본 연구는 보건소 건강교실을 이용하는 고혈압 당뇨병 환자의 보완대체요법(CAM)에 대한 이용실태 및 인식을 알아보기 위하여 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상은 보건소 건강교실을 이용하는 고혈압 당뇨병환자 177명을 면대면 인터뷰를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 자료는 SPSS WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, Independent t-test, Pearson correlation분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 56.5%가 CAM을 이용해 본 경험이 있었고, 의료인과 상의한 경험이 있는 사람은 전체의 16.0%에 불과하였다. CAM에 대한 일반적 인식점수는 $3.11{\pm}0.58$점으로 CAM 재이용의도 및 권유의도 및 관련교육 참여의도 간에 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다(r=.604, r=.516, r=.419, p<.001). 결론적으로, 만성질환자들의 CAM이용 현황 및 인식에 대하여 의료인들 및 보건당국이 관심을 가져야 할 필요가 있으며, 추후 만성질환자들의 올바른 CAM이용을 위한 효과적인 실행전략 및 정책 마련에 유용한 기초자료로 이용될 수 있다.

As a result of this study, an attempt to emphasize the effect of perspective through the factors of spatial constitution is considered that, in Mwaeom thought, the establishment of the basic situation for cherishing the religious experience as Seonjae Dongja's course of ascetic practice, was needed. Therefore, placing of gates, terrace make-up and the changing spaces and constitution that the space under a castle moves from narrow darkness to wide brightness, express the steps of the course of ascetism. Through this, it gives observers dramatic changes and expectation to their sensual feeling. The emphasis on the perceptibility of Muryang Sujeon, Anyang Loo and the terrace by using a perspertive technique can be interpreted as an intention to express the very delightedness at the last moment the truth is perceived.

In our current information-based society in which knowledge is a fundamental asset to production, the capability to utilize information and produce knowledge with the use of information technology (IT) has become essential to learning. Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) have recently been introduced in light of such changes and are recognized as an alternative to open education. MOOCs' capabilities are being acknowledged in lifelong education in terms of reeducation and knowledge sharing, and also in terms of improving teaching quality, and improving university students' levels of creativity and integrated thinking by supporting high-level content and teaching. Therefore, this study presents an extended research model that combines information system (IS) continuance and task-technology fit models. Our study researches previous literature, revealing factors of continuous use after accepting MOOCs from the learner's perspective, and analyzes the model empirically. The ideal environment for MOOCs learners is evaluated, and a strategic approach to the successful settlement and diffusion of MOOCs is presented based on this study's findings.

프랜차이징 산업에 있어 고객관리는 특히 중요한 이슈이며, 프랜차이즈 기업들은 CRM시스템을 적극적으로 도입하고 있다. 기업은 이러한 프랜차이즈 사업의 관리를 위한 정보시스템을 프랜차이징정보시스템(Franchising Information Systems, FIS)으로 정의하고, FIS의 기술수준, 교육수준, 활용전략이 FIS의 활용 능력에 영향을 미치는 것과 FIS의 활용능력은 CRM구축의도에 영향을 미치는 것에 대해 연구하였다.

Wearable computers can be defined as next generation clothing integrated with various digital functions and devices. Unlike existing computers, they are viewed as human-centric computers customized for information utilization and other specific human needs. This study is intended to discover how consumers are accepting wearable computers, which are different from existing computers, based on Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) and to extend the model by adding variable regarding acceptance of wearable computers. A total of 683 copies of questionnaires, distributed to those aged 19 and older, both male and female, were collected online. The data was statistically analyzed for this study using the extended TAM. In order to test hypotheses, the structural equation model using the Lisrel 8.30 version was performed. For analyzing constructs(or traits) of research model, exploratory factor was conducted and the measurement model was assessed from the result. Reliability was assessed through confirmatory factor analysis and the calculation of Cronbach's alpha coefficients. Overall, model fit was assessed by statistical indexes: Chi-square value, GFI, AGFI, and RMR. This study analyzed the process of acceptance of wearable computers with the extended TAM that includes a variable, perceived value, on the basis of previous studies. The results of the analysis revealed that attitude toward wearable computer was directly influenced by perceived usefulness and perceived value but indirectly influenced by perceived ease of use. Acceptance intention of the wearable computer was directly influenced by perceived value and attitude toward wearable computer. To be more specific, perceived usefulness was significantly correlated with both attitude toward wearable computer and acceptance intention of the wearable computer. Perceived value was also significantly correlated with both attitude toward wearable computer and acceptance intention of the wearable computer. The results of this study also suggested that perceived ease of use was actually a causal antecedent to perceived usefulness and perceived value. This research revealed that extended TAM to investigate the acceptance of wearable computer was appropriate. This study is intended to provide a theoretical framework for adoption of wearable computer and suggest empirical analysis that can serve as a guide for wearable computer.

