SNS 사용자의 서브계정 관리행동에 대한 탐색 (An Exploration of Sub-account Management Behavior of SNS Users)

  • Purpose This study is to phenomenologically discover key antecedents and outcomes of behavioral process of SNS users who have multiple SNS sub-accounts. Unlike previous studies that focused on user behavior in the context of a specific SNS platform, this study attempts to describe how and why individual manages their multiple sub-accounts across a variety of SNS platforms. Design/methodology/approach By applying the grounded theory methodology (GTM) to elucidate the unique behavior in SNS platforms, this study has conducted in-depth interview with 14 respondents who handle multiple accounts across the SNS platforms. As a results of analyzing the interview manuscripts, this study has extracted 47 concepts, 10 sub-categories and 6 main categories by conducting open coding, axis coding, and selective coding. Findings By analyzing interview data, this study has derived main categories such as account management, impression management, self-categorization, authority to determine the relationship, digital shadow work, and portfolio SNS accounts from qualitative interview data. This study has also conducted a process analysis that represents how main categories could be inter-related. Based on findings, this study provides a new phenomenological perspective to understand the behavioral process of SNS users' sub-account usage experience.

일부 성인의 구강건강 지식이 구강건강 증진 행위에 미치는 영향 (Effect of oral health knowledge on oral health promotion behavior in adult)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to investigate oral health-related knowledge in adults and to determine the effect of oral health knowledge on correct brushing and use of dental care products. Methods: The subjects of this study were 552 adults who visited dental clinic, and a self-administered questionnaire was administered. Statistical analysis was performed using the t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression using the SPSS statistics program (ver. 23.0, IBM Co., Chicago, IL, USA). Results: The oral health knowledge level, correct brushing, and dental care product usage scores were found to be positively correlated (r=0.015, 0.016), and both correlation coefficients were statistically significant (p<0.05). Oral health knowledge was found to have a significant effect on correct brushing among oral health promotion behaviors (β=0.116, p=0.006), but it was not found to have a significant effect on the use of dental care products (β=0.053, p=0.214). Conclusions: Oral health promotion behavior is closely related to oral health knowledge, and it is thought that oral health promotion behavior can be improved by raising oral health knowledge levels.

메타버스 체험과 아바타 패션아이템 추구혜택 및 구매행동과의 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationships Among Metaverse Experience, the Benefit Sought, and Purchase Behavior of Avatar Fashion Items)

  • This study investigated effects of metaverse experience on avatar fashion item benefit sought and the impact of fashion item benefit sought on fashion item purchase behavior. An online survey was carried out in the last year targeting male and female consumers aged 15 to 39 years who had purchased avatar fashion items from 'Zepeto'. A total of 363 responses were analyzed in this study. Results are as follows. First, four factors of metaverse experience were derived: 'entertainment experience', 'escape experience', 'adventure experience', and 'relationship experience'. Four factors of avatar fashion item benefit sought were derived: 'trend/brand sought', 'situation suitability sought', 'individuality sought', and 'ideal appearance sought'. Second, all four factors of metaverse experience were found to significantly affect the benefit of trend/brand sought. It was found that entertainment, adventure, and relationship experiences, excluding escape experiences, had significant effects on situational suitability sought. In addition, it was confirmed that entertainment and adventure experiences had significant effects on individuality sought and ideal appearance, respectively. Third, it was found that the trend/brand sought had a significant effect on metaverse usage time and purchase amount and that the situational suitability sought influenced the number of avatar fashion items purchased.

  • This study used the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT) model to find factors that influence consumer acceptance intention toward Vertiport, a physical ground support technology required to implement AAM services. The analysis showed that among the four independent variables, Vertiport's social influence and facilitating conditions have a significant impact on future Vertiport usage behavior. At this point, the public has not yet had actual experience with Vertiport, so there is a limitation of considering it as a future concept based on speculation and measuring acceptance by actual behaviors related to its use (inquiries, information gathering, interest, etc.). Research on acceptance and attitudes toward new transportation methods should be further activated and developed along with future service development. Through the results of this study, we aim to understand the initial public acceptance of Vertiport as a ground-based infrastructure in the AAM field (or UAM) and propose strategic implications for the direction of service development.

소비자구매행동유형에 따른 의류제품의 환경친화적 소비행동 분석 (Consumer's Pro-environmental Behavior Relating to Clothing by the Style of Purchase Behavior)

  • Or this research, it was investigated the differences in the pro-environmental behaviors in purchase, use and management, and disposal of clothing by socio-demographic characteristics and other variables. In addition, it was classified Korean consumers into several comsumer groups based on the different purchase behavior style, and then investigated the difference among these consumer groups in purchase, use and management, and disposal of clothing in light of the pro-environmental behavior. The following is the summary of the main results. First, consumers with high income and ha41g a lot of clothing were less likely to purchase used-clothing while consumers who were non-married and in low-income status were more likely to rent clothing. In additions, female, married consumers, and consumers with less-educated were more likely to manage their clothing frequently. Second, it was classified consumers into several groups based on the different purchase behavior style, these were "rational purchasing", "saving-money purchasing", "regretting for their purchasing", and "over-purchasing". Third, "saving-money purchasing" group showed a high expenditure rate in the purchase of used-clothing but a low rate in "over-purchasing" group. The frequency of management of clothing was the highest in the group of "over-purchasing" and the next in the group of "saving-money purchasing". The group of "over-purchasing" were more likely to show irrational decision-making style, manage and disposal their clothing frequently, "saving-money purchasing" purchased used-clothing frequently, and the level of management of clothing were less in the group of "regretting for their purchasing".

