In Korea, various policies are implemented so that the socially disadvantaged (disabled, elderly, pregnant women, temporary disabled, etc.) can easily access individual facilities and areas. As the nation's interest in the socially disadvantaged increases, the need for BF certification is also emerging in buildings in private facilities. However, this system requires a lot of cost and time in the examination process, so if certification fails, social costs and time losses are high. To solve this problem, this paper presents a measurement plan for mixed reality devices using HoloLens, a mixed reality device hardware that can pre-check BF certification based on augmented reality, and Unity 3D, MRTK, a development tool.

조선은 19세기 내우외환(內憂外患)으로 인해 큰 충격과 시련을 겪는다. 당시 사상계는 유불선(儒佛仙) 삼교가 서로 융화되지 못하였다. 몇몇 선각자는 사상과 시대를 반추하고서 유불선 삼교를 합일(合一)시켜 민생의 삶과 심정을 어루만져주면서 궁극적으로 국가의 태평성대를 도모하였다. 그들의 유불선 합일은 심신수련과 체험에 입각한 것이 많았다. 연담(淵潭) 이운규(李雲圭)는 유불선 합일사상으로 새시대를 갈망하였다. 그의 사상은 두 계열로 나누어진다. 그 하나는 광화(光華) 김치인(金致寅)으로 계승되는 계열이고, 다른 하나는 "정역(正易)"을 저술한 일부(一夫) 김항(金恒)의 계열이다. 본 논문은 김치인의 삶과 유불선 합일사상을 다루었다. 김치인은 이운규의 아들 이용래에게 나아가 수학한 이후 여러 영산(靈山)들을 찾아 심신을 수련하면서 신비한 종교적 체험을 통해 자신의 교학(敎學)를 세웠다. 그는 이론적 교학을 세우는 데 도(道)를 중시한다. 도의 근원은 하늘에서 나온 것으로 여긴다. 그 도는 인간의 사유양상으로 인하여 '유교'와 '불가 선가'로 구분되었으나 궁극적으로는 '하나이다'는 것이다. 그 '하나'임을 설명할 때 성리학적 개념 즉 '음'과 '양', 그리고 '체'와 '용'을 원용하였다. 즉 '도'의 양면으로 '음'과 '양' 그리고 '체'와 '용'이 있는 것처럼 김치인은 유불선 어느 한편에 치우치지 않고, 오로지 '음'이고 '체'인 '불가 선가'의 신령설(神靈說)을 중심으로 '양'이고 '용'인 유교의 윤리설을 합설하여 하나의 구심을 찾고자 하였다. 특히 그는 심신을 수련하는 데 노래를 읊조리고 춤을 추는 영가무(詠歌舞)를 추구하였다. 이러한 유교의 윤리나 불가 선가의 수련은 궁극적으로 구심이 없는 당시 민초나 처사들에게 도의 실현을 촉구하면서 참다운 선을 지향하도록 것이었다. 김치인의 유불선 합일 사상은 전통적 고유사상을 지니고 있으면서도 보편성을 지향하고 있기에, 이에 대한 고찰은 김치인과 그 후학들의 정체성을 되돌아보는 계기를 줄 것이다.

HSGP 이후 Social Studies 속에서 거의 사라져 가던 美國의 學校地理가 1990년대에 "中核敎科"로 다시 부상하는 動的 過程은, 地理敎育의 位相이 흔들리고 있는 우리의 실정에 여러 측면에서 他山之石이 될 수 있다. 본교는 1980년대 이후 美國의 地理敎育 復興運動을 主要爭點, 主導的 役割遂行者, 主要 成果에 달라 제 1 기(1980년-1984년), 제 2 기(1985년-1989년), 제 3 기(1990년-현재)의 세시기로 나누어 살펴 보았으며, 이를 통해 地理敎育의 개선을 위한 示唆點들을 추출하였다.

