TV news anchor woman's appearance, voice, expression, and clothing, etc., have an influence on the reliability of the article to be reported. Among these, clothing is the most crucial factor in forming an anchor woman's image, especially the clothing color factor. This study is aimed at providing the basic foundation for anchor woman when they select the clothing color by analyzing the clothing color image on the screen. For this purpose, the KBS and MBC 9 o'clock news desk and SBS 8 o'clock news of the local major news programs were selected. With the collection of 300 pieces of news clips related to anchor woman's clothing from January to December 2008, they were classified into F/W seasons and analyzed by the clothing color. The surveying method of clothing color was to capture the anchor woman's clothing among the news clips, then pick the representing color by applying Adobe Photoshop, and researching the formed $L^*a^*b^*$ value of color chips. The surveyed color was transformed into value of distant cell, H V/C, and the results were analyzed. As a result, it showed that the White system for anchor woman's clothing during the S/S seasons is most frequently picked, followed by the Red system. In F/W seasons, Gray system is the most favored, then White and Red, respectively. It was revealed that the most frequently selected colors for upper-wear by anchor women in the three broadcasting stations was an achromatic color, such as White or Gray, and then the chromatic color, Red. It shows that there is no big difference in season. The Inner-wear color matched the jackets which were also achromatic in color, white and black being the most favored in the S/S seasons, and in the case of chromatic colors, Red was the most favored. In addition to this, identical coloration with jacket, coloration with similar color, or single color as clothing color were no less frequently adopted. During the F/W seasons, identical coloration accounts for 26%, the most popular colored being White and Red. It was found that the coloration with achromatic colors are highly favored in the three major broadcasting stations alike.

기존의 멀티캐스트 프로토콜은 서비스 수신자가 주체가 되어 그룹에 가입/탈퇴하는 방법을 사용하고 있어 서비스 제공자가 그룹 멤버에 대해 데이터전송의 신뢰성을 관리하기 힘든 구조로 되어 있다. 본 논문은 교육 시스템과 같이 서비스제공자(서버) 중심의 멀티미디어 데이터 통신이 이루어지는 시스템을 위해서 서비스 제공자 중심의 그룹 관리와 통신의 신뢰성을 제공하는 멀티캐스트 미들웨어를 설계 구현한다. 개발된 미들웨어는 다수의 멀티캐스트 그룹에 대해 그룹멤버의 상태정보를 관리하는 그룹관리기, 신뢰성을 보장하는 NAK기반의 통신프로토콜에 의한 송수신기로 구성되어 있다. 이를 이용해 22khz 음성데이터와 1024＊768 24bit color image 데이터를 동시에 30대의 pc에 송신한 결과 음성은 동시에 2명의 음성이 전원에게 손실없이 전송되고 image는 0.004%,정도의 낮은 재전송율로 초당 2장의 image가 전송된다.

The smart product market is growing year by year and is being used in many areas. There are various ways of interacting with smart products and users by inputting voice recognition, touch and finger movements. It is most important to detect an accurate hand region as a whole step to recognize hand movement. In this paper, we propose a method to detect accurate hand region in real time in various environments. A conventional method of detecting a hand region includes a method using depth information of a multi-sensor camera, a method of detecting a hand through machine learning, and a method of detecting a hand region using a color model. Among these methods, a method using a multi-sensor camera or a method using a machine learning requires a large amount of calculation and a high-performance PC is essential. Many computations are not suitable for embedded systems, and high-end PCs increase or decrease the price of smart products. The algorithm proposed in this paper detects the hand region using the color model, corrects the problems of the existing hand detection algorithm, and detects the accurate hand region based on various experimental environments.

