The requirements for powerful computing capability, high capacity, low latency and low energy consumption of emerging services, pose severe challenges to the fifth-generation (5G) network. As a promising paradigm, mobile edge networks can provide services in proximity to users by deploying computing components and cache at the edge, which can effectively decrease service delay. However, the coexistence of heterogeneous services and the sharing of limited resources lead to the competition between various services for multiple resources. This paper considers two typical heterogeneous services: computing services and content delivery services, in order to properly configure resources, it is crucial to develop an effective offloading and caching strategies. Considering the high energy consumption of 5G base stations, this paper considers the hybrid energy supply model of traditional power grid and green energy. Therefore, it is necessary to design a reasonable association mechanism which can allocate more service load to base stations rich in green energy to improve the utilization of green energy. This paper formed the joint optimization problem of computing offloading, caching and resource allocation for heterogeneous services with the objective of minimizing the on-grid power consumption under the constraints of limited resources and QoS guarantee. Since the joint optimization problem is a mixed integer nonlinear programming problem that is impossible to solve, this paper uses deep reinforcement learning method to learn the optimal strategy through a lot of training. Extensive simulation experiments show that compared with other schemes, the proposed scheme can allocate resources to heterogeneous service according to the green energy distribution which can effectively reduce the traditional energy consumption.

The analog image based system consisted of a simulator and medical linear accelerator (LINAC) for radiotherapy was upgraded to digital medical image based system by exchanging the X-ray film with Computed Radiography (CR). With minimum equipments shift and similar treatment process, it was possible that the new digital image system was adapted by the users in short time. The film cassette and the film developer device were substituted with a CR cassette and a CR Reader, where the ViewBox was replaced with a small size PC and a monitor. The viewer software suitable for radiotherapy was developed to maximize the benefit of digital image, and as the result the convenience and the effectiveness was improved. It has two windows to display two different images in the same time and equipped various search capability, contouring, window leveling, image resizing, translation, rotation and registration functions. In order to avoid any discontinuance of the treatment while the transition to digital image, the film and the CR was used together for 1 week, and then the film developer was removed. Since then the CR System has been operated stably for 2 months, and the various requests from users have been reflected to improve the system.

The introduction of the Digital Economy has formed a new market producing and trading information. Depending on the current contexts, each user evaluates identical information differently. It is difficult, even though important, to create and deliver the information customized to individual users by using some factors as time, location, and their personal characteristics. Information value, therefore, could be influenced by the capability of information systems to delivery useful information based on individual contexts to the right user immediately at the right time. From this point of view, we argue mobile systems which are able to be aware of individual contexts and deliver contextual information in real time can improve information value easily than other systems can. This research presents the results of an empirical test about antecedents to mobile advertising value. Though context relevance doesn't influence directly mobile advertising value, it plays an important role enhancing information usefulness which has great influence on mobile advertising value. Moreover, to supply information connected with users' context overcomes the effect of irritation. Lastly, entertainment can improve mobile advertising value as satisfying user's hedonic desire beyond the information source supporting decision making.

As developed Internet and Computer Capability, Many Users take the many information through the network. So requirement of User that use to network was rapidly increased and become various. But it spend much time to accept user requirement on current network, so studied such as Active network for solved it. This Active node on Active network have the capability that stored and processed execution code aside from capability of forwarding packet on current network. So required execution code for executed packet arrived in active node, if execution code should not be in active node, have to take by request previous Action node and Code Server to it. But if this execution code take from previous active node and Code Server, bring to time delay by transport execution code and increased traffic of network and execution time. So, As used execution code stored in cache on active node, it need to increase execution time and decreased number of request. So, our paper suggest ANC caching technique that able to decrease number of execution code request and time of execution code by efficiently store execution code to active node. ANC caching technique may decrease the network traffic and execution time of code, to decrease request of execution code from previous active node.
With the breakthrough of speech recognition technology, conversational agents have become pervasive through smartphones and smart speakers. The recognition accuracy of speech recognition technology has developed to the level of human beings, but it still shows limitations on understanding the underlying meaning or intention of words, or understanding long conversation. Accordingly, the users experience various errors when interacting with the conversational agents, which may negatively affect the user experience. In addition, in the case of smart speakers with a voice as the main interface, the lack of feedback on system and transparency was reported as the main issue when the users using. Therefore, there is a strong need for research on how users can better understand the capability of the conversational agents and mitigate negative emotions in error situations. In this study, we applied social strategies, "forewarning" and "apology", to conversational agent and investigated how these strategies affect users' perceptions of the agent in breakdown situations. For the study, we created a series of demo videos of a user interacting with a conversational agent. After watching the demo videos, the participants were asked to evaluate how they liked and trusted the agent through an online survey. A total of 104 respondents were analyzed and found to be contrary to our expectation based on the literature study. The result showed that forewarning gave a negative impression to the user, especially the reliability of the agent. Also, apology in a breakdown situation did not affect the users' perceptions. In the following in-depth interviews, participants explained that they perceived the smart speaker as a machine rather than a human-like object, and for this reason, the social strategies did not work. These results show that the social strategies should be applied according to the perceptions that user has toward agents.

