Recently the advent of web 2.0 era is an important trend in the business environmental change. Web 2.0 era means users' active participation, share, and openness, develop 'Internet penetration into everyday life,' and change many aspects of our society. web 2.0 has been making these following changes in the socioeconomic aspects: 1) acceleration of system shift to a small quantity of multi-species production system 2) growing influence of on-line channel/information to consumers 3) various minorities' power increase in the socioeconomic sector. web 2.0 has been making these following changes in the enterprise management: 1) the pursuit of open innovation from outside 2) active employment of viral marketing through Internet 3) the pursuit of present business transformation 4) strengthening of customer communication through open dialogue. Firms must squarely look at socioeconomic changes owing to web 2.0, and utilize them as business opportunities.

Information can be visualized as information technology and computers have recently made dramatic improvements. Thanks to the brisk effects of providing information in 3D on the web with the technological developments of Web 3D and virtual reality implementation in the Internet, there has been the trend to present geographic information in images and 3D. In this study, the Web 3D GIS technique was adopted in analyzing the current state of urban landscape and examining and predicting the urban landscape affected by new urban development businesses. As a result, it was expected that the study would be able to help the government agencies to reduce their errors in making urban landscape plans and policies and implementing them to provide objective and visual data, and to come up with a simulation system that could be used to reflect the residents opinions in plans and policies.

The trend of miniaturization has been applied to the research of rockets to develop prototypes of micro rockets. In this paper, the development of a web-integrated prototyping system for three-dimensional micro rockets, and the results of combustion tests are discussed. The body of rocket was made of 6061 aluminum cylinder by lathe process. The three-dimensional micro nozzles were fabricated on the same aluminum by using micro endmills with ${\phi}100{\mu}m{sim}{\phi}500{\mu}m$ diameter. Two types of micro nozzle were fabricated and compared for performance. The total mass of the rockets was 7.32 g and that of propellant (gun powder) was 0.65 g. The thrust-to-weight ratio was between 1.58 and 1.74, and the flight test with 45 degree launch angle from the ground resulted in $46\;m{\sim}53\;m$ of horizontal flight distance. In addition, ABS housing for the micro machined rocket was fabricated using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). A web-based design, fabrication, and test system for micro nozzles was proposed to integrate the distributed hardware resources. Test data was sent to the designer via the same web server for the faster feedback to the rocket designer.

The purpose of this study is to propose the effective development a fashion coordination website by computer graphics and web animation programs. Today, the internet fashion shopping malls come into the spotlight as the way of marketing. The amount of clothing products sold on the internet shopping mall and interest in the website design is increasing. This means many people consider that the web site design is one of the most important thing to lead customers to purchasing. For this reasons, this study develop fashion coordination items which was designed by the computer graphics software named 'photoshop 6.0'and propose the more visual effect of fashion coordination web image which was designed by animation software named 'flash 4.0'. As a result of this study. 1 It can accumulate a database of trend garment. 2. It can help designers save a time, expenses and tries to treat design also make correction and transform their work more freely. 3. It can help develop a new textile through the various image adjustment. 4. It can give more visual and interesting effect to website by animation and multimedia. 5. It can able to communicate interactive with each other by website.

Internet based on web service is growing rapidly and the effort to standardize the next generation web is world-widely being made. When the web was developed for the first time, HTTP, HTML, and URL were designed based on the structure of text background. Through those, asynchronous search and simple, unified expression patterns have been used. But recently many data on internet are becoming complicated. Consequently new structure and expression patterns including synchronous multimedia information are requested. The currently used standard language among user interface domain of W3C is SMIL which is XML-based one. SMIL describes where and how long the multimedia factors are integrated on the web. In this paper the standardization trend and important issues related to SMIL are reviewed and analyzed. Also the development of technology is discussed.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of fashion-related web sites and their evaluation. 76 college students major in fashion design were surveyed and the evaluation criteria were classified into five categories such as the accuracy/reliability, the design of a picture, the ease of application, the communication/security, and additional services. The results of this study were as follows: 1. College students used web sites mostly to search for fashion trend information from magazine and fashion information sites. 2. While the media site was excellent in the evaluation criteria such as the accuracy/reliability, the design of a picture and the communication/security, the fashion information site was excellent in the evaluation criteria such as the accuracy/reliability, communication/ security and additional services. 3. The media site and the fashion information site generally ranked high and the fashion brand site ranked low in most evaluation items. 4. By the results of ANOVA, 12 items showed significant differences out of the total 19 items. 5. Out of the total evaluation items, the design of a picture ranked highest and the external link function ranked lowest.

