Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effectiveness of using korean medical treatment on ulcer occurred in Anus and Vulva. Methods : We treated the patient with Taglisodog-eum(托裏消毒飮), acupuncture, and korean medical treatment using herb such as ointment and fumigation therapy. VAS score, Photographs were used to evaluate the effects of treatment. Results : After the total treatments, VAS score decreased from 7 to 1. In this case, we treated ulcer and checked regeneration of new tissue. Conclusions : The result suggests that Korean medical treatment including Taglisodog-eum(托裏消毒飮) can be effective in treatingulcer.

Background: The role of $p16^{INK4A}$ expression in uterine cervix cancer is well established. In the remaining female lower genital tract cancers, the importance of $p16^{INK4A}$ up-regulation is less clear. In our study, we analyzed the role of $p16^{INK4A}$ expression and HPV infection in carcinomas of the vulva and the vagina in Tunisian women. Materials and Methods: We conducted a retrospective study of 30 carcinomas including 15 vulvar squamous cell carcinomas (SCCs) and 15 vaginal SCCs. Immunohistochemistry was used to determine $p16^{INK4A}$ expression. HPV detection and typing was by in situ hybridization. Results: $p16^{INK4A}$ expression was detected in 86.7% of vaginal SCCs with a strong and diffuse immunostaining in 60% of cases, and also in 73.3% of vulvar SCCs with focal immunoreactivity in 53.3% The association between $p16^{INK4A}$ expression and HPV infection was significant in vaginal SCCs (p=0.001) but not vulvar SCCs (p>0.05). Conclusions: $p16^{INK4A}$ expression could be used as a useful marker for HPV positivity in vaginal SCCs similar to that described in uterine cervix cancers. However, our data support the presence of 2 different mechanisms for $p16^{INK4A}$ expression in HPV-related and HPV-unrelated vulvar carcinomas.

The effects of different levels of natural clay enterosorbent on the growth, nutrient availability, and genital organs of post-weaning female pigs fed with an addition of zearalenone (ZEA) were investigated in the study. A total of thirty-five post-weaning gilts ($L{\times}Y{\times}D$) with an average body weight of 12.36${\pm}$1.46 kg were used in the test. The gilts were raised individually in metabolism cages and fed a corn-soybean meal-whey basal diet with an addition of 0 or 1 mg/kg of ZEA for 24 d with four levels of natural clay enterosorbent added in the feed. The treatments were: i) control; ii) control+2.5 g/kg clay; iii) control+1 mg/kg ZEA; iv) control+1 mg/kg ZEA+1.25 g/kg clay; v) control+1 mg/kg ZEA+2.5 g/kg clay; vi) control+1 mg/kg ZEA+5.0 g/kg clay; vii) control+1 mg/kg ZEA +10 g/kg clay. Pigs fed diets contaminated with additional purified ZEA had significantly reduced apparent digestibility of crude protein (CP), gross energy (GE) and apparent metabolic rate of GE (ME/GE, p<0.05) without changes of net protein utilization (NPU, p>0.05). Final body weight, average daily gain (ADG), average daily feed intake (ADFI), vulva length, vulva width, vulva area, relative weights of genital organ and proliferative changes of the ovary tissues in gilts fed ZEA-contaminated diet were increased (p<0.05) compared to the gilts fed the control diet. Addition of natural clay enterosorbent in the ZEA-contaminated diet showed a positive protection effect on ZEA feeding, and the protection was increased linearly or quadratically as clay content increased. However, in pigs fed a diet with clay alone at 2.5 g/kg level there was no significant impact (p>0.05) on all the parameters as compared to the control. It is suggested that feeding ZEA at about 1.0 mg/kg for 24 days might result in a deleterious effect in pigs, and addition of 5 or 10 g clay enterosorbent per kg diet can effectively neutralize the detrimental effects of the ZEA feeding.

외음부에서 발생하는 악성종양은 부인과 영역의 악성종양 중에서는 드물게 발생하는 것으로 알려져 있으며 치료에 있어서도 수술 또는 방사선치료 단독의 경우보다는 수술 후 보조적으로 방사선 치료를 시행하는 것이 더 효과적이고 치료율도 높은 것으로 알려져 있다. 이에 1971년 1월부터 1985년 4월 사이에 연세대학교 의과대학 치료방사선과에서 외음부 악성 종양으로 진단되어 방사선 치료를 받았던 15예에 대하여 후향성 분석을 시행한 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다. 1. 15예의 외음부 종양 환자 중 4예는 수술요법 시행 후 보조적요법의 방사선 치료를 받았으며, 1예는 수술전 방사선 치료를 받았고, 나머지 10예는 근치적 목적의 방사선 치료를 받았다. 2. 방사선치료만을 시행한 군과 방사선치료 및 수술요법을 병행한 군과의 국소제어율을 비교하여 본 결과, 전 15예의 국소제어율은 $53\%(8/15)$였으며, 단지 방사선 치료만을 시행한 군에서는 $40\%$(4/10), 방사선 치료 및 수술요법을 병행한 군에서는 $80\%(4/5)$의 국소제어율을 보였다. 3. 치료 실패율은(국소적 잔존+국소재발 또는 원격전이) 단지 방사선 치료만을 시행한 군에서는 $70\%(7/10)$, 수술 후 방사선 치료를 시행한 군에서는$40\%(2/5)$의 성적을 보였으며, 치료실패 호발부위는 원발병소(외음부)였다.

Extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD) is a rare, slow-growing intraepithelial malignancy that mainly involves the genital region, including the vulva, penis, scrotum, perianal, and periurethral areas. Although several treatment options exist, wide local excision with a safe margin is considered the treatment of choice. After resection of the lesion, it is often challenging to reconstruct the defect because defects in the perineal region require adequate volume for protection and are susceptible to infections, which is a particularly significant risk for large defects. We report a case of perivulvar EMPD that was reconstructed with three-directional local flaps after wide excision of the tumor. We covered the defect sequentially using the following 3 flaps: a gracilis myocutaneous flap from the left thigh, a bipedicled V-Y advancement flap from the lower abdomen, and an internal pudendal artery perforator-based island flap from the right buttock. To the best of our knowledge, this report is the first to describe a three-directional approach to extensive perivulvar reconstruction.

Production of cloned pigs by somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) has unlimited value for developing critical biotechnology such as xenotransplantation. Various efforts have been made to establish this technology, and several litters of live piglets have been produced after transfer of SCNT embryos. However, the efficiency is very low compared to piglet production by artificial insemination or natural mating. So far, most studies have been limited to in vitro production of SCNT embryos. This study was conducted to standardize a surrogate recipient (gilts) for transfer of SCNT embryos to improve pregnancy rate. Potential surrogate gilts over 7 months of age were checked for their estrous status by observing external signs; vaginal fluid, vulva redness, vulva swelling, and standing response to back pressure. Viscosity of vaginal fluid was evaluated and classified as none (0), medium (1), and strong (2). Vulva redness and swelling was respectively assessed by none or shrink (0), medium (1), strong (2). Back pressure was estimated by an immediate move (0), standing less than 10 sec (1), and standing over 10 see (2). And then ovulation status of each surrogate was classified as pre-ovulation (PO-17 surrogates), just prior to ovulation (JPO-20 surrogates), in ovulation (IO-12 surrogates), just after ovulation (JAO-14 surrogates) and after ovulation (AO-24 surrogates) at the time of surgery for embryo transfer (ET). Real-time ultrasonographic scanners have been used for pregnancy diagnosis by observing amniotic vesicles. The first pregnancy diagnosis was done on Day 30 after ET and then repeated 2-week interval. In the results, SCNT embryos transferred into JPO surrogates gave better pregnancy rates (45%) than others (4% to 11%) on Day 30 after ET. These result indicates that surrogate gilts in a status just prior to ovulation can offer optimal condition to establish pregnancy by transfer of SCNT pig embryos.

Ditylenchus acris was isolated from diseased strawberry plants. Frequently, D. acris and Aphelenchoides fragariae occur together in a strawberry plant. Both species appeared very similar in the shape, length, swimming behavior and causing symptoms, and difficult to distinguish them by a stereomicroscope. But they were easily distinguished under a compound microscope especially by their tail shape, median bulb, vulva position, and bursa.

A postpartum total uterine prolapse in a 2-years old Korean black goat was presented. This paper reports the clinical management of the case. The everted uterus was carefully assessed and gross debris were gently removed and disinfected with dilute povidone iodine solution. The prolapsed uterus was replaced with epidural anesthesia and retention suture was placed on the vulva. Broad spectrum antibiotics, calcium gluconate, and supportive therapy were administered. The patient made complete recovery.

I am considered by something to use Wangbulryuhaengsan(王不留行散) in wound that is not festered, Baenongtang(排膿湯) and Baenongsan(排膿散) in wound that is festered. Carbuncle is one of Venus festering nature file that happen in skin and muscle because blood does not circulate with flag and part's flare, calorification, pain, puffiness are characteristic. Carbuncle is agreed with concept of inflammation of modern medicine. When treat carbuncle, without using surgery medical treatment, used together internal medicine surgery medical treatment. Intestines carbuncle(腸癰) is come in inflammation in abdominal cavity as kind of inflammation, partiality peritoneum festering disease round present cecum as one of inside carbuncle. I think, when treat intestines carbuncle, in case cold and moisture become stasis and heat is less, Uiibujapaedoksan(薏苡附子敗毒散) can be used. Independently of festering, Daehwangmokdantang(大黃收丹湯) can be used in case heat and extravasated blood become stasis. Saliva ulcer on the vulva is comes in impetigo In Case of young child, and is come in Venus eczema in case is general. Prognosis of saliva ulcer on the vulva widespread thing can treat by arm, leg at Lips region, but it does not treat to grow at Lips region from limb, and treatment uses Hwangryunbun(黃連粉)
