다채널 쇼핑과 고객만족: 쇼핑경험과 고객-기업 관계특성의 역할 (Multichannel Shopping and Customer Satisfaction: The Role of Shopping Experience and Customer-Firm Relationship Characteristics)

  • 최근의 유통환경에서 다채널 고객관리(multichannel customer management)가 실무적 및 이론적으로 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 기업수준에서 소비자의 다채널 쇼핑이 기업성과를 제고하는 것과 밀접한 관련성이 있는 것으로 알려져 있으나 이론적으로 이러한 결과가 발생하는 원인에 대하여 채널 중심적으로 제한적이고 예측적인 설명만이 이루어져 왔다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구는 다채널 쇼핑의 기업성과 증대의 원인으로서 고객만족과의 관계에 대한 심층적인 이해를 위하여 다채널 이용-쇼핑경험-고객만족의 연결을 체계적이고 실증적으로 검토하였다. 이와 더불어 고객유형 별 차별화된 쇼핑경험 제공의 필요성을 설명하기 위하여 다채널 이용과 쇼핑경험과의 관계에서 고객-기업 관계특성의 조절적 역할을 검토하였다. 다채널 유통업체의 660명의 고객을 대상으로 설문조사와 고객 데이터베이스를 통합한 자료를 바탕으로 가설검증을 수행하였다. 다채널 이용을 구매의사결정과정에서의 정보탐색과 제품구매 단계에서의 다채널 이용으로 구분하고 쇼핑경험을 편리성과 즐거움으로 구분하여 검토한 결과 다채널 이용과 고객만족과의 관계에서 쇼핑경험은 매개변수로서의 역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 즉, 기업의 다채널 고객관리 목적은 고객의 쇼핑목적으로서 편리성과 즐거움을 제공하여야 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 평가할 수 있다. 또한 고객-기업 관계특성으로서 관계기간과 구매빈도를 대상으로 검토한 결과 다채널 이용과 즐거움과의 관계에서 구매빈도는 조절변수로서의 역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 다채널 전략의 목표설정 및 차별화된 다채널 고객관리 관점에서 이론적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

폐쇄형 SNS의 이용 동기에 관한 연구 (The usage motivation of closed type SNS)

  • A new communication revolution such as social networking service (SNS) has been transforming the way of interaction between people in both of individual level and organizational level. Recently many people have switched to closed type SNS such as Naver Band and Kakao group due to the several reasons. The purpose of this study is to investigate the usage motivation and satisfaction of closed type SNS based on use and gratifications perspectives. Based on prior studies on use and gratifications of Internet-related media and SNS, information motivation, relationship motivation, pleasure/entertainment motivation, self-expression motivation, work motivation were identified as usage motivation of closed type SNS. According to the results, relationship motivation and work motivation were found to be significantly related to the satisfaction. But other motivation factors(information motivation, pleasure/entertainment motivation, self-expression motivation) are not significantly related to the satisfaction. Then satisfaction was found to be significantly related to the intention to use. This study contributes to give companies providing closed type SNS and using it as a marketing tool with the base of activation strategies and practical implications.

Investigating the Determinants of Online Consumer Engagement on Multiplex Social Network Sites: A Value Exchange Perspective

  • This study is intended for demonstrating the impacts of different factors on the formation of online consumer engagement behavior of young Chinese moviegoer in Korea. Based on Value-Exchange Model [Itani et al., 2019], we build research model to reveal the relationships among perceived enjoyment, perceived movie information value, multiplex-audience relationship quality, multiplex usage satisfaction, and online consumer engagement through experiments on valid data we collected from 186 participants who had lived in Korea and experienced the multiplex pages of top 3 movie theaters, where Smart PLS 3.0 is the tool used for statistical analysis. The experimental results show that both perceived enjoyment and perceived movie information value positively correlate to multiplex-audience relationship quality, and multiplex audience relationship quality significantly influences multiplex usage satisfaction and online consumer engagement. In addition, it is found that relationship quality plays the role of mediator between perceived enjoyment and satisfaction. The findings from this study offer both academic and managerial implications for movie distributors who are interested in developing potential Chinese consumer market in Korea.