이미지는 유구한 역사적 흐름에서 파생되는 신화와 사회적 관습, 정신적인 심상(心象), 의미가 그림으로 기호화하고, 그림은 기호화를 통해 문자와 언어의 상징으로 이어지고, 기호화의 반복을 통해 민족의 상징체계가 형성되었다. 우리나라 민족은 수 천 년 동안 정신적인 단합·단결이 강한 민족이었음을 역사를 통해 알고 있다. 우리 민족의 단합된 정신적 상징체계는 어떻게 활용하고 이루어졌는지 신화 이미지를 통해 연구하고자 했다. 우리 민족은 샤머니즘을 통해 오랫동안 신화 이미지가 유지되어 왔고 아직도 제주신화 이야기는 제의식과 함께 치러지고 있으며, 신화 이야기는 구비문학이라는 학문적인 측면과 이야기 전개 측면을 영화에서만 연구되어지고 있는 상황이다. 우리 민족은 하얀 옷과 연결되어 백의민족으로 인식되고 있으며, 해가 지지 않는 동방의 나라 등 수식어가 태양과 연결된다. 우리 민족은 고조선 신화의 상징성에 하늘의 아들, 홍익인간, 박달나무와 신라의 계림 등 시대에 따라 이어져 왔으며, 언제부터 태양을 사랑한 나라가 되었고, 밝음이 상징이 되었는지 알지 못한다. 우리 민족의 정신적 상징체계와 관련하여 샤머니즘 사상에 내포되어 있는 제주 무신도의 신화적 이미지인 닭과 유사하게 표현된 이미지를 역사적으로 활용된 사례들과 문헌들을 제시하였고, 내표된 의미를 파악하기 위해 롤랑 바르트의 의미작용을 통해 신화를 재해석 하였다. 그 결과 날개 손과 몸이 깃털인 반인반수의 표현, 닭이 봉황으로 이어져 밝은 빛과 연결되고 샤머니즘의 빛의 '신라'와 연결되어 신의 명칭을 국가 명칭으로 가져왔을 가능성을 제시하였다. 밝은 빛을 사랑한 우리 민족의 정신적 상징체계 연구에 근거를 마련하였다.

In Korea, nation and nationalism are undeniable justice, absolute virtue and moreover system of desire. From the late Chosun Dynasty when the Korean Peninsula had to survive from the critical situation of being the arena of competition, and through the colonial period under Japanese imperialism, nationalism became stronger as a logic of survival. The policy of seclusion under closed and exclusive nationalism that didn't recognize the world situation well enough, eventually gave more pain to the nation. Nationalism in colonial Korea which was as reformed nationalism and on the other hand, as intransigent, resisting nationalism. Since the purpose of this writing is not for clarifying the argument raised on Korean nationalism, there is no use mentioning how it went with the change of time. But we have to focus on the fact that the word 'nation' which appeared under the influence of popular revolution and capitalism meaning 'a group of people', was translated and understood as a racial concept for strengthening the unity of 'single-race nation with five thousand years' history. First of all, there is nationalism used to fortify the system. 'The Charter of National Education' and 'The Pledge of Allegiance' were ornaments to intensify the ruling ideology and dictatorship to militarize entire South Korea for 'settling Korean democracy' professed nationalism. Also, another ruling ideology armed with 'self-reliance' put North Korea into the state of hypnosis called nationalism. Nationalism, claiming 'nation' outwardly, but in reality, being an illuminating, instructing ideology isolating each other was indeed a body with two faces. This made 'nation' in Korea mysterious and objective through work such as. The statue commemorating patriotic forefathers' and picture of national records' in South Korea art. Nationalism used to strengthening the system encountered the magical 'single-race' and made 'ghost' being an extreme exclusion to other nations. We can find pedigreed pureness not allowing any mixed breeds from the attitude accepting western art -via Japan or directly- and making it vague by using the word Korean and Asia. There's nationalism as a resistant ideology to solidify the system on the other side. It came out as a way of survival among the Great Power and grew with the task of national liberation to became as a powerful force facing against the dictatorship dominating South Korea after the liberation. This discussion of nationalism as a resistance ideology was active in 1980s. In 1980, democracy movement against the dictatorship of 5th Republic originated from military power which came out suppressing the democratic movement in Gwangju, spread out from the intellects and the students to the labors, farmers and the civilians. It is well known that the 'Nation-People(Minjoong)'s Art Movement could come out under this social condition. Our attitude toward nationalism is still dual in this opening part of 21st century. On one hand, they are opposing to the ultra-nationalism but are not able to separate it from nationalism, and on the other, they have much confusion using it. In fact, in a single-race nation like Korea, the situation of being nationalism and jus sanguinis together can cause dual nationalism. Though nationalism is included in the globalization order, it is evidence that it's effective in Korea where there are still modern fetters like division and separation. In particular, in the world where Japan makes East Asia Coalition but exposed in front of nationalism, and China not being free from Sinocentrism, and American nationalism taking the world order, and Russia fortifying nationalism suppressing the minority race after the dissolution of socialism, Korean nationalism is at the point to find an alternative plan superior to the ruling and resisting ideology.

