의류점포내 상황요인과 제품의 소비가치가 충동구매행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Situation Factors and Consumption Values on the Impulse Buying Behaviors in Apparel Store)

  • The purpose of this study were to investigate the relationships of situation variables, product variables. consumer variables and impulse buying behavior in apparel store. We collected data from 462 consumers of adult women living in Pusan and analysed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, analysis of variance, t-test and discriminant analysis. The results were as follows: First, The purchase situation influenced on the impulse buying behavior consisted of the Pre-purchase condition and the Point-of-purchase state. The in-store situation consisted of the Salesman/store atmosphere, the Low price and the Possibility of out of stock. And the consumption values of apparel are divided into four factors ; Emotional/aesthetical value, Epistemic value, Functional value and Social value. The clothing shopping orientation as consumer variable extracted six factors ; Recreational orientation, Economical orientation, Brand/store loyalty orientation, Careful orientation, Apathetic orientation and Positive orientation. Consumers were classified by the cloting shopping orientation into the Convenience shopper, the Recreational shopper, the Economical shopper and the Careful shopper. Second, In comparison with the unimpulse-buyin groups, the impulse-buying group is more effected by in-store situation than purchase situation, and were more effected by Emotional/aesthetical value, Social value and Epistemic value of the consumption value. In consumer types, the more was the Recreational shopper and the Convenience shopper, the more showed impulse buying behavior. And the important factor distinguished between the impulse buying group and the unimpulse buying group was the Salesman/store atmosphere of the in-store situation.

건강 메시지의 독이성과 소통 효과 (Readability of Health Messages and Its Communicative Effect)

  • Objectives: Developing efficient health messages is important for improving health behaviors at a societal level. This study attempts to test a few variables that could constitute the elements for measuring readability of health message. The number of subject-verb relationships in a sentence, placement of jargon, i.e., explication before or after each jargon, and the number of less familiar Chinese characters were manipulated to hypothetically differentiate readability. Methods: In a $2{\times}2$ mixed factorial experiment, 152 college students read two health messages regarding side effect of health functional food and energy drink. The participants' perceived readability was asked, and eight questions were developed to measure the participants' recognition of the health information. Results: Those who read messages manipulated to have high readability rated the message significantly higher than those who read messages with low readability. Also, the former answered the questions more correctly than the latter, implying the association between readability and knowledge acquisition regarding health. Conclusions: Readability is suggested as a factor determining the effect of health messages in affecting the public's health risk perception and relevant behaviors. Further studies to sophisticate the measurement itself and to examine the effect of actual public messages with different readabilities are suggested.

감염병 전문병원의 병동부 건축계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Planning of the Ward in Infectious Disease Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study analyzed the architectural planning factors of the ward in infectious disease hospitals, such as functional unit planning, ward configurations, spatial compositions & circulation, and detailed architectural planning. Through these, the facility guidelines of infectious disease hospitals are summarized, focusing on the differences from the wards of non-infectious hospitals. Methods: This study was conducted by literature review of research reports, papers, design cases, and guidelines, based on the experiences of field surveys for infectious disease hospitals. Results: The result of this study can be summarized into a few points. 1) Infectious disease hospitals need to establish an operation plan with the concept of continuity of care, as an extension of existing facilities. 2) The types of ward configuration for infectious disease hospitals has many variables, so an appropriate type should be selected according to the hospital's operating policy. 3) Various spatial composition types of the ward can be planned by the arrangement of traffic cores and areas of patient groups. At this time, the main planning considerations are safety, efficiency, and comfort. 4) As elements of the detailed plan, It is necessary to consider the types & dimensions of patient rooms, the relationships between nursing stations & sub-stations, and supplementations of medical support functions & convenience facilities. Implications: Since there are many differences in function from the ward of non-infectious hospitals, appropriate facility guidelines for infectious disease hospital are required.

편의점 프리미엄 도시락에 대한 소비가치가 태도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Consumption Values on Attitude and Behavioral Intentions toward a Premium Lunch Box at a Convenience Store)

  • This study investigates what consumption values affect attitude and behavioral intentions toward a premium lunch box at a convenience store using VAB(Value-Attitude-Behavior) model. The main survey was conducted by a research company by means of an online survey in the form of a self-administered questionnaire. The samples were limited to customers who had tried the premium lunch box before. The survey was conducted in October 2016. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 for Windows and AMOS 21.0. A structural equation model(SEM) was used to verify the proposed relationships among the study variables. Three factors representing the value of the premium lunch box were identified: social & functional value, economic value, and epistemic value. The finding showed that these values had a positive effect on attitude toward the premium lunch box and that attitude had a positive effect on behavioral intentions.

