바이오가스 직접 개질을 위한 플라즈마 수소 추출기 운전 특성 연구 (Operation Characteristics of a Plasma Reformer for Biogas Direct Reforming)

  • 바이오가스 직접 개질을 위해 플라즈마 방전영역을 확장할 수 있는 3상 글라이딩 아크 플라즈마 수소 추출기를 설계하고 스팀과 메탄의 부피 비율, 가스 유량, 플라즈마 입력 전력에 대해 개질 특성을 평가하여 운전 조건을 최적화했다. 수소생산효율은 플라즈마 에너지 밀도가 작을수록 증가하는 것으로 확인되었지만 CXHY 혹은 carbon soot와 같은 촉매 내구성에 영향을 줄 수 있는 부산물들이 발생했다. 부산물 생성을 억제하기 위해 스팀과 메탄의 비율 혹은 플라즈마 에너지 밀도를 높여야 했고 플라즈마 개질기 최적 조건으로 스팀과 메탄의 비율을 3, 플라즈마 에너지 밀도를 5.5 ~ 6.0 kJ/L로 선정했다. 또한 플라즈마 개질기에서 발생하는 열이 반응가스를 500 ℃ 이상까지 올려줄 수 있어 바이오가스 버너의 연료사용량을 줄여 수소생산효율을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

수온과 광주기에 따른 볼락, Sebastes inermis 치어의 산소 소비율 (Effects of Water Temperature and Photoperiod on the Oxygen Consumption Rate of Juvenile Dark-banded Rockfish, Sebastes inermis)

  • 수온과 광주기에 따른 볼락 치어의 대사율 변화를 조사하기 위해 평균 무게 $20.5{\pm}0.7g$을 대상으로 수온(10, 15, 20, $25^{\circ}C$)과 광주기(24L:0D, 12L:12D, 0L:24D)에 따른 산소 소비율은 측정하였다. 12가지 실험 조합의 산소 소비율은 유수식 형태의 호흡실을 이용하여 24시간 동안, 3반복 측정하였다. 수온과 광주기 그리고 두 인자의 상호작용 모두가 볼락 치어의 산소 소비율에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다(P<0.001). 각 광주기 조건에서 수온 상승에 따라 산소 소비율은 유의적으로 증가하였다(P<0.01). 10, 15, 20 그리고 $25^{\circ}C$에서의 시간당 평균 산소 소비율은 각각 $178.3\sim283.5,\;386.7\sim530.7,\;529.2\sim754.3$ 그리고 $590.0\sim785.5mg\;O_2kg^{-1}h^{-1}$였으며, $Q_{10}$ 값은 $10\sim15,\;15\sim20,\;25\sim25^{\circ}C$에서 각각 $3.17\sim5.51,\;1.87\sim2.10,\;1.08\sim1.24$이었다. 연속 명기(24L:0D)에서의 산소 소비율은 연속 암기(0L:24D)에서보다 유의하게 높았다(P<0.05). $10^{\circ}C$를 제외한 모든 수온 조건에서 12L:12D에서 가장 높은 산소 소비율을 보였으며, 24L:0D의 명기에서의 산소 소비율은 같은 조건의 암기 때보다 유의하게 높은 산소 소비율을 보였다(P<0.05). 이 실험 결과는 각 수온과 광주기 조건에서의 볼락 치어의 산소 소비율을 파악할 수 있으며, 사육관리 및 생리적 반응 정량화를 위한 생체역학 모델 결정에 활용할 수 있다.

HPLC를 이용한 Isoproturon, Phenmedipham, Pyridate 및 Nitenpyram 4종 성분의 잔류농약 분석법 개발 (Analysis of Four Pesticides, Isoproturon, Phenmedipham, Pyridate and Nitenpyram Residues by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography with Diode-Array Detector)

  • Bis-carbamate계(phenmedipham), urea계(isoproturon), thiocarbamate계(pyridate) 및 vinyllidenediamine계(nitenlyram) 4종의 농약을 HPLC를 이용하여 분석하는 방법을 개발하였다. 사용된 칼럼은 C-18($250\;mm{\times}4.6\;mm$, $5\;{\mu}m$ diameter particle size)이며 isoproturon, phenmedipham은 acetonitrile과 물을 50:50으로 섞어서 사용하였으며, pyridate는 acetonitrile과 물을 85:15로, nitenpyram은 phosphoric acid를 이용하여 pH 2.5로 맞춘 50 mM $KH_2PO_4$와 acetonitrile을 90:10으로 섞어 유속 1 mL/min의 isocratic 조건으로 분석하였다. 시료 주입량은 $10\;{\mu}L$이며 retention time은 isoproturon 6.12분, phenmedipham 8.63분, pyridate 9.40분, nitenpyram 12.76분, 정량한계는 모두 0.05 mg/kg이었다. 회수율 실험은 쌀, 사과 및 대두에 4종의 농약 표준품을 각각 0.05, 0.1 및 0.5 mg/kg이 되도록 세 가지 농도로 spiking 하였으며, 회수율 및 분석오차는 70.18~118.08% 범위와 10% 이내를 만족하였다.

