The purpose of this study is to assess the development, current states, and problems of MEDLIS document delivery service. With the analysis of MEDLIS transaction data from 2001 to 2011, we identified continuous usage decrease, unbalanced contribution by type of institution, high dependence on back issues, use differences among subfields of medicine, relatively low success rate, and various reasons for failure. Based on the results, recommendations for the maintenance of union catalog database, technical support for search capability enhancements, establishment of back issue archiving policy, user training and publicity, and membership expansion are suggested to promote the service.

Social commerce is regarded as a kind of e-commerce that utilizes social media. Considering increasing complaints around social commerce market, it is important to see customers' satisfaction level and intentions to repurchase. In this study, we examine antecedents that affect customers' satisfaction and relationship between satisfaction and intention to repurchase in social commerce market. We also use social media characteristics as moderators between antecedents and customers' satisfaction. The main results are as follows. First, except site design, most of the intrinsic factors of service quality, such as information, transaction, communication and perceived security had positive effects on customers' satisfaction. Second, all the extrinsic factors of service quality, such as discount rate, constraints, and discrimination had significant impacts on customers' satisfaction. Third, the social media characteristics could not moderate the relationship between service qualities and customers' satisfaction. Fourth, customers' satisfaction had positive effect on the intention to spread through social media. Fifth, customers' satisfaction had positive effect on the intention to repurchase. Social commerce companies need to set up strategies considering the antecedents of customers' satisfaction using these research results. They also need to secure customers that have sustainable purchasing intentions.

The high rate of voltage rise (dv/dt) in motor terminals caused by high-frequency switching and impedance mismatches between inverter and motor are known as the primary causes of irregular voltage distributions and insulation breakdowns on stator windings in IGBT PWM inverter-driven induction motors. In this paper, voltage distributions in the stator windings of an induction motor driven by an IGBT PWM inverter are studied. To analyze the irregular voltages of stator windings, high frequency parameters are derived from the finite element (FE) analysis of stator slots. An equivalent circuit composed of distributed capacitances, inductance, and resistance is derived from these parameters. This equivalent circuit is then used for simulation in order to predict the voltage distributions among the turns and coils. The effects of various rising times in motor terminal voltages and cable lengths on the stator voltage distribution are also presented. For a comparison with simulations, an induction motor with taps in the stator turns was made and driven by a variable-rising time switching surge generator. The test results are shown.

현재 대부분의 무선랜은 유선 분산 시스템을 통하여 백본에 연결되어 있다. 그러나 지역회담이나 재해재난 지역 그리고 군사용등은 유선 백본을 사용할 수 없다. 따라서 무선으로 액세스 포인트를 연결하여 일시적으로 네트워크 서비스를 원하는 곳이나 케이블을 연결하기 힘든 지역에서 빠르고 쉽게 네트워크 구성을 제공하기 위한 무선 메쉬 네트워크의 요구가 늘어나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 무선 메쉬 네트워크의 기반 기술인 무선 분산 시스템 환경에서 TCP와 UDP 프로토콜의 성능에 대하여 연구하였다. 시스템 성능 측정은 IEEE 802.11g 인터페이스를 가지고 있는 액세스 포인트에서 체인 토폴로지를 기본으로 측정되어졌고, 홉수와 트래픽 종류 그리고 트래픽 흐름의 방향에 따라 수율(throughput)과 전송시간(transaction time) 그리고 전송실패율(loss rate) 등을 비교 분석하였다.

industry each which are using a kind of EDI, supplier-oriented Electronic Data Interchange(SOEDI) to procure materials, equipment and supplies more effectively. The major objective of this study are to determine the basic nature of the impact of SOEDI on the structure and procedure in purchasing. The other is to identify the variables or determinants which influence the benefits which can be experienced in purchasing organizations. This study was conducted through interviewing of organizations which are currently active in the use of EDI. Samples of 107 purchasing organizations were collected. Some key findings of this study are ; 1) There were remarkable differences on influencing level and relationship of determinants which influence the benefits of purchasing organizations. There was the most remarkable one in trading industry. 2) The more suppliers, the more benefits. The transaction rate with suppliers who are affiliated with EDI is low as a whole but suppliers who are affiliated with EDI can be a critical factor on selection of buyers. 3) Procedure related to purchasing order was mainly changed. There is a development on signature but still exists. 4) The number of employees were reduced a little bit.