스마트워치의 지속사용에 관한 연구 : 획득유형에 따른 차이 분석 (Continuance Usage of Smartwatch : Differences by Acquisition Type)

  • In the growth of IT industry, interest in wearable device has been globally rising along with the evolution of technology. A Smartwatch is expected to be at the center of wearable device industry in the future. However, there are some concerns that most of its actual sales are caused by gifts or bundling. Motivated by these issues, this study propounds the ideas that to enter the mainstream market, the empirical research is required for actual consumers who continue to use a smartwatch. The purpose of this study is to identify key factors affecting user satisfaction and antecedents affecting continuance intention to use from consumer perspectives. Further, assuming consumers' perceptions will be different according to how they acquired smartwatch, this study classified the group as direct buyers and acquired users. To achieve the purpose of the research, this study analyzes the usage of smartwatch by integrating the IS Success Model and IS Continuance and Habit Theory. We implemented the survey of 338 smartwatch users, and the research findings indicate that information quality and system quality have significant effects on satisfaction, and consequently satisfaction and habit positively affect the continuance intention to use. Additionally, it is found that there was a significant difference in the relationship between satisfaction and habit in the group divided by acquisition type. Based on these findings, this study provides theoretical and practical implications.

서비스 유형에 따른 카카오뱅크 이용 영향 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the affecting factors of Kakao Bank usage in terms of service types)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the adoption of Kakao Bank in terms of benefits (functional, social, experiential, economic benefits) and differentiated services (customization and service diversity) considering service types. Benefits are personal value consumers attach to the product or service attributes and, therefore, more important than attributes of service itself when using Kakao Bank in the internet based environment. Data was collected using an online and offline survey of 131 Kakao Bank users and analyzed the data using structural equation model (SEM). The results of empirical analysis using SmartPLS show that functional benefit, experiential benefit, and customization are significantly related to the user's satisfaction, but economic benefits, social benefit, and service variety are not. Customer's satisfaction are also showed significantly to be related to the all types of Kakao Bank usage(balance check, transfer, and other services). This study has the significance in that it examines the user's satisfaction and usage of Kakao Bank in terms of benefits and differentiated services while other studies analyzed banking services focusing on the attributes of banking channel itself.

일 지역 농촌노인의 건강증진행위와 생활만족도의 관계 (Health Promoting Behavior and Degree of Life Satisfaction in Rural Elderly People)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify health promoting behavior and life satisfaction in rural elderly people. Method: The data were collected from October 1st 2002 to October 31th, 2003. The participants were 142 elderly people living in Hong Cheon, Korea. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using the SPSS program. Result: The average score for the health promoting behavior was 2.64 (${\pm}0.34$), with a minimum of 1.48 and maximum of 3.80. The average scores for each subscale were, nutrition, 2.98, interpersonal support, 2.78, health responsibility, 2.67, self-actualization, 2.66, stress management, 2.58, and exercise, 1.93. Signifiant differences in health promoting behavior were found according to the following general characteristics: education level, religion, senior citizens center usage and allowance. The average score for life satisfaction was 2.68 (${\pm}0.42$), with a minimum of 1.38 and a maximum of 3.85. Senior citizens center usage was the only general characteristics that showed a significant difference for life satisfaction. There was a significant positive correlation between health promoting behavior and life satisfaction (r= 0.5783, p=0.001). Self-actualization and stress management had statistically significant casual effects on life satisfaction ($R^2$=0.3961). Conclusion: Effective methods to enhance life satisfaction of rural elderly should emphasize self-actualization and stress management.

유튜브 먹방 채널의 콘텐츠 품질 및 유튜브 속성이 이용만족도와 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한연구 (The Impact of Content Quality and YouTuber Attributes on User Satisfaction and Behavioral Intentions in Food Mukbang Channels)

  • In this study, based on previous research on personal broadcasting, we indirectly measured content quality, YouTuber attributes, user satisfaction, and behavioral intention, which are latent variables that cannot be directly measured, as measurement variables, and then measured theoretically between the latent variables. In order to analyze the causal relationship, we used a structural equation model to determine to what extent the content quality of the YouTube mukbang channel and the YouTuber's attributes influence behavioral intentions such as purchase, recommendation, and continued use according to viewers' satisfaction with use. We intend to analyze and verify the relationship between related variables. The research results are as follows. First, the value, relevance, timeliness, completeness, and data quantity of content quality were found to have no significant impact on user satisfaction. Second, the trustworthiness, expertise, attractiveness, and intimacy of YouTuber attributes were found to have a significant impact on user satisfaction, but the similarity of YouTuber attributes did not have a significant impact on usage. Third, user satisfaction was found to have a significant impact on behavioral intentions and purchase intentions. However, user satisfaction was not found to have a direct significant impact on recommendation intentions or continued usage intentions.

