Our government has used the result of National Assessment of Educational Achievement(NAEA) with one of data to check and improve the existing curricula and educational policies. The reason to devote these efforts is for the purpose of boosting the students' academic ability. Here, one of works based on the growth of the students' academic ability is to grasp what contents they are vulnerable to. Next work is to improve the methods to teach the appropriate content. So, in this paper I grasped the tendencies of the whole students and male/female students in middle school to appear in the results of 2010, 2011 NAEA. On the basis of those I grasp what contents the whole students and male/female students are vulnerable and I suggest the implications of teaching and learning for those contents.
Recently, several DDP, DDO and COS-based block ciphers have been proposed for hardware implementations with low cost. However, most of them are vulnerable to related-keyt attacks. A 12-round block cipher SCOS-3 is desinged to eliminate the weakness of DDP, DDO and COS-based block ciphers. In this paper, we propose a related-key differential attack on an 11-round reduced SCOS-3. The attack on an 11-round reduced SCOS-3 requires $2^{58}$ related-key chosen plaintexts and $2^{117.54}$ 11-round reduced SCOS-3 encryptions. This work is the first known attack on SCOS-3. Therefore, SCOS-3 is still vulnerable to related-key attacks.

We show that two protocols for RFID mutual authentication in pervasive computing environments, recently proposed by Kang et al, are vulnerable to several attacks. First, we show these protocols do not preserve the privacy of users' location. Once a tag is authenticated successfully, we show several scenarios where legitimate or illegitimate readers can trace the location of that tag without any further information about the tag's identifier or initial private key. Second, since the communication between readers and the database takes place over an insecure communication channel and in the plaintext form, we show scenarios where a compromised tag can gain access to confidential information that the tag is not supposed get access to. Finally, we show that these protocols are also vulnerable to the replay and denial-of-service attacks. While some of these attacks are due to simple flaws and can be easily fixed, others are more fundamental and are due to relaxing widely accepted assumptions in the literature. We examine this issue, apply countermeasures, and re-evaluate the protocols overhead after taking these countermeasures into account and compare them to other work in the literature.
Agriculture is a vulnerable sector to climate change because it is a primary industry directly exposed to climate. At the same time, it is a sector emitting greenhouse gases during agricultural activities, thereby affecting climate change. However, agriculture is a nascent subject under the UNFCCC. The agriculture sector needs both adaptation and mitigation. Currently, co-benefit of adaptation and mitigation is emphasized during climate change negotiation. Developing country parties are in a position to focus on adaptation rather than mitigation. As a result, mitigation is not being addressed enough during climate negotiation. Agriculture has been addressed through Nairobi Work Programme and NAPA. Since current efforts for greenhouse gas reduction are not sufficient for stabilizing the atmospheric system of the Earth to prevent climate change, the agriculture sector should also be considered for greenhouse gas reduction. For this, MRV for small farmers in developing countries and incentives for their mitigation efforts should be developed in agriculture sector. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen international cooperation for developing capacities for vulnerable countries and people to climate change.

Bluetooth utilizes a symmetric key that is exchanged at the first pairing to establish a secure channel. There are four authentication modes which enables device authentication, Just work, Passkey Entry, Out of Band, and Numeric Comparison. Up to now, Just work has been considered as the authentication mode that is vulnerable to Man-In-The-Middle (MITM) Attack. In addition, it is possible to intentionally change any authentication mode to Just work mode, in order to succeed in MITM Attack under Just work mode. However, this kind of attacks have just worked under the assumption that users should not notice that authentication mode was changed. In this paper, We analyze the specification of Secure Simple Pairing, LE Legacy Pairing and LE Secure Connection Pairing. When using Passkey Entry mode on each approach, it seems the MITM attack is possible. Also it offers Passkey Entry MITM attack that does not require assumptions about the user's fault, because it isn't change verification process of the authentication mode unlike traditional attacks. We implement the proposed MITM attacks. Also we presents a scenario in which an attack can be exploited and a countermeasure.
The continuous welded rail(CWR) track without the rail expansion joint has many advantages over the conventional track in a variety of fields including the speed-up and the ride comport. However, due to the excessive axial force in the CWR and the track-bridge interactive behavior, inevitably, the rail expansion joint must be installed at the vulnerable zone such as the bridge end zone, etc. In this rail expansion joint zone, the frequency of the maintenance work to repair the track irregularity is on the rise. This is because that the creep of the sleeper is occurred in the moveable zone of the rail expansion joint. In this study, among the several options for reducing the track irregularity on the rail expansion joint zone, the application and efficiency of the tied sleeper is investigated. Field test construction has been conducted, then the progress of the track irregularity and the frequency of the maintenance work are analyzed before and after the filed test construction.

