The purpose of this study was to suggest instructional strategies applicable to Blended e-Learning. After examining how traditional universities utilized e-learning, it is attempted to have an interview with three working-level people and seven instructors, who widely applied e-learning to their classes. As a result, it is found that the instructors had some wrong understanding of e-learning, and their wrong perception was rooted in their lack of experience of providing e-learning and their reliance on fragmentary, superficial information. It deterred them from putting e-learning into active practice. Besides, it's additionally attempted to describe how blended e-learning could respectively be applied to different types of lectures, how to improve its social presence and how it could be used for evaluation

The study aimed to identify the impact of the application of technical equipment for infrastructure to achieve the quality of e-learning for students in the faculties at Northern Border University, in Arar city. The study applied the analytical survey study method. To achieve the study purpose, the researcher prepared a study tool which is a questionnaire to measure the impact o of applying technical instrument for the infrastructure to achieve the quality of e-learning for students. The study sample size reached (218) students from both groups from the university faculties in Arar city. The results of the study revealed a tendency in the study sample's responses to the availability of the majority of the questionnaire criteria significantly. This indicates the positive impact of the application of technical equipment on the infrastructure to achieve the application quality of e-learning at Northern Border University, the study recommended the following: The need to pay attention to measuring the quality of electronic courses every two years in addition to the need to adjust the quality standards of e-content provided through e-learning platforms. Also, there is the gradual application of e-learning at the university in addition to spreading the culture of e-learning quality among all groups of the university community. Also, it is necessary to direct them towards benefiting from the advantages of e-learning that observes quality standards.

정보통신기술의 발달과 함께 인터넷은 사회 및 생활 전반에 깊숙이 보급되었다. 뿐만 아니라 인터넷을 활용한 이러닝의 교육적 요구는 학교 교육의 변화에 커다란 영향을 끼치고 있다. 이러닝은 비용대비 효과 측면을 포함하여 변화와 일관성에 빠르게 반응하며 적절한 내용을 보유하고 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 우리나라의 여러 대학에서도 이러닝을 적극적으로 도입하기 시작하였다. 그러나 교육 및 경제적 효과에 대한 고려없이 도입하였기 때문에 비효율적으로 운영되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 대학에서의 이러닝 운영 형태를 분석하고, 이러닝의 운영 형태에 대한 대학생들의 선호도를 조사하여 바람직한 이러닝 운영 형태에 대하여 연구하였다.

교육기관들은 e-Learning이 지속적으로 교육에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있으며 오프라인 교육에 대한 대안으로 증가되었기 때문에 e-Learning 품질관리를 위한 가이드라인을 제시하고 있다. 또한 e-Learning이 전통적인 교수-학습 모델과 항상 일치하지는 않으며, 서비스 설계와 구현에서 더 많은 주의가 필요하기 때문에 현재까지 다양한 e-Learning 품질관리 기법들이 개발되고 있다. 그러나 현재의 학습 객체 중심의 e-Learning 품질관리는 부분적이고 정적인 관리를 사용하기 때문에 많은 문제점을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 인과지도(CLD: Causal Loop Diagram)를 이용한 동태적인 e-Learning 품질관리를 제안하였다. 제안 방법은 기존 방법보다 더 효율적이며 e-Learning에서 관리적인 문제들에 대해서도 중요한 전략을 제공한다.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에 기반을 둔 e-러닝 모델을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 대학의 진보된 e-러닝 시스템을 조사 및 분석하였으며, 이를 근간으로 유비쿼터스 환경에 기반을 둔 최적의 e-러닝 모델을 제안하였다. 제안한 모델은 최적의 e-러닝 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어, 그리고 다양한 e-러닝 서비스를 포함하고 있다. 여기에는 출결체크 서비스, 수업운영 서비스, 공용지식 서비스, 성적처리 서비스, 편의시설 서비스, 개인운영 서비스, 신용조회 서비스, 캠퍼스안내 서비스, 강의실운영 서비스 등이 있다. 또한, 실험.실습에 관련된 서비스도 포함하고 있다.

