도서관 2.0 개념은 웹상에서 상호작용하는 웹 2.0의 개념에서 비롯되었다. 이런 측면에서 볼 때, 도서관 2.0은 웹2.0의 조합이고 가장 주목할만한 특징은 상호작용과 이용자 참여라 할 수 있다. 변화된 도서관 환경에서의 이용자 역할의 비중은 도서관 소장자료에 대한 그들의 태깅, 블로깅, 서평 등과 같은 기여로 점점 더 커져왔다. 이렇듯 이용자의 역할이 변화하면서 도서관 사서들의 책임 또한 이용자들이 만들어낸 정제되지 않은 정보원의 점검자 역할에까지 이르게 되었으며, 결국 정보의 생산자, 조직가, 제공자, 관리자 뿐만 아니라 조정자의 역할로 확장되게 된다. 본 연구에서는 디지털 도서관의 새로운 패러다임으로 인식되는 도서관 2.0과 그 발전에 대한 최근의 연구들을 살펴보고 도서관 2.0 측면에서의 사서의 확대된 역할로서 사서 2.0에 대해 논하였다.

본 연구는 사서교육전공 학생들의 석사과정 중 학습경험이 어떤 의미와 본질을 지녔는지 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 K대학교 석사과정을 졸업한지 2년 이내인 전공생 12명을 대상으로 도입 질문, 소개 질문, 주요 질문, 마무리 질문의 4가지 종류로 정한 개방형 질문 방식의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 진행한 뒤 답변 내용을 분석하여, 석사과정에서의 학습경험에 대해 9개의 주제, 35개의 범주, 104개의 개념을 도출하였다. 각 영역별 주요 분석 결과를 살펴보면, 석사과정 진학 동기는 임용고시 응시를 위한 조건인 사서교사 자격 취득을 위해서가 가장 많았으며, 학습경험에 대한 만족도는 10점 만점 중 평균 7.66점이었다. 또한 석사과정 동안 가장 불만족스러웠던 부분은 학교도서관 운영과 사서교사 임용고시에 도움 되지 않는 교과목과 수업 내용이었기 때문에, 향후 발전을 위해서는 반드시 개선이 필요하다고 응답하였다.

본 연구는 사서의 자기계발 관심영역을 알아보기 위해 대학도서관 사서가 한 해 동안 수강한 교육이수내역을 바탕으로 사서 계속교육의 현황을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국교육학술정보원에서 실시한 대학도서관 통계의 직원 교육훈련 항목을 활용하였으며, 사서들의 교육이수내역 30,404건을 대상으로 직원교육의 핵심 키워드를 부여하고 분류하는 작업을 수행하여 사서의 선호 교육주제, 대학 규모별, 지역별, 월별 관심 있는 교육주제 등의 현황을 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 전체 수강강좌의 주제 중 가장 많이 나타난 직원교육 주제는 'DB이용'과 '자료목록'으로 나타났으며, 대학 유형(대학/전문대학)과 규모, 지역 등에서 사서의 교육훈련 관심영역 간의 차이를 확인하였다. 또한, 사서들에게 요구되는 다양한 역량에 비해 '정보자원 및 평가'와 관련된 주제 영역에 관심이 치우쳐져 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 대학도서관 사서들의 교육이수내역 전수조사를 통해 교육의 주제영역에 따른 현황을 파악한 것으로, 향후 대학도서관 사서들의 실질적인 관심사를 반영하고 보다 체계적인 교육과정을 개발하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The Long-Term Development Plan of the Pusan National University(PNU) has announced on 1991 in order to reach its roles and levels as an University with international standards, a Graduate School research-oriented and a core university in its community through accomplishment of this Plan. University libraries would be planned to support their universities' goals. Therefore the Library of PNU is facing on the task for supporting the Plan. The Collection for Korean Classical Materials (CKCM) is not limited in Korean Literature, Korean History, Korean Philosophy fields but covered the academic fields except a hightech science : Humanities, social science. pure science, applied science and arts etc. However, the Library of PNU does not have the organization, special librarian and budget for CKCM. Under this notion organization, budget and librarian for the collection would be followed. The CKCM contains the original editions, photography editions, copied issues. microform reproductions with comprehensive subjects in the fields of studies. Especially for the collection of treasure books the role of the Library of PNU induce to open individuals' collections or families' collections to public through the Library. The equipments for preserving rare books and treasure books are the conditioners for humidity and temperature, automatic extinguishment system. The reference materials, copy machine and reading room are requested for the user service of CKCM. The materials would be one of the most important thing in study and research. Therefore the Library of PNU need to pay attention to develop and preserve CKCM.

본 연구의 목적은 오늘날 주제전문사서에 대한 연구가 구체적으로 진행되고 있고, 적지않은 대학도서관에서 주제전문사서를 두어 운영하고 있는 시점에서, 실제 이용자가 주제전문사서에 대한 인지, 필요성, 유용성 등을 인식하고 이를 활용함으로서 이용자의 교육과 연구에 많은 도움이 된다는 사실을 알 수 있도록 하는 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 주제전문사서의 역할 및 운영현황을 살펴보고 표본도서관을 선정하여, 도서관을 이용하는 실제 이용자들의 인식을 조사, 분석하였다. 또한, 이용자가 요구하는 대학도서관 주제전문사서의 자질과 이용자인식을 향상시키는 방안을 조사하였다. 그리하여 이를 기반으로 대학도서관 주제전문사서에 대한 실제적인 이용자인식제고방안을 모색하였다.

