The material used is a commercial magnesium based alloy AZ31(Mg-3Al-1Zn)sheet with a thickness of 1.0mm. Uniaxial tension tests at warm temperature were carried out to investigate the material characteristics of K, m, and n. A warm drawing process with a local heating and cooling technique was developed to improve formability in this study with results of uniaxial tension tests because it is very difficult for Mg alloy to deform at room temperature by the conventional method. The die and blank holder were heated up, while the punch was water-cooled during deformation. FE simulations considering heat transfer were executed with Mg alloy to investigate the Improvement of deep drawability. For the assessment of improvement those were compare with the results of no considering heat transfer and room temperature.

Background: This study compared the effects of trunk stabilization exercise and hip joint exercises on the range of motion of the lumbar spine, pain severity, and severity of disability in patients with chronic lower back pain. Methods: A total of 30 participants were enrolled and divided into group 1 (n=10), group 2 (n=10), and group 3 (n=10) were performed by each group thrice a week for a total of 8 weeks. Group 1 performed warm-up exercise (15 min), trunk stabilization exercise (25 min), finish-up exercise (15mins). Group 2 performed warm-up exercise (15 min), hip exercise (25 mins, finish-up exercise (15mins). Group 3 warm-up exercise (15 min), trunk stabilization and hip exercise (25 min), Finish-up exercise (15 min). Participants were assessed for the range of motion of the lumbar spine, pain severity (visual analog scale score; VAS), and severity of disability (Oswestry disability index score; ODI) before and after the interventions. Results: All three groups showed a significant increase in the range of motion of the lumbar spine, but there was no significant difference among the groups. Moreover, the severity of pain and ODI were significantly decreased in all groups; however, the intergroup differences were non-significant. Conclusion: The results from this study confirmed the effectiveness of trunk stabilization and hip joint exercise in improving the lumbar range of motion, pain severity, and chronic lower back pain in patients. Thus, trunk and pelvic stabilization exercises and hip joint exercise can be used as clinical practices to treat and prevent chronic lower back pain.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of napping of knitted fabric on wear sensation and physiological responses. Experimental garments were four types of warm-ups made of either $100\%$ PET or $65/35\%$ P /C and either napped or unnapped respectively. Two healthy young female adults were chosen as subjects for the experiment. Experimental room conditions were as follows: Temp., $22\pm0.5^{\circ}C$ R.H., $54\pm3\%$ and Air Velocity, 0.25m/ sec or 2. 86m/sec. The subjects exercised on bicycle ergometer and rested alternatively for totally 45-min. The results are summarized as follows. 1) With napped Warm-up, chest, back, mean skin temp. and microclimates, i.e., temp., relative humidity and water vapor pressure inside the clothing, were higher than with unnapped warm-up. And there was no difference in pulse rate between napped and unnapped warm-ups. 2) Wear sensations of thermal, humidity, tactile and comfort were 'more hot' and 'more uncomfortable' in 0.25m/sec air velocity. but in 2.86m/sec condition the tactile sensation was 'better' and 'more comfortable' with napped warm-ups. According to Pearson's Correlation, among various kinds of wear sensations, tactile is most related with comfort. From these results, it can be concluded that napped fabric decreases the rate of heat trans? mission and moisture diffusion through the clothing. Therefore skin and body temp. and temp., R.H., Vapor Pressure inside the clothing are increased.

This study was carried out to investigate the warm deep drawability of square cups of clad sheet metals, by changing temperatures of die and blankholder and blank materials. Two kinds of clad sheet metals, STS304-A1050-STS304 and STS304-A1050-STS430 were chosen for experiments. The relative drawing depth of STS304-A1050-STS304 clad sheet was increased up to 4.4 at $150^{\circ}C$ that was $29\%$ higher than at room temperature, whereas STS304-A1050-STS430 material was improved to 3.65 at $120^{\circ}C$ which was $16\%$ better than at room temperature. In addition, comparison of wall thickness and hardness of a warm drawn cup with those of room temperature showed more even distributions. Therefore, warm forming technique was confirmed to ive better results in deep drawing of stainless clad sheet metal.
This study was performed to investigate the optimized warm forming conditions which gave the maximum drawing depth in square cup drawing of clad sheet metals, by changing the temperatures of die and blankholder and also shapes and materials of blanks. Two kinds of clad sheet metals, STS304-A1050-STS304 and STS304-A1050-STS430 were selected for experiments. The relative drawing depth of STS304-A1050-STS304 clad sheet was increased up to 4.4 at $150^{\circ}C$ that was 29% higher than at room temperature, whereas STS304-A1050-STS430 material was improved to 3.9 at $120^{\circ}C$ which was 15% better than at room temperature. In addition, comparison of wall thickness and hardness of a warm drawn cup with those of room temperature showed more even distributions. No separation between each laminated material after drawing occurred through inspection by microscope as well as application of penetrant test and bond strength test. Therefore, warm forming technique was confirmed to give better results in deep drawing of stainless clad sheet metal.

