Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effect of a video-based enteral nutrition education program using QR codes on the perception, knowledge, and performance of enteral nutrition for intensive care unit (ICU) nurses. Methods: This was a quasi-experimental study with a nonequivalent control group pre- and post-test design. The participants were nurses working at six ICUs within a single university hospital, with 55 nurses in the experimental group and 55 nurses in the control group. The video-based enteral nutrition education program using QR codes was repeated three times to the experimental group. Results: There was a statistically significant pre-post difference in perceptions between the two groups (Z = -4.04, p < .001) with 2.00 points (± 5.57) for the control group and 7.89 points (± 7.95) for the experimental group, in knowledge (Z = -7.48, p < .001) with 0.02 points (± 1.91) for the control and 4.18 points (± 2.33) for the experimental, and in performance (Z = -2.20, p = .028) with 0.06 points (± 3.96) for the control and 2.00 points (± 5.14) for the experimental. Conclusion: The video-based enteral nutrition education program using QR codes was effective in improving the perceptions, knowledge, and performance of enteral nutrition among ICU nurses. This enteral nutrition education program using QR codes in clinical education can contribute to evidence-based nursing practice by improving perceptions and knowledge of enteral nutrition.

Such as closed caption, ancillary data, electronic program guide(EPG), data broadcasting, and etc, increased data for service convenience cause to degrade video quality of high definition contents. This article propose a method to transfer the closed caption data of video contents without video quality degradation. Video quality degradation does not cause in video compression by the block image insertion of caption data in DTV essential hidden area. Additionally the proposed methods have advantage to synchronize video, audio, and caption from preinserted script without time delay.

본 연구는 두 개의 어안렌즈로 구성된 이안식 일체형 $360^{\circ}$ 카메라로 촬영한 영상의 효율적인 스티칭 기법에 관한 연구이다. 먼저, 기본적으로 제공되는 번들 프로그램의 스티칭 결과물의 문제점을 찾아보고, 전문 스티칭 프로그램인 Autopano Video Pro와 Autopano Giga를 사용한 스티칭 결과를 비교 분석하여, 보다 효율적이고 완성도 높은 스티칭 기법을 찾아내는 것에 중점을 두고 연구하였다. 그 결과 번들 프로그램의 문제점으로는 수평과 수직의 왜곡, 노출과 컬러의 불일치, 그리고 매끄럽지 못한 스티칭 라인 등이 나타났으며, Autopano Video Pro와 Autopano Giga의 Automatic Horizon과 Verticals Tool로 수평과 수직을, Levels와 Color 및 Edit Color Anchors로 노출과 컬러를, 그리고 Mask 기능으로 스티칭 라인의 문제를 해결할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 향후 이안식 일체형 $360^{\circ}$ 카메라 촬영 영상의 효율적인 스티칭 기법으로 더욱 완성도 높은 $360^{\circ}$ VR 영상 콘텐츠를 제작할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Cu(001)표면의 원자구조를 Dynamic LEED 실험을 통하여 결정하였다. Video LEED system을 이용하여 I/V특성곡선을 얻었고이를 tensor LEED 계산방법으로 분석하였다. 다양한 실험조건과 여러 가지 R-factor값의 최소화를 통새 얻은 Cu(001)표면구조가 1.5%principles 계산이 tensor LEED 분석에 많은 도움이 됨을 알아내었다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a video exercise program on pain, daily living function and educational satisfaction for patients with spinal surgery. Methods: The data were collected from September 2008 to May 2009. The participants were 20 people in the experimental group and 20 in the control group. The video exercise therapy, which was 15 minutes in length, was shown twice a day for 8 weeks using a CD. Results: In the experimental group, pain decreased significantly, and daily living function and educational satisfaction increased significantly compared to the control group. Conclusion: In has been confirmed that video exercise therapy has positive effects on pain, daily living function and educational satisfaction for patients following spinal surgery.

Purpose : This study set out to compare the educational effects of a video self-instruction program for child CPR education on childcare teachers by applying the 2006 KACPR Guideline. By adopting the nonequivalent control group posttest quasi-experimental design, the study examined the educational effects on a group that did not receive instructions from the instructor, another group that received his instructions, and the other group that received an extra three-minute practice training session in addition to instructions. Methods : Data were gathered from August 6 to 18, 2008. As for research tools, the Knowledge Instrument of CPR by Connolly (2006) was used along with the National Practice Test Protocol for C1ass 1 Emergency Medical Technicians (2007) and Common Protocol for CPR (2006) to examine the performance of child CPR. By shooting the guide screen of $Resusci^{(R)}$ Junior CPR Manikin of Leardal with a video camera and using the Skill Guide Checklist of the Common Protocol for CPR (2006), the subjects' technical accuracy of chi1d CPR was evaluated. There were three subject groups: 29 childcare teachers randomly assigned to received the video self-instruction program training for chi1d CPR and no instructions from the instructor made up the control group; 22 childcare teachers randomly assigned to received the program training and instructions from the instructor made up experiment group I; 23 childcare teachers randomly assigned to received an extra three-minute practice training session in addition to the program training and the instructions made up experiment group II. The gathered data were analyzed with SPSS/PC+ (Version 14.0) in frequency, percentage, $X^2$-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test. Results : 1) There were no statistically significant differences (F=1.030, p=.362) among the groups in terms of knowledge scores after the child CPR education. 2) There were statistically significant differences (F=13.625, p=.000) among the groups in terms of performance abilities after the child CPR education. 3) There were no statistically significant differences (F=1.610, p=.207) among the groups in terms of technical accuracy of mouth-to-mouth resuscitation after the child CPR education 4) There were no statistically significant differences (F=1.484, p=.234) among the groups in terms of technical accuracy of chest compression after the child CPR education. Conclusion : The results indicate that childcare teachers can improve their performance abilities in child CPR when the instructors are active with their instructions and extra practice hours are secured through a VSI program. It's also needed to provide education with increasing concentration ratio about the items of lower knowledge points in order to help the teachers learn the accurate theory of child CPR. And there should be VSI programs of diverse conditions to increase the effects of child CPR training among childcare teachers.