In this study, temporal trend of researches in earthquake with groundwater level, water quality, radon, remote sensing, electrical resistivity, gravity, and geomagnetism was searched from 2001 to 2020, using the journals indexed in Web of Science, and the number of articles published in international journals was counted in relation to the occurrences of earthquakes (≥Mw 5.0, ≥Mw 6.0, ≥Mw 7.0, ≥Mw 8.0, and ≥Mw 9.0). The number of articles shows an increasing trend over the studied period. This is explained by that studies on earthquake precursor and seismic monitoring becomes active in various fields with integrated data analysis through the development of remote sensing technology, progress of measurement equipment, and big data. According to Mann-Kendall and Sen's tests, gravity-related articles exhibit an increasing trend of 1.30 articles/yr, radon-related articles (0.60 articles/yr), groundwater-related articles (0.70 articles/yr), electrical resistivity-related articles (0.25 articles/yr), and remote-sensing-related articles (0.67 articles/yr). By cross-correlation analysis of the number of articles in each field with removing trend effect and the number of earthquakes of ≥Mw 5.0, ≥Mw 6.0, ≥Mw 7.0, ≥Mw 8.0, and ≥Mw 9.0, radon and remote sensing fields exhibit a high cross-correlation with a delay time of one year. In addition, large-scale earthquakes such as the 2004 and 2005 Sumatra earthquake, the 2008 Sichuan earthquake, the 2010 Haiti earthquake, and the 2010 Chile earthquake are estimated to be related with the increase in the number of articles in the corresponding periods.

The u-GIS national land information providing technology is the technology which maximizes the application of u- GIS data through the national land information platform technique of the next generation web and provides a user with the on-demand national land information in the ubiquitous environment. Recently, as the environment emphasizing the web as a platform 'Web 2.0' emerges, the where 2.0 which is paradigm is diffused in the spatial information area. And the Geo-spatial Web technology develops in a center. Moreover, it is changed to the open platform of the user participation trend. And the consumer of the geo-spatial information is changed to the end-user center from the public institution. The geo-spatial technique is technologically faced with the new challenge. In this paper, we analyze the technical tendency about a paradigm, And we present the u-GIS national land information platform technique, the u-GIS national land information visualization technology, the u-GIS national land information GeoDRM integrative technique, and the u-GIS national land information mobile application technology as the essential elemental technology for overcoming this.

As a surveying standard of a nation, the Korean geodetic control points such as triangulation points and benchmarks require continuous and effective management toward a spatially enabled society. As the developments of information technologies, use of mobile devices like PDA (personal digital assistant) has been increasing and the Web 2.0 environment became an important part of GIS. In this context, the management systems for national geodetic control points should be upgraded in accordance with the current trend, particularly for more interactive user-interface on the Web 2.0. This paper describes the framework design and prototype implementation of a Web 2.0 GIS application for the management of Korean geodetic control points. Our system enables a real-time update of the control point information and provides aerial photos on vector maps using Ajax(Asynchronous JavaScript and XML) techniques.

The government is supporting the law not to be uncomfortable in all departments of some sports and cultural activities for the handicapped, making the Welfare Law for People with Disability(Article 25) in Korea. Moreover web sites which are places of business more than 300 employees including other public organizations are making it mandatory to observe web accessibility for the handicapped. This study analyzed in statistical aspects to investigate systematically how professional sports clubs observe the accessibility of web site to some degree. As a result, it turned out that the compliance record on the items of the providing of text alternatives(44.92%) for non-text content and the keyboard accessible(46.79%) was low. However, by and large we are able to recognize that the compliance record of the web site is on an increasing trend with the course of time.