브로드캐스트 기법은 서버에서 사용자로의 하향 대역폭을 최대한 활용하고 사용자의 수와 무관하게 데이터를 배포할 수 있기 때문에 이동 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 주요한 방식으로 쓰이고 있다. 브로드캐스트 기법에서도 기존 컴퓨팅 환경처럼 여러 트랜잭션이 같은 데이터 항목을 동시에 사용하는 경우가 발생할 수 있다. 하지만 브로드캐스트 환경에서는 모바일 클라이언트의 제한된 자원과 제한된 상향 대역폭 등의 이유로 기존의 동시성 제어 기법을 그대로 사용할 수 없다. 이러한 이유로 무선 브로드캐스트 환경을 위한 동시성 제어 기법들이 많이 연구되어 왔다. 이 논문에서는 트랜잭션들의 접근 패턴이 편향될 경우 발생하게 되는 반복적인 재실행을 문제점으로 인식하고, 동시성 제어 기법에 기반을 둔 기법을 제안한다. 동일한 데이터 항목에 대한 갱신을 수행하는 트랜잭션이 많을수록 트랜잭션이 재실행될 확률은 높아지고 성능은 저하되는데, 이는 검증을 요청하는 트랜잭션들 중 가장 먼저 서버에 도착한 트랜잭션만이 경쟁에서 살아남고 나머지는 재실행되며 경쟁을 다시하기 때문이다. 제안하는 기법에서는 브로드캐스트 사이클이 끝날 때까지 완료 여부의 결정을 유보하면서 검증을 요청한 트랜잭션들의 조합을 구성해 후보 해 리스트를 유지한다. 마지막으로 갱신되는 데이터 항목의 수와 데이터 항목의 갱신 선호도를 기준으로 최적의 해를 선택해 트랜잭션들을 완료하고 데이터베이스에 값을 반영함으로써 트랜잭션의 철회율을 최소화하고 트랜잭션의 완료율을 높일 수 있다.

So called e-Trade in global marketing is expected to dominate the global trade in 21st century and thus is being introduced as a major mission assignment for exporting countries. e-Trade has the potential to accelerated existing threads and introduce new ways of carrying out global trade. It is especially important in Korea, which has a high dependency rate on trade. Trade efficiency through the channel of e-Trade is an alternative to strengthen international competition of korean small and medium sized global trading firm.

In this paper, we propose a new model, assembled ERP, to analyze the reason why the small and medium sized companies have a low ERP implementation rate and to solve this. As a result of our analysis, the high initial costs and time required for implementing ERP keep such companies from implementing it as they have relatively limited resources. The assembled ERP model, however, reduces the scale of ERP by developing the ERP for the unique business of each and connecting a few 3rd-Party applications as a module to make ERP for common work. Also it enables easier data utilization by drawing up an API list that connects the 3rd-Party applications to the developed ERP when the user lacks knowledge in the master data of the 3rd-Party applications. Therefore it lets the small and medium sized companies introduce the ERP more easily by reducing the costs for ERP implementation and user training.

It is analyzed that WAP packet transmission time to improve performance of WAP using SAR algorithm in Bluetooth channel. The order for SAR algorithm to improve the transfer capability, it is fragmented in WTP total messages that are coming down from upper layer and then the packets are sent one at time in baseband. And it is studied that transmission time for WAP over bluetooth according to DM1, DM3 or DM5 packet type using SAR algorithm in Bluetooth piconet environment. This SAR algorithm decreases WAP packet transmission time of L2CAP baseband packets by sending packet which are spanning multiple slots.
