건설공사 현장 안전관리 인적 체계 효율성 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on Efficiency Improvement of the Safety Management Personnel System in Construction Site)

  • Safety accidents, which are called industrial accidents in construction work, are often caused by unstable physical and personal conditions combined during preparation and execution of work. It is difficult to manage all the construction works, but especially in the field of apartment construction work, complex and many kinds of works are being carried out at the same time. In the current construction, safety regulations such as safety management guidelines are generally well maintained, but the execution of manpower resources that can fulfill them is limited, and it is difficult to reduce the accident rate and loss cost. Therefore, in this study, it is a reality that most of the types of construction work are under contruction by subcontracting contract, so they are limit by methods of manual maintenance and safety education. Currently, the subcontractor is also allowed to perform safety management through the composition of the safety management review body, but it is operated formally. So alternatives to this were studied. As a result, safety accidents occur in the subcontractor's worker due to vertical integration, which is characteristic of the construction industry, together to the contractor, the safety management system is based on a safety construction system in which a worker who has a certain qualification condition such as career experience of the work type, work understanding of the work type, and management experience of the work type among the subcontractor, when we manage based on mutual personality which is the personality of interpersonal relationship that can communicate with each other by work type, process and grouping, it is concluded that effective and practical safety management can be achieved to reduce the accident rate and loss cost.

기혼직장인의 직장-가정의 상호작용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Interaction between Work-Family of Married Employees)

  • The objective of this study is, first of all, to investigate the positive and the negative interaction between the work and family lives of married company employees. Secondly, it is to investigate the variables affecting this matter. The conclusion drawn by the result acquired through process is as follows. First, married company employees feel positive more than negative because of the influence that their families have on their work. Secondly, male employees feel more of the positive influence that family has on their work more than the female employees do. Thirdly, with respect to the type of business, self-employed individuals and specialized managers seemed to have negative influences on the interaction between work and family. Fourthly, it was found that the managerial ability of the individual is a variable that affects both directions. Fifthly, it was observed that variables related to family affect the interaction between work and family in the positive direction. Finally, the negative influence between work and family was decreased by family coherence.

Labor Productivity Model for Reinforced Concrete Construction Projects

  • This study aims to systematically identify direct and indirect factors that influence labor productivity and to build a model that mathematically quantifies them so as to efficiently manage and increase labor productivity in the construction work. This study was performed based on the productivity model for workers in reinforced concrete construction projects, because it aims to establish a general construction labor productivity model that reflects many factors that influence labor productivity. Using statistical analysis, we found that the components that significantly influence productivity were the worker component, the work characteristic component, the work technique component, the work management component, the equipment & materials component, and the work guide component, while the work delay components did not significantly influence productivity. In addition, a priority analysis was performed based on the components that showed statistically significant effects. The results of the analysis indicated that the influence of work management component and the work technique component is more than that of the worker component and the work characteristic component. The construction labor productivity model that was formulated in this study could be used for the determining the standard productivity during the initial planning stage, so the best strategy for increasing labor productivity could be formulated.

  • If done under this circumstances, then labor force can work comfortably and safely without nervousness and tiresome. The productivity and quality can increase ultimately and even foreign labor, imbecile child, old-aged labor can participate in work, which can reduce shortage of labor source. Therefore, in this study, it would be researched how to manage work blunder system by domestic small and medium enterprises and would be examined work blunder system was developed to fully meet the worker satisfaction. Through this 5M factor evaluation system by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) all analyzed.

공동주택 프로젝트 비용일정통합 관리를 위한 BIM 기반 BoQ 구축 및 활용 방안 (Apartment house project cost schedule for integrated management BIM-based BoQ application plan)

  • Since entering the 21st century, the construction industry has developed faster and faster, and more and more technologies have been applied in the construction industry. BIM technology (Building Information Modeling) was born in this environment. The application of BIM technology can greatly improve the efficiency of cost management and help achieve the goal of cost management. But through BIM to realize project cost management, there is still no good solution. In order to solve this problem, this paper puts forward the concept of WBS structure applied to construction projects by studying the BoQ (Bill of Quantities) list based on BIM, and proposes the numbering method of the structure. The WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) structure proposed in this paper divides more than 5000 cost objects into 133 projects according to the type of work and project schedule. This structure helps to realize the application of BIM in project cost management. Although this article has studied more than 5000 data of three projects, it does not think that it can cover all cost objects in the existing construction industry. The purpose of this article is to propose a solution for cost and Process Control using BIM-based BoQ data.

친환경 리모델링 철거공사의 최적 TACT공정 개발 - 사례연구를 중심으로 - (Development of Optimal TACT Process for Eco-Friendly Demolition Works in Aged Housing Remodeling - Focus on Case Study -)

