골반 T2강조 MR 영상과 확산강조 MR 영상 간 자동 융합 (Automatic fusion of T2-weighted image and diffusion weighted image in pelvis MRI)

  • 본 논문은 T2강조 MR 영상과 확산강조 MR 영상의 강체 정합을 통해 크기, 위치, 회전 변환 왜곡을 보정하여 자궁내막암의 위치를 자동으로 찾는 방법을 제안한다. 영상해상도와 밝기값 분포가 서로 다른 두 영상간 정합의 정확성을 향상시키기 위해 잡음을 제거하고 두 영상의 밝기값 신호 분포의 유사성을 강화시킨다. 유사성이 향상된 두 영상의 크기, 위치, 회전 변환 왜곡을 보정하기 위해 정규화 상호정보를 최대화 하는 강체 정합을 반복적으로 수행한다. 정합된 영상에서 악성 종양을 쉽게 판별 할 수 있도록 현상확상계수지도를 컬러맵으로 생성하여 T2강조 MR 영상에서 얻은 종양의 후보군에 매핑하여 T2강조 MR 영상과 융합한다. 실험을 위하여 최적화 반복 과정에 따른 정규화 상호정보 수치 수렴 과정을 확인하고, 융합 후 종양 영역이 매핑되는 것을 육안평가를 통해 분석하였다. 제안방법을 통하여 T2강조 MR 영상과 확산강조 MR 영상을 융합함으로써 종양의 위치를 자동으로 파악하고 자궁내막암의 병기를 확정하는 용도로 활용할 수 있다.

  • A Distributed reflection denial of service (DRDoS) is a variant of DDoS attacks that threatens the availability of services to legitimate users. In response to this evolving threat landscape, the cybersecurity industry and service providers have intensified their efforts to develop effective countermeasures. Despite these efforts, attackers continue to innovate, developing new strategies and tools while becoming more sophisticated. Consequently, DRDoS attacks continue to be harmful. Therefore, ongoing research and development is essential to improve defense against DRDoS attacks. To advance our understanding and analysis of DRDoS attacks, this study examines the unique characteristics of DRDoS attacks and quantifies the risks involved. Additionally, it adopts a quantitative rather than traditional qualitative methods to derive and apply risk, particularly the probability of loss that can be caused by DRDoS attacks.

중년여성을 위한 건강정보 프로그램 개발과 건강교육 활용에 관한 연구 (Development of Health Information Program for the Middle Aged Women)

  • The purpose of the study was to develop a Web site for the middle-aged women and test the usability of the site. Users' need for information were identified via online survey of 189 middle-aged women. It was found that they had various health problems but very few did any health prevention or health promotion activities. A web site for the middle-aged women was developed based on the result of needs assessment. The site includes content on exercise, diet including weight control, osteoporosis, climacteric, aging, breast and cervical cancer. Besides this health information, FAQ on women's health, my health knowledge test, statistics, link to related institutes and web sites, newspaper articles/mass media clips, journal articles, conferences, papers and other educational information were added. The site was developed as a subsystem of the Healthguide(http://healthguide.kihasa.re.kr). As a way of utilizing the homepage, twenty two women aged 40-50 were recruited at a community-based gathering and health promotion education program was conducted. To test the effectiveness of the education, knowledge, attitude and behavior changes of before and after education were compared. There were significant differences of knowledge and behavior in breast cancer, cervical cancer, osteoporosis, menopause and sexual life. It is expected that Web-based women's health information will contribute to women's health promotion and provide an effective learning media for health education.

대중매체의 식품영양정보가 청소년의 식행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Food and Nutrition Information in Mass Media on Adolescents' Dietary Behaviors)

