감자의 지방질(脂肪質) 성분(成分)에 관한 연구(硏究) - 제(第) 3 보(報) : 유리(遊離) 및 결합(結合) 지질(脂質)중의 극성(極性) 지질(脂質)의 조성(組成)에 관하여 - (Studies on the Lipid Components of Potato Tubers - III. Composition of Polarlipids in Free and Bound Lipids -)

  • 시험 재배한 4가지 감자 품종에서 추출한 유리(遊離) 및 결합(結合) 지질(脂質)중의 당지질(糖脂質) 및 인지질(燐脂質)을 구성하는 지방질을 박층 크로마토그래피, 가스-액체 크로마토그래피에 의하여 분리 정량하여 비교한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 유리(遊離) 및 결합(結合) 지질(脂質) 중의 당지질(糖脂質)로는 esterified steryl glgcoside, monogalactosyl diglyceridc, steryl glycoside, digalactosyl diglyceride, trigalactosyl diglyceride 등의 성분을 분리 동정 하였고, 유리(遊離) 지질(脂質) 중의 당지질(糖脂質)에는 esterified steryl glycoside의 함량이 총 지방질에 대하여 5.8 %로 가장 많았으나 결합(結合) 지질(脂質) 중에는 trigalactosyl diglyceride가 6.1 %로 가장 많았다. 그리고 유리(遊離) 및 결합(結合) 지질(脂質) 중의 monogalactosyl diglyceride의 함량은 서로 비슷 하였으나 esterified steryl glycoside의 함량은 결합(結合) 지질(脂質)보다 유리(遊離) 지질(脂質) 중에 많은 편이었고, steryl glycoside, digalactosyl diglyceride 및 trigalactosyl diglyceride의 함량은 반대로 유리(遊離) 지질(脂質)보다 결합(結合) 지질(脂質)중에 많은 편이었다. 2. 유리(遊離) 및 결합(結合) 지질(脂質) 중의 인지질(燐脂質)로 phosphatidyl ethanolamine, phosphatidyl glycerol, phosphatidyl choline, phosphatidyl inositol의 성분을 분리 동정하였으나 phosphatidyl glycerol은 유리(遊離) 지질(脂質) 중에서는 존재하지 않았다. 유리(遊離) 지질(脂質) 중에는 phosphatidyl choline의 함량이 총 지방질에 대하여 3.3 %로 가장 많았으나 결합(結合) 지질(脂質) 중에는 phosphatidyl ethanolamine이 14.9%로 가장 많았다. 그리고 그 외의 각종 인지질(燐脂質)의 성분은 모두 유리(遊離) 지질(脂質)보다 결합(結合) 지질(脂質)중에 그 함량이 많았다. 3. 유리(遊離) 및 결합(結合) 지질(脂質) 중의 당지질(糖脂質)을 구성하는 주변 지방산 조성도 총(總) 유리(遊離) 및 결합(結合) 지질(脂質)을 구성하는 지방산 조성과 같았고 다만 유리(遊離) 지질(脂質) 중의 당지질(糖脂質) 중에는 총(總) 유리(遊離) 지질(脂質)보다 palmitic acid의 함량은 많았고 linoleic acid의 함량은 적었다. 또 당지질(糖脂質)을 구성하는 각 지방질의 주된 지방산 조성은 총(總) 당지질(糖脂質)을 구성하는 지방산 조성과 그 패턴이 거의 같았으나 다만 esterified steryl glycoside와 steryl glycoside 중에는 palmitic acid의 함량이 매우 많은것이 특이(特異)하였다. 4. 유리(遊離) 및 결합(結合) 지질(脂質) 중의 인지질(燐脂質)을 구성하는 주된 지방산 조성도 총(總) 유리(遊離) 및 결합(結合) 지질(脂質)을 구성하는 지방산 조성과 같았고 다만 유리(遊離) 및 결합(結合) 지질(脂質) 중의 인지질(燐脂質)에는 총(總) 유리(遊離) 및 결합(結合) 지질(脂質)보다 palmitic acid의 함량이 많았고 linoleic acid의 함량은 적었다. 또 인지질(燐脂質)을 구성하는 각 지방질의 주된 지방산 조성은 총(總) 인지질(燐脂質)을 구성하는 지방산 조성과 그 패턴이 거의 같았으나 phosphatidyl inositol 중에는 palmitic acid의 함량이 많았다.

