한국산 유색미 속겨의 안토시아닌 색소에 의한 견직물염색 (Silk Dyeing Method in Natural Pigments - In Case of Korean Colored Rice Bran -)

  • This research was conducted to establish the efficient use of the colored rice bran fur dyeing textiles. To investigate the fabric dyeability of the colored rice bran extract, the anthocyanin pigments were extracted with water of different temperature ranges of 40 ~ 8$0^{\circ}C$ and were dyed on silk fabrics with different dyeing temperature $25^{\circ}C$~6$0^{\circ}C$, at acidic pH and neutral pH, respectively. Aluminum chloride was preheated with mordant K/S value and dyeing fastness of dyed silk fabrics were examined. The anthocyanins of the colored rice bran were stable and red color at acidic pH, red purple or purple blue at neutral pH, but unstable, blue color at alkaline pH. If extracting temperature and dyeing temperature of dyeing solution were higher, the dyeability was high, but the color of dyed fabric showed red tone. When extracting temperature was 8$0^{\circ}C$ and dyeing temperature of dyeing solution was 6$0^{\circ}C$, the dyeability was best. Without mordant, the dyeability of silk fabrics was higher in acidic pH than in neutral pH solution. With mordant, the dyeability was higher than without mordant, and also higher in acidic pH. Pretreatment of aluminum chloride resulted in the increase of color intensity and stability. The laundering fastness of dyed fabrics was good from grade 5 to grade 3-4. Because of the anthocyanins sensitivity on light radiation, the light fastness of dyed fabrics was poor from grade 3 to grade 1-2.

도암호 유역에서 비점오염물질의 유출부하 특성 (Characteristics of Runoff Load from Nonpoint Source Pollutants in the Lake Doam Watershed)

  • In order to investigate the runoff characteristics of nonpoint source pollutants in the Lake Doam watershed, water quality and flow rate were monitored for 38-rainfall events from 2009 to 2016. The EMC values of SS, COD, TN and TP were in the range of 33~2,169, 3.5~56.9, 0.09~7.65 and $0.06{\sim}2.21mg\;L^{-1}$, respectively. As a result of analyzing the effect of rainfall factor on the nonpoint source pollutant load, EMCs of SS, COD and TP showed a statistically significant correlation with rainfall (RA) (p<0.01) and SS showed highly significant correlation with maximum rainfall intensity (MRI, R=0.48). The load ranges of SS, COD, TN and TP were 10.4~11,984.6, 1.1~724.4, 0.6~51.6 and $0.03{\sim}22.85ton\;event^{-1}$, respectively, showing large variation depending on the characteristics of rainfall events. The effect of rainfall on the load was analyzed. SS, COD and TP showed a positive correlation, but TN did not show any significant correlation. The annual load of SS was the highest with $88,645tons\;year^{-1}$ in 2011 when rainfall was the highest with 1,669 mm. The result of impact analysis of nonpoint source pollution reduction project and land-use change on runoff load showed that pollutant load significantly reduced from 2009 to 2014 but SS and TP loads were increased from 2014 to 2016 due to increase in construction area. Therefore, we suggested that nonpoint source pollution abatement plan should be continued to reduce the soil loss and pollutants during rainfall, and countermeasures to reduce nonpoint source pollution due to construction need to be established.

색광에 대한 까치복의 반응 (Response of Striped Puffer , Fugu xanthopterus to the Colored Lights)

