본 연구는 교과기반 프로그램학습성과 평가를 위한 전산시스템 개발 및 적용 사례를 제시하여 프로그램학습성과 평가의 실효성을 높이기 위한 목적으로 실행되었다. 본 연구는 교과기반 프로그램학습성과 평가를 위한 전산시스템을 개발하고 개발된 전산시스템 적용사례를 제시하는 방법론적 연구이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 먼저, 시스템 개발 생명주기에 따라 요구도 조사를 실시한 후 그 결과를 전산시스템 개발에 반영 하였다. 다음으로 개발된 전산시스템을 직접 적용해 본 교수들을 대상으로 평가를 실시하였다. 전산시스템 개발을 통해 졸업시점에 이른 학생들의 개인별, 성과별 프로그램학습성과가 달성되었는지에 대한 모니터 및 CQI 수행이 용이하게 되었으며, 미달성 프로그램학습성과 및 학생에 대한 원인분석과 개선방안을 모색하는 것이 가능하게 되었다.

According to the increase of internet application, the marketing process as well as the research and survey, the education process, and administration of government are very depended on web bases. All kinds of goods and sales which are traded on the internet shopping malls are extremely increased. So, the necessity of automatically intelligent information system is shown, this system manages web site connected users for effective marketing. For the recommendation system which can offer a fit information from numerous web contents to user, we propose an automatic recommendation system which furnish necessary information to connected web user using statistical learning theory and bayesian fuzzy clustering. This system is called collaborative CRM in this paper. The performance of proposed system is compared with the other methods using real data of the existent shopping mall site. This paper shows that the predictive accuracy of the proposed system is improved by comparison with others.

The main purpose of this paper is to develop a questionnaire creation system by expert co-operation on the web. The most difficult problem in a survey is to make questionnaires. To solve this problem, we suggest the questionnaire creation system which is to create questionnaire for survey by expert collaboration. We can create the best questionnaire because it can gather and exchange to questionnaire information from experts.

Recently 'Rural Amenity Resources Survey' has been launched to preserve unique and various attributes of rural amenity resources in rural areas. While vast amounts of field data are being collected, there has been insufficient means to share and analyze the data among users. This article addresses crucial issues on why more systematical approaches of building an information system to retrieve and represent information more efficiently. In this work, we have developed an alternative 'Rural Amenity Resources Information System' using Web-GIS and ontology, and later examined its applicability.

The purpose of this study is to construct e-Nonsan, a user friendly river quality management information system for Nonsan-si basin using GIS (geographical information system) technology. GIS was ideally suited featuring a geographical characteristics(e.g., industries, cattle sheds) and very effectively used in mapping and symbolization for the distribution of the spatial/periodic status(e.g., pie or column chart) of the point/non-point pollutant source loads which can be effectively applied to a information system on the web-site. And a user interface, GUI(graphic user interface) was designed very diversely and simply enabled the and non environmental experts connect with the system and obtain a useful information of river quality. e-Nonsan, a visual mapping system for river quality was developed by reframing the monitoring data as graphic symbols and it was ideally suited to exploring area-wide river quality at a user-friendly manner due to extensibility and scalability along the various survey points. Eventually the final step of this study was to construct e-Nonsan based on Web-GIS could be assessed anywhere if internet service is available and offer a very useful information services of the river quality to the publics.

