Purpose: Nurses play an important role in ensuring patient rehabilitation and are involved in all aspects of multidimensional rehabilitation. Therefore, strengthening rehabilitation nursing education is vital to ascertain high-quality rehabilitation and optimum outcomes. This study examined the effectiveness of a new teaching reform-a modified Six-Sigma-based training program-against a conventional educational program on rehabilitation specialist nurses' core competencies, post-training performance, and satisfaction. Methods: A quasi-randomized controlled trial was conducted to assess the effectiveness of the modified training program. We recruited 56 learners from the 2020 training course at the Hunan Rehabilitation Specialist Nurse Training Base as the control group. Sixty learners from the base's 2021 training course were recruited as the intervention group. Data were collected in a consistent manner from both groups after the training program was implemented. Results: Those who underwent the modified training program showed better improvement in all core competencies than those who underwent the conventional training program (p < .05); the scores for theoretical knowledge, clinical nursing lectures, reviews, and nursing case management improved significantly following the teaching reform (p < 0.05). Further, overall satisfaction as well as base management and theoretical teaching satisfaction improved significantly (p < .05). Conclusion: The modified training program strengthens rehabilitation nurses' base management abilities; enhances their core competencies; expands their interest in and breadth, depth, and practicability of theoretical courses; and updates the teaching methods.

Every safety and health activity relies to some extent on education and training. Through effective education and training, people learn how to recognize safety and health hazards and how to control them. Thus, in most cases education and training is the first step in an accident prevention program. In this study, we analyzed safety training course-compare with Industrial Safety & Health Act, KISCO and KISA's rules,-and applied to workplace. In the safety training of workplace on the ground of the Industrial Safety & Health Act, the ratio of periodic employee refresher training to the total training subjects is only 25% and it of supervisor training is 16.7%. The ratio of training implemented in workplace about Knowledge, Skill, Attitude is as follows Periodic update training ; 15.1% : 7.5% : 64.2% New employees training ; 15.7% : 5.9% : 58.8% Job-change training ; 32.6% : 23.2% : 39.5% Specific safety & health training : 34.8% : 8.7% : 45.6%.

최근 집중호우로 인한 산사태, 구미 불산 누출사고 등 국민의 인명과 재산에 막대한 손실을 입히는 중대재난이 계속 발생하고 있지만, 이에 대한 대처가 불충분하여 재난으로부터 안전한 사회에 대한 국민의 요구가 한층 증대되고 있다. 본 논문은 재난관리 전문가 양성을 통한 방재교육역량 강화를 위해 방재부문의 교육 컨텐츠 체계 정립의 핵심기반을 마련함을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 우선 수요예측에 의한 교육과정 및 교육과목을 설계하였으며 이를 기초로 하여 재난 현장대비 및 대응 중심의 교육과목을 설계하였다.

The purpose of this study is in making a important way for in-service training of science teacthers. So the study was carried out to analyze the text books of in-service training school in Gyeongnam, Kyungpook, Junpook province and Pusan city and to survey teacher's opinion by questonnaires collected from teachers in Gyeongnam province. The result abtained are as follows : 1. The contents of. tire text books for in-service training course have very critical defference at each province. 2. Most of teachers wanted to get more updating information of the science and more comprehensive knowledge of higher level' of science subject. 3. In order to obtain comprehensive basic concept, develop of inquiry ability, and promote of scientific attitude, the thinking experiment which is selected to experimental subjects of secondary school are need to be selected. 4. The new text-book model for in-service training course should be developed, and the finnancial support will be required to develop such a text.

여전히 한국의 게임 산업계에는 기업이 필요로 하는 인력과 대학에서 공급하는 인력 사이에 질적 불일치가 상존하고 있다. 게임산업계에서의 인력 수요와 공급의 질적 차이를 줄이고자 한국콘텐츠진흥원에서는 맞춤형 인력양성사업을 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 K대학의 게임 프로그래밍 계약학과 학생들을 위한 맞춤형 인력양성 교육과정 개발에 대한 사례 연구로, 35개 업체를 대상으로 설문조사하여 산업계의 요구에 맞는 맞춤형 인력양성 교육과정을 도출함과 동시에 성공적인 교육과정 운영을 위한 방법들을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 게임업계에서 요구하는 인재상을 확인하고, 게임산업계 맞춤형 인력을 양성을 위한 교육과정 설계의 가이드라인을 제공하게 될 것이다.