본 연구에서는 사서의 고용실태 및 환경, 취업전망에 대한 인식을 조사하기 위해 사서 대상 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인식조사를 기반으로 한 도서관 현장의 고용환경은 낮은 임금, 불안정한 일자리, 전공비일치 직원배치로 인한 업무의 어려움, 상사와의 불화, 사서로서의 자존감 저하, 업무량과다, 열약한 업무환경 등으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학의 문헌정보학과 교육과정에 추가되어야 할 내용으로 현장 근무자들은 문화프로그램 관련, 전자정보 조직 및 서비스 등을 가장 높게 선호하였다. 셋째, 비정규직의 고용환경은 높은 경쟁률, 낮은 임금, 높은 이직횟수, 과다한 업무량 등으로 나타났다. 넷째, 취업준비 시 가장 큰 애로사항은 취업 정보의 부족으로 나타났다. 따라서 위의 연구결과를 기반으로 한 다양한 개선책이 요구되며, 특히, 취업정보시스템의 구축, 현장중심 교육과정의 도입, 채용시 구체적 직무조건 제시가 요구된다고 할 수 있다.

본 연구는 대학도서관 사서들이 업무를 수행하면서 느꼈던 개인의 경험을 심층적으로 살펴보고, 그들의 직업적 경험과 그 이면에 숨겨진 주관적인 경험을 총체적으로 이해하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 4년제 사립대학교 도서관 사서들을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 심층 면담을 진행하였으며, Giorgi의 현상학적 분석 방법을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 대학도서관 사서들의 직업에 대한 경험은 '사서 직업에 대한 양면적 이미지', '기대 인식과 현실과의 괴리', '대학 조직 내에서 차별적 인사', '직업적 경험으로부터 성장과 한계', '급격한 환경 변화에 대한 적응과 불안'으로 요약되었다. 구체적으로 살펴본 결과, 대학도서관 사서들은 매 순간 복잡한 맥락에서 딜레마에 부딪히고 이를 해결해 가는 과정을 연속적으로 경험하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 대학도서관 사서들의 직업에 대한 이해를 심화하고, 인력 운영 및 근무 환경 개선을 위한 실질적인 방안을 마련하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of specialized services and the overall satisfaction of the operation of the specialized services for the librarians and users of the specialized libraries, and based on the ISA method, compare the specialized theme data, specialized service place, specialized program, specialized theme area facilities and environment, and derive issues of the specialized library operation and improvement measures. Consequently, first, when developing the program, the specialized library needs to develop programs in possession of unique characteristics specific to the areas of the differentiated themes from the cultural and educational programs run by the existing libraries. Second, it is necessary to focus on the specialized theme area information services for the users, and to this end, it is necessary to improve librarians 'professionalism. Third, it is necessary to secure the budget for the specialized services and secure space. Since the scope of the services which may be provided as per the budget intended for providing specialized services may be limited, it would be necessary to secure and operate the budget systematic to this end. Fourth, the specialized library needs to proceed with activities in connection with local residents for the purposes of facilitating specialized services.

이 연구는 현장 사서의 입장에서 대학도서관 수서정리 업무에 관한 학술연구가 도서관 현장에 어떤 의미와 유용성을 가지는지 살펴보고, 그에 대한 문제점과 해결방안을 모색한 것이다. 문제의 원인을 도서관과 사서의 측면, 학계의 측면으로 나누어 분석하고 이 둘을 링크해야 하는 국가기관의 역할 부족에 대하여 생각해 보았다. 또한 학술연구가 현장에 유용성을 가지기 위해 필요한 것으로 학계와 현장 간 커뮤니케이션의 장, 사서의 현장연구적 자세, 학계의 현장에 대한 직접적 검증 행위의 반복 등을 제안하였다. 현재 사서들은 학술연구로부터 업무에 직접적인 도움을 받기 어려운 면이 많다고 하였으나, 도서관 현장과 학계는 상호간의 교류를 통해 도움을 주고 받으며 공존해 가는 것이 반드시 필요하다

This study is an attempt at developing an organizational model for collection development a n.0, pplicable to Korean university libraries at their present stage of development. An emphasis is placed on the discussion of the 'subject a n.0, pproach' as compared to 'functional a n.0, pproach' in collection development work. The case history of Pusan National University Library is extensively used. The proposed collection development model consists of the following elements : - To form a collection development team and to place under the team leader subject bibliographers as follows: Bibliographer for Serials Bibliographer for Humanities Bibliographer for Social Sciences Bibliographer for Sciences and Technologies - Collection development team could operate as a separate department or as part of other departments, i. e., Deputy Director's office, Acquisitions and Processing Department, or Resources Management Department. - Collection development team takes up the responsibility for policyrelated collection work, i. e., budget allocation, evaluation of existing collection, building core collection, preservation, weeding and cooperation. - Designated certified librarians located at the(planned) subject libraries take up the responsibility for selection. Subject bibliographers cooperate with selection librarians and coordinate their work. - Certified librarians at the Acquisitions and Processing Department are assigned subject areas. They operate as acquisitions librarian and processing librarian simultaneously with their assigned subject materials.