This study has been carried out to compare the exogenous cough(外感咳嗽) to western medicine. The results were as follows: 1. The exogenous cough(外感咳嗽) on the oriental medicine was similar to U.R.I., Infectious pneumonia, acute bronchitis on the western medicine and acute bronchitis was most similar to the exogenous cough(外感咳嗽). 2. The exogenous cough(外感咳嗽) was caused by the six devils of the environment(六淫) involving the lung and clinically divided into poonghan cough(風寒咳嗽), poongyul cough(風熱咳嗽) and poongjo cough(風燥咳嗽). 3. The symptom of the exogenous cough(外感咳嗽). a. poonghan cough(風寒咳嗽): sputum-rare and white color, laryngeal voice and tickel, stuffed-up and running nose, chilling and fever, headache and generalache, seoltae(舌苔) - thin and white color, pulse - boogin(浮緊). b. poongyul cough(風熱咳嗽): sputum-thick and yellow color, difficult expectoration sore thraot and thirsty, fever and chilling, sweating or headache, seoltae(舌苔) - thin and white color, pulse - boosak(浮數). c. poongjo cough (風燥咳嗽): dry cough with no or a little sputum and difficult expectoration, chest pain, dryness on the pharynx and lips, chilling and fever, seoltae(舌苔) - thin and dry, yellow color, pulse - sesak(細數) 4. The treatment of the exogenous cough(外感咳嗽). a. poonghan cough(風寒咳嗽) : sopoongsanhan sunpyuegihae (疎風散寒 宣肺止咳) b. poongyul cough(風熱咳嗽) : sopoongcheongyul sunpyuegihae (疎風淸熱 宣肺止咳) c. poongjo cough(風操咳嗽) : chungpyueyunjo saenggingihae (淸肺潤燥 生津止咳)

현재와 같은 스마트 사회에서 정치인들은 자신들에게 보다 유리한 정치적 입지 구축을 위해 유권자들에 대해 각 종 빅 데이터를 분석하고 있다. 다시 말해 유권자들이 SNS나 인터넷 등에 올린 다양한 디지털 흔적들을 분석하여 이를 선거 전략이나 정치적 방향을 설정하는데 사용하고 있다. 이에 비해 역으로 유권자들은 정치인들이 어떤 의도를 가지고 정치 행위를 행하는지에 대한 정보를 추출해 내는 것이 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 유권자들도 정치인들이 의도하는 바가 무엇인지를 분석해 내는 것이 중요한 일이며, 이를 통해 상호 양방향의 소통이 행해지도록 해야만 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 정치인들이 말하는 음성을 분석하여 이들이 어떤 화법을 구사하여 그에 따른 상대적인 이익을 추구하고자 하는지 그 의도에 대한 규명 작업을 IT 기술을 적용하여 수행하고자 한다. 실험은 우선적으로 차기 대선에서 출마자로 거론되는 유력 정치인들에 대한 음성 분석을 통해 이들의 화법이 추구하는 음성이 다른 경쟁자들에 비해 상대적인 유리함이 무엇인지에 대한 규명 작업을 행하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the applicability of QFD to product development of clothes by empirically applying it to development of a specific clothes, middle and elderly women’s formal knitwear. The voices of customers(VOCs) for formal knitwear was collected through in-depth interviews with 25 customers, shop masters, and designers. Also, questionnaires of which respondents were 230 customers were used to rank the importance of the items of VOC. A QFD team of 10 knitwear experts implemented the task of translating VOCs into design attributes and measuring the values of the relationships between VOCs and design attributes. Importance ranking of the items of design attributes was obtained based on Lyman's method. The results of this study were as follows. First, the customer requirements for formal knitwear were classified into five dimensions, that is, symbolism, aesthetic, fitness, usefulness, and maintenance. Second, the descending order of the necessity of improving the quality was maintenance, aesthetic, fitness, usefulness, and symbolism. Third, three-staged design attributes were obtained as a result of translating of VOCs into design attributes. Lastly, the descending order of the importance of design attributes was "sorts of yarn", "sorts of color jacquard", "color", "tone", "ease", etc.

A 2-month-old, intact female white Bull Terrier presented because of suspected deafness. The coat color was predominantly white and the iris color, of both eyes, was brown. The dog did not respond to the owner's voice when the sound stimuli were presented outside of the visual field; however, the dog responded to visual gestures. The other physical, neurological, otoscopic, radiographic, and blood examinations were unremarkable. To assess the apparent deafness, brainstem auditory evoked responses (BAER) were recorded and analyzed in the dog with suspected deafness as well as a normal littermate. The response in the normal littermate consisted of a series of five wave peaks (I-V) with decreased amplitude and prolonged latency as the stimulus intensity decreased. The BAER from the dog suspected of deafness appeared as a flat line and did not reveal identifiable peaks that corresponded to those found in the normal littermate. Thus, congenital, sensorineural and bilateral deafness was confirmed by the BAER.

