The objective of this paper was to analyze the relationships between the factors of selection attributes and the behavior intention focusing on Domestic tourists in Chuja island. This paper utilized the path analysis to investigate the factors of selection attributes affecting the visitors' satisfaction and re-visit intention through service value as mediating factor. This study showed the most important thing among the factors influencing service value in research model was 'uniqueness of island'. Finally, this paper presented that the selection attributes had affected overall satisfaction and re-visit intention through the mediation of service value. In addition, this study calculated total effect including indirect and direct effect of the choice attributes on behavior intention. This result can give the stakeholders related to Chujado island a implication for a better policy of tourism development.
This study aims to investigate the impacts of marketing motive (public- vs. firm-interest) and ad appeal (soft- vs. hard-sell) types on consumers' ad attitudes and behavioral intention in hotels' green advertising. From 711 US respondents, a multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) was employed to test main effects of marketing motive and ad appeal types on ad recipients' affective and cognitive ad attitudes, while controlling their environmental consciousness. Further, the study conducted a multiple regressions analysis to examine the influence of ad attitudes on respondents' intention to visit the hotel. The study found that a public-serving claim can yield more positive affective ad attitude than a firm-interested claim, regardless of ad image type (soft- or hard-sell image). The result also revealed that a soft-sell ad image can elicit more positive affective ad attitude than a hard-sell one. On the other hand, the study showed that consumers' affective and cognitive ad attitudes are significant predictors of behavioral intention (i.e., visit intention). The study provided theoretical and managerial implications for hospitality researchers and hotel marketers to effectively design hotels' green advertising to ultimately increase consumers' visit intention.
This study was aimed at learning how the service quality of family restaurants affects guest satisfaction and their intention to visit the restaurants once again. The method of the study was based on books and various data at home and abroad that contain service quality and guest satisfaction and guest intention to visit the place again as well. Previous studies and real guest survey were used as analyzing data. This study showed that interiors, sanitation and employee's hospitality are critical for the service quality of the restaurants, while employee's hospitality, the feature of interiors and exteriors, and sanitation management are important for guest satisfaction. It also indicated that high quality of the family restaurants, the feature of interiors and exteriors, and attractive environment as well influenced on guest intention to visit the place again. The study suggested that high quality of the family restaurants, high sanitation and resonable price all had an effect on guest satisfaction. More research should be conducted continuously to seek the ways to promote more visits to family restaurants through objective analyzing service quality.