With the great advances in process understanding, sensor and instrumentation technology and modelling capability it is important to ask what if any practical benefits can the lake manager and operator look forward to. Here, we examine some of the more important problems facing operators of drinking reservoirs, hydro-lakes and lakes used predominantly for recreation and the environment. In drinking reservoirs the main problems originate from increased loadings of nutrients leading to increased biomass and biomass that may give rise to toxins, of anthropogenic chemicals such as metals and synthetic organics and of pathogens of different types. Hydro-lakes are predominantly plagued by problems arising from low oxygen levels in the hypolimnion and in recreational and environmentally sensitive lakes the biggest challenge for the operator is to maintain an existing or establish a new trophic hierarchy or protect the water body from foreign species. The control variables that are at an operator's disposal are the choice of lake water level, the modification of the water colunm stratification via a de-stratification system, the modification of the lake flow path with flow intervention. curtains, intervention in the catchments to modify the loadings flowing into a lake, manipulation of the trophic chain with introduction of new species and chemical dosing, the latter being of marginal use in a large lake. Each of these options is cost effective under certain-circumstances. We endeavour to provide a users guide for their application and show how, especially new instrumentation and modelling methodologies may be used to achieve an effective intervention.
In these days, many systems are equipped with people to infer their intention and provide the corresponding service. People always carry their own mobile device with various sensors, and the accelerator takes a role in this environment. The accelerator collects motion information, which is useful for the development of gesture-based user interfaces. Generally, it needs to develop an effective method for the mobile environment that supports relatively less computational capability since huge computation is required to recognize time-series patterns such as gestures. In this paper, we propose a 2-stage motion recognizer composed of low-level and high-level motions based on the motion library. The low-level motion recognizer uses the dynamic time warping with 3D acceleration data, and the high-level motion is defined linguistically with the low-level motions.
Recently, several information-technology research projects such as those for high-performance computing, the cloud service, and the DevOps methodology have been advanced to develop the efficiency of satellite data-processing systems. In March 2019, the Geostationary Ocean Color Imager II (GOCI-II) will be launched for its predictive capability regarding marine disasters and the management of the fishery environment; moreover, the GOCI-II Ground Segment (G2GS) system for data acquisition/processing/storing/distribution is being designed at the Korea Ocean Satellite Center (KOSC). The G2GS is composed of the following six functional subsystems: data-acquisition subsystem (DAS), data-correction subsystem (DCS), precision-correction subsystem (PCS), ocean data-processing subsystem (ODPS), data-management subsystem (DMS), and operation and quality management subsystem (OQMS). The G2GS will enable the real-time support of the GOCI-II ocean-color data for government-related organizations and public users.
Physicians, in order to study the causes of cancer, detect cancer earlier, prevent or determine the effectiveness of treatment, and specify the reasons for the treatment ineffectiveness, need to access accurate, comprehensive, and timely cancer data. The cancer care environment has become more complex because of the need for coordination and communication among health care professionals with different skills in a variety of roles and the existence of large amounts of data with various formats. The goals of health care systems in such a complex environment are correct health data management, providing appropriate information needs of users to enhance the integrity and quality of health care, timely access to accurate information and reducing medical errors. These roles in new systems with use of agents efficiently perform well. Because of the potential capability of agent systems to solve complex and dynamic health problems, health care system, in order to gain full advantage of E- health, steps must be taken to make use of this technology. Multi-agent systems have effective roles in health service quality improvement especially in telemedicine, emergency situations and management of chronic diseases such as cancer. In the design and implementation of agent based systems, planning items such as information confidentiality and privacy, architecture, communication standards, ethical and legal aspects, identification opportunities and barriers should be considered. It should be noted that usage of agent systems only with a technical view is associated with many problems such as lack of user acceptance. The aim of this commentary is to survey applications, opportunities and barriers of this new artificial intelligence tool for cancer care information as an approach to improve cancer care management.
As the wireless network technologies and the capability of the mobile terminals are evolving, advanced peer to peer applications for mobile users are attracting interests. In this paper, we propose the mobile P2P communication platform(MPCP) which provides transparency to the wireless network technologies and solutions to the limited resources of the mobile terminals. MPCP classifies the connection into two levels: a virtual channel and a session. A virtual channel is the network layer connection between the terminals whereas a session is the application layer connection. MPCP classifies the sessions into four types and applies different scheduling priority and data processing policies such as segmentation and reassembly. It selects proper wireless network technologies depending on the distance between the communication endpoints. To acquire dynamically changed access address, we harness the Session Initiation Protocol. We implemented MPCP on embedded Linux simulator and utilized the implementation in mobile P2P service development. For the quantitative analysis, we compared the performance of MPCP with that of ftp. Regardless of the number of simultaneous sessions, MPCP maintains the relative performance.