GeoWeb 기술이 발전하면서 재난관리 분야에서도 웹을 통한 2D/3D 공간정보 서비스에 대한 관심과 활용도가 높아지고 있다. 본 논문은 재난사고 현장에서 수집된 다양한 공간정보를 웹 환경에서 시각화하기 위한 3D 공간정보 맵핑 플랫폼 구축에 관한 연구로서, 웹 개발 표준기술인 HTML5/WebGL과 오픈소스를 활용하여 재난사고 현장에서 다양한 형태로 수집된 2D/3D 공간 데이터와 대용량의 LiDAR 점군 데이터에 대한 웹기반의 공간정보 맵핑 서비스 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 오픈소스인 GeoServer의 WMS 서비스와 PostGIS를 이용하여 수집된 재난현장 조사 2D 데이터를 공간 DB로 구축한 후 웹 환경에서 렌더링하였다. 둘째, 웹 환경에서 대용량 3D 점군 데이터를 효율적으로 렌더링하기 위하여 다중 해상도의 옥트리 구조를 이용하여 점군 데이터를 2D 타일로 단순화하는 Potree 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 마지막으로 OpenLayers3를 기반으로 3차원 지도를 제어 및 측정하기 위한 기본·응용 기능을 Graphic User Interface(GUI)로 구현하여 2D/3D 공간정보의 웹 시각화를 위한 3D 웹 맵핑 파일럿 시스템을 개발하였다. 향후, 재난현장의 각종 2D 조사 데이터 및 다양한 공간영상정보를 구축된 웹기반 3차원 공간정보시스템에 중첩·표출함으로써 재난사고 과학조사 및 분석 업무에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

As the average size of web sites gets larger, users tend to experience more severe problems while navigating through the sites. In order to alleviate the navigation-related problems, this paper proposes two new navigation systems based on the spatial metaphor to the navigation in the real world. Prototypes of the two system, Complete Route Navigation(CRN) and Complete Survey Navigation(CSN), were developed and applied to four versions of test bed web sites, which were then used in an experiment to test the effectiveness of the two navigation systems. Results from the experiment indicate that the two systems are indeed effective in aiding users to navigate in a large scale web site, and have more positive impacts when provided together. This paper ends with the limits of the study results and their implications to the development of large-scale web sites.

We have developed a Web-based intensity map generation system. We describe here briefly our system that is automatically generating seismic intensity map using the informations afforded by Internet users who actually experience recent earthquake. Whenever internet survey questionnaires, reported from the citizens using the form available through our Web site, are received, the associated ZIP code region is color-coded according to the Modified Mercalli Intensity Scale. As the number of questionnaires is increased, the intensity value of each region divided by ZIP code is averaged and updated automatically. The coverage of acceleration stations is insufficient to map the accurate extent of ground shaking in Korea. So our system will serve as an alternative for much more rapid generation of intensity map than conventional method, such as mailing intensity survey or elaborate manual processing.

Recently Venture business in the area of information and communication industry is booming. Though Technology classification chart helps the potential entrepreneur through Survey paper and Internet Web Page, its service does not meet the customer demand. Hence Technology Classification system, which is proposed in this paper, will solve this problem by using virtual network among venture, technology experts and potential entrepreneurs. This system supports potential entrepreneurs' decision making for choice of venture business items by using dual client technology, and provides better services than existing systems by linking expert client and customer client, .

본 연구는 나날이 확산되어 가고 있는 3D 인터페이스에 대한 사용자 감성을 밝혀 향후 3D 인터페이스의 사용자연구에 반영하기 위해 진행된 연구로, 2D와 3D 인터페이스의 시각 자극에 대한 사용자들의 감성을 알아보았다. 우선, 문헌연구를 통해 웹 브라우징에서의 사용자 감성어휘를 도출하였다. 도출된 77개의 감성어휘를 이용하여 2D와 3D 인터페이스 모형을 평가할 수 있는 웹 설문 시스템을 제작하였다. 설문 내용을 분석한 결과, 2D 인터페이스와 3D 인터페이스에서 공통적으로 나타나는 어휘도 있었지만 특징적으로 2D 모형과 3D모형에서 어느 하나에 편중되어 나타나는 어휘가 있었는데, 이를 통하여 2D 인터페이스와 3D 인터페이스에서 나타나는 감성어휘의 차이를 규명할 수 있었다. 특히, 3D 모형에서 나타난 어휘들은 3D 인터페이스의 특징이라고 할 수 있는 깊이감과 다양한 움직임 등에서 느낄 수 있는 감성어휘라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 추출된 감성어휘는 추후 3D 인터페이스를 평가하기 위한 기준으로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 본 연구의 결과는 3D 인터페이스를 대상으로 하는 사용자 감성연구를 활성화시키는 기반이 될 것으로 기대한다.
