금당천에 서식하는 얼록동사리(Odontobutis interrupta)의 생태 특징 (Ecological Characteristics of Korean Dark Sleeper, Odontobutis interrupta in Geumdang Stream, Korea)

  • 얼록동사리(Odontobutis interrupta)의 생태적 특징을 연구하기 위해 2021년 1월부터 2021년 12월까지 금당천에서 조사를 실시하였다. 본 종의 서식지 하상구조는 모래(sand)와 진흙(mud)이 풍부하였다. 수심은 평균 48(21~124)cm로 다소 깊었으며, 유속이 0.24(0.08~0.36)m/sec로 느렸다. 암수 성비는 1 : 0.98 이었고, 채집된 개체의 전장 범위는 23mm에서 162mm 이었다. 전장빈도분포도에 따른 연령은 5월 기준 전장이 23~59mm는 만 1년생, 60~99mm는 만 2년생, 100~139mm는 만 3년생, 140~162mm는 만 4년생 이상으로 추정되었다. 2차성징으로 생식적 유두(genital papilla)는 암컷의 경우 원통형 모양으로 끝의 안쪽이 비어 있으며 직경이 수컷에 비해 컷으며 수컷은 끝이 뾰족하여 원뿔 모양이었다. 성적성숙이 이루어진 수컷은 혼인색으로 복부와 몸통 전체가 검은색을 띄었다. 암컷의 경우 60~69mm에 해당하는 일부 개체만 성적성숙을 하였고 70mm 이상이면 모두 성적성숙을 하였다. 수컷은 70~79mm에 해당하는 개체 중 일부만 성적성숙을 하였고 80mm 이상에서 모두 성적성숙이 이루어졌다. 산란시기는 5월부터 시작되어 7월에 끝났으며(수온 19.6~29℃) 산란 성기는 6월로 추정되었다(수온 26℃). 포란수는 평균 2,473(883~4,955)개 이었고 성숙란은 짙은 노란색 구형으로 직경이 1.42(1.20~0.54)mm 이었다. 전장-체중과의 상관관계식은 BW=0.0000006TL3.21로 상수 a는 0.0000006를, 매개변수 b는 3.21 이었다. 비만도 지수는 평균 K=1.67(1.18~2.43) 이었고 기울기(Slope)는 0.116로 양의 값을 나타내었다.

  • 동사리(Odontobutis platycephala)의 생태적 특징을 연구하기 위해 2022년 1월부터 2022년 12월까지 자호천에서 조사를 실시하였다. 본 종의 서식지 하상구조는 작은돌(cobble)과 조약돌(pebble)이 풍부하였다. 수심은 평균 64(22~153)cm로 깊었으며, 유속이 0.89(0.42~1.46)m/sec로 빨랐다. 암수 성비는 1 : 1.02 이었고, 채집된 개체의 전장범위는 38mm에서 156mm 이었다. 전장빈도분포도에 따른 연령은 5월 기준 전장이 38~69mm는 만 1년생, 70~99mm는 만 2년생, 100~139mm는 만 3년생, 140~156mm는 만 4년생 이상으로 추정되었다. 2차성징으로 생식적 유두(genital papilla)는 암컷의 경우 원통형 모양이며 수컷은 끝이 뾰족하여 원뿔 모양이었다. 암컷의 경우 60~69mm에서 일부 개체만 성적성숙을 하였고 70mm 이상이면 모두 성적성숙을 하였다. 수컷은 70~79mm에 해당하는 개체 중 일부만 성적성숙을 하였고 80mm 이상에서 모두 성적성숙이 이루어졌다. 산란시기는 5월부터 시작되어 7월에 끝났으며(수온 17~28℃) 산란 성기는 6월로 추정되었다(수온 24℃). 포란수는 평균 988(284~2,722)개 이었고 성숙란은 짙은 노란색 구형으로 직경이 1.46(1.19~1.71)mm 이었다. 전장-체중과의 상관관계식은 BW=0.00000006TL3.12로 상수 a는 0.00000006를, 매개변수 b는 3.12 이었다. 비만도 지수는 평균 K=1.44(0.96~2.26) 이었고 기울기(Slope)는 -0.0007로 음의 값을 나타내었다.

