역 연관규칙을 이용한 타겟 마케팅 (Target Marketing using Inverse Association Rule)

  • 데이터마이닝의 목적은 알려지지 않은 유용한 정보를 얻어 경영에 활용하려는 것이다. 데이터마이닝의 한 기법인 연관규칙도 마찬가지의 목적을 가지고 있다. 하지만 연관규칙 기법으로 생성된 결과는 모두 같기 때문에 타겟 마케팅에 적용 시 그 마케팅 전략은 같을 수밖에 없다. 본 논문에서는 연관규칙을 이용하여 타겟 마케팅에 적용 시에 데이터마이닝의 목적에 부합하는 새로운 규칙을 제안한다. 새로운 규칙이란 연관규칙과 같이 고객이 구매한 항목에 대해 관심을 가져 구매 항목간의 규칙을 생성하는 것뿐만 아니라 구매하지 않은 항목에 대해서도 관심을 가짐으로써 구매하지 않은 항목간의 규칙을 생성하여 타겟 마케팅에 필요한 정보를 생성하는 것을 말한다. 이러한 정보를 이용하면 타겟 항목을 바로 마케팅 하는 전략뿐만 아니라 타겟 항목을 판매하기 위하여 다른 항목을 마케팅 하는 전략도 가능하게 된다. 그 이유는 새로운 규칙 에 의해 생성된 다른 항목의 마케팅이 타겟 항목의 판매를 촉진시키기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 타겟 마케팅에 적용하기 위한 새로운 규칙과 전략을 설명하고 예제를 통하여 실제 데이터베이스에서 기존 전략 외에 새로운 전략을 생성시키는 과정을 설명한다.

  • 由于生产的全球化以及国家之间的文化交流, 东方元素越来越吸引世界的眼球. 在时装界, 一个时装设计师的文化背景往往可以催生新颖的设计理念, 使他卓尔不群. 人们对于东方元素的喜爱, 给传统时装市场带来了巨大的商机, 并且把基于文化的业务拓展到全球时装市场. 然而, 包含韩国传统文化的国际品牌还有待开发. 为了发展有韩国特色的国际品牌, 韩国人首先要在国内服装市场上认同本国文化, 然后才能进军国外市场. 便服非常适合采纳韩国元素, 因为这种衣服有很多用途, 很容易被广泛接受和使用. 而且, 多用途便服和时尚内衣的市场需求越来越大. 尽管便服市场在快速发展, 但是对便服的专门研究尚不多见, 目前在对发展中的现代化传统服装、时尚产品和品牌的研究中, 并不包括对便服的研究. 因此, 本论文调查了韩国的便服市场, 研究了消费者对含有韩国传统时装设计特色的便服的评价. 分析了对于韩国传统时装设计元素有购买意向的先例之间的关系, 并且比较了不同生活群体的消费目标. 产品质量, 零售服务质量, 感受价值以及对拥有韩国传统设计元素的便服的喜好被作为购买意向的先决条件. 同时, 本文设计了一个结构方程模型, 用于探讨它们之间的关系以及它们对购买意图的影响. 产品质量和市场营销中的零售服务质量结合在一起, 成为影响人们对韩国特色便服的偏好和价值感知的因素. 而且, 偏好和价值感知对购买意向的影响可以用同一模型来检验. 通过网上调查系统由女性消费者完成了一共357份的自填式问卷, 并制定了一份调查样本人群的生活方式、对于产品和销售服务的标准、对于韩国特色便服的价值感知、偏好以及购买意向的调查问卷. 此外, 问卷还将调查便服的采购和使用行为, 以便检验韩国便服的市场地位. 并且使用描述性分析, 因素分析, 聚类分析来分析数据, 以及使用AMOS 7.0.来进行方差分析和建立结构方程模型. 对于韩国便服市场地位的调查结果显示, 在我们的样本人群中大多数消费者都购买了便服. 便服在目前被认为是在家里穿的衣服, 是消费者比较而言投入较低的衣服. 在调查中显示, 大多数消费者每年仅仅购买2到3次便服, 花费在10美元以下. 购买便服的消费者们的生活方式共有四类: 传统价值导向的生活方式, 品牌影响的生活方式, 追求休闲的生活方式以及健康导向的生活方式, 这四类共计有12个项目. 基于这些生活方式要素, 便服消费者们又可以分为两类: 安乐派和保守派. 文章估量了对含有韩国传统时尚设计元素的便服的购买行为各组成部分之间的关系, 产品质量和零售服务质量都会影响到购买便服的偏好和价值感知. 这个研究结论证明, 高质量的产品和零售服务会对便服形成积极的优先效应. 价值感知和对便服的偏好会对购买意图产生积极的影响. 这个结果表明, 对便服所含有的韩国传统时尚设计因素的强烈偏好和价值感知能增强购买意图. 在两种不同生活方式的群体(即安乐派和保守派)的模型比较中, 结果显示产品质量和零售服务质量对安乐派群体的偏好和感知价值都有积极影响. 然而, 对保守派来说, 只有零售服务质量对偏好和购买意图有积极的影响. 由于安乐派对购买意图显示出更重大的影响, 包含韩国传统时尚设计因素的便服品牌应该关注安乐派的这些特征. 然而, 保守派对包含韩国传统时尚设计因素的便服在偏好和购买意图的关系中显得更强. 因此对包含韩国传统时尚设计因素的便服品牌来说, 它应该把重点放在如何激发保守群体消费者对便服的积极偏爱上. 这些结果提供了关于韩国便服消费者生活方式的信息, 也对那些计划进入韩国便服市场的时尚品牌, 尤其是那些与现行研究样本相似的, 目标为女性消费者的时尚品牌提供了有用的信息. 这一研究也为便服品牌和那些打算创造含有韩国传统时尚因素的高价值品牌提供了策略和市场洞察力. 考虑到不同生活方式群体的类型和便服或传统时尚商品之间的关系, 品牌设计者和市场策划人员可以运用这一研究成果作为市场定位, 目标设定, 以及市场销售策略的一个参考.

