최근에 시급해진 국내의 직업훈련이나 숙련자격제도의 평가나 개혁을 위해 선진국의 제도에 대한 체계적인 이해가 필요하다. 영국의 경우 제도의 구조가 최근에 자유방임형에서 정부주도형으로 변화되고 있는 반면에 독일의 제도는 여전히 사회적 합의형으로 분류되고 있다. 이 구조적 특성은 기능을 이해하는 데 중요하고 독일의 제도가 상대적으로 양호한 평가를 받아 왔다. 그러나 독일의 제도의 구조나 성과도 1990년대의 정치적 통일과 경제적인 장기불황의 상황하에서 상당한 한계를 노출하고 제도의 접진적인 개혁이 논의되고 있다. 본 연구는 두 국가의 제도의 구조 및 기능적 특성이나 그 최근 변화는 교육철학이나 직업문화, 정부 및 사용자의 역할의 차이, 이에 기초한 훈련 과정이나 숙련자격제도의 작동방식의 차이, 독일의 환경적 변화와 높은 연관성을 보임을 확인했다. 이러한 두 국가의 제도에 대한 이해는 국내의 제도의 개혁을 주장하는 일부 연구에서 이 선진국들과 국내의 제도의 차이를 충분히 이해하지 않고 그 제도에 속하는 특정한 정책쓸 이식하자는 성급한 진단에 의문을 제기한다.

이 연구는 기계분야 직무체계 개발과 국가기술자격종목 연계실태 분석에 목적이 있다. 문헌연구, 면담조사, 전문가협의회를 통해 산업현장에서 통용되는 용어를 중심으로 직무를 분류하고 직무수준을 설정하였다. 직무분류 결과 기계분야의 직무군은 크게 중분류 3개, 소분류 11개, 이들 소분류를 다시 분류하면 총 42개의 직무가 도출되었다. 기계분야의 직무수준은 국가자격체제(KQF)의 수준체계와 자격 및 교육과정, 산업 현장의 직무별 수준을 반영하여 7단계로 구분하였다. 도출된 직무 체계를 바탕으로 직무군과 직무 정의를 제시하였으며, 각 직무별 정의와 직무별 수준별 수행기준을 도출하였다. 또한 개발된 직무체계와 국가기술자격 종목과의 연계실태를 분석하여 자격종목 개선방안을 제시하였다.

4년제 공과대학과 전문대학 등의 고등교육기관에서 이루어지는 교육과정과 자격 검정제도를 연계하려는 여러 선행 연구들이 진행되어 왔지만 실제적으로 실행되는 경우는 매우 드문 실정이다. 교육과 자격의 가장 이상적인 연계 방법은 교육과정과 자격검정의 통합 운영이라고 볼 수 있지만 교육기관에 대한 검증과 자격제도에서 갖추어야 할 제반 요소들이 선행되어야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 현재 시행되고 있는 과정평가형 자격제도와 교육과정의 질관리 체계로 작동하고 있는 공학교육인증 평가를 비교 분석하고, 공학교육인증과 과정평가형 자격을 동시에 운영하고 있는 K 대학의 사례를 통해 교육과 자격이 연계될 수 있음을 검토한다. 이러한 분석 결과를 반영하여 공학교육인증을 획득한 프로그램이 과정평가형 편성 기준을 만족하는 교육과정을 운영할 경우 이를 이수한 학생들에게 자격을 부여할 수 있는 인증평가형 자격제도를 제안한다.

The purposes of this study were to review current status and problems of national qualification sys tem in the field of industrial hygiene, focusing on the deficiencies in the regulatory system and the quality of individual professionals including the Industrial Hygiene Management Professional Engineer and the Industrial Hygiene Management Engineer, and to suggest new directions for the industrial hygiene qualification system. In addition, comparable systems adopted in other countires were reviewed.

The original element for development in current society is recognized as knowledge, technology and information. It has been developed and improved the human resources development system through the occupational standards that closely connected system among work, education training and qualification in every country. This study is for development of the occupation standards that was standardized the required competency element, performance criteria, range statement, assessment guideline in machinery industry, also developing the education training program based on competency to be able to apply department of relevant machinery industry in vocational high school. Occupational standards and key competencies were developed by expert in field engineer and verified about contents and level system by questionnaire and interviewing. Education training program was developed on SCID model, and the effectiveness and suitability of the training program was verified by teacher, professor and student belonging to training organization.