확장된 통합기술수용이론을 활용한 중국 온라인 패션 플랫폼 소비자의 사용의도가 사용행동에 미치는 영향 - MZ세대를 중심으로 - (The Influence of Behavioral Intention on Usage Behavior of Chinese Online Fashion Platform Consumers Using the Expanded Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology - Focusing on Generation MZ -)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of technical acceptance factors of Chinese MZ generation consumers' use of online fashion platforms on behavioral intentions and usage behavior, and to determine whether satisfaction plays an additional role in the relationship between behavioral intentions and usage behavior. The research results can be summarized as follows. First, among the technology acceptance factors that influence Generation MZ consumers when they use online fashion platforms, it was found that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, habit, and content quality significantly influence the behavioral intention to use online fashion platforms. Second, the facilitating conditions and the platform usage intention of Chinese Generation MZ consumers directly and significantly influence the usage behavior on online fashion platforms. In contrast, it was confirmed that habit does not significantly influence actual usage behavior. Third, this study confirmed the moderating effect of satisfaction on the relationship between behavioral intention and usage behavior on online fashion platforms. This research, which proposes a research model explaining the usage intention and behavior of online fashion platforms based on UTAUT2, integrating not only the organizational aspect but also the consumer aspect to empirically verify the usage intention and the final usage behavior from the general consumer's perspective, has academic significance.

스마트폰 맛집 앱 서비스품질과 사용후기 특성이 앱만족 및 재이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Effects of the Service Quality and the Usage Review Characteristics of Smartphone Majib App on Satisfaction and Reuse Intention of Majib App)

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰 맛집 앱에 대한 서비스품질(정보성, 유용성, 이동성, 신뢰성, 공감성)과 사용후기 특성(사용후기 동의성, 사용후기 유용성)이 맛집 앱을 이용한 후의 만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향관계를 검증하여 외식업체들이 스마트폰 앱을 통해 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 구축할 수 있도록 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 자료수집을 위해 2015년 9월 15일부터 10월 30일까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 편의표본추출법에 의해 스마트폰 맛집 앱 이용자를 대상으로 조사를 진행하였다. 설문지는 312부를 배포하였으며, 이 중 유효한 자료 295부를 분석에 사용하였고, 가설검증을 위해 구조모형분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 맛집 앱에 대한 서비스품질 중 신뢰성, 공감성, 유용성이 맛집 앱만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 정보성과 이동성은 맛집 앱만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사용후기 특성 중 사용후기 동의성만이 맛집 앱만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 사용후기 유용성은 맛집 앱만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 맛집 앱만족은 재이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

대학도서관 전자책 서비스 이용자 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on User Satisfaction with e-Book Services in University Libraries)

  • 이 연구는 우리나라 대학생 집단을 대상으로 대학도서관 전자책 서비스 만족도를 조사하였다. 전자책 이용에 대한 현황을 파악하고자 이용행태를 조사하였고, 전자책 이용행태와 전자책 서비스품질차원에 따른 만족도를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 대학도서관 전자책 서비스에 대한 전반적인 만족도는 평균 2.93으로 보통인 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 이용빈도가 높은 이용자일수록 만족도가 높았고, 저학년 집단에 비해 고학년 집단과 대학원집단이 전자책서비스에 대한 전반적인 만족도에서 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 전자책서비스품질차원은 콘텐츠이며, 도서관 지원서비스, 시스템 순으로 영향을 미쳤다. 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 향후 전자책에 기반한 대학도서관 서비스를 활성화하기 위해서는 도서관 홍보를 비롯하여 이용자 교육의 강화, 콘텐츠의 다양성과 최신성을 유지할 것을 제안하였다.