디자인마케팅의 본질과 연구영역에 관한 연구 (Defining Essence and Research Scope of Design Marketing)

  • 현대의 기업들은 과거 이성중심의 소비자를 대상으로 하는 4P중심의 마케팅전략에서 이제 감성중심의 소비자를 대상으로 하는 기업 및 브랜드의 인지중심의 감성적 마케팅전략으로 전환하고 있다. 이에 따라, 이성중심의 마케팅전략과 감성중심의 디자인전략이 결합되어 하나의 통합된 프로세스로 소비자에게 접근하는 감성마케팅의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 기존연구에서는 디자인마케팅의 본질과 연구영역을 규정하여 체계적인 검증을 바탕으로 디자인마케팅을 실현하기보다는 단편적으로 마케팅의 기법등을 디자인프로세스에 적용하고 있는 실정이다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구는 디자인마케팅의 본질을 제안하고, 디자인마케팅이 실무에 적용되기 이전 단계로서 디자인마케팅의 연구영역의 규명과 각 연구영역에 대한 다양하고 체계적인 학문적 검토가 선행되어져야 된다고 주장하였다 아울러 디자인마케팅의 영역으로서 전통적인 마케팅영역의 연구영역을 근간으로 하여 3가지 분야를 범주화하였는데 이들 3가지 범주란 첫째는, 디자인은 대상으로 하는 소비자의 의사결정방식의 이해영역, 둘째, 다양한 분석적 툴의 도입과 적용 및 셋째, 상황판단에 따른 전략수립을 위한 다양한 전략툴의 적용을 제안하고 각 분야에 대한 향후 연구방향에 대하여 제안하였다.

  • In a situation in which rural areas are declining, local governments are seeking to revitalize areas by place marketing. Place marketing, defined by various efforts to promote the image of a place, has been used as an economic tool. As a result, the image has been over-promoted and marketing has been driven in a perfunctory manner, so individual residents' lives and experiences have been ignored. Thus, in addition to the traditional types of cultural place marketing and economic place marketing, this study established a 'project for rural revitalization of Hwayang-eup' so that it could be applied to political place marketing aimed at inducing internal investment and improving the welfare of local residents. To implement this project, the concept was set up as building network organization, sustainable development and symbiotic relationship, and various H/W and S/W plans were developed. First of all, in terms of political place marketing, the Hwaeyang Oulim Center was constructed to strengthen the capacity of local autonomous organizations. In terms of cultural place marketing, we explored cultural resources at the village level and created a small community space. In terms of economic place marketing, the landscape around the main street and the township was reorganized to create a cultural business space for urban and rural exchanges. The reinterpretation of place marketing seen through this project was first, it was more process-oriented than results, second, it was important to induce the community-participating village-making project, and finally, the role of experts was important to expand the community movement.

한복제품의 인터넷 쇼핑몰 창업에 따른 온라인 마케팅 연구 (A Study on the On-line Market and Establishment of Internet Shopping Mall for Hanbok)

  • The purpose of this study was to business cases of setting up a shopping mall for Hanbok and other successful marketing cases were investigated to seek easy ways of establishing a internet shopping mall and to provide information on the structure of e-market and online shopping malls. In our country, online market has overtaken offline one, and the former has made sustained progress. Many domestic Hanbok manufacturers set up their homepages as part of efforts for online marketing or P.R. However, online shopping malls are run just by a small number of companies, and traditional Hanbok manufacturers are in worst situations. To be steadily competitive enough to keep on attracting customers, they should try to make their way through e-market from diverse angels. The purpose of this study was to delve into the establishment of an online shopping mall for Hanbok products and relevant marketing in an attempt to lay the groundwork for solidifying the position of Hanbok products in apparel e-market.

