  • Purpose: This study explored the improvement and the direction of the smart disaster management system newly attempted in South Korea by analyzing the utilization of the existing system. This study focuses on making it easy to apply to user tasks and improving on site information. Research design, data and methodology: Problems were identified through field surveys with administrators in charge of administration and public institutions based on GIS based status board for NDMS which is widely used in Korea. Also, this study attempted to generalize to specialists in disaster management who are more likely to use the system in the future. Results: We derived improvement plans and verified the results through expert feedback. The results show that the GIS based status board for NDMS is cumbersome to use due to the vast array of unnecessary information compared to the high expected utilization. Conclusions: We found that improving the speed and accuracy of the smart disaster management information delivery system is necessary. Also, it is important to identify reasons for not improve the willingness to use this technology in disaster management and to figure out the process by which field personnel makes decisions that smart disaster information cannot be used for disaster management.

As a result, foreign public libraries provided library events and use guides, book reviews, library promotions, information and contents, and often provided podcasts by age and library news. But the utilization rate of podcasts in domestic public libraries was low. A Podcasts of domestic public libraries were introducing to new books and recommending books. In the Incheon Yulmok Library, conducted a podcast program that librarians directly read the passages in the book and recommend new books. As a result, the book borrowing and utilization rate of the books have increased. In this way, domestic public libraries should apply podcasts to provide useful information to users and expand service area through various contents development that can increase motivation and interest.

  • In order to achieve carbon neutrality, it is necessary to commercialize and popularize carbon dioxide capture technology, so the purpose of this study is to put forward the design of public facilities suitable for public environment. In the design direction of public facilities for carbon capture and environmental purification, the application of carbon capture technology in air, the application of carbon capture and adsorption materials, and carbon reduction recycling are selected for development. In order to achieve carbon neutrality, this study develops a new concept of public facility design which is different from the existing public facilities in public space. From this point of view, it has great enlightenment significance. Public facilities adopting carbon-neutral technology are environmentally friendly public facilities that conform to the times, and can be installed in parks, roads and other spaces. • This study was conducted to analyse attitudes to a new health care system in a rural community. The specific purpose of this thesis was to classify attitudes to the patient referral system in Kangwha county, and to identify factors affecting the attitudes. Sampling was done by a multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method from the population. The data were collected in Kangwha county through a structured interview survey for two weeks in June, 1957. Attitudes to the patient referral system were classified into four types based upon answers to questions about awareness of the system, the recognition for the necessity of the system, and opinions on the improvement of the system. The four types of attitudes were active acceptance(10.2%), partial acceptance (27.2%), refusal(35.8%), and indifference(26.7%). The respondent's age, educational level, age of head of household, medical insurance fee, the number of ill family members, and the percentage of medical utilization by the family were the variables which affected the attitudes. The medical insurance fee, respondent's age, age of head of household, and the percentage of medical utilization by the family were the statistically significant discriminant factors of the four types of attitudes.