This study was performed to investigate shopping behavior of Chinese, Japanese, and US tourists in Korea. For this purpose, travel activities and shopping items were identified first. And thereafter the shopping satisfaction, travel satisfaction, intention to word-of-mouth, and intention to re-visit were compared by country, gender and age. Finally, the effect of shopping satisfaction on travel evaluations as well as the effect of demographics on shopping satisfaction were examined. Secondary data were used for this survey, while ${\chi}^2$ test, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test and regression analysis were applied to analyze data. The results were listed below. First, main travel activities were shopping, followed by enjoying natural scenery and visiting historic sites. Apparel, cosmetics, leather goods, and shoes were major shopping products. Chinese and Japanese tourists preferred cosmetics and apparel most, while US travellers bought lots of apparel and shoes. Men and older tourists tended to buy food products more than women and younger people did. Second, degree of shopping satisfaction significantly differed by country and age. The US tourists showed highest satisfaction, followed by Japanese and Chinese ones. Younger people tended to be satisfied more than older people significantly. In terms of travel satisfaction and intention for word-of-mouth, the US tourists, women, and younger people revealed higher scores than the other counterparts. Intention to re-visit Korea were significantly different, based on country and gender, showing higher for the US people and women. Third, shopping satisfaction was found to affect travel satisfaction, intention for word-of- mouth, and intention to revisit Korea significantly. In turn, travel satisfaction was also shown significantly to affect on intention for word-of-mouth, and intention to re-visit Korea.
The purpose of this study is the findings of the effects of the experiential consumption characteristics in the hotel business on customers' revisiting and switching Intention. Also, this study is to examine revisiting and switching intention in accordance with visit frequency. For this study, the author analyzed empirically 534 copies of questionnaires. The first finding of this study discovered that playfulness, symbolism, usefulness and aesthetics had positive effects on revisiting intention. Second, symbolism, usefulness and aesthetics had negative effects on switching intention. Especially, symbolism had more significant effect on revisiting and switching intention than other variables. And finally, visit frequency had moderating effects between the experiential consumption characteristics and revisiting intention, switching intention. The hotel companies are possible to obtain several strategic implications on the basis of this empirical results.
Purpose: In the post-COVID-19, many consumers still feel uncomfortable with crowding in closed spaces. This study investigates how non-crowding affects consumer satisfaction and restaurant visit intention. Research design, data, and methodology: The data were collected from 350 people aged 20 and above. A total of 347 respondents, excluding 3 unfaithful respondents, were analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0 program. Result: Both spatial and human crowding have significant effects on satisfaction. On the other hand, neither spatial nor human crowding directly affected dine-out intention significantly. In addition, spatial crowding was found to have a direct and significant effect on in-store dining intention, but human crowding did not have a direct and significant effect on in-store dining intention. It was found that satisfaction had a significant effect on both dine-out intention and in-store dining intension. Conclusions: This study has expanded the range of consumer behavioral intentions by applying a non-crowded environment (S) to the SOR theory. Also, Consumer behavioral intention was expanded by dividing visit intention into a dine-out and in-store dining intention. Therefore, we propose measures to minimize human crowding by introducing a system such as adjustment of store operating hours, reservation system, store opening time alarm system, and reduction of cooking time.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of restaurant selection factors on reliability and revisit intention. The results of empirical analysis were as follows: First, the factors influencing the intention to visit the restaurant were the physical environment, service, price, location, reputation, cleanliness, It is confirmed that consumers are willing to visit again if their satisfaction is high because they choose general consumers considering kindness and taste. Second, trust is found to affect re - visit intention and it can be judged that store faith is actively considering return visit through consumer 's belief. Third, it was found that the factor of selecting the restaurant business influenced the intention to visit again according to the trust. When the customer chooses according to the restaurant business standard and satisfies the trust, it intends to increase the intention to visit again. The results of this study are as follows. First, it is found that the factors of restaurant selection and trust affect the revisit intention of restaurants, and it is meaningful to provide theoretical and strategic implications.

Recently, as the income level of consumers increases, interest in tourism products has increased, competition among tourist destinations has been fierce. Storytelling ads are drawing attracting attention as one of the ways to establish differentiated positioning for tourism products. This study investigates the role of the involvement of tourism activity in the storytelling ads effects, and examines the effects of the attitude toward storytelling ads on tourist destination commitments, visit intention and SNS WOM (word-of-mouth) intention. This study also empirically tests the role of mental simulation in the relationship between storytelling ads attitudes and visit intention. A total of 255 usable responses were obtained from a sample of 270 consumers aged 18 or older in South Korea. Following the two-stage approach of model validation, measurement validity of each construct appearing in the structural model and hypothesized structural paths were tested. The findings show that all hypotheses are supported except H3 that posits the impact of attitude toward the storytelling ads on visit intention and mental simulation showed a moderate effect on the relationship between ads attitude and visit intention in the case of rational appeal. This study suggests that the production of storytelling ads of tourist destinations can be effective strategy to improve regional competitiveness and increase visit and SNS WOM intention.
Tourism businesses use chat services to provide immediate customer support and to help users navigate within a website, but there are more outcomes of this interaction that should be examined. The current study aimed to discover if the online travel chat service quality and information value of the online travel chat service lead to user satisfaction with the service and visit intention to a recommended destination by Korea Tourism Organization's 1330 Live Chat. The results indicate that information value (functional and innovation) and online travel chat service quality (reliability, assurance, and security) lead to satisfaction with the live chat service and visit intention to a recommended destination. The results can benefit practitioners who want to expand and improve their customer service interaction and recommendations, and to scholars who study the relationship between customer services in tourism recommendation and sales context.

The number of international tourists is noticeably recovering in many parts of the world, with the number of Vietnamese tourists growing significantly. Consequently, this study aims to identify the factors influencing the image of Vietnam's tourist destinations among international tourists interested in visiting the country. Additionally, the study examines whether the perception formed in this manner subsequently affects their intention to visit. The findings reveal that cultural attractions and eWOM (Electronic Word of Mouth) positively influence the development of a tourism destination image. However, film tourism did not have a significant effect on the destination image. Moreover, it was observed that the destination image indeed influences the intention to visit.