Temporary work that utilizes temporary equipment (e.g., system scaffold and system pipe support) in construction work is one of the most vulnerable work from a safety perspective in South Korea. Typically, temporary equipment is reused at construction sites. The Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency announced guidelines regarding the performance standards for reusable temporary equipment to prevent the accidental collapse of temporary facilities. Nevertheless, temporary facilities' collapse still occurs, which could be attributed to a degradation in the performance due to the reuse of temporary equipment. Therefore, this study investigated the performance of simple temporary structures assembled with new and reused equipment. To this end, an experimental module was designed based on previous research cases, and two experimental models were constructed, in which one was assembled using new equipment (Model A), and the other was built using reused equipment (Model B). To determine the performance of each model, a load test was conducted to measure the maximum load that each model could withstand. The experimental results revealed that the maximum load of Model B was 15% lower than that of Model A. This indicates that there is a meaningful performance difference between those two models. Based on this result, the authors decided to perform additional tests with more realistic models than previous ones. The new experimental module was designed to ensure compliance with the Korean design guidelines. In this presentation, the authors show details of the first tests and their results and plan for the additional test.

With the decrease of the agricultural population in Korea, the workers who is vulnerable to labor are increasing in agricultural industry because of aging, feminization of population. They are exposed in poor working environment with higher temperature and concentrations of dust, gas. Higher concentration of harmful gas and dust can cause chronic and acute disease to workers depending on exposure intensity and frequency. In order to improve the working environment in the livestock facilities, It is important to secure monitoring data of the thermal environment and the concentration of harmful gases and fine dust. Multi-point measurement was performed to analyze the regional environmental conditions in the pig rooms. When analyzing the working environment, video monitoring was conducted to analyze the concentration changes of ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and fine dust according to worker movement and work type. Ammonia and hydrogen sulfide monitoring result showed 1.5~2 times higher concentrations than other work when working in the pigs living zone, and 2~4 times higher than other work when working to increase the activity of pigs. In the case of fine dust, the result was 1.3 times higher than the worker's exposure standard in a specific work. The concentrations of gases and dusts from pig farms are not of concern for acute poisoning in normal work, but there is a risk of chronic respiratory disease if they are continuously exposed. Accordingly, there is a need for development of work environment monitoring device tailored to workers and preparation of alternatives.

Background: Lone workers are generally defined as individuals who work alone without supervision, including self-employed people. While lone workers are considered a vulnerable group in some countries, there is a lack of research on their health status in domestic studies. Globally, the number of lone workers has been increasing, and this trend has been further accelerated since the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic with the rise of remote work. Methods: The study analyzed data from 44,281 participants, excluding unpaid family workers, soldiers, and those with missing data. Lone workers were defined as individuals who reported having no colleagues with the same job at their current workplace. Self-rated health status was categorized as "good" or "poor." Results: This study found a statistically significant higher number of lone workers among women compare to men. The largest occupational category for lone workers was service and sales workers, followed by agriculture and fisheries workers. A majority of non-lone workers reported working 40 hours or less per week, while the majority of lone workers reported working 53 hours or more per week. In addition, lone workers had significantly poorer health status evaluations compared to non-lone workers (odds ratio: 1.297; 95% confidence interval: 1.165-1.444). Conclusions: Further research is needed to investigate the causal relationship between lone work and health, using data collected after the COVID-19 pandemic.
Background: This study aims to identify the safety and health risk perceptions toward the coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic based on gender in Korean university students who work and study during the pandemic. Methods: A nationwide convenient sampling method was implemented to eliminate any regional characteristics in 757 university students, including those who studied while working. The participants answered the online questionnaire for one week. The collected data were analyzed using the R version 3.4.1 program. Results: The results comparing the safety and health risk perceptions toward COVID-19 based on the gender of the subjects who work while studying, "I often use the Internet to obtain information on COVID-19 infection control" are females appeared to use the internet more often (t = -2.18, p = 0.031) than males. "Compared to pre-COVID-19, I am currently feeling safe after the outbreak" is females felt less safe (t = 3.43, p < 0.001). Although COVID-19 infection control awareness is high among Korean university students and officials, males reported higher scores over females in all the questions, which was statistically significant. Conclusion: There should be prioritized psychological measures for prevention against COVID-19 for vulnerable groups with high mental health risks. A network must be established to protect the mental health of such groups, and candidates who require intervention must be actively identified and supported. Therefore, there must be efforts to deliver accurate information based on scientific evidence of the infectious disease, and the actions should be supported through such active communication.
