The purpose of this study was to investigate language receptive characteristics of children with multicultural families in according to living areas. The subjects were 132 mother with children for living multicultural families 3 to 6 years old. The results were as follows. First, the differences of home environment on nationality, all variables were significant differences on emotional atmosphere, experience's variety, and play data in statistically. Second, the differences of home environment on age all variables were significant differences on permission, independent's upbringing emotional atmosphere, experience's variety and physical environment in statistically. Third, the differences of home environment on educational background, all variables were significant differences on predictable environments, developmental stimulation, quality of language environments, permission, independent's upbringing emotional atmosphere, experience's variety, physical environment and play data in statistically. Fourth, the differences of home environment on communication method in home, all variables were significant differences in statistically as communication(general korean) they use in home. Fifth, the differences of home environment on occupation existence, all variables were not significant differences in statistically.

Purpose: We interviewed 500 students attending to universities in Gwangju and Jeonnam using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was composed of some questions on general characteristics of the subjects, academic characteristics, health-related behaviors, family function, and drinking problems. Methods: The data collected were analysed with uses of t-test, dispersion analysis, correlations analysis and multi-variate regression analysis. Results: As a result of the simple analysis we found that variables related to drinking problems of college students were religion, family, residence, parents' job, living standard, major, academic year, exercise, parents' drinking, parents' attitude to drinking, drinking quantity, intimacy, conflicts, and upbringing tendency. As a result of the multi-variate regression analysis, we found that the higher intimacy between family members, deterioration in behaviors, family and personal relations, and social functions was statistically significantly low. Conclusion: This study demonstrated that drinking problems of college students had significant relations with intimacy, conflicts and upbringing tendency and suggests that an approach in an aspect of family functions is important to overcome drinking problems of college students.

국가의 글로벌화 전략에 따라 한 EU, 한 미 FTA가 발효를 앞두고 있으며, 중국도 단순히 농수산물 생산지원에서 탈피하여 농산물 가공촉진을 위한 계획수립 및 지원을 추진 중이다. 이런 대외의 상황변화에 따라 대기업을 제외한 중소식품기업은 고가의 메스티지 제품 생산이나 저가의 범용식품생산에서도 경쟁력이 부족한 실정이다. 노령인구로 인한 농업생산의 구조조정이 완료된 유럽이 농업 및 식품산업에서 경쟁력을 유지하고 있는 배경은 다양한 협동조합기업 그리고 협동조합기업연합의 활발한 경영활동과 한 번 협동조합기업에 가입하면 그 협동조합을 통해 농산물 등을 유통해야 하는 법과 제도에 기반하고 있다. 한국의 경우 "농업협동조합법" 등 기존 8개의 개별법체제는 농수산물생산자 중심으로 식품을 생산하는 중 소규모 식품기업이 연합하여 규모화를 달성할 수 있는 법인을 설립할 수 있는 제도적 기반이 미비하였으나, "협동조합기본법" 제정을 계기로 중 소 식품기업이 함께 공동체를 구성하여 대기업이나 수입식품에 대한 경쟁력을 갖기를 희망한다.

Upbringing requires an active intervention in the process of children growing up. Convergence in technology and media makes it possible to augment nurturing by making blended infrastructures with new digital resources available in learning environments at schools. A game-based provision of educationally-valuable content within a collective, virtual environment combined with an analysis of events in the game after it has been played (blended nurture environment) may help to better communicate human values especially where old-fashioned discussion methods fail or do not fulfill the promise of effective, educational institution-based methods of bringing up. This is where life sciences, psychology, media, pedagogy and technology (need to) converge.

The "leading farms" or "superior management farms" were relatively capable to overcome various limitations in rapidly changing agricultural environment and economic conditions, and quick to adopt agricultural management innovations and accomplish more compared to the other farms in shorter durations. The farmers from these "leading farms" were innovative and dynamic, and endowed with potentials to be the core leaders in rural society. Their adaptability created a difference and worthy of emulations. The purpose of this research was to propose a policy to develop, promote and sustain these leading farms. There were some problems in communication structures and in implementing agricultural policies for upbringing leading farmers. In coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry(MAF) and Rural Development Administration (RDA), this article attempted to come up with workable strategies to solve these problems affecting the leading farms.

To gain a national competitive advantage in Northeast Asia, Northeast Asia logistics hub strategy was undertaken by Korean Government. Korean Government had published Northeast Asian Logistics Hub Roadmap including the upbringing of total logistics providers to solve the high logistics cost which weakens the competitive advantage of Korean companies. To solve the high logistics cost, the Government had revised the Korean Physical Distribution Promotion Law for the introduction of certification system of the total logistics provider and enacted the Rules on the Certification of Total Logistics Provider and is going to introduce the certification system of total logistics provider. In this certification system, third party logistics related point is very high, the success in this certification system depends on the strategic alliances of the small and medium size logistics companies. The purpose of this paper is to study certification system of the total logistics provider and contribute to gain the competitive advantage of total logistics provider as global logistics provider.

With the increasing demands for clean environment, development of air cleaning systems has been received increasing attention. EP is usually used for air cleaning in the coal power plant. One of the key technology in the EP is high voltage pulse power supply, which affects the performance of the overall system. In this study, high voltage micro pulse power supply for the EP will be developed for a 500MW coal power plant, which is recently developed technology in the advanced nations. The technology developed will contribute in upbringing the export of heavy electric systems and production of high value-added products.

Producing tools for actively meeting social needs in a radical changing society due to the development of modern technology has been shifted from physical ability to intelligent ability. The prominence of educating creativity is perceived as a good preparation in order to deal with them. Considered that assessment which is systematic activity to collect, analyze, diagnose, and judge information of a series of instruction practices is means to impart evidence and feedback of teaching learning practices, education and assessment is placed on reciprocal relationship. Nevertheless, there has been some tendency of neglect of assessment, comparing education for upbringing creativity. In this paper model of pencil and paper problem is discussed focusing on the sub-components of creativity and problem solving as one of the variety of means to extend mathematical creativity.

Therefore, the main currence of color with black tones had changed to French style, with somewhat repleting to chinese ornament. This characteristics is distinguished in furniture which is expressed as a min theme. It can say that it has the meaning of lacquer furniture as part of chinoiserie prevailing at the time that social consensus through the political supports for upbringing furniture industry, a close relationship of clients , merchants, and descorators with appreciative eyes, and the ceaseless persuit of the new had made resulted in concurrence of asthetics between the eastern world and the western world.

In this year(2006), the Korean government has announced the integrated logistics promotion act, to improve the international competitiveness of Korean logistics companies and to develop the north-east asia logistics hubs. Therefore, in this study, emphasized to goes forward better and presents integrated logistics industry expansive assignment through domestic logistics companies' problem and integrated logistics industry investigation of certification system as plan for successful fixing of integrated logistics industry for Northeast Asia logistics hub while strengthen international competitiveness of domestic professional logistics companies. So that the South Korea becomes Northeast Asia logistics hub country, to expand lacking logistics infra at good time is important, also, reform backward logistics system of consignor companies and advance actively to the Northeast Asia logistics market is very important to improve the professional logistics companies' upbringing to lead the Northeast Asia logistics market.
