음식축제 웹사이트 서비스품질과 이용후기 정보성이 이용만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study Analyzing the Effect of the Service Quality of Food Festival Websites and Review Information on Satisfaction with Use and Behavioral Intention)

  • 본 연구는 음식축제 방문객이 인지하고 있는 웹사이트 서비스품질과 이용후기 정보성의 속성을 알아보고, 축제 웹사이트 서비스품질과 이용후기 정보성이 이용만족에 미치는 영향과 이용만족이 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 축제 웹사이트의 만족을 통해 축제에 대한 긍정적인 구전 및 방문의도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 조사대상 축제는 경북지역의 대표적인 지역음식축제로 분류되며, 4년 연속 경상북도 최우수축제로 선정되었고, 17회 연속으로 개최되어 지역의 음식축제로 자리잡은 영덕대게 축제로 선정하였다. 설문조사는 영덕대게 축제에 참가한 경험이 있는 방문객 중에서 영덕대게 축제 방문 전 축제 홈페이지에서 정보를 검색한 경험이 있는 방문객을 대상으로 하였다. 연구 결과, 음식축제 웹사이트 이용후기 정보성과 서비스품질의 디자인, 내용충실성, 고객응대성, 시스템능력은 이용만족을 통하여 행동의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 음식축제 방문을 유도하고 활성화시키기 위해서 웹사이트 서비스품질 관리가 매우 중요한 요인임을 제시하였다.

인터넷 웹사이트의 운영전략과 성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Operational Strategy and the Performance of Internet Web Sites)

  • In this paper, we studied the purpose of this paper is like that; the first one is to find the factors associated with operational strategy by variable website types classified into information-providing type, product-providing type and service- providing type by user approach purposes. The second one is to propose the successful operational strategy through analyzing the factors affecting the financial and non-financial performance of websites. A framework of research model including above factors is developed and tested statistically. The data are collected from Internet website experts of 80 Korean firms through survey. The main results of this research are as follows. First, in information-providing websites, the community factor is regarded as the most important factor But for the Improvement of the performance, not only community factor but also user interface, customization, total quality and playfulness factors should be regarded as important factors equally. Second, in product-providing websites, customization, total quality and visual design factors are regarded as important factors. But for the improvement of the performance, community and visual design factors should be regarded as important factors. Third, in service-providing websites, user interface, customization and community factors should be regarded as important factors in order to improve the performance.

중국 레저푸드 전자상거래의 서비스 품질이 소비자 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증분석 (Empirical Analysis on the Influence of Service Quality of Leisure Food E-Commerce in China on Consumer Satisfaction Degree)

  • This thesis determines the research framework and scale design of leisure food E-Commerce consumer satisfaction degree by referring to previous theoretical model of customer satisfaction degree, the universal satisfaction evaluation index system, and the characteristics of leisure food E-Commerce in China. In this research, consumers who have bought leisure food online are taken as the research object, data are collected by questionnaires, and exploratory factor method is used to screen valid sample data. Through the Empirical Analysis which includes Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Reliability and Validity Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling, it is concluded that website design, logistics delivery service, commodity quality, and after-sales service are the main service quality on which the Leisure food E-Commerce enterprises should take focus. The service quality has significant positive influences on satisfaction degree. On the other hand consumer satisfaction has a significant positive influence on customer loyalty, which will create more earnings for the Leisure food E-Commerce enterprises.

한.중 대학생들의 의류쇼핑 웹사이트 품질지각에 따른 고객만족과 재구매의도 (The Effect of Perceived Website Quality of Fashion Shopping on Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intentions for Korean and Chinese College Students)

  • This study investigates the dimensionality of perceived web site quality for fashion e-retailers to compare the differences in perceived web site quality between Korean and Chinese college students in the identification of the decisive web site quality dimensions for customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions. Data were collected from 300 Korean and 300 Chinese online apparel shoppers. The survey was statistically analyzed by factor analysis, T-test, and regression analysis. The perceived service quality dimensions were identified as product quality, economic efficiency, information quality, site design, and trust. The Chinese college students had significantly higher evaluations than Korean college students on information quality and trust. For Korean college students, product quality, economic efficiency, and trust were the most decisive predictors of customer satisfaction and they have indirect effects on repurchase intentions. For Chinese college students, product quality and information quality were identified as the most decisive predictors of customer satisfaction and they have indirect effects on repurchase intentions. Strategic directions for e-commerce business targeting Korean or Chinese college students are suggested in the conclusion.