  • Purpose : This study surveyed the relationship between the dietetic behaviors of high school students and nutrition information available from mass media thereby suggesting the way of improving the dietetic health promotion of adolescents. Method : This study surveyed coeducational high school students in S region. 220 questionnaires have been collected and analyzed, which is statistically significant as in other previous studies. The survey lasted for one month, March 14 through April 14 in 2016. The statistical analysis was performed by using the windows version 21.0 of SPSS. Primarily, the frequency analysis and descriptive statistics was carried out on the general information, the usage and confidence of mass media, and the diabetic behaviors of respondents. t-Test and One-way ANOVA were adopted to clarity the mass media usage and diabetic behaviors of respondents for general characteristics. Result : The statistical analysis on the diet usage of mass media among high school students shows that famous restaurants(Response rate 51%) and diet control(20%) are highly evaluated, but disease prevention(15%) is low. Regarding the dietetic information acquisition, the mass media including TV, radio, and Internet appear as main information carriages (p<.001). The confidence in mass media are analyzed in the relation with 10 dietetic behaviors, and 4 items(meal amount: p<.011, vegetable intake: p<.005, protein intake: p<.003) are inversely related to the mass media, which means regular intake party is less dependent of the exterior information. The seaweed(p<.017) intake is statistically significant in confidence level. Conclusion : To increase the interest and the health promotion of students, the dietetic information need to be offered in mass media and education course.

컬러테라피를 활용한 VR 힐링 콘텐츠, '노르니르' 개발 (Development of VR Healing Content 'NORNIR' Using Color Therapy)

  • 본 연구는 일상 속에서 스트레스를 관리할 수 있는 VR 컬러테라피 힐링콘텐츠 '노르니르'를 구현하고 이를 제안한다. '노르니르'는 CRR 분석법을 적용하여 사용자가 선택한 3가지 컬러에 따라 맞춤형 VR 컬러테라피 체험의 여정을 제공한다. 사용자는 해당 컬러 여정을 통해 자신에 대해 이해하고, 앞으로 실천할 목표를 다양한 색채 인터랙션과 자극으로 제공받으며, 스트레스 수준을 낮추는 힐링이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 구현된 결과를 바탕으로 콘텐츠 시연 후의 사용자의 스트레스 변화를 확인하기 위해 한국판 기분 상태 검사 'K-POMS'를 실험 참가자들을 대상으로 시연 전후에 실시하였다. 실험 결과 사용자들은 부정적 감정의 감소와 긍정적 감정의 증가를 뚜렷이 보였다. VR 기술을 활용하여 색채심리치료룰 접목하여 일상에서 잦은 스트레스에 노출되는 사용자들의 스트레스를 완화 시켜줄 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다.

가족, 친구, 소셜 미디어 압박이 내면화와 외모 만족도를 통해 성형수술 수용 정도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Family, Friends, and Social Media Pressures on Acceptance of Cosmetic Surgical Procedures via Internalization and Appearance Satisfaction)

  • The popularity of cosmetic procedures has increased over the past decade. Korean consumers have shown different levels of demand for the two types of cosmetic procedures (surgical and nonsurgical). This study examines the effect of appearance pressure from family, friends, and social media on the internalization and face/body satisfaction that can determine the levels of acceptance for each cosmetic procedure among young Korean females. Data was collected from 379 females in their 20s and 30s, using an online survey questionnaire. Statistical analysis were performed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS. The results indicated that only social media pressure significantly influenced young women's internalization of attractive appearance. Internalization was negatively associated with face and body satisfaction. Face satisfaction was negatively related to the acceptance of cosmetic surgical and nonsurgical procedures; however, body satisfaction was not related to the acceptance of cosmetic surgical and nonsurgical procedures. This study highlights the significant importance of social media and its powerful impact on developing young women's body image perceptions.

온-오프라인 교차광고의 효과와 영향요인에 관한 연구 (The Effect and Its Potential Determinants of Cross-Media Advertising between Online and Offline Media)

  • 미디어환경의 급변에 따라 최근 광고시장에서는 전통매체의 영향력이 점차 감소되고 PC 기반 인터넷, 모바일미디어, 소셜미디어 등의 뉴미디어를 활용한 프로모션의 성장이 두드러지고 있다. 특히 소비자가 상시적으로 접근할 수 있는 디지털미디어를 전통매체와 결합하여 활용하는 마케팅커뮤니케이션 활동이 가능해 짐으로써 교차광고(또는 크로스미디어광고) 전략이 새로운 마케팅환경에서의 효과적인 소구기법으로 크게 주목 받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 온-오프라인 교차광고의 효과에 있어 제품관여도와 매체간 연계속성, 그리고 성별이 광고 노출 후의 브랜드태도와 행동적 의향에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 실증분석하고자 하였다. 실험설계상으로는 내적 타당성의 확보를 위해 가상의 제품을 정하고, 제품관여도와 매체간 연계속성이란 두 독립변인을 조작하여 실험광고물을 제작한 후 20~30대 성인 남녀를 대상으로 실험조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 제품관여도와 매체간 연계속성의 상호작용이 성별의 조절효과에 따라 브랜드 태도와 행동적 의향에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 연구결과를 토대로 이론적 실무적 시사점을 논의하고 후속연구의 방향성을 제안하였다.