만성정신분열병 환자들에서 비정상적 불수의 운동과 혈당, 지질과의 상관관계 (Correlations of Abnormal Involuntary Movements with Blood Glucose, Lipid Levels in Chronic Schizophrenics)

  • Objects:It has been reported that the incidence of tardive dyskinesia(TD), the remarkable abnormal involuntary movement, was higher in the schizophrenics with high blood sugar levels and that TD had been improved by small amount of insulin-injection for 90 days. And also it was generally known that the blood lipids were higher in the schizophrenics with tardive dyskinesia. Thus, we tried to replicate the correlations of abnormal involuntary movements with blood sugar levels and blood lipids in chronic schizophrenics treated with antipsychotics. Methods:Thirty-eight male schizophrenic inpatients who were stable in clinical state with medications, were included. The patients who had been already diagnosed as diabetes mellitus(DM), organic brain disorder, substance- related disorder, physical illness were excluded and also we excluded female patients to remove the hormonal effect on TD. Eleven patients who ranked higher(above five) in the Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale(AIMS) were assigned into 2 groups, a dibenese group and a placebo group. Diabinese or placebos were administrated for 3 weeks with antipsychotics and AIMS was rechecked. Results:There were no correlations between the total AIMS scores and blood sugar and lipids levels in all subjects. The means of total and subscale scores(objective, face, and extremity) of AIMS did not reveal statistical significances between diabinese and placebo groups. However(total, jaw, face, upper arm, and objective feeling), were statistically higher in the diabinese group than those in the placebo group. And correlations of total cholesterol(TC) with fast blood sugar(FBS), weight with body mass index(BMI) and waist, total glycerol (TG) with BMI were statistically significant. Conclusion:In this study, there were statistical significances in the changes in ratings of AIMS scores between the diabinese group and the placebo group. Application of oral hypoglycemic agent might be a way of improving abnormal involuntary movements in schizophrenics with abnormal involuntary movements or TD. Althogugh it was not certain that there were correlations of abnormal involuntary movement with blood sugar and lipids, correlations of TC/TG with AIMS, of FBS with AIMS cautiously suggest that the regular check of $HbA_1C$, waist, and weight are recommended for schizophrenics.

생우유 과량섭취와 관련된 영유아의 혈청 무기질과 미량원소 함량 및 지질조성 (Serum Concentration of Major Minerals, Trace Elements, Lipids and Fatty Acids Composition Related to Whole Cow's Milk Feeding in Infancy & Young Childhood)

  • This study was conducted to determine the effect of large amounts of whole cow's milk intake on serum levels of minerals and lipids. Subjects were normal infants who were brought to the pediatric hospital for vaccination at the age of 7-26 months after birth, living in Eumsung-Choongbuk area. The serum concentrations of the imnerals(calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc and copper), lipids and fatty acids composition were analyzed in 38 infants which consumed large amount of whole cow's milk(over 700ml/day). The results obtained are summarized as follows : 1) The mean levels of calcium, phosphorus and magnesium in the serum of the total subjects were 7.56$\pm$0.51mg/dl, 11.12$\pm$0.72mg/dl and 1.62$\pm$0.13mg/dl respectively. The serum concentrations of iron, zinc and copper in total subjects averaged 72.42$\pm$1.62$\mu\textrm{g}$/dl, 76.29$\pm$3. 62$\mu\textrm{g}$/dl and 86.44$\pm$2.98$\mu\textrm{g}$/dl respectively. 2) The mean serum concentrations of triglyceride, total cholesterol, HDL and LDL in the total number of subjects were 96.84$\pm$9.22mg/dl, 133.45$\pm$6.30mg/dl, 32.79$\pm$1.77mg/dl and 81.29$\pm$4.81mg/dl respectively. 3) The average percentages of SFA, MUFA and PUFA inth total serum fatty acids were 38.98$\pm$2.42$\%$, 25.82$\pm$0.98$\%$ and 37.30$\pm$1.09$\%$ respectively and the mean$w6/w3$fatty acids ratio was 13.48. In general, the levels of serum minerals and $\omega$3 fatty acid composition in the subjects of this study, who were whole cow's milk fed infants were lower than those reported in breast milk or formula fed infants. Therefore, the intake of large amount of whole cow's milk in the weani ng period should be controlled and adequate for the infant's nutritional status. (Korean J Community 2(4) : 477-485, 1997)