  • The author carried out an experiment to find out the response of Striped puffer. Fugu xanthoperus (Temminck et Schlegel) to the color lights. The experimental tank (300L$\times$50W$\times$50Hcm) was set up in a dark room. Six longitudinal sections with 60cm intervals are marked in the tank to observe the location of the fish. Water depth in the tank was kept 50cm level. Light bulbs of 20W at the both ends of the tank projected the light horizontally into the tank. Two different colored filters were selected from four colors of red, blue, yellow, and white, and the were placed in front of the light bulbs to make different colors of light. Light intensity was controlled by use of auxiliary filiters intercepted between the bulb and the filter. The fishes were acclimatized in the dark for 60 minutes before they were employed in the experiment. Upon turning on the light, the number of fish in each section was counted 40 times in 30 second intervals, and the mean of the number of fish in each section was counted 40 times in 30 second intervals, and the mean of the number of fish in each section was given as the gathering rate of the fish. The colors favourited by the fish was found in order of blue, yellow, white and red in the daytime, and blue, white, yellow and red at night. The difference of the average distribution on two different colors of light was 13.12%(4.10-26.55%), and the difference in the daytime(14.79%) was larger than at night (11.45%). Constantly the gathering rate of fish on illumination period was fluctuated with instability. As the gathering rate of fish on illumination period was fluctuated with instability. As the gathering rate on one color of light increased, the gathering rate on the other color of light decreased. The difference of the gathering rate on two different colors of light was comparatively distinct and the difference in the daytime was larger than at night.

색광에 대한 쥐노래미의 반응 (Response of Rock Trout to the Colored Lights)

  • 색광에 대한 쥐노래미 Hexagrammos otakii의 행동을 조사하기 위하여, 2가지씩의 서로 다른 색광을 조합하여 수조의 양단에서 동시에 광자극을 가했을 때의 반응을 주간과 야간으로 구분 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 수조내에서의 쥐노래미의 구간별분포곡선은 양단구조에 다소 많이 모여 대체로 U자형이 되었다. 2. 양색광원쪽에서의 평균분포차는 6.00%(0.50~20.80%)였고, 주간(4.68%)보다 야간(7.31%)에 더컸다. 3. 쥐노래미가 잘 모이는 색광은 주간에는 백색, 황색, 적색, 청색의 순이며 야간에는 적색, 황색, 청색, 백색의 순으로 나타났다. 4. 조명시간의 경과에 따른 집어율의 변화는 적었으며 비교적 안정하게 변동했다. 5. 두가지 색광에 대한 집어율의 차는 비교적 뚜렷하였다.

  • 화학기상증착법으로 제조된 $TiO_2$ 광촉매 볼을 이용하여 마이크로웨이브와 자외선을 동시에 조사시켜 메틸렌블루 수용액의 광촉매 분해실험을 하였다. 광촉매반응에 마이크로웨이브와 자외선을 같이 사용하기 위하여 마이크로웨이브에 의해 방전되는 무전극자외선램프를 개발하였다. 실험결과 마이크로웨이브의 강도, 반응수용액의 순환유속 그리고 산화보조제의 첨가량이 증가할수록 광촉매분해속도가 증가하였다. 특히 과산화수소를 첨가한 광촉매반응에 마이크로웨이브를 부가한 실험의 반응속도상수는 $0.0197min^{-1}$이고 광촉매반응에 과산화수소만을 첨가한 경우의 속도상수는 $0.0061min^{-1}$로 약 3배정도 높은 값을 나타내었다. 본 연구의 결과로부터 광촉매반응에 마이크로웨이브가 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 평가하기는 어렵지만, 과산화수소가 첨가되는 광촉매반응에 마이크로웨이브의 조사가 매우 중요한 인자인 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • 색광에 대한 두툽상어 Scyliorhinus torazame의 행동을 조사하기 위하여, 2가지 서로 다른 색광을 조합하여 수조의 양단에서 동시에 광자극을 가했을 때의 반응을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 수조내에서의 구간별 분포곡선은 대체로 W자형이 되었다. 2. 양색광원쪽에서의 평균분포차는 10.19%(0.17~25.75%)였고, 주간(6.72%)보다 야간(13.66%)에 더 컸다. 3. 두툽상어가 잘 모이는 색광은 주간에는 황색, 백색, 청색, 적색의 순이며, 야간에는 적색, 청색, 백색, 황색의 순으로 나타났다. 4. 조명시간의 경과에 따른 집어율의 변화는 적었으며 비교적 안정하게 변동했는데 주간에 더 안정되었다. 5. 두 가지 색광에 대한 집어율의 차는 조명시간에 관계없이 대체로 뚜렷했는데 주간보다 야간에 더 차가 심했다

