Quality Management Scheme for Health Education Specialists (보건교육사의 질 관리 방안)

  • Objectives: As nationally qualified health education specialists were produced for the first time in 2010, there is a need to suggest opinions on its quality management by examining university curriculum for health education specialist and its education system and this is the main topic of paper. Results and conclusion: The results are as follows. First, it requires to provide a high-quality education continuously by introducing the certification system for universities which offer health education. Secondly, education content needs to be based on skill for health education specialist and more standardized curriculum should be developed. Thirdly, introduction of validity date for the health education specialist qualification is needed. Fourthly, it is desirable to introduce the academic credit bank system after effectively organizing the management system. Lastly, follow-up course for health education specialist needs to be introduced.

  • A nurse is give much weight in the professions of hospital.The effective achievement of a goal of hospital organization needs to get nurses to contribute the structure positively through the rational personnel management of the nurses.The operation of performance rating system is necessary to improve because the nurses hold negative opinions about the resonable management of that system in most Korean hospitals.Therefore, the prupose of this research was to suggest an efficient method to solve the problem in connection with the management of nurses performance rating system.The results of the study are summarized as follows.1. As the performance rating implies the evaluation of employee's functional accomplishment and ability, and essential condition of the job was surveyed according to the job analysis of nursing activities and nurse position.That is to say, Nusrses' performances and capability is estimated in comparision with the condition of the job. 2. It is required adequacy for evaluation factors in performance rating.That is, $\circled1$ as for those who work in psychiatry or newborn baby room they should be appraied in terms of different factors from those applicable to whom work in a general staffs. $\circled2$ Evaluation factors should be concrete so that the quality and quantity of work and the potential ability of them can be correctly appraised. 3. In order to realize the object of perfamance rating system, the training on chief nurses are quite important. Also, careful practices and continuous supplementary training are required before the system is introduced.First of all, the appropriate evaluation can be mad by continuing to record the rating objects every day for the purpose of obtaining the objectivity of rating. 4. In course of transfering of the position and training, the induction of self-rating system and presentation of self-description is required to supplement functionally the performance rating system. 5. For the efficiency of nurses' performance rating system, the results of performance rating system must be reflected in promotion, allocation and training course, which makes the nurses have the motives and the organization accomplish the goal of modern nursing through its activation.

Empirical Study on the Induction Effect of Safety Quality Management System for the Shipping Company (해운기업의 안전품질경영체제 도입 성과 실증연구)

  • This document analyses the empirical study result of the safety quality management system(SQMS) induction. This analysis is composed as the following. First of all, we take a brief look at (he present Korean situations after the SQMS induction. Next, we analyse the effect of the SQMS induction, then we indicate the conclusion, suggestion, limits and future course of this study. We divided the effect of induction in 21 factors. The result was 3.5 out of 5 perfect Points, which shows the high preference. Higher points were scored with international companies than domestic ones, the companies accepted before 1998 than the ones after 1998, and large enterprises than smaller ones.

  • 초대형 컨테이너선 등장에 따라 항만물류 산업에 경쟁력을 높이기 위하여 첨단 정보통신 기술을 접목시켜 새로운 물류 혁명을 가져오기 위한 연구를 활발하게 진행하고 있다. 유비쿼터스 컨테이너터미널은 기존의 컨테이너터미널의 한계를 극복하고 항만물류 전체의 새로운 혁신을 가져올 것으로 예상된다. 우리나라에서는 유비쿼터스 환경을 구현하기 위하여 각종 시범 사업을 통하여 항만물류 산업에 도입하고 있으나 현실적인 개선과제 및 기술도입전략 등에 대한 연구부족으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 컨테이너터미널을 구현하기 위하여 무정차 자동화 게이트를 제시하고자 한다. 여러 가지 신기술을 컨테이너터미널의 게이트에 도입하여 단계별 무정차 자동화게이트의 유형을 제시하였다. 향후 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 컨테이너터미널을 도입하기 위한 성공 적인 가이드라인이 될 것이라 기대된다.

  • 최근 5년간 e-Loaming에 대한 중요성과 웹 기반 학습의 활용성은 대부분의 기업에서 LMS(Learning Management System)의 형태로 도입을 하고 있다. 또한, 현재는 학습관리와 컨텐츠의 관리영역을 통합하고 학습 컨텐츠의 객체화를 통한 재사용성과 관리 측면을 극대화하는 노력이 이루어지고 있다. e-Learning을 활용하는 80%이상의 기업이 표준적인 메타데이터와 리파지토리를 기반으로하는 LCMS(Leaning Content Management System)형태로 전환하는 시점에서 LCMS 관린 연구가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 학습객체를 통한 코스의 개발과 관리 배포를 위한 LCMS를 재사용 가능한 실행 모듈인 컴포넌트 기반으로 구성하고자 한다. 학습 컨텐츠 관리시스템에서의 주요 기능을 계층적으로 체계화하며, LCMS를 위한 컴포넌트 참조 아키텍처를 정의함으로써 개발의 용이성과 시간, 비용의 효율성을 보장한다. 또한, 재사용 및 공유가능한 학습객체를 통한 코스 개발로 학습 컨텐츠의 중복을 피하고 학습과정 개발의 시간 효율성을 기대한다.