여름철 공원 수림지 가장자리의 온열환경 기울기 변화 - 하동송림과 함양상림을 대상으로 - (The Gradient Variation of Thermal Environments on the Park Woodland Edge in Summer - A Study of Hadongsongrim and Hamyangsangrim -)

  • 본 연구는 공원 수림지 경계로부터 내부로의 거리에 따른 수림지 가장자리의 온열환경에 대한 효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전형적인 여름 날씨를 나타낸 2015년 7월 31일부터 8월 5일까지 6일간 소도읍에 소재하고 있는 장령림인 하동송림의 소나무 순림(수령: $100{\pm}33$년, 울폐도: 75%, 수고: $12.8{\pm}2.7m$, 지하고: $9.8{\pm}2.7m$, N $35^{\circ}03^{\prime}34.7^{{\prime}{\prime}}$, E $127^{\circ}44^{\prime}43.3^{{\prime}{\prime}}$, 표고 7~10m) 남측 가장자리와 함양상림의 졸참나무-개서어나무 군락(수령: 졸참나무 58~123년, 개서어나무 102~125년, 울폐도: 96%, 수고: 교목층 $18.6{\pm}2.3m$, 아교목층 $5.9{\pm}3.2m$, 관목층 $0.5{\pm}0.5m$, 지하고는 교목층 $11.0{\pm}3.2m$, 아교목층 $3.1{\pm}1.7m$, 관목층 $0.2{\pm}0.3m$, 초본층의 피도 60%, N $35^{\circ}31^{\prime}28.1^{{\prime}{\prime}}$, E $127^{\circ}43^{\prime}09.8^{{\prime}{\prime}}$, 표고 170~180m) 동측 가장자리의 경계로부터 내부로의 거리별 기온, 상대습도, 풍속, MRT나 UTCI를 측정 및 분석하였다. 그리고 비선형 시그모이드 함수를 적용하여 수림지 가장자리가 가지는 경계로부터의 거리에 따른 기온, 상대습도, 풍속, MRT, UTCI의 저감효과를 구명하였다. 깊이의 결과 값이 -를 나타내는 것은 수림지의 바깥을 의미한다. 1) 최고 기온, 최저 상대습도, 최고 기온시 풍속에 대한 수림지 가장자리 효과가 미치는 깊이는 상록침엽수림인 하동송림의 경우는 수림지의 경계로부터 각각 $12.7{\pm}4.9m$, $15.8{\pm}9.8m$ 그리고 $23.8{\pm}26.2m$였으며, 낙엽활엽수림인 함양상림의 경우는 수림지의 경계로부터 각각 $3.7{\pm}2.2m$, $4.9{\pm}4.4m$ 그리고 $2.6{\pm}7.8m$였다. 2) 이용자가 체감하는 더위에 직접적인 영향을 주는 인체가 흡수한 온열환경에 근거한 최고 MRT와 최고 UTCI(체감더위지수)에 대한 수림지 가장자리 효과가 미치는 깊이는 하동송림의 경우는 수림지의 경계로부터 각각 $7.1{\pm}1.7m$$4.3{\pm}4.6m$였으며, 함양상림의 경우는 수림지의 경계로부터 각각 $5.8{\pm}4.9m$$3.5{\pm}4.1m$였다. 3) 미기후 즉 온열환경 요소인 기온, 상대습도, 풍속 그리고 인체가 흡수한 온열환경에 근거한 주간(10:00~17:00) MRT와 UTCI에 대한 수림지 가장자리의 효과는 식생밀도가 상대적으로 높고, 하층식생이 발달한 함양상림이 식생밀도가 낮고, 하층식생의 거의 없는 하동송림에 비해 높게 나타났다. 따라서 체감 더위지수인 UTCI의 10분 평균값이 최댓값을 나타낸 시점을 기준으로 하면, 수림지 경계로부터 내부로의 거리가 하동송림의 경우는 $4.3{\pm}4.6m$, 함양상림의 경우는 $3.5{\pm}4.1m$에서 온열환경 기울기의 변화가 비교적 완만해지므로, 수림지 계획시 이용객의 온열환경을 고려한 완충대의 적정 폭은 하동송림의 경우는 4.3~8.9m, 함양상림의 경우는 3.5~7.6m이다. 또한 온열환경에 대한 완충효과를 극대화하기 위해서, 수림지 완충대 식생의 수직구조는 다층 구조의 수관과 닫힌 가장자리로 하여야 한다.

