치과위생사의 서번트 리더십 지각수준이 직무만족, 조직 몰입 및 이직의사에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Servant Leadership Perception on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention of Dental Hygienists)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine impacts of servant leadership perception of dental hygienists on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention as strong predictors of turnover rate. These data were collected from the structured questionnaire survey, from April 1 through April 30, 2011, to 383 people among those in the field of dental hygiene affairs, working for nine dental hospitals or twenty-four dental clinic under two dental university hospital in capital area. The principal findings of this research are as below; First, servant leadership perception had a significantly positive influence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Also servant leadership perception of dental hygienists had a significantly negative influence on turnover intention. Second, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of dental hygienists has a negative influence on turnover intention. Third, servant leadership perception of dental hygienists were revealed as a meaningful effects ones on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but they didn't have meaningful effect on turnover intention. However, we can understand that servant leadership perception have indirect effect on turnover intention via job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This result indicates that the managers of dental hospital and clinic should perceive that the consistent management effort to improve servant leadership can increase job satisfaction, and finally will increase the organizational commitment that means the loyalty to organization. In short, hospital operators and managers should examine each manager's qualification, type and style of leadership in the hospital organization, and they must develop lasting programs for effective education and training for developing characteristics of leadership are in needed to have managers with appropriate managerial mind to respective post and status.

  • This purpose of research is to offer basic materials for analyzing organizational structure in an effort to develop a standardized model that considers regional characteristics with the ultimate goal being the establishment of a National Health and Family Support Center. Research methods include aliterature survey data. The research target is 94 centers run by the National Health Family Support Center training. These are assessed in terms of their regional characteristics. The objectives of this paper are as follows: 1. To look at the present National Healthy Family Support Center's yearly conditions investigate the regional characteristics. 2. To analyze the National Healthy Family Support Center's annual organizational managements and operations characteristics. 3. To analyze the National Healthy Family Support Center's regional characteristics (Urban-only-, Urban-Rural Integration, Rural-only-) in terms of its organizational management and operations. First, at the national, county, and ward levels, Health and Family Support Center can have family intervention purpose. Regional Center should be operated to keep pace with custom of different regions. Standardization can also be beneficial, including considerations such as agricultural needs and a type center. Effective center operations should also ensured. Second, standardized development model I had to insert this here because you mention one in the following paragraph. Original did not make sense. 치과의원에 근무하는 치과위생사의 이직의도 결정요인 (The Determinants of Intent to Leave of Dental Hygienists at Dental Clinics)

  • 본 연구는 치과의원에 근무하는 치과위생사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 유의한 변수들을 향후 치과의원의 이직으로 인한 치과의원의 경제적 손실과 구강진료의 생산성 저하요인의 발생을 예방하고 효율적인 인력활용 방안의 기초 자료로 활용하고자 시도 되었다. 자료 분석에 있어서는 SPSS Ver. 11.0을 이용하였으며, 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 독립변수와 이직의도간의 상관관계를 살펴 본 결과, 매개변수인 조직몰입도(-0.711)가 가장 유의성이 높았고, 보상의 공정성(-0.544), 외부취업기회(0.402), 의원장의 지원(-0.400), 자기 성장성(-0.399), 직무갈등(0.313), 직업 안정성(-0.305) 등의 변수가 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 유의한 상관관계를 보인 모든 변수들은 연구모형에서 예측한 정(+)과 부(-)의 인과관계가 모두 일치하였다. 2. 경로분석의결과, 조직몰입도(-0.711), 의원장의지원(-0.306), 직무만족도(-0.257), 외부취업기회(0.229), 긍정적 심성(-0.196), 직무 갈등(0.142), 직무 자율성(-0.106) 등이 유의한 총 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

LIGHT WATER REACTOR (LWR) SAFETY

  • In this paper, a historical review of the developments in the safety of LWR power plants is presented. The paper reviews the developments prior to the TMI-2 accident, i.e. the concept of the defense in depth, the design basis, the large LOCA technical controversies and the LWR safety research programs. The TMI-2 accident, which became a turning point in the history of the development of nuclear power is described briefly. The Chernobyl accident, which terrified the world and almost completely curtailed the development of nuclear power is also described briefly. The great international effort of research in the LWR design-base and severe accidents, which was, respectively, conducted prior to and following the TMI-2 and Chernobyl accidents is described next. We conclude that with the knowledge gained and the improvements in plant organisation/management and in the training of the staff at the presently-installed nuclear power stations, the LWR plants have achieved very high standards of safety and performance. The Generation 3+LWR power plants, next to be installed, may claim to have reached the goal of assuring the safety of the public to a very large extent. This review is based on the historical developments in LWR safety that occurred primarily in USA, however, they are valid for the rest of the Western World. This review can not do justice to the many fine contributions that have been made over the last fifty years to the cause of LWR safety. We apologize if we have not mentioned them. We also apologize for not providing references to many of the fine investigations, which have contributed towards LWR safety earning the conclusions that we describe just above.