Background Simulation training is becoming an increasingly important component of skills acquisition in surgical specialties, including Plastic Surgery. Non-living simulation models have an established place in Plastic Surgical microsurgery training, and support the principles of replacement, reduction and refinement of animal use. A more sophisticated version of the basic chicken thigh microsurgery model has been developed to include dissection of a type 1-muscle flap and is described and validated here. Methods A step-by-step dissection guide on how to perform the chicken thigh adductor profundus free muscle flap is demonstrated. Forty trainees performed the novel simulation muscle flap on the last day of a 5-day microsurgery course. Pre- and post-course microvascular anastomosis assessment, along with micro dissection and end product (anastomosis lapse index) assessment, demonstrated skills acquisition. Results The average time to dissect the flap by novice trainees was $82{\pm}24$ minutes, by core trainees $90{\pm}24$ minutes, and by higher trainees $64{\pm}21$ minutes (P=0.013). There was a statistically significant difference in the time to complete the anastomosis between the three levels of training (P=0.001) and there was a significant decrease in the time taken to perform the anastomosis following course completion (P<0.001). Anastomosis lapse index scores improved for all cohorts with post-test average anastomosis lapse index score of $3{\pm}1.4$ (P<0.001). Conclusions The novel chicken thigh adductor profundus free muscle flap model demonstrates face and construct validity for the introduction of the principles of free tissue transfer. The low cost, constant, and reproducible anatomy makes this simulation model a recommended addition to any microsurgical training curriculum.

정부에서는 국가적인 차원에서 GIS 전문인력을 양성하기 위한 'GIS 전문인력양성 종합계획'을 1995년 7월부터 1996년 4월에 수립한 바 있으며 그 결과로 GIS 관련 제반연구를 수행하고 있는 정부출연연구소인 시스템공학연구소에서 1996년 7월부터 단기과정을 중심으로 한 GIS 전문인력 양성사업을 실시하였다. 본 연구소에서 실시된 GIS 전문인력 양성사업은 일반 상업용 GIS 소프트웨어 교육 프로그램과의 차별화를 기하기 위하여 GIS 인력양성을 위한 패러다임 마련과 실제교육 과정 개발을 위한 집중적인 연구를 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 96년 1차년도 전문인력 양성을 위한 기본 방향과 교과과정 및 교과구성 설명하고 1차년도에 시험적으로 운영된 교과과정인 정책결정 자 과정, GIS 관리자 과정 및 업무시스템이용자 과정에서 얻어진 결과를 종합적으로 분석하였다. 또한 교육 후 설문지 분석을 통해서 얻어진 1차년도 종합평가에서 각 과정별로 정책결정 자 과정은 84.8%, GIS 관리자 과정은 81.2%, 및 업무시스템이용자 과정은 66.7% 가 대체로 만족하는 것으로 나타났다 국가 GIS교육사업시행 결과중의 하나인 설문지 결과분석은 1997년 이후의 2, 3차년도 전문인력양성사업을 수행하는 데 필요한 중요한 피드백 역할을 하게 되며 국내 GIS 제반 분야의 현업에 있는 산 학 연 관련 전문가들의 보다 적극적이고 능동적인 참여를 고무하는 계기가 될 것으로 생각된다.

세계적으로 고령화 및 베이비부머의 은퇴 시기가 맞물린 시대를 맞이하여 그 대처는 매우 집중적이고 역동적이다. 베이비부머가 실제로 은퇴를 시작하자, 중년 연령대를 칭하는 용어는 중년, 중장년, 신중년 등으로 다채로워졌으며, 이는 훈련과정에서도 고스란히 나타나고 있다. 시기를 같이하여 정부와 학계에서도 중년을 칭하는 용어의 정리와 더불어 신중년 훈련과정 개발의 고도화 노력이 진행 중이다. 본 연구는 이러한 관점에서 한국폴리텍대학의 신중년 대상 훈련과정 3년(2018-2020) 성과를 분석하고, 훈련과정의 개발방향을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구 결과, 신중년 훈련과정의 3년 성과는 훈련과정이 점차 증가하였지만 이수율과 취업율이 조금씩 줄어드는 것으로 나타나 이에 대한 대책이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 수도권 캠퍼스 성과가 비수도권보다 높아 이 편차에 대한 방안이 필요하였다. 또한 한국폴리텍대학이 운영하는 기존 중장년 과정과 신중년 과정의 통합운영에 대한 필요성이 제시되었고, 신중년 특화방안 등이 제기되었다.

This paper deals with internal and outernal factors of Maritime High School in Korea, and suggests the followings. The fist, superintendent authority of schools should be transferred to ministry of education from ministry of marine. The second, education system should be upgraded to junior college or 5 years education course. The third, the door of maritime university permission should be opened for maritime high school graduates. The fourth, training ship should be built for effective training course required form STCW 95. The fifth, if the graduates form maritime high school engage board, all of them should be exempted from military service responsibility. The sixth, the on board-training system for teachers and instructors should be programmed in order to help them keep and utilize the on board experience in actural education situation. The seventh, the school location should be placed in order to increase the efficiency of the education.

Objectives: This study describes the development process of courses for health education specialists. The history, background, development process, and contents of courses for health education specialists are described. Results and Conclusion: In order to enhance the course implementation and training for health education specialists, the followings should be considered: First, the course and examination requirements for Health Education Specialist Level 3 should be increased. Second, requirement policies for elective courses should be revised. Third, health education practicum requirements should be specified, including specific training contents, types of participating training organizations, and the number of hours required. Fourth, support should be made available for revision and improvement of the courses such as Health Program Planning and Evaluation, Health Education Methods, Health Program Management, Health Communication, and Health Ethics.