온라인 여행사 사이트 e-서비스품질이 지각된 가치, 만족도, 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Intention of Repurchase on e-Service Quality by Online Travel Agency Site)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this research is reflected on the rapid development of online tourism industries. The study was to establish the strategy for Korean tourism enterprises to develop tourist commodities suitable for Chinese tourists and attract them to visit Korea by the empirical analysis of the relation between repurchase intention of tourists and its premise variables (e-service quality, perceived value and satisfaction). Research design, data, and methodology - This research carried out a questionnaire survey on Chinese tourists who visited Korea with experience of using the online travel agency web sites. A total 398 answers were recovered, 41 of them were excluded due to the dishonest answers and 357 of them were finally analyzed. The data was analyzed with IBM SPSS AMOS 22.0. Results - The research results show that in the online travel agency web site e-service quality, convenience, interactivity, information validity, credibility had a positive impacts on perceived value and satisfaction. The perceived value of online travel agency website users has positive impart on satisfaction and repurchase intention. Satisfaction of online travel agency web site users have positive impacts on repurchase intention. But safety has no impact on perceived value while positive impacts on satisfaction was affected. Conclusions - First, in the online travel agency web site e-service quality, safety has no impact on perceived value while it was shown to have positive impacts on satisfaction because the users of online travel agency web sites believe that the protection of personal information, the defense of cracker and the safeguard of payment security are the basic premises of website operation. Although safety does not have impacts on perceived value, users benefits will suffer damage when hacker intrusion and other accidents occur so that online travel agency web sites should not ignore the security concerns. Second, credibility is a major concern for online travel agency web site users. At this time, it is necessary for the web site to establish a system to display both the commodity information and the using experience published on the user's SNS, thus improving the credibility of the website information.

  • Sexually abused victims suffer not only physical damage, but they may also experience an array of additional problems ranging from acute fear, depressed mood, anxiety, shame, or insomnia to long-term psychiatric disorders. Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is known to have excellent therapeutic effects for trauma victims including victims of sexual violence. CBT treatment includes stress immunity training, relaxation training, and acceptance and commitment therapy. In foreign countries TF-CBT is carried out online in order to increase the therapeutic accessibility for the victim and improve the quality of the interview for the therapists. As a result, those victims who have difficulties in requesting external help, who live in remote areas, or who have limited time may now have access to the service and benefit from the online education programs. A website providing an online based TF-CBT program was initiated in Korea also. Through the website, victims and their guardians may obtain therapeutic information without the need for face-to-face meetings with therapists. Our goal is to create a system with this website which will provide therapeutic assistance to sexual violence victims and improve the quality of the counseling provided by the therapist.

E-commerce Utility and Service Quality Enablers: A TISM Approach

  • Consumer demand for e-commerce services has skyrocketed due to the introduction of social distancing standards and lockdown measures that countries have taken to combat the pandemic. There has been a notable surge in the popularity of on-demand delivery services, with a significant influx of new users turning to the e-platform for assistance. This research paper tries to identify the enablers of E-commerce Utility and Service Quality and establish a connection using total interpretive structural modelling (TISM). Enablers are the building blocks for providing customers with an enhanced and more consistent service experience contributing to service quality. The enablers and the linkages thus established hold valuable insights for e-commerce marketers, aiding them in effectively reaching their customers, and achieving desired growth outcomes. The TISM- based model and the MICMAC analysis identified two barriers; website design and personalization as the decisive attributes of e-commerce service quality, possessing strong driving power and weak dependence. Furthermore, the factors of reliability, responsiveness, information, and ease of use form the linkage zone, indicating that any action taken on these factors would not only influence other factors but also have a reciprocal effect on them.