동양인의 우주관에 따르면 모든 시스템은 시간·공간·인간이라는 세 요소를 갖출 때 비로소 완전해진다. 이 세 요소를 결합시킬 수 있는 유일한 컴퓨터 기술이 바로 GIS이다. 그러나 현재 활용되는 GIS데이터베이스와 시스템 구조는 대부분 시간요소와 인간요소를 배제한 채 주로 공간 위주의 자료를 관리하고 분석 처리하는 정도에 그치고 있다. 그렇지만 GIS기술은 앞으로 시간·공간·인간의 세 요소 결합체로 발전해 나갈 것임에 틀림없다. 한편 최근 인터넷이 보편화하면서 그 속에 ¨사이버 세계¨라는 새로운 소우주가 생겨나고 있다. 그러나 인터넷만으로는 공간적 개념이 없는 반쪽의 소우주밖에 만들 수 없다. 인터넷과 GIS기술을 합칠 때 비로소 컴퓨터와 정보통신망 속에 우리의 생활공간과 흡수한 ¨사이버 국토공간¨을 건설할 수 있다. 현재 세계 각국은 GIS분야에 엄청난 투자를 하고 있다. 이 같은 속도로 보아 몇 년 자나면 머지않아 ¨사이버 국토공간¨ 개념은 ¨사이버 지구공간¨ 개념으로 발전하여 이동전화기 하나만 가지면 언제, 어디서나 지구촌 곳곳을 탐색할 수 있게 될 것이다. 그렇게 되면 사이버 공간에 Digitiopia 즉 무릉도원을 건설할 수 있게 될 것이다. 이처럼 GIS가 인터넷과 결합하면서 우리에게 새로운 세상을 열어주고 있다.

Chinese ethnic minorities are inheriting their own traditions based on thousands of years of community life. Yunnan province in china is a castle in which many ethnic minorities have been living on the basis of various natural environments. Their traditional village can be regarded as a place reflecting minorities' thousands year of history and culture, and elements of positive social spaces are seen from the old village. Streets and places of the village are accumulated as images for residents. Based on their imagination-concept, sketch maps, reflecting residents' cognitive perception were collected. Analysis of 21 sketch maps shows that architectural elements, forming a unique landscape and community life contribute to establish a unity of one nation. the oldest tree in the village has a strong specificity as a place with the belief that the tree protects all residents in the village. Space in the head of the residents and Social spaces, embedded in the memories of the residents living in the community continued organically and the roads of the village showed clear recognition. Following this, the analysis methodology of social spaces and sketch will be examined in depth.

