금융 MVNO 환경에서의 소비자의 모바일지급결제서비스 이용의도 (Intention to use of Mobile Payment Service in Financial MVNO Environment)

  • Recently MVNO has been adopted to reform the monopoly structure of mobile telecommunication industry in Korea. MVNO is expected to not only enable mobile telecommunication industry more free, but also provide various welfare service with customers, in particular mobile payment system service. Based on TAM, this paper is to investigate the affecting factors of intention to use of mobile payment system service in MVNO environment. The results indicate that all system quality factors are significantly related to both perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use, but only stability of service quality factor is significantly related to the perceived usefulness. Perceived easy of use was found to be siginificantly related to the intention to use of mobile payment system in MVNO environment, but percevied usefulness was not.

모바일 오피스 시스템이 사용자의 업무과부하 및 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Mobile Office Systems on Users' Job Stress and Work Overload)

  • The use of mobile office systems has been expanded due to the smartphones' rapid diffusion in Korea, and it has brought a new work environment that is different from traditional working patterns. In this study, the unique attributes of mobile office systems, such as ubiquity, usefulness, complexity, and insecurity, are examined along with the impact of these attributes on work overload and job stress. Based on transaction-based model of job stress, organizational support was applied as a stress inhibitor and also the moderator between work overload and job stress. The findings of this study show that ubiquity increases usefulness of mobile office systems; complexity increases both work overload and job stress; and insecurity increases job stress. Surprisingly, usefulness increases job stress, which means employees who perceive the efficiency of mobile office systems higher may feel more job stress. Organizational support for mobile office systems significantly shows the moderating effect, but no direct mitigating effect on job stress. The theoretical and practical implications in order to mitigate the side effects of mobile office systems based on the research findings are thoroughly discussed.

  • This study first tries to investigate factors that determine the quality of mobile game contents. Base on the information and information system-related studies, our research proposes to show the relationship among the quality of mobile game contents, the level of perceived easy of use and the perceived usefulness. Mobile game contents service providers can get insight on factors that should be considered to improve the quality of contents services. Also, the research findings provide a clue on the success of mobile game service.

혁신기술수용모델(TAM)을 응용한 인터넷쇼핑행동 고찰 (An Investigation on Consumer's Internet Shopping Behavior Explained By the Technology Acceptance Model)

  • This study investigates internet shopping behavior of consumers. The rapid growth of the internet shopping markets is solely dependent on the voluntary adoption of internet shopping medium by the personal users. But the studies on this topic are very limited. Based on these facts, this study, recognizing the internet shopping medium as an innovation, studies how consumers understand and use innovative internet shopping medium by applying and extending the technology acceptance model proposed by Davis et. al.(1989). The results of the survey on 947 consumer panel reveal that compatibility, system quality have positive impact on the formation of perceived ease of use. And it is also shown that the perceived ease of use, system quality, and compatibility have positive influence on perceived usefulness, but computer-efficacy has no effect on perceived usefulness. Meanwhile, it is confirmed that perceived usefulness and compatibility have positive effect on attitude toward internet shopping behavior, but perceived ease of use has no effect. In addition, perceived security and social norm, as opposed to the hypotheses, are shown to have no effect on internet shopping behavior. Lastly, applications and related limitations are discussed.

정보시스템 관련 교육의 정도가 보안 우려 및 온라인 거래 의도에 미치는 영향 - 인터넷 이용과 스마트 폰 이용의 비교 분석 (The effects of the degree of education related to information systems on online transaction intention and security concerns - Comparative analysis of the use of the Internet and smartphone)

  • 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 관련 교육의 정도와 인터넷 활용 능력이 인지된 보안성 우려에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 기술수용모델에 기반을 두어 이 세 변수가 온라인 거래 의도에는 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한 스마트 폰을 이용하여 필요로 하는 제품을 구매하는 사례가 증가하는 추세이므로 기존 인터넷을 이용할 경우와 스마트 폰을 이용할 경우로 구분하여 비교 분석하였다. 실증 분석 결과, 정보시스템 관련 교육의 정도, 인터넷 활용 능력, 인지된 보안성 우려는 인지된 유용성 및 인지된 사용 용이성을 매개로 하여 온라인 거래 의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 예상했던 것과 달리, 정보시스템 관련 교육을 많이 받을수록 해킹이나 프라이버시 침해 사례들을 더 많이 알게 되어 보안에 대해 더 우려하게 되며, 따라서 인터넷을 통한 거래가 많은 노력을 요구한다고 믿었다. 또한 정보시스템 관련 교육을 많이 받을수록 보안에 대해 더 우려하게 되므로, 인지된 보안성 우려는 인지된 유용성에 부(-)의 영향이 아니라 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 정보시스템 관련 교육의 정도는 인터넷 거래의 유용성이나 인터넷 거래의 사용 용이성을 인지하는 것과는 관련이 있으나, 스마트 폰의 유용성이나 스마트 폰의 사용 용이성을 인지하는 것과는 관련이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of this research is to identify the factors affecting user acceptance of mobile banking. To test the hypotheses, this research incorporates trust to extend the model. This study investigates the causal relationship among four factors; perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, and intention to use in mobile banking. This study also identifies the elements by which these factors are influenced. The result finds that facilitation condition and self-efficacy are significant elements affecting perceived ease of use. System quality, perceived ease of use and trust are significant elements affecting perceived usefulness, However, social influence is found to be not significant. System quality and perceived ease of use are significant elements affecting trust. Conclusively, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and trust are significant factors affecting the user acceptance in Mobile banking.