컴퓨터와 인터넷 정보 기술은 현대 서비스 산업과 사람들의 생활 방식을 변화시켰다. 특히 COVID-19의 전 세계적 확산으로 셀프서비스 기술 등 연락 서비스 유형에 대한 관심이 점차 높아지고 있다. 인건비 상승과 소비자 자기인식 제고로 업무 일부를 자체 서비스 기술을 통해 고객에게 이전하는 기업이 늘고 경영환경 속에서 본 연구는 다음의 질문에 답하고자 한다. (1) 셀프서비스기술 환경에서 기술난이도와 안전성 지각이 고객 가치 인식에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가? (2) 고객 가치 인식은 셀프서비스기술의 지속사용의도에 영향을 끼치는가? 본 연구는 327개 표본으로 실증분석을 실시하여 셀프서비스 특성인 기술난이도와 안전성 지각이 고객가치 인식과 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 고객이 가치를 인식하고 셀프서비스 기술 사용에서 중요한 역할을 하는 것은 고객의 가치 체험이다. 셀프서비스기술 환경에서 고객이 가치를 인식하여 지속사용의도에 영향을 미친다는 선행연구는 그동안 거의 없었던 바, 본 연구는 고객의 체험가치가 높을수록 셀프서비스 기술을 선호하고 지속적인 이용의도가 높아짐을 실증하였다.

본 연구에서는 챗봇의 개별적 체험, 공유적 체험, 유비쿼터스 접속성, 상황적 유용성이 챗봇의 지각된 가치와 챗봇 이용의도에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하기 위하여, Burnd H. Schmitt의 체험이론 측면에서의 체험 기반 커뮤니케이션 구성요소와 메신저 플랫폼 환경에서의 상황 기반 커뮤니케이션 구성요소를 적용하여 시나리오 기반 설문지법을 이용하였다. 이를 통해 다양한 서비스산업 분야의 기업에게 챗봇 이용을 더욱 활성화할 수 있는 실무적 접근방안을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여전히 대부분의 챗봇은 그것을 디자인하는 인간의 기획수준을 넘지 못하고 있으므로 챗봇 개발 시 개별적 체험요소를 어떻게 고객의 발화의도에 맞추어 기능적으로 설계할 것인지에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 둘째, 챗봇이 언제 어디서나 실시간으로 특정 과업을 완수하려는 관점만이 아니라 고객이 속한 상황을 포함하여 상호작용의 질적 특성을 높이려는 총체적 관점에서 설계되어야 한다. 셋째, 챗봇은 사용자에 의해 의인화되기 마련이므로 챗봇 개발 시 챗봇의 '페르소나'와 '톤 앤 매너'를 결정하는 것에도 신중해야 한다. 챗봇 개발의 성공여부를 가늠하는 가장 중요한 기준은 고객만족이다. 다시 말해 인공지능 알고리즘의 품질보다는 기획과 데이터의 품질이 챗봇의 활용도를 좌우한다. 기업이 챗봇과의 상호작용을 인간과의 상호작용과 최대한 유사하게 만들기 위하여 노력하는 이유다.