Fatty Acid Analysis from Leech Skin

  • The lipids of a Korean native blood-sucking leech (Hirudo nipponia) were isolated and analyzed. Cholesterol, fatty acids, triglycerides, glycerylether diester and cholesteryl esters were found from epidennal extracts. The major fatty acids in the leech skin were $C_{16:0}$, $C_{18:0}$, $C_{20:1}$. $C_{20:3}$ components. These components were derived from cholesteryl esters, glycerides, fatty acids and other polar lipids. After 60 days fasting, cholesterol, fatty acids and triglycerides in the skin were reduced in number and the total fatty acid composition was changed slightly. The data of total fatty acids in fasted and fed leech showed that medium-chain fatty acids were more affected than long-chain fatty acids. Other trace fatty acids appeared to be decreased by fasting.

태음조위탕이 비만유발 흰쥐의 체중감량, 혈청지질 및 UCP1 발현에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Taeyeumjowee-tang on Loss in Body Weight, Plasma Lipids and UCP I Revelation of Fated White Rats)

  • Objectives : To identify the effect of Taeyeumjowee-tang on the treatment of obesity Methods : After having been fed a high-fat diet for 6 weeks, obese white rats were classified into three groups. Control group 1 was fed a high-fat diet for 2 more weeks. Control group 2 was fed a normal diet for 2 weeks. The Sample group was fed Taeyeumjowee-tang extract with a normal diet for 2 weeks. The result of the comparison among the three groups was as follows. Results : The Sample group decreased significantly as compared with the Control 1 and 2 groups in changes of the body weight, fat cell size, fat accumulation, insulin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, total lipid, free fatty acid and UCP1. Conclusions : Taeyeumjowee-tang has significant effect on the treatment of obesity resulting from a high-fat diet. Especially, it was a sure remedy for Control group 2 that was fed normal1y after having a high-fat diet.

탄수화물급원의 차이가 흰쥐 체내 지질함량에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Several Carbohydrate Sources on Lipid Metabolism in Cholesterol Fed Rats)

  • The effects of several carbohydrate sources on plasma, liver and fecal lipid contents of rats fed diet containing sucrose, corn starch, brown rice, milled rice or wheat flour with 0.3% cholesterol for four weeks were investigated. Plasma triglyceride and total cholestrol increased significntly in sucrose group, and decreased significantly in milled rice group compared to other three groups. There were no significant differences in plasma lipid contents among corn starch, brown rice and wheat flour groups. The contents of liver triglyceride and cholesterol in brown rice group decreased significantly compared to there four groups. Fecal excretion of total cholesterol in rice and wheat flour groups was significantly higher than in sucrose and corn starch groups. The contents of fecal bile acid increased significantly in milled rice and brown rice groups compared to other three groups. Fecal bile acid content of wheat flour group was similar to those of sucrose and corn starch group. From these results, it is suggested that rice has a possibility of hypolipidemic effect in cholesterol fed rat.

현미와 백미의 지질 함량 및 중성 지질의 조성에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Lipid Content and Neutral Lipid Composition of Brown Rice and Milled Rice)