The objective of this study was to compare the family environment and developmental history of three groups of children classified by their temperament. The parents of 484 Korean children aged between 3 and 7 years completed the Korean version of Parental Temperamental Questionnaire developed by Thomas and Chess and Developmental Questionnaire created by Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Samsung Medical Center. After clustering these children into 5 temperamental groups according to the method proposed by Fullard et al, 98 Easy, 36 Difficult, and 21 Slow-To-Warm-Up children were included in the analysis. Statistically meaningful differences observed among three groups were as follow:1) Marital conflict of parents was more frequent in Difficult and Slow-To-Warm-Up children than in Easy children. 2) Parentchild conflict was more frequent in Difficult children than in Easy children. 3) Conflict among siblings was more frequent in Difficult children than in Easy children. 4) Average monthly income of family was less in Difficult children than in Easy children. 5) Toilet training was achieved later in Difficult children than in Easy children. 6) Motor development was slower, between 2 and 5 years old, in Slow-To-Warm-Up children than in Easy children. 7) Fear of stranger started earlier in Slow-To-Warm-Up children than in easy children. 8) Physical health was poorer in Difficult and Slow-To-Warm-Up children than in easy children. The findings indicate that Difficult child or Slow-To-Warm-Up child group have unfavorable family environment, different developmental milestone and poorer physical health in comparison with Easy child group.

With the increasing awareness of the importance of carbon neutrality in response to global climate change, the utilization of hydrogen as a carbon-free fuel source is also growing. Hydrogen is commonly used in fuel cells (FC), but it can also be utilized in internal combustion engines (ICE) that are based on combustion. Particularly, ICEs that already have established infrastructure for production and supply can greatly contribute to the expansion of hydrogen energy utilization when it becomes difficult to rely solely on fuel cells or expand their infrastructure. However, a disadvantage of utilizing hydrogen through combustion is the potential generation of nitrogen oxides (NOx), which are harmful emissions formed when nitrogen in the air reacts with oxygen at high temperatures. In particular, for the EURO-7 exhaust regulation, which includes cold start operation, efforts to reduce exhaust emissions during the warm-up process are required. Therefore, in this study, the characteristics of nitrogen oxides and fuel consumption were investigated during the warm-up process of cooling water from room temperature to 88℃ using a 2-liter direct injection spark ignition (SI) engine fueled with hydrogen. One advantage of hydrogen, compared to conventional fuels like gasoline, natural gas, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), is its wide flammable range, which allows for sparser control of the excessive air ratio. In this study, the excessive air ratio was varied as 1.6/1.8/2.0 during the warm-up process, and the results were analyzed. The experimental results show that as the excessive air ratio becomes sparser during warm-up, the emission of nitrogen oxides per unit time decreases, and the thermal efficiency relatively increases. However, as the time required to reach the final temperature becomes longer, the cumulative emissions and fuel consumption may worsen.
Hydroformability and fracture criteria of FE analysis based on ductile fracture were investigated in warm hydroforming of A16061 tube. To evaluate the hydroformability, uni-axial tensile test and bulge test were performed at room temperature and $200^{\circ}C$. The measured flow stresses were used as input parameters for FE analysis. The damage values were calculated by FE analysis based on ductile fracture criteria at maximum radius of free bulged tubes. Damage values were compared of hexagonal shaped hydroformed parts. As a result, the formability by critical damage value for extruded tube is lower than that of full annealed tube up to 0.5.

Cu-Ni-Zr-Ti bulk amorphous thin strips were produced by multi-pass warm rolling of the amorphous powder at temperatures in the supercooled liquid region. Process variables for rolling of the bulk amorphous strips were properly controlled to prevent onset of crystallization and failure during rolling up to three passes. During rolling of the amorphous powder, both the deformation and densification took place and the newly developed surface on the deformed amorphous particles enhances the consolidation leading to an increase in the strength. The strain state during rolling was analyzed by FEM.

The deformation under radial pressure of rectangular dies for metal powder compaction has been investigated by FEM. The explored variables have been: aspect ratio of die profile, ratio between diagonal of the profile and die height, insert and ring thickness, radius at die corners, interference, different insert materials, i. e. conventional HSS, HSS from powders, cemented carbide (10% Co). The analyses have ascertained the unwanted appearance of tensile normal stress on brittle materials, also "at rest", and even some dramatic changes of stress patterns as the die height increases with respect to the rectangular profile dimensions. Different materials behave differently, mainly due to difference of thermal expansion coefficients. Profile changes occur when the dies are heated up to the temperature required for warm compaction. The deformation patterns depend on compaction temperature and thermal expansion coefficients.
