3D GIS의 지방자치단체 활용을 위한 기초 연구 (Fundamental Study for Construction and Utilization of 3D GIS in Local Governments)

  • 최근 유비쿼터스 정보기술(U-IT : Ubiquitous Information Technology)이 급격히 발전하고 있으며, 국가정책에 있어서도 이를 기반 한 국가 발전 방안이 모색되고 있다. 지방자치단체도 이러한 국가정책 기조에 부응하며, 합리적인 도시 관리, 미래적 도시모델로써의 u-City 건설, 지자체 경쟁력 강화의 필요성 등 현실 여건변화에 따른 지역의 자립적 발전 기반으로써 3D GIS의 개발 및 활용을 구체화하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 일정 정도 기반이 갖춰진 3D GIS DB, SW, HW 등의 기술적 부분 보다는 전체 지자체 차원의 업무에서 지자체 3D GIS가 추구해야할 활용 방향 등 본질적 측면에 초점을 두었다. 연구의 주요 내용은 현실 변화에 있어서의 지방자치단체 3D GIS의 역할을 정립하고, 선행연구의 3D GIS 활용성을 검토하여, 현실 여건변화를 수용하고 전체 지자체 차원의 업무에 활용이 가능한 종합적이고 미래지향적인 지방자치단체 3D GIS의 구축 및 활용 방향을 제안하였다.

한국의 스마트시티 정책흐름과 향후 과제 (Smart City Policy Trends and Future Agendas in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 과도기적 시기를 보내고 있는 국내 스마트시티 사업이 향후 더욱 발전하고 세계시장에서의 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 방안을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 국내 스마트시티(U-City) 정책의 발단과 성장과정을 살펴보았다. 두 번째, 스마트시티 구축과정 상에 나타난 기능적, 정책적 문제점을 파악하였다. 세 번째, 국내와는 다른 방식으로 스마트시티 사업을 추진하고 있는 해외 선진사례를 검토하였다. 네 번째, 확대된 스마트시티의 개념과 이에 대응하고 있는 우리나라의 정책변화 양상을 살펴보았다. 다섯 번째, 앞의 검토를 종합하여 향후 우리나라의 스마트시티 발전을 위해 나아가야 할 추진방향 및 과제에 대해 제시하였다. 본 연구는 과거 국내의 스마트시티 개발 초창기부터 현재에 이르기까지 국내 스마트시티 정책의 흐름을 종합적으로 살펴보고 최근 급변하고 있는 환경변화 및 기술발전을 감안한 향후 과제를 제시한다는 점에서 그 의의가 있으며 향후 국내 스마트시티의 발전 및 고도화를 위한 정책 수립의 기초적 토대로 작용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

유비쿼터스 도시계획에 있어서 주거계획 문제에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Housing Complex Planning in the Ubiquitous City)

  • Ever-developing information and communications technology has changed the ways of life from that of industrial society to the information-oriented community, and is widely used in a variety of social and economic contexts. Besides, urban problems in today's society are intricately involved so that the possibility of any reliable breakthrough may not to be likely. To work out these complicated problems as well as to understand the crux of the matter more comprehensively, ubiquitous urban planning has been laid out, and as a result attempts to reflect this system are cautiously made in metropolitan areas. However, most u-City planning, integrating uibiquitous technology, has focused on creating urban infrastructure and its services, therefore neglecting the importance of housing in urban space. Consequently, thorough u-City planning has yet to be defined in relation with urban space, and housing planning, established on the basis of the user-oriented housing environment, needs to be urgently made. Centering on the importance of housing in the construction of an improved future urban environment, this study aims to discuss the role of urban environment planning where metropolutan residents can enjoy a comfortable and convenient life. As well, this research paper seeks to focus attention on the consideration for users that is often disregarded but requires reflecting in the u-City planning.

  • 최근 들어 모바일 인터넷, RFID 등의 확산으로 인하여 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous)에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 부산 역시 최첨단의 유비쿼터스 정보기술을 항만물류, 교통, 관광컨벤션, 의료 등 전략산업에 적용시켜 추진함으로써 분야간 시너지효과를 창출하여 첨단 유비쿼터스 도시(U-city)로 변모시키고자 계획하고 있다. U-관광컨벤션 서비스는 기존의 관광정보시스템과는 다른 방식으로 소비자가 이를 어떻게 수용하는 가의 여부가 향후 U-관광컨벤션의 성장잠재력을 결정한다는 점에서 어떠한 요인들이 U-관광컨벤션 수용의도에 영향을 미치는가 하는 연구가 필요한 시점이라고 생각된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 TAM을 적용하여 관광콘텐츠가 U-관광컨벤션 수용의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다.

A FUNDAMENTAL STUDY TO DEVELOP STANDARD TECHNOLOGY CRITERIA FOR IT-CONSTRUCTION FUSION TECHNOLOGIES, TO BE APPLIED TO A U-CITY

  • As the demand for a convergence between construction technologies and IT is on the rise, as seen in the visualization of U-City construction, studies on the ways in which IT in should be utilized in the building and construction field have been continuously and actively performed. However, there has been almost no development of standardized technology criteria relating to the life cycle of a building (planning, design, construction, and maintenance). That is, there are almost no examples of efforts made to combine construction technology and IT in a fundamental way, considering the environment, the facility, its spatial characteristics, engineering, materials, and structure, aspects that are commonly required not only for interior spaces but also for exterior construction of U-City. Despite the fact that a state-of-the-art infrastructure has been built, and the competency of users with the cutting-edge technology, composite studies on technologies, facilities, services and spaces are still lacking, and basic research on the composite operation method including compatibility and linkage between facilities and services within a U-City has been insufficient as well. It is generally known that by fusing IT with construction technologies, the total period of construction taken can be reduced and construction expenses can be curtailed, while construction quality can be improved. For this reason, it is vital to prepare a standardized base to connect cutting-edge IT with the construction technologies. In preparing such a base, the most urgent issue is to develop standardized technology criteria. The ultimate objective of this research is to establish the technological criteria system required to apply construction-IT fused technologies to U-Cities, and to develop the technological criteria for the design, construction and maintenance of the U-Cities. This paper, whose objective is to establish development strategies for construction-IT fused technologies by way of analyzing the criteria for conventional construction projects, the necessity of criteria for construction-IT fused technologies, and the current status of U-Cities' development, is the underlying research for this purpose. The strategies established are expected to be utilized in establishing the system of criteria for construction-IT fused technologies, and to contribute to a knowledge base in the construction-IT field. In addition, based on the strategies established, criteria for construction-IT fused technologies, such as design criteria and construction standards, will be developed, and by applying these criteria and standards, the ultimate objectives of U-Cities, which are the enhancement of urban competitiveness and the satisfaction of residents, will be attained