미용서비스의 과정적, 결과적 품질과 소비자 만족에 관한 연구 (Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction in Beauty Service ; Relating to the Outcome Quality and the Process Quality)

  • The purposes of this study were 1) to examine the conceptual structure of outcome quality and process quality of beauty service, 2) to investigate the relationships among beauty service quality, consumer satisfaction, word-of-mouth reputation and perceived risk, and 3) to find out the effects of related variables on consumer satisfaction. The questionnaire was developed based on pretest and previous studies, and completed by 435 female consumers that experienced beauty service during about one month in Busan. First, factor analysis showed that the process quality of beauty services consisted of four factors, such as Employee Service, Physical Service, Time-saving Service, and Economic Service. And the outcome service quality consisted of two factors, such as Socio-psychological service, Functional service. Second, the higher word-of-mouth reputation and the lower perceived risk were the higher perceived beauty service quality and the more satisfied with service. Third, the process quality of beauty service, word-of-mouth reputation, socio-psychological service quality effected on consumer satisfaction. Especially, the employee service was very important on consumer satisfaction.

R의 neuralnet을 활용한 신경망분석 (Neural network analysis using neuralnet in R)

  • 본 연구는 다층 퍼셉트론과 지도형 학습알고리즘에 대해 알아보았고, 아울러 neuralnet이라는 패키지를 사용하여 공변수들과 반응변수 간의 함수적 관계를 어떻게 모델링하는지 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서 적용된 알고리즘은 반응변수 값의 실제치와 예측치 간의 비교에 근거한 오차함수의 최소화를 위한 모수인 가중치들의 계속적인 조정을 특징으로 한다. 본 연구에서 설명하는 neuralnet 패키지는 활성화함수와 오차함수를 주어진 상황에 맞게 적절히 선택하고 나머지 매개변수들은 기본값으로 둘 수 있다. 본 연구에서 살펴본 불임 데이터에 대해 neuralnet 패키지를 활용한 결과 4개의 독립변수 중에서 age는 불임에 영향력이 거의 없음을 파악할 수 있었다. 아울러 신경망의 가중치는 -751.6부터 7.25에 이르기까지 다양한 값을 취하며, 첫 번째 은닉층의 절편은 -92.6과 7.25이며, 첫 번째 은닉뉴런으로 가는 공변수 age, parity, induced, spontaneous에 대한 가중치는 각각 3.17, -5.20, -36.82, -751.6임을 파악했다.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the functional adaptation of the tongue, the hyoid bone, the digastric muscle and the upper airway and the variables predicting postoperative stability following orthognathic surgery in patients with mandibular prognathism. 18 patients were selected(8 men and 10 women) for this study, who had received orthognathic surgery. Their lateral cephalograms, those were taken preoperatively, immediate postoperatively and over 6 months follow-up, were traced and analysed. The results were as follows : 1. The downward displacement of the hyoid bone and extended head posture were recognized, right after operation. Statistically significant correlations were found between the changes of the mandibular position and the digastric muscle and the change of head posture during operation. 2. The tongue was displaced downward following the hyoid displacement postoperatively. Statistically significant correlations were found between the change of the mandibular position and the change of the distance of the tongue and hard palate, and between the change of head posture and the changes of the upper airway sizes, the digastric muscle and the hyoid position during over 6 month's follow-up. 3. The change of the distance of the tongue and hard palate was the most significant factor for prognosis during over 6 month's follow-up. 4. There were no variables before operation to predict the postoperative stability and the constriction of the upper airway.

노인에 대한 가족의지지 : 가족원 유형별 연구 (Family Support for the Elderly : A Study by Types of Family Members)