  • 사회의 발달에 따라 콘텐츠의 양이 폭발적으로 증가하게 되어 이를 효율적으로 활용하기 위한 미디어 서비스의 필요성이 대두되었다. 현재 오프라인 상에서는 다양한 융합미디어 제작과 서비스 방안이 제시되고 있으나 온라인 상에서 사용자의 실시간 조건에 맞는 미디어 서비스의 제공 기능의 연구가 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 미디어 콘텐츠에 대한 온라인 미디어 서비스를 위한 가상 콘텐츠 서비스 방안과 가상 미디어 구축을 위한 VMM(Virtual Media Middleware)을 제안한다. 이러한 VMM을 통하여 실시간의 사용자의 요구에 맞는 최적의 가상 콘텐츠 제공 서비스 실현 가능성을 보여준다.

텍스트 마이닝과 토픽모델링 분석을 활용한 코로나19와 간호사에 대한 언론기사 분석 (Analysis of Media Articles on COVID-19 and Nurses Using Text Mining and Topic Modeling)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand the social perceptions of nurses in the context of the COVID-19 outbreak through analysis of media articles. Methods: Among the media articles reported from January 1st to September 30th, 2020, those containing the keywords '[corona or Wuhan pneumonia or covid] and [nurse or nursing]' are extracted. After the selection process, the text mining and topic modeling are performed on 454 media articles using textom version 4.5. Results: Frequency Top 30 keywords include 'Nurse', 'Corona', 'Isolation', 'Support', 'Shortage', 'Protective Clothing', and so on. Keywords that ranked high in Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) values are 'Daegu', 'President', 'Gwangju', 'manpower', and so on. As a result of the topic analysis, 10 topics are derived, such as 'Local infection', 'Dispatch of personnel', 'Message for thanks', and 'Delivery of one's heart'. Conclusion: Nurses are both the contributors and victims of COVID-19 prevention. The government and the nurses' community should make efforts to improve poor working conditions and manpower shortages.

시청각 매체를 활용한 목, 어깨 자가신장운동이 만성 목통증 여성의 통증, 자세정렬과 관절위치감각에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Neck and Shoulder Self-Stretching Exercise Using Audiovisual Media on Neck Pain, Postural Alignment, and Joint Position Error in Women with Chronic Neck Pain)

  • Background: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of neck and shoulder self-stretching exercise using audiovisual media on neck pain, postural alignment, and joint position error in women with chronic neck pain. Methods: The subjects included 20 women that gave consent to participate in the study voluntarily. They performed the self-stretching exercises using audiovisual media was carried out 20 minutes 5 times a week during 3 weeks. Neck disability index (NDI) and visual analogue scale (VAS) were used to measure the functional disability and pain, A pressure pain threshold was measured using an algometer, and a cervical range of motion (CROM) measurement tool was used to measure the range of motion and error of proprioceptive position sense of the cervical spine. To assess posture alignment, forward head angle (FHA), forward shoulder angle (FSA) were measured using image J software. Results: The neck pain intensity was statistically significantly within group (p<.05). Neck and shoulder functional disability were a statistically significant difference within group (p<.05). Splenius capitis and upper trapezius pressure pain threshold were statistically significant difference in within group (p<.05). The postural alignment was statistically significantly within group (p<.05). The cervical range of motion in neck extension, right and left lateral flexion were statistically significantly within group (p<.05). The joint position error in neck flexion, extension, right and left lateral flexion decreased statistically significantly within group (p<.05). Conclusion: Self-stretching exercise using audiovisual media increased the mobility of the neck, decreased neck pain and joint position error, and improved posture alignment. As a result, there was a positive effect by applying the self-stretching exercise using audiovisual media to people with neck pain. Based on this, it is thought that it can be used as the basis for research related to home training programs for healthy self-management.