비가림 조건에서 시비에 대한 논담수 중 총질소 및 총인 농도 반응 (Response of Total Nitrogen and Phosphorus Concentrations of Paddy Flooding Water to Fertilization under Rain-shielding Conditions)

  • Temporal changes in total nitrogen (T-N) and phosphorus (T-P) concentrations in paddy floodwater in response to fertilization under rain-shielding pot and small-scaled field conditions were investigated. On the basis of the changing patterns, suggestions for the use of fertilization factors, such as days after fertilization, in developing models for the estimation of T-N and T-P loads from paddy fields were made. Total N concentration was susceptible to fertilization, showing a peak concentration right after fertilization followed by a decreasing pattern with the elapse of days after fertilization. The decreasing pattern of T-N concentration followed the first- order kinetics, indicating that the models are likely to be an exponential equation using days after fertilization as an independent variable. Comparison between the pot and field experiments conducted with soils different in soil fertility revealed that indigenous soil N concentration significantly affected T-N concentration, and this suggests that soil N status can be used as the second variable for the models. Meanwhile, temporal changes in T-P concentration did not respond to P fertilization as sensitively as T-N. In combination with other published results, our study suggests that rainfall intensity and other factors associated with farming activities that are likely to cause disturbance of soil particles containing P may be used as possible variables for the models.

The Relationship Between the Locational Types and Biodiversity in the Sites of Geumgang Riparian Ecological Belts

  • Background and objective: This study was carried out to assess the relationship between the internal and external environments and the ecological items in five sites with a high level of artificial use intensity prior to the establishment of Geumgang River riparian ecological belts. Methods: The sites were classified into forest type, cultivated land type and urbanized type in accordance with their respective locational types. Ecological items including plant ecology such as proportion, naturalization index and urbanization index of native species were analyzed and animal ecology such as the number of species and population of wild birds, amphibians and reptiles, mammals, and butterflies and dragonflies, which are indicator insects, were investigated. In addition, species diversity indices of wild birds, butterflies and dragonflies found in all the subject lands were computed. Results: Among the plant ecological items, the ratio of native species in the forest type was higher than 90%, which was a satisfactory level, while the naturalization and urbanization indices were less than 10%. The number of species in the animal ecological characteristics was reduced in the order of forest type, cultivated land type and urbanized type. As the results of correlation analysis, the internal area of the planted area showed a negative correlation with the total of individuals. The area of grasslands showed a positive correlation with the number of dragonfly species and the total number of individuals, thereby illustrating that wet grasslands have positive effects. The area of surrounding forests, as an external environment, had a negative correlation with the urbanization index (UI) but a positive correlation with the inhabitation of butterflies and the total number of species. Conclusion: The results confirmed the need for more diversified special compositions including planted land, grassland, wetland, bodies of water and waterways within the subject land in the wetland ecological belt along with the need for surrounding forest location and preservation from the perspective of purchase and restoration of land for enhancement of wider biodiversity in the future.