경사지 토양에서 강우량과 토성에 따른 물 유출 및 침투 특성 (Characteristics of Soil Water Runoff and Percolation in Sloped Land with Different Soil Textures)

  • 우리나라 밭토양은 70% 이상이 경사지에 위치하고 있기 때문에 침식에 의한 토양유실이 매우 심각한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 토성 간 강우량 및 $EI_{30}$에 따른 토양 유실량과 유출수량 및 지하침투수량을 비교함으로써 토성 및 강우형태에 따른 물 흐름양상을 파악하여 토양유실을 방지하는데 이용하고자 하였다. 본 연구에는 우리나라 밭토양의 중간 경사도 15%의 조건으로하여 라이시미터 토양에서 실험을 실시하였고 강우량과 $EI_{30}$, 토양 유실량과 유출수량, 지하침투수량을 조사하여 강우량과 토성에 따라 침투수량과 유출량과의 관계를 보았다. 강우량에 따른 유출수량 및 지하침투수량은 모두 강우량이 증가함에 따라 증가하는 정의 상관관계를 보였고 토성에 따라 강우량이 증가함에 따른 유출수의 상대적인 증가비율과 유출이 발생되는 최소 강우량은 다소 일률적인 양상을 보이지 않았다. 본 시험 기간동안 강우량 단위 증가에 따른 침투수량의 증분량은 식양토가 0.57으로 가장 높았으며, 다음으로 사양토와 양토가 각각 0.52, 0.36 순으로 나타났다. 지하침투수가 발생되기 시작하는 강우량은 식양토에서 12.86 mm으로 가장 높았고, 양토는 680 mm, 사양토는 5.73 mm로 나타났다. 토성별 강우량 단위 증가에 따른 유출수의 증분량은 토성에 따라 큰 차이는 없었으나 양토에서 0.48로 가장 높았고 식양토, 사양토는 0.46, 0.42 순이었고 유출발생 최소강우량도 양토가 17.4 mm로 가장 높았으며 사양토는 10.5 mm, 식양토는 7.76 mm 순으로 나타내었다.

텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용한 인공지능 기술개발 동향 분석 연구: 깃허브 상의 오픈 소스 소프트웨어 프로젝트를 대상으로 (A Study on the Development Trend of Artificial Intelligence Using Text Mining Technique: Focused on Open Source Software Projects on Github)

  • 제4차 산업혁명을 이끄는 주요 원동력 중 하나인 인공지능 기술은 이미지와 음성 인식 등 여러 분야에서 사람과 유사하거나 더 뛰어난 능력을 보이며, 사회 전반에 미치게 될 다양한 영향력으로 인하여 높은 주목을 받고 있다. 특히, 인공지능 기술은 의료, 금융, 제조, 서비스, 교육 등 광범위한 분야에서 활용이 가능하기 때문에, 현재의 기술 동향을 파악하고 발전 방향을 분석하기 위한 노력들 또한 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 한편, 이러한 인공지능 기술의 급속한 발전 배경에는 학습, 추론, 인식 등의 복잡한 인공지능 알고리즘을 개발할 수 있는 주요 플랫폼들이 오픈 소스로 공개되면서, 이를 활용한 기술과 서비스들의 개발이 비약적으로 증가하고 있는 것이 주요 요인 중 하나로 확인된다. 또한, 주요 글로벌 기업들이 개발한 자연어 인식, 음성 인식, 이미지 인식 기능 등의 인공지능 소프트웨어들이 오픈 소스 소프트웨어(OSS: Open Sources Software)로 무료로 공개되면서 기술확산에 크게 기여하고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 온라인상에서 다수의 협업을 통하여 개발이 이루어지고 있는 인공지능과 관련된 주요 오픈 소스 소프트웨어 프로젝트들을 분석하여, 인공지능 기술 개발 현황에 대한 보다 실질적인 동향을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 깃허브(Github) 상에서 2000년부터 2018년 7월까지 생성된 인공지능과 관련된 주요 프로젝트들의 목록을 검색 및 수집하였으며, 수집 된 프로젝트들의 특징과 기술 분야를 의미하는 토픽 정보들을 대상으로 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 적용하여 주요 기술들의 개발 동향을 연도별로 상세하게 확인하였다. 분석 결과, 인공지능과 관련된 오픈 소스 소프트웨어들은 2016년을 기준으로 급격하게 증가하는 추세이며, 토픽들의 관계 분석을 통하여 주요 기술 동향이 '알고리즘', '프로그래밍 언어', '응용분야', '개발 도구'의 범주로 구분하는 것이 가능함을 확인하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로, 향후 다양한 분야에서의 활용을 위해 개발되고 있는 인공지능 관련 기술들을 보다 상세하게 구분하여 확인하는 것이 가능할 것이며, 효과적인 발전 방향 모색과 변화 추이 분석에 활용이 가능할 것이다.