온라인게임 웹사이트의 전자상거래 성공측정모델의 개발에 관한 연구 (Developing a Conceptual Model for Measuring the Electronic Commerce Success of Online Game Websites)

  • 오늘날 대부분 온라인게임들은 웹사이트 인터페이스를 통해 서비스가 제공된다. 관련연구들에 의하면, 게임웹사이트의 다양한 요소들이 온라인 게임 비즈니스의 성공을 좌우하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 Delone, et al.(2004)의 전자상거래 성공모델을 토대로 온라인 캐주얼게임 웹사이트의 성공에 영향을 미치는 사이트품질 관련요인들을 추출하고, 온라인 게임 웹사이트의 주요 품질요인을 탐색할 목적으로 도메인 전문가들을 대상으로 한 델파이 조사를 통해 품질요인들을 확장보완하였다. 그런 다음 실증분석을 위해 온라인게임 이용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 정보품질, 서비스품질, 그리고 시스템품질 모두 사용자만족도와 양(+)의 관계가 있으며, 사용자만족도가 증가하면 고객충성도 및 비즈니스 성과 모두 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 게이머 충성도가 높다고 해서 반드시 비즈니스 성과가 높지는 않은 것으로 확인됐다. 본 연구는 서비스의 공급 관점에서 캐주얼게임 웹사이트의 성공측정모델을 제시했다는 점, 게임사이트 품질요인과 사용자만족도 간의 영향관계에 대한 조절변수로서 사용자유형을 조명했다는 점, 그리고 온라인게임 웹사이트도 하나의 웹기반 전자상거래시스템으로 볼 수 있으므로 게임사이트의 품질을 정보, 서비스, 그리고 시스템 차원에서 접근하여야 한다는 시사점을 제시했다는 점을 주요 기여점으로 들 수 있다.

Male Generation Y Consumers: Online Apparel Shopping and E-satisfaction

  • To date most of the research concerning e-service quality in the context of online apparel settings has had a female or a generalized for gender and age focus. To expand the scope of understanding of online consumers, this study focuses on the key dimensions of e-service quality which affect male Generation Y consumers' e-satisfaction which in turn may affect their e-loyalty. A convenience sample of male college students was recruited from a Korean university. The findings of this study showed that privacy, personalization, efficiency, and website design were the key dimensions that have significant positive relationships with e-satisfaction. The positive relationship between e-satisfaction and e-loyalty was also confirmed. Managerial implications and suggestions for further research are further discussed.

오픈마켓의 웹서비스 품질과 사용자 만족 (A Study on the Web Service Quality and User Satisfaction at Open Market)

  • 오픈마켓의 지속적 성장으로 인해 업체간의 경쟁이 예상되므로 높은 품질확보를 통한 기존 사용자의 이탈방지와 새로운 사용자창출을 위해 노력하고 있다. 마케팅분야에서 서비스 품질에 대한 평가척도로 사용되던 서비스 품질을 확대하여 오픈마켓에 맞게 e-서비스 품질로 변환하여 사용하기도 한다. Udo et al.[6]은 정보시스템의 관점에서 Parasuraman et al.[2]의 e-서비스 품질과 DeLone and McLean[7]의 정보시스템 성공모델을 결합하여 웹서비스 품질로 제안하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Udo et al.[6]의 모형을 기반으로 한 오픈마켓의 웹 서비스 품질 영향요인으로 웹사이트 개인정보보호, 웹사이트 컨텐츠, 웹사이트 편의성 그리고 오픈마켓 이미지를 제안하였다. 부산지역에 거주하는 대학생과 대학 내 평생교육원 수강생 301명을 대상으로 설문한 결과 네 가지는 모두 오픈마켓의 웹 서비스 품질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 궁극적으로 웹서비스 품질은 오픈마켓 사용자의 정보시스템 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 발견하였다.