광량 차이에 의한 산개나리의 엽 특성과 광색소 함량 및 광합성 변화 (Changes of Leaf Characteristics, Pigment Content and Photosynthesis of Forsythia saxatilis under Two Different Light Intensities)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 특산식물이면서 희귀식물인 산개나리의 유전자원 보존 및 복원을 위한 생육 환경 특성을 구명하기 위한 것으로, 서로 다른 광 조건을 가진 환경에 식재된 산개나리의 생장과 생리적 특성을 조사 분석하였다. 산개나리 시험구내 광량은 전광의 20%, 60%로 구성되었다. 산개나리의 생리적 특성으로 당년지 길이, 잎 크기 및 무게, 광색소 함량 및 잎 내 질소 함량, 광합성 특성을 분석하였다. 광량이 다른 두 시험구에서 측정한 산개나리의 잎 무게는 전광의 60% 광량을 가진 시험구의 잎이 20% 시험구 잎보다 무거웠으며, 잎 무게와 크기의 비율은 전광의 60% 시험구가 20% 시험구보다 1.47배 컸다. 산개나리 잎의 엽록소 a와 b 함량과 카로테노이드 함량 모두 전광의 60% 광량을 가진 시험구에서 높게 나타났으며, 총 엽록소 함량과 카로테노이드 함량의 비는 전광의 20% 시험구가 60% 시험구보다 높았다. 산개나리의 두 시험구에서 측정한 광합성 속도는 전광의 60% 광량을 가진 시험구가 20% 시험구보다 2.5배 이상 높았으며, 기공전도도와 증산 속도도 광합성 속도와 마찬가지로 전광의 60% 시험구가 20% 시험구보다 각각 2.65배와 1.79배 높았다. 그러나 수분이용효율은 전광의 20% 광량을 가진 시험구가 60% 시험구보다 높았다. 산개나리 잎의 질소 함량에 대한 총 엽록소 함량의 비는 20% 시험구가 60% 시험구보다 1.83배 높았으나, 총 엽록소 함량에 대한 순 광합성 량의 비는 60% 시험구가 20% 시험구보다 2.58배 높은 값을 나타냈다. 결론적으로 산개나리의 생장과 생리적 특성에 영향을 주는 가장 큰 요인은 광량이며, 광량이 높은 조건에서 산개나리의 생장과 생리적 특성은 개선될 수 있다고 판단된다.

온도와 관수 주기가 오이 포트 묘의 광합성, 생육 및 생장 해석에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Temperature and Irrigation Intervals on Photosynthesis, Growth and Growth Analysis of Pot-grown Cucumber Seedlings)

  • 본 연구는 오이(Cucumis sativus L.)의 광합성, 생육 및 수분이용효율을 분석하고 생장해석을 통해 생육 온도와 관수 주기가 식물에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 환경 제어가 가능한 실내 재배상에서 광도(70W·m-2)와 상대습도(65%)를 동일하게 설정하여 수행하였다. 처리는 주/야간 온도(℃)를 15/10℃, 25/20℃및 35/25℃로 3처리하였고, 각 온도별 관수 주기를 1일 1회 100mL(S), 2일 1회 200mL(L)로 달리 공급하는 처리를 조합하여 총 6개(15S, 15L, 25S, 25L, 35S, 35L) 처리를 하였다. 초장이 0.5cm인 오이묘 '아시아 은천'을 양질사토로 충진한 1L 원형 포트에 정식하여 21일간 처리하였다. 처리 14일째 광합성, 증산율과 기공전도도는 25S에서 가장 높았고, 관수 주기가 짧은 S처리에서 L처리보다 높았다. 처리 기간 중 총 관수량이 2L로 동일하게 공급되었지만 토양함수율은 15S에서 가장 높았고 25S > 15L > 25L, 35S, 35L 순으로 낮았다. 상대습도는 15/10℃(61.1%)와 25/20℃(67.2%)는 비슷한 경향을 보였지만 35/25℃에서는 80.5%로 높았다. 21일째 오이 생육은 25S에서 가장 높았고, 초장, 생체중과 건물중은 관수 주기에 영향을 받았다. 잎끝황화 현상은 온도가 높았던35S, 35L에서 89.9% 발생하였다. 상대생장률(RGR)과 비엽중(SLA)은 25/20℃(25S, 25L)에서 높았고, RGR은 관수 주기가 짧은 S처리, SLA은 L처리에서 높은 경향을 보였다. 수분이용효율(WUE)은 25S, 25L > 15S > 15L, 35S, 35L 순으로 높았다. 이상의 결과 적온인 25/20℃에서 생육과 수분이용효율도 높았다. 그러나 35/25℃(35S, 35L) 처리에서는 토양 함수량이 낮았고, 잎끝 황화현상이 발생하였으며, 15/10℃(15S, 15L)에서 토양 함수율이 높고 광합성과 생장이 낮았다.