Factors Influencing Work-Related Use of Smartphones: An Empirical Investigation

  • This paper touches the limitations of existing theories related to technology acceptance, which mainly focus on users' perceived ease of use and usefulness, and proposes the role for sensory capabilities and enjoyment in understanding smartphone use. Furthermore, we develop a model that explains smartphone usage and intention to use it for a task and analyzes 442 questionnaire survey responses of smartphone users. First, perceived usefulness, perceived sensory capability, and perceived enjoyment influenced smartphone usage. Second, we found that both perceived usefulness and smartphone use were significantly associated with users' intention to utilize the smartphone for their job-related tasks. Finally, both perceived sensory capability and enjoyment were found to be more powerful factors than ease of use in explaining smartphone use. From the study findings, implications and future research directions are also discussed.

사이버 쇼핑 환경에서 소비자의 쇼핑몰 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Investigation into the Factors Influencing Shopping Mall Selection Decisions in the Cyber Shopping Environment)

  • The current study investigates major factors which influence the consumer's selection of internet shopping malls. Based on the technology acceptance model(TAM)(Davis, 1989) and trust theory(McKnight & Chervany, 2001), consumer selection factors from marketing research(Burke, 1997;Dodds et al, 2001), perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, service quality, and product price were hypothesized as to affect the consumer's decision to choose one's specific internet shopping malls. The study developed a research model to explain the shopping mall selection and collected the survey responses from 312 internet shopping mall users. The results of the current research indicate that all the research variables employed in the study, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, service quality, and product price, are found to significantly influence the consumer's shopping mall selection decision. Among the influencing factors, price, service quality, and trust showed a greater effect on the shopping mall selection than usefulness and ease of use. This result implies that purchase-related variables such as price and service quality may be more critical to attracting customers and thereby raising the sales volume of the shopping mall, than the web site's usefulness and ease of use.

온라인 커뮤니티 몰입에 미치는 영향 연구 : 만족과 커뮤니티 신뢰를 매개로 (A Study on the Effects of the Online Community Flow : Mediating Satisfaction and Community Trust)

  • Today, most companies are building up and using online communities on their websites. But there are few studies on forming and operating online communities. This study shows the influence of social presence on these factors like usefulness, ease of use, playfulness, satisfaction community trust, and its ultimate contribution to community flow. An Empirical results suggest as follows. (1) social presence has stronger effect on usefulness, ease of use, playfulness, (2) usefulness and playfulness has a positive influence on satisfaction, (3) ease of use doesn't have a significant impact on flow, (4) satisfaction is positively influences on community trust and flow, (5) community trust influences on flow. It is necessary to succeed with next studies following this one about online community in spite of its limitation. Finally, we present contribution and propose future research directions.

개인 특성이 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사용의도에 미치는 영향 (Individual Characteristics Affecting User's Intention to Use Internet Shopping Mall)

  • Technology acceptance model(TAM) has been widely used to predict the end-user's acceptance of a new IT/IS. We used TAM as a theoretical foundation to explain user's intention to use an Internet shopping mall. The theoretical model is tested with the questionnaires from 308 users of an Internet shopping mall. Results show that several individual characteristics such as Internet skills and self-efficacy have a significant impact on user's perception of usefulness and ease of use. Results also show that both perceived enjoyment and perceived usefulness of Internet shopping mall strongly predict intention to use the Internet shopping mall. However, perceived ease of use has no direct influence on intention to use the Internet shopping mall. Personal innovativeness and Internet skills also have a positive effect on perceived enjoyment. Therefore, Internet shopping mall managers have to consider intrinsic motivational factor(enjoyment) as well as extrinsic motivational factor(usefulness). In addition, individual characteristics should be emphasized to form the positive beliefs about using the Internet shopping mall.