  • 이 논문의 연구문제는 다음의 세 가지이다. 노인은 서로 다른 가족원 유형으로부터 어떤 종류의 사회적 지지를 받고 있는가? 노인이 가족원으로부터 지지를 받느냐 혹은 받지 못하느냐와 관련된 노인의 개인적 특성, 가족망의 특성은 무엇인가? 어떤 가족원이 제공하는 어떤 종류의 지지가 노인의 정신건강(우울)과 관련성을 가지고 있는가? 이 연구를 위해 가족원 유형으로는 배우자, 아들, 며느리, 딸, 사위, 손자 손녀, 부모, 형제자매가 포함되었으며, 지지의 종류로는 정서적, 활동적, 도구적, 금전적 지지의 4가지가 조사되었다. 서울 경기지역에 거주하는 60세 이상의 노인 208명이 유의 표집되었다. 분석결과, 노인들은 여러 가족원들로부터 다양한 지지를 받고 있었다. 배우자는 정서적 지지를, 아들은 금전적 지지를, 며느리는 도구적, 딸은 정서적, 금전적 지지를 가장 많이 제공하고 있었다. 부모, 형제가 있는 경우에는 정서적 지지를 받는 비율이 높았으며, 그 밖에도 사위, 손주의 지지제공자로서의 가능성이 제시되었다. 노인의 특성과 관계망의 특성 중 여러 요인들이 각 가족원 유형이 제공하는 다양한 지지와 유의한 관련성을 보였는데, 일반적으로 남자보다는 여자가, 나이 적고, 도구적 일상생활동작능력이 좋고, 그 가족원과의 접촉빈도가 높은 노인들이 지지를 받는 경향이 있었다. 그러나 예외적으로 며느리의 지지는 기능이 떨어지는 노인들이 더 많이 제공받고 있었다. 배우자의 지지여부는 노인의 우울정도와 관련이 많았으며, 아들과 며느리의 경우는 지지의 제공 여부보다는 그들의 존재여부에 의해 우울정도가 달라지고 있었다. 노인의 정신건강을 위해 다양한 지지적 활동을 강화해 줄 수 있는 실천적 방안들이 요구되고 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the family communication and power. Communication is a symbolic, transactional process in functional view . To say tat communication is a process implies a continuous interaction of an indefinite large number of variables with a concomitant, continuous change in the values taken by these variables. Finally the process implies change. Family functions include the primary functions of cohesion and adaptability and supporting functions of family images, themes, boundaries, and biosocial issues, The primary functions reveal concepts integrated family interaction and supporting functions, along with those of cohesion and adaptability, give shape of family life. The message system is the major element of communication process and influences both the form and the content of thier relationship and create and share meanings. The family-of-origin issues influence all aspects of family communication and account for many of the communication patterns, rules and networks. Power does not belong to an individual. rather it is a property of a relationship between two or more persons, Power, a system property is the ability of an individual to change the behavior of other members in a social system. Power operate transactionally in a family and any power maneuvers within it have a system wide effect. In order to study power in families , it is necessary to examine 1) family power operations 2) development of family power and 3) the communication of power strutegies. The research presented indicated that a rigid power structure, characterized by dominance and little sharing, restricts family flexibility reduce cohesion, and adversely affects satisfaction in families. power constantly changes as a family grows and develops within its system. Although power changes may be more obvious in children as they mature and more from a independent stated to an independent one, each of the parents experience egual or greater. Communication and activities take place that either enhance positively or negatively the images, themes, and degree of unity of cohesion the family desires. Power operated within a dynamic, growing, changing, interdependent transactional family system. Power struggle may develop when as issue becomes important to one or more family member. When this happens, and the rational exploration of alternatives ceases, various one-up power maneuvers usally follows, This affect family intimacy. a vital element in meaningful relationships . To resolve differences and not become the victim of another's power , one need to engage in constructive conflict since the ability to clearly and comfortably repudiate another is part of the achievement of intimacy.

모바일 소셜네트워크 게임에 대한 인지된 가치가 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향 -몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로- (An Empirical Study on Continuous Usage Intention towards Mobile Social Network Game)

  • 논문은 MSNG 사용자들의 지속적 이용을 장려하고자 하는 MSNG 서비스 제공자들의 전략에 대하여 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 MSNG 사용자들의 행동에 영향을 미치는 심리의 작용을 이해하고자 하였다. MSNG서비스 제공자는 MSNG 사용자의 이성적, 감정적, 심리적 측면을 공략하고자, MSNG 사용자가 인지하게 될 기능적 가치, 감성적 가치 및 사회적 가치향상 전략을 실행할 것으로 가정하였다. 또한, 이러한 MSNG 서비스 제공자의 전략이 MSNG 사용자의 심리적 상황을 몰입상태로 바꾸어 MSNG에 대한 지속적 사용의도가 나타날 것으로 추론하였다. MSNG 사용자들로부터 확보된 431개 응답을 기초로 분석한 결과에 따르면, MSNG 서비스 제공자가 사용자의 기능적 가치, 감성적 가치 및 사회적 가치를 높이려고 하는 전략은 모두 MSNG의 지속적 이용에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, MSNG 서비스 제공자의 제반 가치 향상 전략은 MSNG 사용자의 심리적 상황을 몰입 상태로 변환시켜 지속적 이용을 강화하는 것으로 분석되었다. 상기와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 제시하고, 연구과정에서 직면한 한계점을 기반으로 향후 연구방향을 제언하였다.
