Panic disorder is one of the anxiety disorder, characterized by panic attacks which are discrete episodes of fear accompanied by somatic symptoms such as shortness of breath, palpitations, chest pain, choking, dizziness, trembling and/or faintness. We experienced a 41 year-old male who complained of sudden enervation, unstable blood pressure and anxiety about self's symptoms. We bad given herbal medicines aoh cognitive & behavioral therapy. Results from studies to date suggest the cognitive behavioral therapy(CBTl are useful for depression, anxiety disorder, phobia. He understood his symptom's meaning and tried to overcome fear related to symptoms through exposure training. We concluded that cognitive behavioral therapy can be very effective methods to treat panic disorder, because patient with panic disorder has maladaptive automatic thoughts, based on dysfunctional beliefs like "I'm too weak, I have some problem."

In this paper, we describe the contents of noise characteristic enhancement using digital filtering to the motion vector in the pattern noise of optical mouse. The designed circuit is implemented to enhance the smoothing and trembling with filtering and averaging of x, y motion vector before PS2 or USB output. The function is verified by using FPGA and the performance is measured by the fabricated chip using $0.35{\mu}m$ standard CMOS process. The system clock is 6MHz and the motion vector has the range of +6 to -6 per 1/1700sec. It is tested using the Cartesian robot to measure the noise characteristic enhancement.

A necrotizing skeletal myopathy was diagnosed in three flocks of 30,000 thirty-eight-week-old layer breeder chickens. The mortality attributed to the myopathy was 17.7%, 12.3% and 21.1% in flock A, B and C, respectively. Clinically, chickens were showed depression, anorexia, posterior paresis, inability to rise, incoordination, reluctance to move, and leg trembling and weakness. The most striking findings at necropsy was pale streaking in the muscles of the thighs and legs. Microscopic lesions included myofiber degeneration and necrosis with massive cellular proliferation interpreted as sarcolemmal nuclei proliferation. Plasma creatine kinase, asparte aminotransferase and akaline phosphatase were markedly elevated. In conclusion, author suggested that submitted chickens were affected by ionophores poisoning.

Social phobia is a symptom that is characterized as a feeling anxiety and fear in front of others in social situations. The patient of our hospital is 34-years-old man who has symptoms such as avoiding other people, being flushed of his face and trembling of his hands when he meets other person. Thus, he has been treated by applying acupuncture treatment, taking herb medicine, and Giungoroen & Kyungjapyungji of the oriental psychotherapy. In 3 months, his condition of this disease got improved. This case suggested one approach for the treatment of this disease and we consider that the oriental psychotherapy such as Giungoroen and Kyungjapyungji is useful in treatment of this disease.

Experimental results of pulsating pressure behavior inside a chamber have been confirmed by computational work. Inside-cylinder pressure shows unstable condition at low rpm. This is caused by plate-type suction valve. It has effect up to inlet of the chamber. But trembling phenomenon is reduced as the pressure is enlarged by increasing the rpm. Result comparison between experimental and numerical analysis shows pulsation reduction is affected by the chamber. We can confirm that compressible effect of the working flow is shown at chamber inlet by increasing rpm. On the other side, this effect is declined at chamber outlet by increasing rpm. It means outlet pressure is going on balance with atmosphere pressure. Buffer plate-type chamber has efficiency of pulsation flow reduction.

Tremors are trembling movements and are seen in association with alcoholic intoxication, certain drugs, thyrotoxicosis, multiple sclerosis, hysteria, and nervous tension. Dental fears, such as, pain, drill, unknown, dependency, helplessness, mutilation and oral change, induce the neuroendocrine response (release of epinephrine and norepinephrine, etc). The clinical manifestations of epinephrine or other vasopressor overdose include : anxiety, tenseness, restlessness, throbbing headache, tremor, perspiration, weakness, dizziness, pallor, palpitation and respiratory difficulty. Signs of local anesthetic overdose appear clinically whenever the anesthetic level in the blood rises to an appropriate level in an individual. The clinical signs of moderate overdose levels include : talkativeness, apprehension, excitability, slurred speech, tremor and muscular twitching. This is a case report about the severe tremor care after the endodontic treatment under right mandibular block anesthesia in a 56-years old female patient.

A 7-month-old female Shih-tzu dog was presented with intermittent trembling, dyspnea, generalized muscle weakness, and unconsciousness after exercise. No remarkable findings were shown in the complete blood counts and the radiographic examination. On serum biochemical profiles, alkaline phosphatase and creatine phosphokinase were mildly elevated. Based on history takings, physical examination, and neurological findings, presumptive diagnosis was made as a myasthenia gravis (MG). Clinical signs of this patient were dramatically improved after administration of neostigmine. The result of acetylcholine receptor antibody test in serum was 0.89 nmol/L and the histopathology of muscle were normal. Clinical sign of the patient evaluated in this study is stabilized with long-term administration of pyridostigmine at this time. This case report here describes clinical and clinicopathological findings of a juvenile onset acquired MG in a Shih-tzu dog.

Pseudomonas aerusinosa infection was diagnosed in broiler chicks, and was submitted to the National Veterinary Research and Quarantine Service in Korea. The total mortality rate was about 1,500 birds out of 22,000 broilers. Clinically, affected birds showed clinical signs including depression and anorexia with lameness and trembling of the leg. At necropsy, the dead broilers appeared to have omphalitis, yolk sac infection, fibrinous epicarditis, and fibrinous exudates in liver with swollen hock joint. Microscopically, there were multiple necrotic foci in the liver, fibrinous exudates in the heart, and infiltration of heterophils into the joint spaces of the hock joint. Pseudomonas aerusinosa was isolated from the heart, liver and hock joint, and the isolate was named P-200. In effort to estimate the virulence of P-200, 1-day-old chicks were challenged intramuscularly and intrayolksacally with the isolate. On the basis of mortality rate, the isolate P-200 was found to be highly virulent. This is the first report of an occurrence of Pseudomonas aerusinosa infection in broilers in Korea.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the reactions of emergency department nurses to violence. Methods: Q-methodology which provides a method of analyzing the subjectivity of each item was used. Thirty emergency department nurses classified 33 selected Q-statements into a normal distribution using a 9 point scale. The collected data was analyzed using the Quanl PC Program. Results: Three types of reactions to violence were identified. The first type(emotional and physical reactions) showed a sense of regret on the selection of an occupation and emotional and physical reactions such as anxiety, fear, depression, hopelessness, heart palpitations and trembling hands due to the violence. The second type(problem solving) actively coped to prevent the occurrence of violence, grasped the causes of violence and sought out a problem solving plan. The third type(anger reactions) felt a lot of anger against violence, and resented their reality of working under conditions of inadequately secured facilities and systems. Conclusion: The emotional and physical reactions type and the anger reactions type should be required to attend educational programs to improve attitudes and abilities to solve the problems in a more active and positive manner.

In this paper, an event detection algorithm is proposed based on the statistics of subblock images. For an event of small size, we first divide each image into smaller subblocks and then for camera trembling, we use the statistics of three kinds of images such as the input image, reference image, and their difference image as features of the event. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is much more effective in event detection than the conventional cases based on only the difference image.