  • 최근에 학습 관리 시스템은 기존의 교수자 중심의 교수설계와는 달리, 학습자들이 스스로 자신의 진도를 판단하거나 관리, 동료들과 연구를 할 수 있도록 도와주는 역할을 한다. 학습 컨텐트 관리 시스템(LCMS: Learning Content Management System)는 컨텐트 관리와 학습자들의 학습 과정 관리를 한데 묶어 융통성 있게 활용할 수 있도록 도와주는 시스템이다. 즉 새로운 컨텐트 묶음을 생성하고, 학습객체(LO: Learning Object)를 통한 코스개발도 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습 객체를 통한 코스의 개발에 초점을 맞추어, 도구의 분석 및 설계 경험을 비교 분석하여 효과적인 웹 기반 CDT-L(Course Development Tool-LCMS)의 분석 및 설계를 위한 기능, 비기능 요소를 추출해 보고자 하였다. 학습 객체의 생성, 분해 조립을 통해 학습코스를 작성함으로써 수업개발의 효율성을 높일 수 있으며, 학습자리 개별적 요구에 컨텐트를 제공해 줄 수 있으며, 학습 객체를 통해 코스개발 도구의 분석 및 설계를 함으로써 비용과 효율성을 보장하며, 학습 컨텐트의 중복을 피하고 학습과정 개발의 효율성을 가지게 한다.

  • Admission Officer System in humanities course is settled and is obtaining good results. On the other hand, Admission Officer System in natural world course has an insufficient results in study achievement section comparing other admission type. To resolve this problem, Admission Officer system in natural world course has to reflect basic academic ability of mathematics and science. Also, after entering university to increase the basic academic ability follow-up service is positively necessary.

  • Opensource LMS Moodle consists of module of various forms and can mount learning materials of various forms. We can mount the number of contents on the Web in Moodle. In doing so, We can configure effective courses for teaching-learning activity. Moodle can reflect course design of a wide variety of teacher using a variety of learning resources and learning activities. The results of operating during 1 semester, all faculty or students were satisfied with course using Moodle. Class in the classroom is interactive systems of teacher and students, but class has one-way system in reality. E-learning can be used to complement this phenomenon. Moodle gives a free and powerful features in designing e-learning courses. In this reserch we made up course applying typical teaching-learning of design and model the process of Glaser. We analyed teaching - learning activity case of Understanding and Application of Information science course of 2010year 1 semester in Seoul national University of Education using LMS Moodle and pursued future expansion plan of Moodle.

  • There is a growing interest in convergence. National R & D is also providing various policies and institutional support to promote convergence research. Convergence research, however, does not clearly specify its characteristics at the academic and government levels. This research proceeds with the process of collecting, refining, analyzing, modeling, verifying and visualizing national R & D data through the National Science and Technology Information Service (NTIS). The method is to derive the convergence research characteristics and to derive through text mining, focusing on the unstructured information of national R & D project data. The study confirmed that there was a difference in perception between the definition of converged research and the research site. In order to improve this, the research suggested that convergence among research subjects, collaboration among research topics reflecting various backgrounds and characteristics of researchers, and analysis of characteristics of convergence research using information were suggested in the process of establishing convergence policy.

Unit-load Method for the Estimation of Non-point Pollution Loads by Subcategorizing the Land-use Category Reflected in the National Land Register Data : A Case Study of Kyeongan Watershed in South korea (경안천 유역 지적공부에 나타난 특정지목의 토지이용 특성 세분화를 통한 비점오염 부하량 산정 개선방안)

  • One of constraints in the application of unit-load method to estimate non-point pollution loads in the total water pollutant load management system (TWPLMS) is the limited numbers of applicable unit-loads. Since only 7 unit-loads are currently available for total 28 land-use categories in the national land register data, each unit-loads inevitably have to represent several land-use categories regardless of their actual land coverage characteristics. As a way to minimize the problem, this study suggested a nested application of the available unit-loads based on the analysis of high resolution aerial images taken in the Kyeongan watershed. Statistical analysis of three selected land-use categories such as school, apartment complex, and golf course showed that there exit significant (95% confidence level) relationships between the registered land-uses and actual land coverages. The school and apartment complex currently considered as 100% ground have only 65% and 80% of ground characteristics, respectively. Golf course, which is considered as 100% pasture, has about 5% of ground area. This indicates that the unit-load method using in TWPLMS can give over estimated non-point pollutant loads for the school and apartment complex (19.8~54.4%) but under estimation for the golf course (80.9%).