  • 다수계 품종인 남풍, 밀양 23호와 일반계 품종인 화성, 진흥을 각각 현미, 백미, 겨로 구분하여 준비한 12가지 시료의 지질 성분을 비교하여 보고자 총 지질의 함량, thin layer chromatography(TLC)를 이용한 중성지질의 조성, gas chromatography(GC)를 이용한 각 지질의 지방산 조성을 살펴 보았다. 1. 다수계 2품종, 일반계 2품종을 각각 현미, 백미, 겨로 구분한 12종류의 시료에서 추출한 총 지질의 함량은 현미가 평균 2.65%, 백미가 1.09%, 겨가 20.24%였으며, 품종, 다수계, 일반계 간에 통계적으로 유의적인 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 중성지질의 함량비는 현미가 평균 83.53%, 백미가 87.72%, 겨가 91.06%로 겨의 중성지질 비율이 높았으나 통계적으로 유의적인 차이는 아니었다. 당지질은 현미가 12.39%로 가장 높았고. 백미와 겨는 같은 수준이었다. 인지질의 함량비는 겨가 가장 낮았는데 그중에서도 일반계는 다수계 보다 인지질 함량비가 높았으며, 백미에서도 같은 경향이었다. 2. 중성지질의 조성은 thin layer chromatography(TLC) 상에 7가지가 분리 되었고 그 중 6가지 종류의 중성지질을 표준품의 Rf치와 비교하여 확인하였다. 그 결과 triglyceride(TG) 함량이 현미 56.73%, 백미 52.48%, 겨가 36.42%로 가장 높았고. 다음이 free fatty acids(FFA), steryl esters(SE) 순이었다. 현미와 백미에 비해 겨의 TG함량은 매우 낮은 편이고, FFA는 32.49%로 현미의 17.63%, 백비의 24.39%에 비해 높은 편이었다. 3. 총지질의 지방산 조성은 oleic acid가 37.28%, linoleic acid가 39.08%로 함량이 비슷한 정도로 가장 높았고, 다음이 palmitic acid였다. 겨의 oleic acid 함량이 40.42%로 현미와 백미에 비해 높았고, linoleic acid는 현미와 백미에 비해 낮았다. 이러한 결과는 통계적으로 다수계, 일반계, 품종 그리고 도정에 의해 총 지질의 조성에 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 4. 중성지질의 지방산조성은 총 지질의 지방산 조성과 별 차이 없이 oleic acid와 linoleic acid 함량이 가장 높았고, 다음이 palmitic acid였다. 현미는 oleic acid와 linoleic acid 함량이 각각 37.47%, 38.40%로 거의 차이가 없었고, 백미는 linoleic acid 함량이 43.16%로 oleic acid에 비해 높았으며, 겨는 oleic acid 함량이 40.97%로 높고 linoleic acid 함량이 낮았다.

Effects of Consuming Diets Incorporating Soybean Oil , Canola Oil , and Palm Oil on Serum Lipids and Fecal Fat Excretion in Humans

  • This project was to compare the effects of consuming diets incorporating soybean oil , canola oil, ad palm oil on blood serum lipid patterns and fecal fat excretion in healthy human adults. The project was composed of three studies that were run concurrently . Each study was composed of a 4-day pre-trial period and two , 14-day experimental periods arranged according to a cross-over design. During the pre trial period, subjects were allowed to eat self-selected diets. During the experimental period , subjects were asked to eat constant, laboratory controlled diets in which sources of dietary fat varied . Thirty healthy , young adult subjects were fed a laboratory controlled diet incorporating soybean oil, canola oil, and palm oil. Test oils provided approximately 20% of the total dietary calories form all sources. Total dietary fat from all sources was approximately 30% of consumed calories. The highest serum total cholesterol , LDL cholesterol, VLDL cholesterol , and triglyceride values occurred when pam oil diets were eaten. However, feeding on palm oil diets resulted in the same HDL cholesterol content as with soybean oil or canola oil diets. Soybean oil diets produced numerically lower blood serum total cholesterol , LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides, and numerically higher HDL cholesterol and VLDL cholesterol than did those with canola oil. Fecal fat excretion was numerically lower with soybean oil diets than with canola diets. The highest fecal fat excretion occurred when palm oil diets were eaten.

식이내 Zn의 수준과 지방의 종류가 흰쥐의 지방대사에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Dietary Zn Levels and Kinds of Lipid on the Lipid Metabolism in the Rats)

  • This study was performed to investigate the effect of various levels of Zn(0, 30, 3000 ppms) and different kinds of lipid(corn oil, sesame oil or butter.) in the diet upon lipid metabolism and Zn & Cu concentration in various organs and tissues in weanling rats. The results obtained were summarized as following : 1) Food consumptions, body weight gains and F.E.R.s showed no significant differences among groups. 2) The contents of total lipids and total cholesterols in serum tended to increase with increase in lipid saturation and Zn levels. Those in per g liver were higher in butter groups and tended to be higher in low Zn groups. Total lipids contents in per g muscle tended to be higher in butter and high Zn groups, but total cholesterols contents in per g muscle tended to be higher in corn oil and low Zn groups. 3) Liver, serum and fecal Zn concentrations tended to be higher in high Zn groups than other Zn groups. The Cu concentrations in liver and serum tended to be lower in high Zn groups. On the contrary, the Cu concentrations in urine tended to be higher in high Zn groups.

