  • Be new, and various service is created through Ubiquitous Computing and Ubiquitous networks. Specially, recognize a situation of the object like a person and things, and Ubiquitous Location Based Services(u-LBS) to provide service to be useful to early bases is coming wherever to the front by important service when. This papers developed eCRM Mobile Marketing System. This Mobile Marketing System for the eCRM which they developed used location based in order companies currently used eCRM, and to more efficiently do customer Marketing.

  • In this paper, Developed u-Marketing system prototype based on location base service could offer because this treatise combines personalized and mobility. It is u-Marketing system takes advantage of u-LBS base skill to support marketing that is old Mobile more efficiently u-marketing call center.   • This paper provides a corporation's marketing strategy under a ubiquitous computing environment: a WOM(word-of-mouth) marketing using RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) technology and a business model which facilitates the word-of-mouth marketing. To this end, we examine the word-of-mouth communication effects on consumers' life, changes in corporations' attitude toward word-of-mouth marketing, and the difficulties that corporations have in conducting word-of-mouth marketing. The business model this paper suggests makes seamless business-to-consumer and consumer-to-consumer networking possible using the RFID technology and facilitates the word-of-mouth marketing through incentive system of each economic player.

  • The business in the Ubiquitous era has to be developed by combing a traditional marketing concept with a new concept system on Chip. The objective of this paper is researching on the attention or interest, understanding, positive effects, etc., for Ubiquitous Computing to realize u-Korea and u-Business. The paper result which is the stepwise developing scheme of u-Business could be useful in the policy, publicity and education, strategic implementation of the Ubiquitous Computing. And the proposed new services for u-Commerce can be applied to new business model of future IT industry. Actually, the awareness and understanding about Ubiquitous are low, But, We can't overemphasize the value of Ubiquitous. First of all, The publicity and education about It's may have to be emphasized.

An Analysis on Technology Acceptance of Ubiquitous Banking Service

  • The objective of this paper is to identify factors influencing intention to use ubiquitous banking service focusing on potential users using a regression model. Through this, providers of ubiquitous banking services can get an idea of future development, including marketing strategy through the results of this analysis. This paper proposes that perceived usefulness is the most important factor influencing the uptake of ubiquitous service. Also in addition, ANOVA test shows that higher education level of the user can lead to the higher intention to use an ubiquitous banking service. In this study, we set up a model by using the most basic factor among influential factors presented in previous studies as an independent variable. However, other research variables which affect acceptance of ubiquitous service should be considered by thinking more diversely.

  • 본 논문은 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 기업의 마케팅 전략의 일환으로 RFID를 이용한 구전 마케팅과 이를 용이하게 하는 비즈니스 모델을 제안한다. 이를 위해 기존의 연구를 토대로 소비생활에 있어 구전 커뮤니케이션이 미치는 영향과 구전 마케팅에 대한 기업의 의식 변화 그리고 이를 수행하는데 있어 기업이 갖는 어려움을 살펴보았다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 비즈니스 모델은 RFID를 이용하여 기업과 소비자, 소비자와 소비자간의 seamless한 networking을 가능하게 하며, 각 경제 주체의 인센티브(incentive) 체계를 이용하여 기업의 구전 마케팅을 용이하게 한다.

  • Recently, various industries have appeared which are applied ubiquitous technology. Particularly, health and medical fields, have been focused as future's industry, have been combined with ubiquitous system. This is what we called' u-Health industry. Korean government has encouraged local governments to develop specialized high value-added industries along each local's circumstance. According to the policy, I had an assumption that u-Health industry is Chungbuk province's specialized high value-added industry and studied marketing strategy for the point of penetration into markets. I presented STP strategy for international markets. This strategy referred to developed countries' aging index and based on Modigliani's life cycle hypothesis. Finally, considering none of u-Health has been released, I presented strategies of marketing mix to be utilized when u-Health items march into the markets.

  • With the advance of ubiquitous environment, a lot of changes occur in various kinds of applications. The marketing for festivals is not an exception. Due to the needs for changes in the festival marketing, researches about active marketing suitable for ubiquitous environment are increasing. The purpose of this paper is to develop a u-pamphlet based on PDA and QR code. In this paper, we focus on Jeju Jeongweol Daeboreum Fire Festival, shortly Jeju Fire Festival, as a pamphlet content, which is one of the best domestic festivals. When tourists attend Jeju Fire Festival, the proposed u-pamphlet provides various forms of Jeju Fire Festival information either by accessing digital content stored in PDA directly or by interpreting QR code in the Festival area and connecting remote digital content indirectly. In addition, in order to analyze the necessity, the usefulness, the functionality, and the technical barriers of the u-pamphlet, we make a questionnaire after we exhibit our u-pamphlet.

  • Due to the bitter competition in markets and the need changes of consumers, customer relationship management(CRM) plays a key role in determining management strategies in companies. In addition, due to the advance of Ubiquitous environment, new applications are developed in the CRM arena. Since traditional data gathering methods can invade people's privacy and cause inaccurate data, new methods are required. In this paper, we propose an RFID-based automatic analytical information generation system for a ubiquitous CRM. Firstly, we develop an RFID middleware. And then, we store the data acquired from the middleware into a database. Finally, we analyze the data automatically and convert the data into meaningful information. By applying our system to an exhibition hall, automatically generated analytical information are given to companies and customers. The proposed system can make many companies meet their customers' needs in a ubiquitous way and can give them more accurate data by using clustering, associating, sequencing when they make a decision for their successful marketing.
