A localization method for mobile node in sensor network (센서 네트워크에서 이동 가능한 노드에 대한 위치 인식 방법)

  • The Study of environment monitoring through huge network of wireless sensor node is worked with activity. The sensor nodes must be very small, light and low cost. The localization which may determine where a given node is physically located in a network is one of the quite important problems for wireless sensor network. But simple localization method is required as excluding the usage of GPS(Global Positioning System) by the limit condition such as the node size, costs, and so on. In this paper, very simple method using connectivity for the outdoor RF communication environment is proposed. The proposed method is demonstrated through simulation.

  • Wireless sensor networks that are easy to deploy and install are ideal for building a system that monitors the condition of the equipment in a factory environment where wiring is difficult. The ZigBee has characteristics of low price and low power compared with other wireless communication protocols and is suitable for a monitoring system requiring a plurality of nodes. ZigBee communication requires encryption security between devices because all protocol layers are based on OTM trusted by each other. In the communication between nodes, node authentication must be guaranteed and exposure of confidential information managed by each node should be minimized. The facilities of the factory are regular and stationary in distribution location. In order to protect the information gathered from the sensor in the factory environment and the actuator control information connected to the sensor node, we propose a cryptosystem based on the two - dimensional grid - based key distribution method similar to the distribution environment of the facility.

Wireless LED Streetlight Platform with Weather Monitoring and Color Temperature Control System (기상 모니터링과 색 온도 제어 시스템을 지원하는 무선 LED 가로등 플랫폼 설계 및 구현)

  • In this paper, we propose the design of LED Streetlight Platform with capabilities of weather monitoring and color temperature control. Several previous works are focused on the energy efficiency or data management of streetlight system, but no work has been done on the lighting performance, especially when natural phenomenon such as fog or haze appears on the street and obstructs the visibility of drivers and pedestrians. To solve such issue, we propose the use of two LED lamps with different correlated color temperature, which will be activated interchangeably according to the condition on the street. We also present the design of communication scheme between each devices in the system. Moreover, our experimental results show the LED Streetlight Platform can perform well and the data can be displayed properly at the website.

  • A TPMS is a wireless communication system designed to monitor its condition inside the pneumatic tires on various types of vehicles. These systems report the tire pressure information to the driver of the vehicle. While wireless communications is used to transmit the measurement data from TPMS sensors to a central processing unit in the vehicle, it suffers from the various interferences such as sensors of each tire or outside electrical equipments. Based on the conventional beamformer, a switching beamforming technique is proposed to minimize the interference and efficiently receive valid data. Moreover, in order to minimize the interference and reduce power consumption for communication, a system with unique Gold Code is presented for each tire. The performance of interference suppression is illustrated by computer simulations.

  • A system to prevent disasters by collecting and analyzing environmental information such as road surface sedimentation, sinkholes, collapse risk of bridges, temperature and humidity around tram station is continuously monitored by monitoring the condition of road surface when constructing tram which is one of the urban railways. In this paper, we propose a wireless network security management system for tram roads based on LPWA that can recognize risk factors of road surface, bridge and tram station of tram in advance and prevent risk. The proposed system consists of a sensor node that detects the state of the tram road surface, a gateway that collects sensor information, and a safety management system that monitors the safety and environmental conditions of the tram road surface, and applies the low power long distance communication technology. As a result of comparing the proposed system with the LTE system in the field test, it was confirmed that there is no significant difference between the sensor information value and the critical alarm level in the monitoring system.

  • Recently, the number of confirmed cases has increased again with the new variant of COVID-19. Quarantine is recommended, especially to prevent the rapidly increasing spread, as environmental controls, such as minimizing contact with others, can increase safety. In addition, there are often cases in which the patient's condition cannot be confirmed from the standpoint of a guardian, such as visitation being prohibited under certain conditions. At this time, the sensor data values of oxygen, carbon dioxide concentrations, temperature and humidity, and alcohol, which are medical gases used in hospitals, are collected remotely using ZigBee wireless communication technology. Design a system that can be stored and monitored in a database. We propose an environmental monitoring system, which is a visualization system designed to allow hospitals to check and feedback data on the managed environment, and to give reliability to parents.

In the body of the patient or the old person the organism signal sensor about under attaching condition of the patient at real-time about under the monitor ring about under disposing the control which is quick against the emergency patient does to become accomplished at the case real-time when the above will get in the body of the patient or the old person. Using ZigBee (802.15.4) system base on Shor wireless communication protocol because of complement wireless of hospital. This system use ZigBee (802.15.4) system to get for electrocardiogram, blood pressure and pulse bio-sensors. This paper constructs Bio-Sensor communication monitoring system and transmission rate and the delay which it follows possibility and node occurrence rate of wireless sensor network construction hour transmission session it leads and it verifies the effectiveness.

  • As rapid aging and high economic level, people are interested in their wellness. And it needs to examine the condition of their health constantly. Proposed device can measure bio-signal by connecting several measurement modules such as spirometric module, blood glucose measurement module, uro-flow measurement module and temperature measurement module. These modules can be chosen as occasion demands. In addition, developed user program enables patients to monitor bio-signal at their own place via the personal computer.

  • In order to convert efficiently vibration energy of a car tire wheel into electrical power by using piezoelectric materials, the design of the materials must be performed for the dynamic characteristics of the piezoelectric materials to be matched with them of the vibration energy sources well. An accelerometer was installed on the tire wheel with a slip ring to investigate the dynamic mode of the wheel as one of the vibration energy sources. During road test, the measurement on the vibration mode of the tire wheel was performed with variations of car speed and road condition. The experimental data were analyzed details for availability as a micro power source for wireless TPMS(Tire Pressure Monitoring System).

  • 교량의 고성능화, 고효율화 및 센서기술의 발전에 따라서 최근의 장대교량의 경우 교량에 각종 센서를 부착하여 상태를 실시간으로 교량의 상태를 계측하는 시스템이 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 하지만, 기존의 센서와 데이터 로거를 이용한 계측시스템은 높은 설치비가 요구되며 센서 설치비의 50%이상이 통신케이블에 관련된 비용이다. 본 논문에서는 설치비용 절감과 저렴한 유지관리비용 및 센서의 추가 및 교체가 손쉬운 무선기반의 계측시스템 개발에 관하여 논하고자 한다. 교량의 부재에 부착되어있는 센서들 사이 근거리 무선통신은 ZigBee를 이용한 무선통신네트워크를 구성하였으며, 교량과 교량관리소 사이의 장거리 통신에는 국내 휴대전화에 사용되고 있는 CDMA 통신망을 이용하여 데이터를 전송하는 방식을 취하고 있다.