  • A lot of Internet shopping malls strive for obtaining a competitive advantage over others in an increasingly tighter electronic marketplace. To this end, understanding customer preference toward products (or services) and administering appropriate marketing strategy is essential for their continuous survival. However, only a few marketing researchers and practicioners focused on this issue, compared with academic and industry efforts devoted to traditional market segmentation. In this paper, we suggest a methodology of conjoint segmentation for electronic shopping malls. Traditional market segmentation methodologies based on customer's profile sometimes fail to utilize abundant information given while navigating around cyber shopping malls. In this methodology, we do not impose information overload to the customer for preference elicitation, but this methodology, we do not impose information overload to the customer for preference elicitation, but capture automatically generated surfing or buying data and analyze them to get useful market segmentation information. The methodology consists of 4-stages: 1) analyzing legacy homepages, 2) data preparation, 3) estimating and interpreting the result, and 4) developing marketing mix. Our methodology was to give useful guidelines for market segmentation to companies working in the electronic marketplace.

  • 이 메일을 이용한 정보봉사는 가장 초기 형태의 디지털 정보봉사서비스로써 도서관분야에서 가장 초기에 발달되었었던 것이다. 그러나 이용자와 도서관 입장에서는 이러한 종류의 서비스가 전통적 방식의 정보봉사서비스와 비교 했을 때 여러 가지 취약점을 노출시켰던 것이 사실이다. 이러한 배경 하에서, 특정의 소프트웨어를 이용한 실시간의 정보봉사서비스가 제공되기 시작하였다. 이러한 실시간의 정보봉사서비스가 이 논문의 주관심사이다. 이 논문은 채팅을 통한 정보봉사서비스를 서비스 마케팅적 관점에서 다루며 서비스가 지니는 독특한 특성들과 서비스 품질이라는 개념을 바탕으로 하여 적절한 마케팅 전략을 제시하고자 하였다.

The Resourcefulness of Sponsored Contents on Social Media -A Netnographic Approach to Customer Inspiration Cues-

  • Fashion marketing activity performed by social media influencers (SMIs) has grown exponentially in the past years. Research regarding their marketing power is often discussed in the context of sponsorship disclosure, in order to overcome obstacles of impending regulations that may endanger the authenticity SMIs are perceived to have compared to traditional marketing agents. Upon recent heterogeneous findings, a netnographic approach was taken to examine the actual sponsored posts of SMIs on Instagram. Based on two representative cases that received media coverage, a qualitative analysis of 1,058 comments on Instagram showed customer inspiration and informational social influence regardless of sponsorship disclosures present. Regarding customer inspiration, high frequency of comments including choice imitation intentions was observed. Under certain conditions, customer responses were focused on the SMI's expertise irrespective from the brand being endorsed. Findings show future implications from both an academic and industry-focused perspective for future potential of SMIs in fashion marketing.

  • The Internet can deliver various information and services at the lowest cost without time and space constraints while targeting the world among all existing means of communication. Unlike traditional media such as TV, newspapers, and radio in the past, promotions through mobile environments allow target customers to use two-way low-cost, high-efficiency promotional strategies regardless of time and place. With the development of the Internet, social media has developed into a place to acquire information about favorite companies and their products. Social media greatly contributes to the production of text, photos, videos, and various networks, and has expanded global communication and communication media through the interaction and sharing of various information. In addition, through social media, users can communicate in various ways, reveal themselves, and share and exchange information such as knowledge and personal thoughts. In line with these changes, corporate marketers and sellers are striving to provide consumers with appropriate information more quickly. We aims to find out about social media marketing strategies useful for companies.

The Differential Effects of Virtual Reality (VR) on the Novice and Experienced VR Users

  • Although research on Virtual Reality (VR) has uncovered numerous technical advantages of VR over traditional media, little is known about how individual VR users with varying prior experience respond to VR differently. This paper examines the effect of users' prior VR experience on their subsequent real-life behavior in the domain of charitable consumption. Specifically, we find that compared to experienced VR users, novice VR users are more likely to support a charitable cause in real life (e.g., ocean conservation) after experiencing this cause in VR. The increased support among novice VR users occurs because they perceive the use of VR to be more novel. We find a boundary of this effect such that when VR is used to promote a noncharitable cause, novice VR users no longer increase their real-life support after VR. This research offers new possibilities for future studies on the use of VR in societal marketing.