The purpose of this study is to offer the basic data regarding the career development supporting system of senior fashion students. This study investigated contents of required vocational information and vocational information seeking behavior of senior fashion students. And this study also intended to analyse vocational choice anxiety factors and its relationship with level of vocational information requirement. The subjects of this study consisted 261 senior fashion students at eleven universities in the nation. The results of the study are as follows. First, five dimensions of required vocational information of fashion students were identified by factor analysis; information related to judgement of eligibility to apply for the job & company, information of work environment, information of fashion company that has the potential to hire them, information of level of compensation, stability of employment and promotion, and information of kind of job & job roles in the fashion field. Second, the senior fashion students faced few obstacles obtaining vocational information such as insufficient online vocational information, difficulties in discovering the sources of vocational information and time restriction for job search & career indecision. Third, the fashion students perceived diverse anxieties about making vocational choices. The survey identified five categories of the anxieties; anxiety about adapting to new job environment & recruiting process of the fashion company, anxiety about too heavy workload, anxiety about stability of employment & level of compensation, anxiety about lack confidence of their ability to do the job and anxiety about ability in English & the qualification for application. And there was significant relationship between vocational choice anxiety and requirement level of vocational information. This result proved providing vocational information relieves anxiety about getting a job.

이 연구는 그 동안 시행되어왔던 국가자격 학점인정 기준과 더불어 국가공인 민간자격 학점인정 방안에 대한 종합적인 검토를 통해 합리적이고 타당한 학점인정 기준을 수립하고자 하며, 자격을 통해 인정받을 수 있는 학점인정 상한선 제도 도입과 학점 은행제의 직무체계를 개선하는데 목적이 있다. 첫째, 자격의 과다 학점인정 문제를 해결하기 위한 학점인정 개선 기준은 전문가를 활용한 델파이 조사를 통하여 실시하였다. 학위수준별 최대 인정 가능 자격의 수를 제한, 동일 직무분야의 능력에 대해서는 최상위 자격만 인정, 자격별 동일 시험과목이 있을 경우 중복 시험과목당 학점 감산제를 통해 두개 이상 자격 취득시 동일 시험과목을 중복하여 학점을 인정받지 못하도록 하였다. 둘째, 기존 자격분류체제로는 늘어나는 자격의 적절한 분류가 어려워 한국직업능력개발원이 연구한 결과를 바탕으로 제시한 KRIVET 자격분류표를 기준으로 한국교육개발원에서 활용할 수 있도록 수정 보완한 신규 자격분류체제를 제시하였다.

In this study, technology development was promoted to enable the convergence of augmented reality technology and actual drone operation technology, and its feasibility was confirmed through implementation and performance evaluation. In addition, it is believed that the AR-based drone simulator can contribute to improving drone operation capabilities by maximizing educational effectiveness and providing a realistic training environment. Based on the results of this study, we expect to improve the quality of vocational education related to drones and achieve high educational effectiveness, and it is believed that we will be able to suggest various directions in education using augmented reality.

본 논문은 국가기술자격 전자분야 5개 종목(전자계산기기능사, 전자계산기제어산업기사, 전자계산기조직응용기사, 전자계산기기사, 임베디드기사)의 실기시험 현장성 강화와 자격의 가치 제고를 위해서 국가직무능력표준(National Competency Standards)을 반영한 실기시험 평가방법 개선안을 제안한다. 각 자격에 대해 산업계, 교육계, 자격 전문가로 구성된 자문회의를 통해 작업형, 지필형, 혼합형(작업 및 지필) 평가를 위한 능력단위를 도출하였고, 모의 평가 수행 및 분석을 통해 효과를 검증하였다. 작업형 문제는 단일형 또는 혼합형 평가방법을 적용하였고, 지필형 문제는 업무 시나리오 기반 시스템 설계 및 구현 과정을 반영한 평가방법을 적용하였다.

카메룬 유일의 직업훈련교사 자격 훈련기관인 '카메룬 국립직업훈련교육원(NIVTPD)'의 설립을 위해 본 연구진은 NIVTPD의 마스터 교사들을 대상으로 교과과정 개발법, 교재 개발 방법 및 개발, 강의전략 수립법 및 강의지도서 작성, 강의계획 및 계획서 작성, 강의안 작성법 등의 역량 강화 훈련을 하였다. 또한 시범연수를 통해 실 강의까지 해봄으로써 실제 NIVTPD의 운영에 대비하였다. 이 논문은 NIVTPD에서의 훈련을 통해 얻은 내용이 강의실 수업 성과에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 두 가지 다른 설문 조사(기초선 및 종료 선 조사)와 두 가지 다른 시험(진입 레벨 테스트(Pretest) 및 성취 수준 시험(Posttest))를 실시한 결과와 그에 따른 분석 결과를 포함한다. 설문 조사 결과는 직업훈련 인터페이스의 현재 상황을 파악하고 커리큘럼을 통합, 수정 및 개선하여 NIVTPD의 교육 프로그램을 개선하는 데 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 시험 결과는 직업훈련교사의 교육학적 지식 수준을 파악하고 향후 자격을 수여하기 위한 지표로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