  • Objectives: The main objectives of the article are to review roles and prospective of the Health Education Specialist on the globalized World, and develop the new positions and jobs of the Health Education Specialists on health promotion. Results and Conclusion: There are many rapid changes, these days, in the Medical and Health Environments, because of Globalization. Modern society needs health professionals who are equipped with new knowledge and information to correspondence with various Health Problems, such as the appearing and disappearing of new contagious diseases, problems of improper health barriers for foreign products, health problems from poverty and also health inequalities are known to be rising. Globalization has induced new needs for Health Professional manpower. After the Ottawa Charter, international society is training and utilizing Health Education Specialists as the propulsive core member of the Health Promotion Era. And also society now expects and requests the activities of Health Education Professionals as a group effort, not only in their own countries, but also across the barriers of international society. Health Professionals are working in WHO, UNICEF KOICA or other international organizations. Especially England and USA are utilizing Health Education Professionals in Health Planning and Education Work to keep up with Health Promotion Era. Now, we need to establish ideal and proper strategies in Health Promotion Work, as a one of the pioneer countries to lead Internationalization. To accomplish this task, Health Education Specialists should be well utilized in the field of Health Promotion Work, such as communities, schools, industrial sites and international health organizations.

  • The efficiency of the purchasing and procurement logistics is important in automotive industry. The rationalization of production system is directly impact on productivity and quality. For this reason importance of logistics is high. Despite we are continuously making effort, our country are still below the level than developed country on logistics efficiency. Rising labor costs is an important factor in increasing logistics costs. So workforce reduction in logistics department is a large part. We deal with A-company inbound logistics, especially procurement logistics in automotive logistics as research object. So in this study we do research on work load balance about workers. We do research on 1,475 kinds of components in procurement process. We applied work load balance algorithm on chassis, final, sequence, trim warehouses workers. According to number of workers and average M/H, algorithm is applied in two ways. After applied work load balance algorithm we reduced numbers of workers from 28 to 20 and improved worker load balance rate from 47.1% to 93.7%.

  • 축삭(axon), 가지돌기(dendrite), 신경세포체(cell body)와 같은 뉴런의 소기관을 분리하는 작업은 신경학적 현상의 분석에 도움을 준다. 최근에 딥러닝 기술을 이용하여 이를 수행하고자 하는 시도들이 있지만, 데이터의 노이즈, 훈련 데이터와의 차이 등으로 인해 결과에 오류를 포함할 가능성이 있다. 따라서, 이러한 기술을 실제 분석에 활용하기 위해서는 결과를 교정하는 과정이 필수적이지만, 이는 전문가가 수작업으로 수행해야 하기 때문에 많은 노력과 시간이 소요된다. 우리는 딥러닝 결과에 존재하는 오류들을 보다 손쉽게 교정할 수 있는 대화형 뉴런 구조 교정 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 구조적 일관성을 지니는 뉴런의 특성을 기반으로 뉴런 구조를 교정하여 적은 사용자의 인터랙션으로도 높은 정확도의 교정 결과를 얻을 수 있도록 한다.

  • APT 공격이 빈번해지고, 정교해짐에 따라 보안시스템의 고도화뿐만 아니라 이를 운영하는 각 기관의 정보보호 담당자의 역량이 점점 중요해지고 있다. 다수의 블루팀(BT)이 참가하고 기관망 모사 및 방어 대상 시스템이 많은 대규모 훈련 운영 시에는 다양한 공격 패턴, 네트워크 페이로드, 시스템 이벤트를 생성할 수 있도록 공격을 모사할 수 있어야 한다. 그러나 하나의 레드팀(RT) 프레임워크를 사용할 경우 블루팀에 의해 쉽게 탐지될 수 있다는 한계가 있으며 수십 개 이상 다수의 RT 프레임워크를 운영할 때는 각 프레임워크 별로 훈련 설정 및 운영을 위한 전문가의 많은 시간과 노력이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 다수의 공개용 RT 프레임워크와 직접 제작한 RT 프레임워크 등을 통합하여 대규모 훈련을 자동으로 운영할 수 있는 통합 프레임워크(iRF)를 제안한다.

국내 증권형 크라우드펀딩의 달성률에 관한 영향요인 연구 : 일반 투자자 수의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Influence Factor on the Achievement Rate of Domestic Equity-based Crowdfunding : Focusing on the Moderation Effect of the Number of General Investors)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내 증권형 크라우드펀딩의 달성률에 영향을 주는 투자자 수의 영향력을 분석하여, 일반 투자자의 참여가 필요한 이유에 대해 알아보고 일반 투자자의 참여를 높이는 방안을 제시함에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 증권형 크라우드펀딩에서 실제 진행된 190개의 진행결과를 분석하였고, 국내 증권형 크라우드펀딩의 달성률에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 선행연구와 같이 모집금액, 목표금액, 모집기간과 사업연수의 영향력을 확인할 수 있었으며, 달성률에 대한 영향요인이 일반 투자자의 수가 증가함에 따라 더욱 더 큰 영향을 줄 수 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서, 정부에서는 일반 투자자에 대한 규제를 보다 더 완화하는 노력을 기울여야 하며 자금수요자는 일반 투자자의 자금 회수를 위하여 KSM시장을 통한 기업공개에 대한 노력을 강화하고 공시해야만 일반 투자자의 참여를 이끌어 낼 수 있으며 크라우드 펀딩을 통하여 원할한 자금 확보를 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것이다.