  • 기술문명의 지속적인 발전은 이루어 경제성장과 물질적 풍요로움을 주었으나, 환경에 대한 고려를 통한 발전이 무엇보다 요구되는 시기가 되었다. 건설 분야의 경우도 예외가 아니다. 따라서 최근 건설 산업에서는 친환경 공법을 적용하며, 폐기물을 줄이는 등 환경에 대한 관심이 어느 때보다 높아졌다. 국내의 노후 공동주택이 점차 증가함에 따라 성능개선방안으로 재건축 및 리모델링이 수행되고 있다. 하지만 재건축이 가지는 비용적, 환경적 측면에서의 문제로 인해 리모델링의 수행이 대안으로 인식되고 있다. 리모델링 공사는 특성상 철거공사가 선행 된다. 철거공사는 필연적으로 건설폐기물 발생이 수반된다. 따라서 환경적 측면을 고려한 폐기물 처리가 중요하며, 이를 위해서 선별 분리를 위한 친환경 리모델링 철거공사가 수행되어야 한다. 그러나 친환경 리모델링 철거공사는 주로 기계를 사용하여 수행하는 기존 방식에 반하여 인력이 중심이 되므로 생산성 측면에서 효율성이 낮다. 리모델링 공사는 특성상 철거공사 후 후행공사가 진행되기 때문에 철거공사의 작업효율성 확보가 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문은 친환경 리모델링 철거공사의 세부공정을 작업효율성이 포함된 공정으로 재구성하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 노후 공동주택을 선정하여 실제 사례연구를 실시하였다. 친환경 철거공사 사례적용을 분석하여 본 사례에 적합한 TACT공정을 개발하였고 이를 고층형 아파트에 적용시키기 위해 공정 Simulation을 실시하여 친환경 리모델링 최적 TACT공정을 제안하였다.

무기체계 시험업무에 대한 리스크 관리 표준 프로세스 연구 (A Study on Standard Process of Risk Management for Defense Systems Test Works)

  • Today, risks created by uncertainty must be managed for successful project execution. From this perspective, applying a risk management process is very important for successful defense systems test works. This paper describes 'the implentation of risk management process for test work' carried out by DTERI's process improvement activities. In this study, the concept of risk management process, and details of the risk management process are examined through PMBOK and ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288, CMMI. After that, we defined 'Standard Process for Risk Management' of defence systems test works. And, we describe 'Risk Management Function' of DTERI's Project Management System(PMS) and the risk management process of DTERI. Finally, the effectiveness of the risk management standard process is verified through quantitative analysis.

공업화자재의 활용을 통한 공정합리화 (Building construction process improvement using prefabricated materia)

  • 도심지 건축공사가 증가하고 있는 우리나라에서 작업공간의 부족 및 자재의 적시공급에 대한 문제는 반드시 해결해야 할 과제이다. 이 중에서도 주택건설에 있어 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 아파트 시공의 경우, 초고층화로 골조공사의 중요성과 함께 친환경적 공법과 합리적 공정개선 및 원가절감을 구현할 새로운 공법이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 건설현장의 사례조사를 통해 슬래브 거푸집공사와 마감공사의 프로세스에서 불필요한 요소를 최소화하고자 공업화 자재를 활용한 (골조-마감공사)통합공법을 제시한다 가치흐름분석기법(Value Stream Mapping)을 활용하여 기존 프로세스에서의 비 가치 창출작업을 가치창출작업에 통합시키거나 제거하여 슬래브 공사 내에서 공기 및 투입인력의 절감 가능성을 확인하고, 공기단축과 원가절감 효과를 측정하였다. 이와 같이 공업화 자재의 활용으로 현장작업에 따른 변이를 최소화하여 공정의 안정성 및 공정계획의 신뢰성을 확보 등 공정의 합리화를 구현하고자 한다.

  • 미래의 기업은 B to B기반의 전자거래 형태로 실현된다. B to B모델의 기본 개념은 작업 프로세스, 구성원과 지원 환경으로 구성된다. 작업 프로세스는 정보 프로세스, 기술과 표준과 관련되며 작업 프로세스의 요소는 디지털 데이터 교환, 데이터 공유 및 협업 작업으로 이루어 진다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 상에서 B to 13 모델의 전자거래를 위한 구성요소인 작업 처리를 위한XML 기반 비즈니스 흐름관리기를 설계 및 구현한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 비즈니스 흐름관리기는 인터넷상에서 전자거래 시스템을 구축하기 위한 추매관리, 입찰관리 및 조달관리를 포함하는 전자입찰 시스템의 자동화를 실현시킨다. XML은 데이터의 공유 및 교환을 위한 표준화된 문서로써 사용 가능하며 독립적인 플랫폼을 제공한다.

Towards attaining efficient management of berth maintenance in Saudi Arabian Industrial Ports

  • Despite the significance of ports as critical economic infrastructure, the berth facilities usually deteriorate due to heavy loading, unloading, aging, environmental weather conditions, marine growths, and lack of efficient maintenance management. Marine berths require proactive maintenance management to limit deterioration and defects as no berth facility is maintenance-free. Thus, delay in carrying out maintenance work for the marine berths can be devastating to the operational process involving ship entry, loading, and unloading operations. The aim of this research is to coordinate both operations work, and maintenance works that take place inside the berth of a local industrial port in Saudi Arabia, by developing a novel framework that integrates both works without affecting the efficiency and functionality of the berth. The study focused on defining the operational process of the port and identifying the elements with direct and indirect effects. In addition to determining the priority for the entry of ships inside the berth, it also identified the factors involved in designing a framework that included maintenance work as a component of the monthly berth occupancy schedule. By applying a mathematical model, a framework was established, which includes all the important elements of the process. As a result of the mathematical method formulation process, a database was designed that organizes and coordinates the operations of all berths within the port. This creates time to carry out the required maintenance work monthly as well as ease of coordination with the contractors responsible for the implementation of those works.