장애인전용주차구역제도의 이용행위 분석 (An Analysis on the Users' behavior of the Parking Area for the handicapped)

  • 본 연구는 장애인전용주차구역 이용 중 위반행위에 초점을 두고 위반행위 실태를 분석하여 운영상의 문제점을 점검하여 적법한 이용을 위한 개선방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 전국 16개 시도의 관공서, 상업시설, 공동주택, 의료시설, 문화 및 체육시설, 고속도로 휴게소 등 총 50개소의 장애인전용주차구역 위반행위자를 대상으로 현장 방문 면접조사를 진행했다. 연구결과 위반행위는 장애인 주차가능표지 미 부착 행위와 보행 장애인 미 동반 위반행위로 나타났다. 장애인전용주차구역제도의 적법한 이용을 위한 개선방안을 제시하면 장애인전용주차구역에 대한 인식과 홍보를 확대해야 하고, 주차단속에 초래되는 비용 인력 민원 등의 관리운영 방법을 개선해야 한다. 또한 위반 행위 개선을 위해 위반행위 발생 후 처벌규정을 강화하는 법률 개정안을 마련해야 한다.

이모티콘 사용동기가 유료 이모티콘 구매 행동에 미치는 영향: 계획행동이론을 중심으로 (The Effect of Motivation for Emoticon Use on Behavior of Purchasing Paid Emoticon: Focused on Theory of Planned Behavior)

  • 개인 메신저에서 사용하는 이모티콘은 이미 하나의 산업으로 자리를 잡았다. 본 연구에서는 사람들이 어떤 동기로 이모티콘을 사용하고, 그 동기가 어떻게 구매 행동까지 이어지는지 살펴보기로 하였다. 이에 따라 먼저 어떤 이모티콘 사용동기가 유료 이모티콘 구매에 대한 태도에 영향을 주는지 알아보았으며 다음으로 계획행동이론을 통해 구매행동이 설명되는지 PLS 기반 구조방정식 모델링을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 유행과 재미/습관 요인이 이모티콘 구매에 대한 태도를 유의하게 설명하는 것으로 나타났고, 태도와 주관적 규범과 지각된 행위통제가 구매 의도로 이어지며 구매 의도는 구매 행동을 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 유료 이모티콘 구매에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 검증된 모델을 통하여 확인할 수 있었으며 어떤 이모티콘 사용 동기가 영향을 미치는지를 확인한 결과는 이모티콘 제작 및 광고에 어떠한 요소를 담아야 하는지 함의를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

  • 유통시장 개방과 거대 유통기업들의 지방상권 경쟁적 진출로 지빙상권은 매우 어려운 상황에 놓여 있다. 지역업체들이 외부 유통업체에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서는 지방 소비자에 대한 체계적인 이해가 매우 필요하다. 이러한 배경하에 본 연구는 삶의 총체적인 부분에서 일어나는 다앙하고 가변적인 소비행동을 밝혀내기 위해 지방 소비자의 소비행동과 라이프스타일을 체계적인 분석틀을 사용하여 분석하였다 라이프스타일 유형별로 특성을 비교하여 채서일(1992), 박성연(1996), 조형오(1996)의 연구 이후 변화된 한국 소비자들의 라이프스타일 및 소비행동 특성을 규명하고 대도시 소비자들의 그것과 비교하였다. 본 연구는 일전한 지역연구를 위한 기본자료가 되며 지방소비자들의 라이프스타일 유형별 특성, 매체활용패턴, 여가관련태도 등 소비자 관련 체계화된 정보는 차별화된 마케팅 전략을 수립을 위한 유용한 정보가 되리라본다.

인터넷 경매 이용 소비자의 구매, 소비자만족, 재이용의도 및 관련 변수 (Consumers' purchase behavior and satisfaction in auction cite)

  • This paper searches Internet auction sites to study consumer willingness to reuse and consumer satisfaction, along with its frequency of usage and evaluation. This study also examines the differency in the frequency of usage, the number of products purchased, consumer satisfaction and willingness to reuse, and evaluation of the auction sites according to the characteristics of consumers' socio-economic factors and the auction site itself. Determinant variables is investigated in the level of consumer satisfaction. The results of this study are as below: First, consumers used auction sites frequently, especially when they were in their 20s, intended to purchase clothes, and thought the delivery time would be short. In addition, consumers were more likely to purchase products, with low income buy first pay later, and short deliberation. Second, consumers, unemployed and in their 50s, sell-purchase among consumers were less likely to have a willingness to reuse the auction site. However, consumers with an experience to buy clothes or products with a price between 50,000 and 100,000 won were more likely to have a willingness to reuse the site. Third, consumer satisfaction with auction sites were higher among those who were females; responsible as a consumer; full of experiences; and received the product within a short period of time. Lastly, the willingness to reuse auction sites was positively related to the following type of consumers: single, employed, and responsible as a consumer.

아동의 소비행동 유형에 따른 아동이 지각한 부모의 소비자사회화 기능 차이에 관한 연구 (A study on the difference of parent's consumer socialization function perceived by children according to consumption behavior patterns of children)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify consumption behaviors among children and to examine the differences according to sociodemographic characteristics, factors related to allowance, and parents' consumer socialization function perceived by children. The data were collected from 291 elementary school students in Busan. The results of this study were as follows. First, regarding parents' consumer socialization function perceived by children, the level of child's participation and influence in consumption decision-making was the highest, whereas the level of parent-child communication about consumption was the lowest. Second, consumption behaviors among children were identified into 5 groups: impulsive consumption group, rational allowance management group, friend-dependent purchase group, planned purchase group, and effective goods management group. There were significant difference among them according to child's sex, allowance amount, allowance frequency, parents' guidance about allowance usage, parents' check after allowance usage, and 3 categories of parents' consumer socialization function perceived by children. These results imply that consumer education for parents should be developed and activated to improve consumer socialization function of parents.