방송환경이 HD 콘텐츠 제작 환경으로 변화되어 감에 따라 방송영상 콘텐츠 제작 전문 인력 양성과 새로이 요구되는 전문적인 능력 향상을 위한 교육 프로그램에 대한 수요가 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 DACUM 기법에 의해 영상편집자의 직무를 분석하고 그 결과를 토대로 방송영상분야 영상편집자의 직무모형을 제시하고자 한다. 직무분석에서는 영상편집자의 직무를 구성하는 9개의 임무와 각 임무영역을 구성하는 71개의 작업이 도출되었으며, 교육 요구도 분석을 위해 각 작업에 대한 중요도, 난이도, 수행 빈도를 조사하고 입직초기에 갖추어야 할 핵심 작업이 분석되었다. 또한 이러한 직무분석 내용을 구조화하여 데이컴 리서치 차트를 완성함으로써 방송영상분야 영상편집자의 직무모형을 완성하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 영상편집자의 직무 모형은 방송 영상분야 영상편집 교육과정 개발 및 직무 연수 내용의 우선순위를 정하는데 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다.

최근 NoD(News-on-Demand)에 대한 사용자의 요구가 증가함에 따라, 이러한 요구를 충족시키기 위한 많은 연구가 진행중에 있다. 그러니 뉴스 비디오 데디터는 짧은 생명주기, 앵커를 중시미으로 한 주기적 변화로인해 기존의 비디오 저장방식을 그대로 용하기가 어렵다. 이릉 위해, 본 논문에서는 NoD서비스용 멀티미디어 데이터의 효율적인 저장 및 검색을 위한 하부저장 관리자를 설계 및 구현하다. 하부 저장 관리자는 멀티미디어 객체 지체의 비디오 스트림 데이터와 색인 정보를 효율적으로 저장하고 관리하며, 텍스트 기반 검색을 위해 역화일 기법과 고차훤 특징 벡터의 색인을 위해 X-트리 구조를 제공한다. 아울러 하부 저장 관리자는 계층적인 뉴스 비디오 객체로부터 추출된 부가적인 정보들은 효율적으로 저장할 수 있는 저장 API(Application Program Interpace)와 커서를 통한 사용자의 편리한 검색을 지원하는 검색API를 제공한다. 마지막으로 하부 저장 관리자는 SHORE(Scalable Heterogeneous Object REpository) 저장 시스템을 이용하여 UNLX 운영체제 하엣 표준 C++언어를 사용하여 구현하였다. 구현하였다.

본 논문에서는 방송프로그램 저작권 식별관리를 위한 방송프로그램의 Video Signature와 국가표준콘텐츠식별 체계인 UCI(Universal & Ubiquitous Content Identifier)와의 연계 방안을 제시한다. Video Signature는 UCI와 같은 식별자의 인위적인 부여 과정이 없더라도 비디오 콘텐츠 자체에서 직접 특징정보를 추출할 수 있기 때문에, 이미 배포 유통된 콘텐츠에 대해서도 식별 확인이 가능하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 UCI 표준식별체계와 방송프로그램의 Video Signature와의 지속적인 연계를 위하여, 바이너리로 표현된 Video Signature가 포함된 UCI 응용 메타데이터를 정의한다. 그리고 UCI 표준식별체계 기반의 Video Signature 전송 및 관리 메카니즘에 기반한 방송프로그램의 저작권 식별관리 시나리오를 제시한다.

In this paper, we present a joint quality control system to be able to accurately control the relative picture quality among the video programs in terms of PSNR. The joint quality control system allows variable bit rate (VBR) for each video program to maintain the pre-determined relative picture quality among the aggregated video programs while keeping a constant sum of the bit rates for all programs to be transmitted over a single constant bit rate (CBR) channel. This is achieved by simultaneous controlling the video encoders to generate VBR video streams at the central controller. Furthermore we also suggest buffer regulation method based on the analysis of the constraints imposed by sender/receiver buffer sizes and total transmission rate. Through various simulation results, it is found that our quality control systems guarantee that the video buffers do not overflow and underflow and the quality control errors do not exceed 0.1 ㏈.