된장 발효(醱酵) 중 콩 Koji 제조(製造)과정에 있어서 지질성분(脂質成分)의 변화(變化)에 관한 연구(硏究) (Studies on the Changes of Lipids during Soybean Koji Preparation for Daenjang Fermentation in Model System)

  • 개량식(改良式) 콩된장의 발효숙성(醱酵熟成)에 있어서 제국(製麴)과정중의 지질성분(脂質成分) 변화(變化)를 체계적으로 규명하고저, 삶은콩에 Aspergillus oryzae를 접종(接種)하여 3일간(日間) 제국(製麴)하고 삶은 콩과 콩 Koji에 함유하고 있는 지질(脂質)에 관한 연구를 행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 총지질(總脂質)의 함량은 삶은콩보다 콩 Koji에서 더 높았고 요-드가(價) 및 과산화물가(過酸化物價)는 제국(製麴)기간중 큰 변동이 없었으나 산가(酸價)는 크게 증가하였다. 콩 Koji제조과정에서 삶은콩 및 콩 Koji의 총지질(總脂質)을 분획한 결과, 중성지질(中性脂質)$(90{\sim}91%)$이 대부분이고 당지질(糖脂質)(1.8%) 및 인지질(燐脂質)$(7.2{\sim}7.6%)$은 상대적으로 소량이었으며, 삶은콩에 비하여 콩 Koji에서 인지질(燐脂質)의 함량이 많았다. 비극성지질(非極性脂質)은 유리지방산(39.6%)와 트리-글리세리드(29.2%)가 주요구성 성분이었으며, 이중 유리지방산은 제국(製麴)과정중 현저히 증가되었으나 트리-글리세리드는 감소되었다. 한편 극성지질(極性脂質)에서는 포스파티딜 에탄올아민(44.3%) 및 세레브로시드(24.0%)가 주요구성 성분이었고 제국(製麴)과정중 포스파티딜 에탄올아민 함량이 크게 감소하고 세레브로시드 및 모노-갈락토실 디-글리세리드는 증가하였다. 삶은콩의 총지질(總脂質) 및 트리-글리세리드 획분(劃分)의 지방산조성(脂肪酸組成)은 리놀레산(53.9% 및 54.9%)이 가장 많이 함유되어 있으며 콩지질(脂質)의 지방산조성(脂肪酸組成)과 거의 일치하였으나 삶은콩의 유리지방산 획분(劃分)에서는 총지질획분(總脂質劃分)보다 팔미트산 함량이 높았다. 또한 제국결과(製麴結果) 콩 Koji 지질(脂質)중 유리지방산 획분(劃分)에서 리놀레산 함량이 증가되었다.2%$였다. 4. 전당(全糖) 및 ascorbic acid는 선량(線量)이 증가(增加)하고 저장기간(貯藏期間)이 경과(經過)함에 따라서 약간씩 감소(減少)하는 경향이고, 유리당(遊離糖)은 반대(反對)로 증가(增加)하였다. 5. Irish cobbler는 9개월(個月) 저장후(貯藏後)에 90%가 Shimabara는 12개월(個月) 저장후(貯藏後)에 85%가 상품적(商品的) 가치(價値)가 있었다.TEX>$131.0{\sim}499.2ppm$ (平均 : 310.16ppm), 홍조류(紅藻類) $156.0{\sim}530.4ppm$(平均 : 248.2ppm)으로써 녹조류(綠藻類)는 다른 해조류(海藻類)에 비(比)하여 특(特)히 높은 값을 나타내었다. 6) 망간의 함량(含量)은 녹조류(綠藻類) $48{\sim}221ppm$ (평균(平均) : 157.25ppm), 갈조류(褐藻類) $12{\sim}65ppm$ (평균(平均) : 41ppm), 홍조류(紅藻類) $72{\sim}162ppm$ (평균(平均) : 121 ppm)의 분포(分布)로써 갈조류(褐藻類)는 특(特)히 낮은 함량(含量)을 나타내었다. 7) 아연의 함량(含量)은 녹조류(綠藻類) $191.3{\sim}451.1ppm$(평균(平均) : 290.05ppm), 갈조류(褐藻類) $89.9{\sim}374.2ppm$(평균(平均) : 202.64ppm), 홍조류(紅藻類) $106.4{\sim}281.4ppm$ (평균(平均) : 188.93ppm)이었다. 8) 마그네슘함량(含量)은 녹조류(綠藻類) $0.48{\sim}1.83%$ (평균(平均) : 1.27%), 갈조류(褐藻類)$1.04{\sim}1.71%$(평균(平均) : 1.21%)
