의복의 여유분에 따른 단열력의 변화와 Thermogram을 활용한 의복 표면 온도 특성 분석 (The Change of Clothing Insulation and Surface Temperature Measured by Thermography with the Ease of Pattern)

  • Effects of the ease of pattern on the thermal conditions of clothing were investigated through the measurement of clothing surface temperatures using infrared thermography. Four vests with different pattern ease were worn by five male subjects. Surface temperature distribution on the clothing were then examined using a thermogram to view thermo-regulating characteristics affected by the ease of pattern. Representative surface temperatures were calculated based on the percentage of the surface area within a certain temperature range and the midpoint value of the corresponding area. Representative surface temperatures matches well to the thermal insulation value measured by thermal manikin. Results indicated that representative surface temperature could be a useful quantitative value if some simple calculations were to be used alongside accurate image processing.

초극세 나일론 6 섬유의 염색성 및 물성에 미치는 열처리의 영향 (Effect of Heat Treatment on Dyeing and Physical Properties of Nylon 6 Ultramicrofiber)

  • Nylon 6 staple ultramicrofiber(UMF, 0.074) and regular staple fiber (Regular, 2.0d) were annealed at In, 130, 160 and $180^\circ{C}$ under tension free for 10 min and U min. The treated fibers were dyed with Acid Red 18 and Blue n3. They were adjusted at PH 5.0 of dye bath in buffer solution of $CH_3COOH/CH_3/COONa(0.1mo1/1)$. Liquor ratio was kept at 1000:1. Dyeing rate of UMF annealed at $100^\circ{C}$ was decreased, but was increased for regular nylon. Also dye equilibrium of UMF at $100^\circ{C}$ was increased for Acid Red 18, but was decreased for Acid Blue 83. The intensities of X-ray diffraction peaks of UMF increased with increasing annealing temperature. Also the crystallinity of heat-sotted fibers by DSC thermogram was well agreed with the tendency of density Amino end group, moisture regain and water absorbency were decreased with increasing annealing temperature.

Synthesis and Properties of Novel T-type Nonlinear Optical Polyurethane Containing Tricyanovinylthienyl Group with Enhanced Thermal Stability of Dipole Alignment

  • A novel T-type polyurethane 7 containing 1-(2,5-dioxyphenyl)-2-(5-(1,2,2-tricyanovinyl)-2-thienyl)ethenes as NLO chromophores, which constitute part of the polymer backbone, was prepared. Polyurethane 7 is soluble in common organic solvents such as DMF and DMSO. It shows a thermal stability up to $270^{\circ}C$ from TGA thermogram with $T_g$ value obtained from DSC thermogram near $155^{\circ}C$. The second harmonic generation (SHG) coefficient ($d_{33}$) of poled polymer film at 1560 nm fundamental wavelength is $3.56{\times}10^{-9}$ esu. Polymer 7 exhibits a thermal stability even at $5^{\circ}C$ higher than $T_g$, and no significant SHG decay is observed below $160^{\circ}C$, which is acceptable for nonlinear optical device applications.

Study on Inhomogeneity in Compositions of Asphalt Pavement Wear Particles Using Thermogravimetric Analysis

  • Asphalt pavements are generally composed of fine and coarse aggregates, bitumen, and modifier. Asphalt pavement wear particles (APWPs) are produced by friction between the road surface and the tire tread, and they flow into the environment such as rivers and oceans. Model APWPs were prepared and a single APWP of 212-500 (S-APWP) and 500-1000 ㎛ (L-APWP) was analyzed using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) to investigate inhomogeneity in the compositions of the APWPs. The reference TGA thermogram was built using thermograms of the raw materials and formulation of the model asphalt pavement. The compositions of the APWPs were different from each other. Ash contents of the APWPs were lower than expected. Inhomogeneity in the total contents of bitumen and modifier was more severe than that in the other components. The inhomogeneity of the S-APWPs was more severe than that of the L-APWPs.

천연 제올라이트/에폭시 복합재료의 경화반응 속도론 (Cure Kinetics of Natural Zeolite/Epoxy Composites)

  • 천연 제올라이트/에폭시 수지 복합재료의 경화반응 속도론을 연구하기 위해 DSC 분석법 중 승온적 방법을 이용하였다. 천연 제올라이트의 함량이 증가함에 따라 반응 시작온도와 발열피크의 온도가 낮아졌다. Diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A(DGEBA)/4,4'-methylene dianiline(MDA)/malononitrile(MN, 10phr)에 제올라이트를 20phr 충전한 경우에는 하나의 발열피크가 나타나며, 30phr인 경우에는 shoulder가 나타났다. 40phr의 제올라이트가 충전된 경우에는 발열피크가 두 개로 분리되며, 첫번째 발열피크의 활성화에너지, $Ea_1$은 12.30 kJ/mol이고, 두번째 발열피크의 활성화에너지, $Ea_2$는 12.70 kJ/mol이었다.

