-가족 가족-일 갈등이 호텔 조리사의 감정고갈에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 실증적 분석을 통하여 알아보고 관련 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 그리고 이러한 영향요인 가운데 조절변수로써 대처전략이 어떤 역할을 할 수 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 2010년 호텔 매출과 개실수를 고려하여 서울소재 13개의 호텔에서 설문조사를 실시하였고, 298부의 유효표본을 가지고 연구를 실시하였다. 일-가족 가족-일 갈등이 감정고갈에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 대처전략의 조절효과를 확인하기 위해 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 일-가족 갈등만이 감정고갈에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 일-가족 가족-일 갈등과 감정고갈 사이에서 문제중심 대처전략이 조절효과를 나타내었다. 이는 회사 업무의 양이나 지시 체계 등이 합리적으로 운영함으로서 좀 더 가정이나 집안일에 충실할 수 있는 시스템을 갖추어야 하며, 혹여 갈등이 발생하더라도 원인이 무엇인지, 대안은 어떠한 것이 있는지, 합리적인 분석을 통해 갈등관리를 함으로써 감정고갈 증상을 다스릴 수 있으리라 사료된다.

국방정보시스템의 진화적 획득전략 (An Evolutionary Acquisition Strategy for Defense Information Systems)

  • Evolutionary acquisition is an alternative to the grand design acquisition approaches. It has activities to make it possible to develop quickly and respond flexibly to changing customer needs and technological opportunities. The Ministry of Defense adopted an evolutionary strategy to acquire defense information systems. but it does not work well always. We look at problems from aspects of acquisition system and project management. We benchmark successful cases for evolutionary acquisition strategy in the DoD, the pubic and the private sector. We suggest an evolutionary strategy for defense information systems. The evolutionary strategy in this study includes an evolutionary acquisition framework, an evolutionary acquisition process, and an evolutionary acquisition guideline for defense information systems. The evolutionary strategy can help to implement evolutionary acquisition process for defense information system, and the process can increase the success rate of projects.

  • In this paper, a capacitors energy strategy based Cascaded H-bridge Converter (CHBC) for steady DC link voltage is proposed, which allow the CHBC to work while DC power fails. The topology of the CHBC is analyzed to construct the proposed strategy. The capacitors energy strategy is deduced based on the principle that the DC link voltage should be steady, the switch state should be smooth and the switch frequency should be normal. Experiments based on a three-module prototype, including static experiment, start experiment and step change experiment, proves the correctness of the strategy. They also verified the excellent fault tolerance ability and good dynamic performance of the proposed strategy.

  • 최근 스마트 시대의 도래와 함께 창의적 혁신 역량이 기업 경쟁력의 중요 요소로 된 상황에서 스마트워크 도입에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 국내 중소기업은 스마트워크에 대한 인식 미흡과 구체적인 실행 방법에 대한 이해가 부족하여 대부분의 중소기업은 부분적인 도입에 머무르고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 스마트워크 도입을 촉진하고, 스마트워크 관련 기술에 대한 주도적인 위치를 확보하기 위해서는 스마트워크 시장을 주도할 핵심기술에 대한 표준화 전략 수립 및 체계적인 추진이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 중소기업의 스마트워크 도입 현황, 기술 및 표준화 동향 등을 분석하여 우리나라가 선도할 표준화 대상과제를 도출하고 향후 표준화 추진방향을 제시하고자 한다.

워킹맘들이 경험하고 있는 심리적 어려움 및 대처방안에 관한 질적 연구 (Qualitative Research on Psychological Difficulties and Coping Strategies Experienced by Working Mothers)

  • 본 연구는 워킹맘들이 직장과 가정생활을 병행하면서 경험하는 심리적 어려움과 대처전략 및 그들에게 필요한 도움이 무엇인지에 대해 탐색하고자 워킹맘 10명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하고 분석하였다. 직장과 가정생활을 병행하면서 겪는 어려움은 무엇인지, 직장과 가정생활간의 균형을 어떻게 맞추고 있는지와 워킹맘들에게 어떤 도움이 필요한지에 대해 질문하였다. 그 결과, 11개의 영역에서 37개 범주, 86개의 하위범주가 도출되었다. 11개의 영역은 스트레스 촉발요인, 심리적 경험, 직장이 가정에 미치는 영향, 가정이 직장에 미치는 영향, 워킹맘으로서 경험하는 긍정적인 점, 워킹맘으로서의 전략, 대처전략 수립, 대처전략 실행, 대처 전략 결과, 외부적인 도움, 자신이 할 수 있는 것으로 나뉘었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 하여 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점, 추후 연구에 대하여 논의하였다.

A SE Approach to Assess The Success Window of In-Vessel Retention Strategy

  • The Fukushima Daiichi accident in 2011 revealed some vulnerabilities of existing Nuclear Power Plants (NPPs) under extended Station Blackout (SBO) accident conditions. One of the key Severe Accident Management (SAM) strategies developed post Fukushima accident is the In-Vessel Retention (IVR) Strategy which aims to retain the structural integrity of the Reactor Pressure Vessel (RPV). RELAP/SCDAPSIM/MOD3.4 is selected to predict the thermal-hydraulic response of APR1400 undergoing an extended SBO. To assess the effectiveness of the IVR strategy, it is essential to quantify the underlying uncertainties. In this work, both the epistemic and aleatory uncertainties are considered to identify the success window of the IVR strategy. A set of in-vessel relevant phenomena were identified based on Phenomena Identification and Ranking Tables (PIRT) developed for severe accidents and propagated through the thermal-hydraulic model using Wilk's sampling method. For this work, a Systems Engineering (SE) approach is applied to facilitate the development process of assessing the reliability and robustness of the APR1400 IVR strategy. Specifically, the Kossiakoff SE method is used to identify the requirements, functions and physical architecture, and to develop a design verification and validation plan. Using the SE approach provides a systematic tool to successfully achieve the research goal by linking each requirement to a verification or validation test with predefined success criteria at each stage of the model development. The developed model identified the conditions necessary for successful implementation of the IVR strategy which maintains the vessel integrity and prevents a melt-through.

Fuzzy Logic Based Navigation for Multiple Mobile Robots in Indoor Environments

  • The work presented in this paper deals with a navigation problem for multiple mobile robot system in unknown indoor environments. The environment is completely unknown for all the robots and the surrounding information should be detected by the proximity sensors installed on the robots' bodies. In order to guide all the robots to move along collision-free paths and reach the goal positions, a navigation method based on the combination of a set of primary strategies has been developed. The indoor environments usually contain convex and concave obstacles. In this work, a danger judgment strategy in accordance with the sensors' data is used for avoiding small convex obstacles or moving objects which include both dynamic obstacles and other robots. For big convex obstacles or concave ones, a wall following strategy is designed for dealing with these special situations. In this paper, a state memorizing strategy is also proposed for the "infinite repetition" or "dead cycle" situations. Finally, when there is no collision risk, the robots will be guided towards the targets according to a target positioning strategy. Most of these strategies are achieved by the means of fuzzy logic controllers and uniformly applied for every robot. The simulation experiments verified that the proposed method has a positive effectiveness for the navigation problem.

  • In this paper, a hybrid photovoltaic fuel-cell generation system employing an electrolyzer for hydrogen generation and battery for storage purpose is designed and simulated. The system is applicable for remote areas or isolated DC loads. Control strategy has been considered to achieve permanent power supply to the load via the photovoltaic/battery or the fuel cell based on the power available from the sun. MATLAB and SIMULINK have been used for the simulation work. A sensitivity analysis is conducted for various load level based on availability of solar radiation.