The current article examines the interactions among students' attitudes to e-learning, their implementation of e-learning in their studies, and learning effectiveness. Significantly, it emphasizes the mediating role of accepting e-learning in training. It applied reliability analyses to test the measurement of items and construct validity, using the research data collected from students at Vietnam National University of Ho Chi Minh. Then, the current article used multiple regressions to inspect the causal relations; and applied procedures to investigate the mediating influence. The empirical results indicate students' attitude to e-learning positively influences their implementation of e-learning in their studies. When students apply e-learning in their studies, they likely achieve the best possible training effectiveness. Statistical evidence on the mediating role of accepting e-learning in training by students on the linkage between their attitude to e-learning and training effectiveness is revealed in this article. The findings of this article make some contributions. For educational administrators, it offers insight into the links among students' attitudes to e-learning, their implementation of e-learning in their studies, and training effectiveness, which likely allows them to establish suitable online training programs. This will be beneficial to both learners and educational institutes.

This study aims to explore the status of e-learning in the public sector institutes of the Sukkur region in Pakistan. A survey was conducted to collect data from students and teachers regarding their awareness, access, and use of e-learning resources. The results showed that although there is a widespread use of the internet and mobile devices for accessing information, there is a lack of awareness and access to e-learning resources. Barriers to accessing e-learning content and a lack of familiarity with e-learning content development technologies were also identified. The study concludes that there is a need for improved e-learning facilities and curriculum in the public sector institutes of the Sukkur region in Pakistan. Recommendations are provided for developing a correctness-centered e-learning based curriculum that is tailored to the specific needs of the students in the region. It is hoped that the findings of this study will inform efforts to improve the teaching and learning process in the region and provide students with greater flexibility and access to study materials.

최근 스마트 폰을 활용하여 다양한 학습 콘텐츠들이 구축되어 오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 대학에서 e-learning을 수행에 관한 전반적인 추세와 동향에 대해 알아보았다. 그리고 시스템은 스마트 포털, 학습관리시스템(LMS), 그리고 학습컨텐츠관리시스템(LCMS)으로 구성된 e-learning 플랫폼으로 구축하였다. 실험을 통하여 e-learning의 각각의 구성요소를 구현하였다. 학습관리시스템은 자격취득을 위한 사용자 프로파일을 이용한 평가 시스템으로 보다 효율적으로 구현하였다.

The purpose of this study is to give the preliminary data and suggestion for introducing and spreading e-learning engineering education through analyzing learning behaviors, learning motivations, and satisfaction of e-learning engineering students. Especially, this comparative study analyzes each research domain according to majors and grades, thereby suggesting more specific and practical results. 2,745 students registered in 38 subjects of e-learning in 2 Universities were analyzed for this study. The study result shows that engineering students are attending around 2 e-learning subjects with a duration of about 30 minutes once a week. The main of learning motivation for e-learning was not easy test level and feasibility of acquiring credit but advantages of e-learning such as freedom of time and space, learning by repetition. The satisfaction scores of e-learning were lower compared to the aspects of system and contents Based on these results, first, an active spread of e-learning to engineering education is necessary because the demand from the engineering students is high enough and they have desirable learning behavior and learning motivation for it. Second, the characteristics of grades need to be taken into consideration on operation of e-learning. Third, a successful e-learning process needs more meticulous and active operation.

오늘날 인터넷의 발전과 더불어, 대학 교육에 있어 e-러닝은 매우 중요한 교과목으로 자리를 잡게 되었다. 이에 따라 학교 당국에서는 보다 양질의 교육 컨텐츠 질 개발과 e-러닝을 수강하는 학생들의 e-러닝을 통한 만족도와 학습효과를 증대하기 위해 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술수용모델을 이용해 학생들의 e-러닝 수용에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 특히, 온라인 환경에서의 신뢰는 기술수용에 있어 매우 중요한 영향을 미치는데, 본 연구에서는 학생들의 e-러닝 수용에 있어 신뢰 수준에 따른 e-러닝 수용 과정을 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 e-러닝에 대한 수용의 심도 깊은 이해를 통해 보다 좋은 e-러닝 시스템을 구현과 e-러닝 전략 개발에 유용한 시사점을 제시해 줄 것이다.