영상이 일상화되어 있는 오늘날 비디오 영상은 특별할 것이 아니다. 비디오 영상에 대해서 거론하는 것 또한 새로운 것이 아닐 수도 있다. 하지만 요즘 대표적 영상작가인 백남준의 타계 후 그의 작업을 제대로 재분석하자는 목소리들이 높아지고 있다. 이는 많은 사람들에 의해서 연구되어 온 것을 또 다시 안일하게 답습하지는 않아야 한다는 의미로 해석될 수 있다 할 것이다. 본 연구는 선행 연구자들이 많이 관심을 두지 않았던 색채학의 입장에서 백남준의 작품에 접근함으로써 차원에서 비디오 이미지를 나타내는데 사용된 색의 의미를 재조명해 보고 그것이 교육적으로 어떠한 의미를 가져오게 되는 것인가를 살펴보고자 한다. 특히 색의 심리학적 분석과 주관적 분석에 초점을 맞추어 영상의 의미를 체계화하고자 한다. 비디오영상이 특별하지 않은 보편적 예술이 된 현시대이지만, 영상의 대표적인 작가인 백남준은 자신만의 시각으로 비디오 영상 예술의 세계를 구축하였다고 하였다. 그는 현시대에서 자신만의 개성적 시각으로 색채언어를 창조하였던 것이다. 이러한 관점예서 백남준의 작품들을 새롭게 분석해 봄으로써 테크놀로지를 통한 '자연의 확장'을 발견하고 이를 교육적 의미로 활용하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 중심 과제인 것이다.

컴퓨터와 인터넷의 발달로 정보의 형태가 다양화 되어 문서 위주의 자료들로부터 이미지, 오디오, 비디오, 음성 등의 모습으로 혼합되어 가고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 검색은 문서 위주로 하기 때문에 이미지, 오디오, 비디오 등은 파일의 이름이 명확하게 설정되어 있지 않을 경우에는 검색을 할 수 없다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 문서가 아닌 내용을 기반으로 검색하는 방법을 내용 기반 검색이라고 한다. 그리고 이미지의 내용을 기반으로 검색하는 방법을 내용 기반 이미지 검색이라고 한다. 본 논문에서는 HSI 컬러 공간, ART2 알고리즘, SOM 알고리즘을 이용한 내용 기반 이미지 검색 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 학습 대상을 선정하기 위해 원 영상의 특징을 분할한다. 그리고 사용자가 학습 대상을 선정하도록 하기 위해 분할된 특징을 SOM 알고리즘에 적용하여 비슷한 특징을 가지는 영상들로 군집화 한다. 군집화된 영상들에 대해 사용자가 학습 대상을 선정하여 ART2 알고리즘에 적용하여 학습한다. 제안한 방법을 적용하여 이미지 검색을 실험한 결과 제안된 방법은 하나의 이미지가 여러 개의 키워드를 가질 수 있기 때문에 이미지에 포함된 정보를 효과적으로 검색하는 것을 확인하였다.

The application of Shinkihuan umder the combination of configuration, color, pulse and symptoms leads to the following conclusions: Shinkihuan is applied to the diseases related with lung, kidney and the spine: difficult urination of old people, shortness of breath, hematuria, loss of voice, distorted vision, deafness of deficiency, hemorrhoids, thirst, carbunde, suppurative infection, children's retardation of walking and noma, etc ... The effect of Shinkihuan is as follows. It nourishes the lung, replenishes the kidney fluid, relieves the phlegm, tranquilizes fever due to deficiency of blood and reinforces the liver. Shinkihuan is appropriate for the persons with the following characteristics in configuration: male, tall, thin, dam-typed, inverted-triangular, prominent nosed and dry.