2015년 11월 총선 결과에 따라 국민민주주의연합은 1962년 군부가 정권을 탈취한 후 민간정부를 복구시켰다. 그러나 당 대표인 아웅산수찌가 대통령에 출마할 수 없는 상황에서 헌법을 무시하고 그녀를 위한 권력의 재편이 이뤄졌다. 국가고문직과 국가고문부의 신설은 그녀가 대통령의 권한과 책무를 능가하는 인물로 만들었다. 또한 군부가 의회에서 차지하는 의석을 포함한 군부의 정치퇴진에 관한 어떠한 논의도 이뤄지지 않았고, 군부에 대한 여당의 방임이 목도된다. 21세기 삥롱회담이라고 명명된 전국적 수준의 정전협정은 민간정부 출범 이후 한 차례 개최된 후 이해당사자 간 갈등은 공론화되었다. 로힝자족은 여전히 다수인 불교도들의 배척 대상이고, 국민통합을 위한 21세기 삥롱회담의 대상이 되지 못했다. 미국은 1993년부터 시작한 대 미얀마 제재를 해제했고, 일본은 지난 정부에 이어 대규모 원조를 약속했다. 중국은 소원해진 양자관계를 회복하기 위해 발 빠른 행보를 보였다. 한국은 기존 공적원조 사업을 지원하고 있으나 최고위급 회담은 성사되지 않았다. 민간정부는 떼인쎄인(Thein Sein) 정부의 경제발전정책을 폐기하고, 2016년 7월, 12개 발전과제를 발표했다. 이전 정부와 마찬가지로 정책의 방향만 제시되어 있었다. 경제개발 방향은 농업에 방점을 두지만 경공업과 같은 제조업은 등한시되었다.

현대 러시아의 대내외정책 차원에서 '소프트 파워' 전략은 국가정책 실현을 위한 중요한 동인 중 하나로, 새로운 형태와 실현 방식을 모색해 나가면서 더욱 강화되는 추세이다. 이와 관련하여 러시아 정부는 '소프트 파워'의 적극적 활용에 기대어, 국제 무대에서 러시아의 긍정적 이미지 형성과 국가경쟁력 강화에 총력을 기울이고 있다. 러시아의 문화정책 역시 크게 두 가지 방향을 중심으로 전개되고 있는 양상이다. 현재 푸틴 대통령을 중심으로 구성된 크렘린 권력 수뇌부는 대내적으로 '애국심', '문화적 자긍심'을 바탕으로 단합과 단결을 추구하고, 대외적으로는 '강한 러시아'의 위상을 회복시킴과 동시에 과거 소비에트와 차별화 된 '새로운 러시아'의 이미지를 구축하기 위해 동분서주하는 양상이다. 이 과정에서 러시아는 '메가 스포츠이벤트'라는 핫 이슈를 효과적으로 활용하여 이러한 대내/대외 정책 노선을 더욱 강화시켜 나가고 있다. 이에 본 글에서는 러시아 소치 올림픽을 중심으로 메가 스포츠이벤트에 은닉된 정치적 메커니즘을 러시아 대내/대외 문화정책 차원에서 분석해본다. 동시에 '메가 스포츠이벤트' 개최 그 이후의 행보를 추적해봄으로써 단기적으로 불가피하게 발생되는 경제적 손실을 충분히 보상하고, 국가 브랜딩 기법을 통한 러시아의 국가 이미지 구축 및 전파전략에 상응하며, 동시에 러시아의 대내/대외 문화정책을 만족시키는 훌륭한 '소프트 파워'의 일환으로서 메가 스포츠이벤트의 주요 기능 및 정치적 차원에서 발휘되는 영향력을 짚어본다. 또한 메가 스포츠이벤트 효과에 대한 자국민의 인식을 객관적으로 가늠해보기 위해 2014년 소치 올림픽 대회 전후로 '전러시아 여론정보센터(ВЦИОМ)'에서 실시한 다양한 설문조사 결과를 분석, 적용해 본다. 동시에 앤홀트의 '국가브랜드 지수(NBI)' 및 영국의 '브랜드 파이낸스(Brand Finance)'에서 실시한 국가 브랜드 평가 지표에 기초하여 메가 스포츠이벤트 개최를 계기로 러시아의 대외 이미지가 어떻게 변화되었는지 살펴보고, 실제 크렘린에서 추구하고자 했던 대내외 정책 노선이 현실 차원에서 어느 정도까지 그 성과를 이룩했는지 추적해본다. 이러한 일련의 과정을 통해 메가 스포츠이벤트가 현 러시아 정부의 문화 정책적 관점에서 지니는 의의를 규명하고, 러시아 문화정책 기본 방향에 관한 지형도를 그려보는 동시에, 세계무대에서 러시아의 위상과 국가이미지 개선을 위한 정책 및 전략의 향방을 가늠해 볼 수 있을 것이다.