최근 급격히 증가하는 노인들과 정신적 휴식이 필요한 도시인들의 신체적 정신적 건강과 안녕감을 유지하기 위한 방법으로써 치유농업에 관한 다양한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 치유농업 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 변인고찰을 위하여 노후준비도, 농촌치유 공급조건, 농촌치유 제공서비스를 독립변수로 정하여 연구하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 치유농업 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 실증적 분석을 통하여 파악하고자 한다. 둘째는 다양한 요인들 중에서 어느 변인이 이용의도에 더 많은 영향을 미쳤는지를 검증하고자 한다. 셋째, 이들 검증결과를 바탕으로 치유농업 활성화 정책을 제언하는 데 있다. 본 연구를 위해서 30세 이상 성인 남녀를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 최종 356부를 분석대상으로 확정하였다. 연구가설의 검증은 선형회귀분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노후준비도의 신체적 준비와 정서적 준비 그리고 경제적 준비는 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 농촌치유 공급조건의 자연경관, 접근성, 안전성은 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 그러나 경제성과 전문성은 기각되었다. 셋째, 농촌치유 제공서비스의 농작물 재배, 동물매개, 치유시설은 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구를 통해, 치유농업의 이용의도를 높이기 위해서는 소비자의 노후준비가 잘되어 있어야 하며, 농촌치유 공급조건에서는 접근성과 안전성이, 농촌치유제공 서비스에서는 치유시설이 잘 갖춰져야 치유농업을 이용하려는 소비자의 이용의도를 높일 수 있다는 결론을 도출하였다.

This study applied cartoon-like simple and implicit symbol of Keith Haring works to tubular jacquard knit, designed woman casual knit wear with fun, explicit and activities using fluorescent yarns with explicit features. This study aimed to propose the directions for new market pioneering that meets the emotional requirements of modern people by raising the level of utilization and expression area of knit fashion, and to present the constructive directions for high value-added knit wear by designing highly effective knit wear. Methods of this study examined the lifetime and artistic background of Keith Haring and collected his works through searching of internet, scholastic publications or thesis. Formative types and colors of works collected were analyzed and classified according to characteristic standards of Haring and characteristic formativeness and color of works were extracted. The result of this study is as shown below: First, the feature of his works can be summarized into motif that has symbolic and implicit cartoon-like lines including narratives as well as enormous number of works. Such feature is very suitable for variation and recombination in realization of design and has unlimited potentials for development. Second, image colors can be extracted such as black and white, original color and fluorescent paints, which reflects the intention of artist who put focus on communication with the public. Such color feature is very suitable for design motif that has explicitness of reflecting the intention of artist through use of special fluorescent yarn. Third, I made it as reversible wear that has effects of increasing or decreasing the explicitness according to color area ratio using the feature of textures allowing use of both sides as well as form stability of tubular jacquard. Fourth, by adjusting the thickness of fabric with controlling of ply in fabric using poly yarn and wool union yarn, I could obtain good results of study in terms of technique that can express various materials with embossed dynamic effects of unevenness on flat surface.

본 연구는 임상실습을 하는 간호학생들의 간호과정 스마트폰 애플리케이션의 사용의도를 조사하고, 이 프로그램의 적용효과를 평가하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 대구 지역 일개의 간호대학 3학년 학생으로, 2012년 9월부터 2013년 9월까지 외과 병동 성인간호학 실습을 나가는 60명이다. 연구결과 간호과정 스마트폰 사용의도는 학습의 용이성, 사회적 영향, 자기효능감과 유의한 관계가 있었다. 그리고 대상자에게 적용된 간호과정 앱 애플리케이션은 급성통증에 대한 진단, 중재, 결과에 대한 목록이 가장 많았고, 프로그램 사용 만족도는 4.35점이었다. 이 연구결과를 통해 간호과정 앱은 임상실습 현장에서 간호과정 앱 사용에 대한 더 많은 기회와 교육을 제공하고, 그것의 활용에 관하여 손쉽게 적용될 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다.