부항요법 후 적외선 체열촬영을 통한 관찰 (An observation on the duration of the negative treatment by thermography)

  • Thermal change of thermogram can be induced by heat, drugs, diseases, stress, treatments and so on. Because they changed blood circulation of body surface. Negative treatment have been used in oriental medicine to decrease pain and to purify fluids and it can also change blood circulation of body surface. The purpose of this study was to observe the detail changes of temperature after negative treatment and to know the differences according to the negative pressures by thermography. This study was carried for 5 days and thermogram was operated 15 times. The patient had been treated on the back with electromotive type negative treatment and the treated sites was devides into 4 parts with different negative pressure. The results was that the temperature of all parts rised after treatment and the highest point was 10 minutes after treatment. The differences according to the negative pressures was that the temperature of the 55mmHg part rised particularly than the others and it continued until 40 minutes after treatment. There were no differences between 30mmHg and 40mmHg part. The temperature of 50mmHg part were low than the others during all thermogram.

첨가재료별 증편의 가공 적성 검토 (Studies on Processing Aptitude of Various Additives on the Preparation of Jeung-pyun)

  • 첨가재료를 달리한 증편의 가공적성을 검토하고자 증편제조시 6가지 첨가재료를 첨가하여 증편반죽의 발효에 따른 이화학적 변화, 증편의 외관, 저장성 및 관능적 특성을 비교 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 발효의 진전과 더불어 증편반죽은 경시적인 pH의 감소, 점도의 증가, 부피의 증가를 보였다. 발효 5시간 경과 후 첨가재료를 첨가한 증편반죽의 pH는 높은 경향을 보였다. 반죽의 점도가 높은 콩가루 첨가구의 반죽의 부피도 가장 많이 팽창하였으며 쑥가루, 전지분유, 탈지분유의 경우에도 반죽의 부피증가와 부피증가 간의 변화양상은 유사한 경 향을 나타내었다. 2. 발효과정을 거친 증편반죽을 성형하여 증자한 후 단면의 사진을 관찰한 결과 전지분유, 쑥가루, 난황, 난백 첨가구가 대조구와 유사하게 잘 부풀었으며 콩가루, 전지분유, 난백 첨가구는 기공의 크기가 작고 균일하였다. 3. 첨가재료를 달리한 증편의 DSC thermogram을 비교 분석한 결과 전지분유, 콩가루 첨가구는 대조구에 비해 엔탈피(ΔH)의 값이 낮게 나타나 노화를 상당히 지연시키는 것을 알 수 있었다 또한 저장기간중 Textrometer로 측정한 hardness의 변화와 DSC thermogram을 함께 고려해 보았을 때 hardness를 감소시키고 엔탈피(ΔH)를 감소시키는 것은 콩가루 및 전지분유, 탈지분유, 난백, 쑥가루를 첨가하였다. 4. 증편의 관능검사 결과 콩가루, 전지분유, 탈지분유, 난황첨가구가 대조구에 비해 단단한 정도가 유의적으로 낮았으며 난황 및 쑥가루 첨가구는 증편의 기공이 균일하지 못하였고 기공이 크고 성긴 것으로 평가되었고 콩가루 및 쑥가루 첨가구는 쓴맛이 유의적으로 높았다.

Synthesis and Nonlinear Optical Properties of Novel T-type Polyester Containing Thiophene with Enhanced Thermal Stability

  • A novel T-type polyester 7 containing 1-(2,5-dioxyphenyl)-2-{5-(1,2,2-tricyanovinyl)-2-thienyl}ethenes as nonlinear optical (NLO) chromophores, which are part of the polymer backbone, was prepared and characterized. Polyester 7 is soluble in common organic solvents such as dimethylsulfoxide and N,N-dimethylformamide. It showed a thermal stability up to $300^{\circ}C$ in thermogravimetric analysis thermogram and the glass-transition temperature ($T_g$) obtained from differential scanning calorimetry thermogram was around $113^{\circ}C$. The second harmonic generation (SHG) coefficient ($d_{33}$) of poled polymer films at 1,560 nm fundamental wavelength was around 1.85 pm/V. The dipole alignment exhibits a greater thermal stability even at $10^{\circ}C$ higher than $T_g$, and there is no SHG decay below $125^{\circ}C$ due to the partial mainchain character of the polymer structure, which is acceptable for nonlinear optical device applications.

다이머산계 폴리아미드의 합성 및 특성에 관한 연구 (Synthesis and Characterization of Dimer Acid-Based Polyamides)

  • 본 연구에서는 aliphatic diamine 또는 aromatic diamine을 함유하는 다이머산계 폴리아미드 수지를 축합중합법으로 합성하였으며, FT-IR로 폴리아미드가 합성되었음을 확인하였다. Diamine의 구조에 따라 합성된 폴리아미드의 기계적, 열적 특성을 확인하였다. 방향족 diamine 함유 폴리아미드(DAP)의 경우 지방족 diamine 함유 폴리아미드(DAH) 보다 인장강도와 전단접착강도가 우수하였다. DSC thermogram에서 DAP는 DAH 보다 높은 $T_g$$T_m$을 나타내었다. DAP의 연화점은 $112-115^{\circ}C$이고, DAH는 $98-121^{\circ}C$이었다.
