영어의 접사 연구: 접사 -en, -ing 를 중심으로 (A study of English affixes: Concentrated on the affixes -en and -ing)

  • This study explores the function of the affixes -en and -ing that could influence the theta-roles of verbs to which the affixes are attached. The two affixes often appear in the synthetic compounds in English. The results are as follows. First, the affixes -en and -ing link the theta-role realized in the subject of the verb to the noun followed, which is proposed as Theta-linking Principle: that is, the affixes -en and -ing link the theta-role realized in the subject of the verb to the noun followed. Second, in the synthetic compounds including the affixes -en and -ing, the left element must not be the subject of the verb, which is the Synthetic Compound Constraint. And the affix -er link thematic roles of the sentential subject, such as Agent, Instrument. Thus, this study aims to find out the function of the affixes on the point of lexical functional approach.

다관형 잠열축열장치의 축열특성연구 -물을 매체로 한 축열 및 방열과정 분석- (Study on the Thermal Storage Characteristics of a Multi-capsule type LTES System -Analysis for Heat Charging and Discharging Process for Water Flow-)

  • This study was designed to seek information on the heat charging and discharging characteristics of a multi-capsule type LTES(Latent Heat of Fusion Thermal Energy Storage) system, and especially prediction equation of outlet water temperature from the system. During heat charging process, the water temperature in the LTES tank increased very slowly in comparison with a predicted one and was kept near the melting point of the PCM for about 25 minutes. During heat discharging process, the latent heat discharging period of the outlet water temperature became longer as the inlet water temperature became higher and/or mass flow rate became lower. The dimensionless temperature of the outlet water was predicted by linking three equations of ${\theta}=1.1Exp(-{\tau}/0.82)$, ${\theta}=-0.06{\tau}+0.3$, ${\theta}=0.8Exp(-{\tau}/1.4)$ ($r^2{\leq}0.88$) depending on discharging period regardless of mass flow rates on the case of the inlet water temperature at $21.5^{\circ}C$.

Dative as Semantic Structural Case

  • Contrary to the popular view that dative is idiosyncratic to verbs or particular theta roles, the distribution of dative is predictable from the distribution of other cases like nominative, accusative, instrumental, etc. That is, dative behaves like an unmarked or elsewhere choice for Non-Actor/Non-Patient (=NANP) roles. This paper develops a theory of semantic structural case under the framework of conceptual semantics (Jackendoff 1983, 1990, 1997, 2002). In my proposed analysis, dative is structurally mapped onto NANP entities in the conceptual structure. Important consequences about other peripheral roles are discussed in section 5.

가교결합 아피오스 전분의 이화학적 특성 (Physicochemical Properties of Cross-linked Apios Starch)

  • 본 연구에서는 아피오스로부터 전분을 추출하여 epichlorohydrin으로 가교결합을 시킨 후 가교결합 아피오스 전분의 이화학적 특성을 분석하였다. 가교결합 아피오스 전분은 치환도가 증가함에 따라 몰가교화도가 0.1225에서 3.5124로 비례적으로 증가하였으며, FT-IR을 측정한 결과, CLAP-2%는 에테르 결합으로 인하여 $1,646cm^{-1}$$2,930cm^{-1}$에서 피크의 강도가 강해져 가교결합 반응이 이루어졌음을 확인할 수 있었다. 천연 아피오스 전분의 X-선 회절도는 $2{\theta}$=15.1, 17.1, 17.9, $23.2^{\circ}$에서 피크가 나타나는 전형적인 A형 전분 형태를 나타내었으며, 가교결합 아피오스 전분은 가교화에 의해 회절도와 상대결정화도에 큰 변화를 보이지 않아 무결정 영역에서 가교결합 반응이 일어난 것으로 추정되었다. 아피오스 전분 입자를 SEM으로 관찰한 결과, 전분 입자는 구형 또는 타원형 모양을 나타내었으며, 가교결합 아피오스 전분은 천연 아피오스 전분과 비교하였을 때 전체적인 형태에는 변화가 없는 것이 관찰되었다. 색도는 가교결합이 진행되면서 명도와 청색도가 변화하였으며, 청가는 천연 아피오스 전분과 가교결합 아피오스 전분 사이에 유의적인 차이가 나타나지 않았다.

이온교환수지 촉매를 이용한 옥탄가 향상제인 TAME 합성반응의 연구 (A Study over Catalytic Behavior Octane Enhancer, TAME Synthesis with Ion Exchange Resin Catalysts)

  • 성질이 서로 다른 그물 구조형 이온교환수지인 Amberlyst-15, Amberlyst-15(wet)와 Amberlyst XN-1010을 가지고 고정층 상압 유통식 반응장치에서 옥탄가 향상제인 TAME 합성반응을 행하였다. Amberlyst-15가 Amberlyst-15(wet)와 Amberlyst XN-1010에 비해 활성이 좋았는데 그 이유는 겔형 미세입자 내부 활성점의 반응참여 정도가 크기 때문으로 생각되며, TAME 합성반응의 최적 조건들은, 반응온도=$135^{\circ}C$, 반응물 몰비(MeOH/I.A.A.)=1.0~4.0, W/F=2.0~4.0 gr.-cat. hr/gr.-mole일 때이었다. X-ray 회절 분석결과 $2{\theta}=20$에서 styrene divinyl benzene이 가교결합을 나타냈으며, DSC 분석결과 열적 안정성의 순서로는 Amberlyst-15, Amberlyst-15(wet) 및 Amberlyst XN-1010이였다. 본 실험에서 구한 TAME 합성의 겉보기 활성화 에너지 값은 Amberlyst-15:Ea=12.36 kcal/mole, Amberlyst-15(wet):Ea=12.46 kcal/mole 및 Amberlyst XN-1010:Ea=14.72 kcal/mole이였다.

천연항생제로서 봉독의 기원 및 지표성분 설정 (Origin and effective ingredient standards of honeybee venom as natural antibiotic ingredients)

  • This research was performed in order to investigate the origin, standard compound, and structural and physical properties of honeybee venom which used as natural antibiotic ingredients to animal. We compared the nucleotide sequence of mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 gene (COI) of honeybees were collected from Gangwon, Gyeonggi, Chungnam, Gyeongbuk, Gyeongnam province and Suwon. As major constituent of honeybee venom, melittin was assayed by liquid chromatography. X-ray, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) were utilized to examine the structural and physical properties of honeybee venom. Based on the 627bp sequence of COI, Apis mellifera ligustica was determinated honeybees collected from all six regions. Melittin content varied from 50.7 to 68.6 and averaged 59.8%. According to XRD analysis, honeybee venom showed regular crystal structure peaks at $2{\Theta}=8.5^{\circ}$ and $21.5^{\circ}$. DSC showed that the maximum degration temperature of powder was around $230^{\circ}C$. Through FT-IR analysis, we could identify cross-linking by the presence of peptide peak at 1,500~1,600 $cm^{-1}$. In conclusion, the origin of honeybee venom was Apis mellifera ligustica and effective ingredient standards was melittin content varied from 50.7 to 68.6 as natural antibiotic ingredients.
