Online communities are an important source of electronic-word-of-mouth (eWOM), however few studies have examined these types of messages within the Middle Eastern context. This study focuses on Kuwaiti women as members of an online beauty forum; previous work has suggested a mediating effect of gender with women being more likely to trust and follow-up word-of-mouth with a purchase. A conceptual model, based on existing theoretical contributions, provides the basis of a coding framework for the message characteristics that influence members' eWOM adoption. A sub-set of the analysis is presented: 218 threads (1820 messages, coded into 6702 units) illustrating cases where eWOM was adopted and thereby demonstrating continuance intention with members returning to the forum. Content analysis revealed the prevalence of emotional aspects in messages, coded into a new category of 'community bonding'. Findings show that emotion expressed in messages is as influential and important as cognitive aspects of argument quality.

The purpose of this study is to advance apartment houses in quality as a residence through revitalization of tradition and the procedures are as follows: The first procedure is theoretical contemplation. The second procedure is analysis of the traditional residential space that gives a starting point of introspection of it without cease at the stage of formal following or pattern application in revitalizing tradition in the apartment houses. And the third procedure is to select and suggest aspects applicable to developing Korean style apartment houses. The suggest is embodied by a plane figure of 55 pyong type apartment house after selecting the concrete development aspects with approaches such as arrangement and interior space analysis, behavior analysis and space division and design analysis. This study has its meaning in that it suggests a possibility of various approaches other than formal following or pattern application in revitalizing tradition in a new Korean type apartment house, that it gives another selection to diversifying consumers' patterns and that it helps recognize and develop our tradition in this age of cultural nationalism.

This paper delves into philosophical aspects of institutional household(IH) study. The paper argues that it is also necessary to investigate theoretical, methodological, and philosophical issues, not only prescriptive, practical, and managerial ones, in order to establish a field of study as an independent area of academic discipline. In that sense the paper is expected to contribute to the establishment of "the science of IH" as well as the growth of knowledge in that field. For philosophical discussions, the paper first reviews overall sub-fields of philosophy of science such as ontology, epistemology, methodology, and the debate on human nature. Then, it focuses on philosophical issues relating to the nature of IH including (1) the substance of institutional household as scientific investigation, (2) the epistemological basis of IH study, (3) the possibility of normal methodology in studying IH, (4) the values that IH ought to pursue, and (5) the rationale and autonomy of IH study. In the conclusion section, the paper discusses why the study on philosophical aspects in IH is critical in academic community of family resource management.anagement.

Univer sities are doing research rather independently of industry unless inexceptional cases. 5.Universities are making a significant contribution to the exploration of new horizon of power systems engineering, namely, in the research on the social impact on the future of power system. 6.Current main interest of power systems reserch is centered around the stability problem and power system operation and control. Research activity in power system planning is rather low as compared to that in these two major fields. A similar statement holds for the analysis of electromagnetic transients and short circuit analysis. However a new research field is sprouting in the area of power system protection.

The purpose of this study is to establish some concepts, objects, and methodologies which are essential components in the theoretical inquiry of Landscape Architectural Criticism(LAC), and to explore the structure of LAC. Theough comparing the artistic characteristics of landscape architecture with the latent criticism in it, and introducing some important concepts of criticism and aesthetics, the concept of LAC is defined operationally. And through grasping changes of the definitions and concepts about landscpae architecture, and classifying the fields of it which are related to critical structure, the objects of LAC are established. According to Virgil C. Aldrich and many other aestheticians, general aspects of criticism are divided into $\circled1$analysis, $\circled2$ evaluation, $\circled3$interpretation, and $\circled4$description. Through these aspects and Wayne Attoe's opinion(which seemed to be generalized in architectural), the pertinent methodologies of LAC are explored.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the key aspects of Agile management as the basis of a management system in the context of globalization. The research methodology includes several scientific and theoretical methods that have achieved this goal. Adaptation of enterprises engaged in the development, production, and sale of innovative products to constant and rapid changes in the external environment requires managers to apply appropriate management methods. This research aims to investigate the relationship between safety climate and safety perception and safety behavior. Safety perception of the relationship is considered to have a mediating effect. Previous literature has tended to regard safety perception as an independent variable at the same level as the safety climate, which can be said to depend on behavioralism to approach the causal relationship to an one-way perspective. The survey was administrated through full- service carries in Korea such as Korean Air and Asiana Airlines, and low-cost carriers such as JeJu air, Jin air, and Air Pusan. It can identify a mediator of safety perception between safety climate and safety behavior. There are significant indirect effects of each value, which means mediators values of safety perception of safety climate variables and safety behavior. The study highlights that airlines should focus on the importance of their psychological aspects to strengthen the safety behavior of flight attendants and the value of organizational efforts to mature safety perceptions, suggesting some implications of theoretical and practical aspects.

The European Union has very sensitively felt the changes brought about by the military actions on the territory of Ukraine. Military actions on the territory of Ukraine are a destructive factor in the labor market. Today, the main task of economic recovery is to minimize the consequences of humanitarian problems and preserve human potential, which is an important source of business activity. Based on the results of the study, we have identified key aspects of the impact of military actions on the EU labor market.

The purpose of the study is to determine the key aspects of the problems of employment of the population and the directions of their state regulation in war conditions. Employment policy involves a system of measures to create conditions for a more complete use of the potential of labor and business activity of the able-bodied population, linking this activity through taking into account the specifics of group interests with the tasks and guidelines for socio-economic development. But in the conditions of war, this problem acquires a new relevance. For the study, a number of theoretical methods of analysis were used. Based on the results of the study, the key aspects of the problems of employment of the population and the directions of their state regulation in war conditions were identified.