동해안지대 도작의 냉조풍피해와 피해경감대책 (Cultural Practices for Reducing Cold Wind Damage of Rice Plant in Eastern Coastal Area of Korea)

  • 우리나라 동해안지대는 태백산맥이 동서로 뻗쳐있고 해안을 끼고있어 기후의 변화가 다양한 동시에 풍해를 입기 쉬운 환경에 놓여있다. 이지대에 풍해를 일으키는 바람의 종류는 태백산맥을 넘어오면서 휀(Fohn) 현상에 의해 상승기류된 고온건조한 편서풍에 의해 백수, 경업의 절상, 찰과상, 탈수해, 변색립, 탈립, 도복 등의 수분장해형풍해와 한냉다습한 오호츠크기단이 발달하면 냉조풍이 심하여 하계 저온현상이 일어나서 생육지연, 지경 및 영화의 퇴화, 등숙장해 등이 발생되어 동해안지대를 중심으로 전국에서 84,532M/T의 수량감소를 가져오는 큰 문제지역으로 대두되어 있다. 본논문은 우리나라 동해안지대의 냉조풍피해상습지 6,160ha에 대한 풍해경감대책을 수립코자 1982년부터 1989년까지 8개년간 경북 영덕, 울진지방에서 경북농촌진흥원과 영남작물시험장 영덕출장소에서 실시된 품종선발, 재배시기, 시비법개선, 농토배양, 방풍강설치 등의 시험성적들을 검토한 결과 몇가지 결과를 얻었기에 금후 이지대의 풍해경감대책 자료로 제공코자 한다. 1. 동해안냉조지대의 1954년부터 1989년까지 36년동안 강풍발생빈도는 8월 10일부터 9월 l0일 사이에 높아 이지역의 수도안전출수한계기는 8월10일 이전이 안전하다고 생각된다. 2. 이지대에 주로 풍해를 유발시키는 바람의 종류는 태백산맥을 넘어오면서 휀(Fohn) 현상에 의한 고온건조한 편서풍과 해양에서 내륙으로 부는 한냉다습한 냉조풍이었으며 도작기간중 발생 빈도는 각각 25%였다 3. 태풍내습의 위험시기(8월 10일~9월 10일)를 회피할수 있도록 출수기를 달리하는 3~4품종을 필지별로 접배하거나 유사시에 피해를 분산토록 하는 것이 제 1차적인 대책이 될 것이다. 4 동해안지대에서 수량생산기간(40일간)의 최적등숙온도(22.2$^{\circ}C$)와 최대기상생산력으로 본 최적출수기는 8월 10일이며, 이앙에서 출수기까지의 유효적산온도(GDD)를 이용한 최적이앙기는조생종이 6월 10일, 중생종이 5월 20일 만생종이 5월 10일 이었다. 5. 동해안냉조풍지대는 사질답(38%), 미숙답(28%)로써 저위생산답이 많고 지하수위가 높아 수직배수가 불량하여 답면수온이 낮아 요소비료는 분해가 잘 안되고 비효가 늦어서 생육지연 및 불임의 유발원인이 되고 특히 과용하면 도숙병을 격증시키게 되므로 유안을 시용하는 것이 효과적이다 6. 동해안냉조풍지대는 벼 생육초기에 답면수온이 낮아 인산가용성세균의 활동이 미약하여 토양환원작용이 발달하지 못하여 벼가 흡수 이용할 수 있는 가용성인산함량이 불량하므로 인산을 전량기비 또는 증시하는것보다 이앙후 30일에서 유수형성기에 추비하는것이 효과적이다. 7 이지대는 사질답(38%)이 많아 보통답이나 전질답에 비하여 풍해를 받아 숙색이 나쁘며 등숙이 저하되므로 규산퇴비, 산적토 등의 종합개량처리를 하면 효과가 크다. 8, 동해안냉조풍지대에 방풍강을 설치하면 풍속경감효과(30%)가 크고 기온, 지온, 수온 등의 미기상을 조절하는 효과가 있어 생육촉진, 백수 및 변색립 감소, 고엽방지, 미질향상, 수량증수등의 효과가 현저하였다. 9. 방풍강의 재료는 화학사로 된 방서강과 방오강이며 설치방법은 방서강을 포장둘레에 2m 높이로 치고 그 위에 방오강을 덮어 편서건조풍과 편동냉조풍을 동시에 방풍하여 20%의 증수효과가 있었으며 적정강목은 0.5$\times$0.5cm이고, 설치시기는 유수형성기(8월 1일) 전후였다. 10. 동해안냉조풍지대에서 태풍 통과직후 백수나 변색립발생시 논에 물을 깊게 관수함과 아울러 고성능청무기 등으로 지상부에 충분히 미수를 하면 임실비율 현미천립중 등이 향상되어 증수효과를 얻을 것으로 판단된다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer.