LC/ESI-MS/MS를 이용한 식품 중 불법적으로 첨가된 비스테로이드성 소염진통제 및 스테로이드 의약품 동시분석 (Simultaneous Determination of Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs and Corticosteroids Added to Foods as Adulterants using LC-ESI-tandem Mass Spectrometry)

  • 소염 진통 의약품 성분인 beclomethasone, dexamethasone, prednisolone, ketoprofen, phenylbutazone 5종에 대한 동시분석을 위해 LC-MS/MS 분석 조건 중 MRM 방식으로 각 성분의 MS 분석 최적조건을 결정하고, 정량이온으로 beclomethasone 409.1/391.0, dexamethasone은 393.1/372.9, prednisolone은 361.0/343.1, ketoprofen은 255.0/209.0, phenylbutazone은 309.1/160.1을 분석하였다. 혼합표준용액을 기울기용매 조건으로 이동상 A(0.1% 개미산), B(0.1% 개미산을 함유한 아세토니트릴)를 이용하여 17분 동안 분석한 결과, prednisolone ($t_R$: 7.34 min), dexamethasone ($t_R$: 7.73 min), beclomethasone ($t_R$: 7.82 min), phenylbutazone($t_R$: 8.31 min), ketoprofen ($t_R$: 9.24 min) 순서로 검출되었다. 5종 성분 모두 약 2-100 ng/mL 농도 수준의 검정곡선에서 $R^2$ 값이 0.999 이상의 우수한 직선성을 나타내었고, prednisolone을 제외한 4종 성분의 검출한계는 0.4-0.9 ng/mL, 정량한계는 0.81-2.22 ng/mL 였으며, prednisolone은 그보다 다소 높은 4.60, 11.46 ng/mL 이었다. 환제품의 기타가공품 공시료에 5종 성분 혼합표준용액을 최종농도가 5, 20, 50 ng/mL이 되도록 직접 첨가하여 분석한 결과, 모든 농도에서 80% 이상의 우수한 회수율을 얻을 수 있었고, 일내 일간 반복 분석의 상대표준편차(%)를 통해 모든 성분에서 비교적 재현성 있는 결과가 나타났다. 실제 인터넷 상에서 유통중인 식품에 이 분석법을 적용한 결과 모든 제품에서 검출되진 않았으나, 소비자들의 건강상 위해를 끼칠 수 있는 이들 성분의 동시분석법을 활용한 지속적인 모니터링이 필요한 실정이다.

한강수계해서의 크롬(III,VI) 종(species) 분포 및 분석방법 정립 (New Analytical Method to Identify Chromium Species, Cr(III) and Cr(VI), and Characteristic Distribution of Chromium Species in the Han River)

  • 본 연구에서는 HPLC와 DRC ICP-MS를 연결하여 수중의 Cr(III)와 Cr(VI) 측정을 위한 최적의 분석조건을 설정하고, 서울시 6개 취수장 원수에서의 Cr(III)와 Cr(VI)의 분포 특성을 조사하였다. 크롬 종(species) 분리를 위한 HPLC 이동상으로는 tetrabutylammonium phosphate monobasic(1.0 mM TBAP), ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(0.6 mM EDTA) 그리고 2% v/v 메탄올을 사용하였으며, flushing solvent로는 5% v/v 메탄올을 사용하였다. 또한 크롬 종 분리 시 방해물질인 $ArC^+$의 제거를 위한 반응가스로 암모니아($NH_3$) 가스를 사용하였으며, Cr(III)와 Cr(VI)의 최적의 분리를 위해 이동상의 solvent ratio, pH 유속 및 시료 주입량의 변화에 따른 시험을 실시하였다. 외국의 경우 Cr(III)가 Cr(VI)보다 분석 감도가 우수한 것으로 보고되고 있으나 본 연구 결과 반응가스($NH_3$)를 사용할 경우, Cr(III)에 비해 Cr(VI)의 분석 감도가 더 우수한 것으로 나타났으며, 검출한계는 Cr(III)와 Cr(VI)에 대해 각각 $0.061\;{\mu}g/L$, $0.052\;{\mu}g/L$로 분석시간은 3분 이내로 나타났다. 서울시 6개 취수장 원수에서의 Cr(III)는 $0.048{\sim}0.064\;{\mu}g/L$(평균 $0.054\;{\mu}g/L$), Cr(VI)는 $0.014{\sim}0.023\;{\mu}g/L$(평균 $0.019\;{\mu}g/L$)의 농도 범위로 검출되었다. 회수율은 $90.1{\sim}94.1%$ 범위로 우수하게 나타났으며, Cr(III)가 Cr(VI)에 비해 $2{\sim}3$배 정도 높은 농도로 나타났다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases.
