Recently, distribution transfer velocity was extremely lowered by high supply rate of vehicle and low road rate. Therefore expansions of transfer network these were subway, road and railway to recover competitive power as a reform measure of physical distribution traffic were become preference previous subject. For reason of that, an expansion of transfer network is meeting competitive power as selected an elevated road in the ground road network that condition of location calm and get out of the existing urban than the underground road to connect oversensitive a large city and expanded small and medium satellite town. In the meantime, while elevated structures construct, they go through the civilian residential section, agriculture land, etc. The consequence is that it raises a vibration, noise, dust, an infringement of the right to a view and an infringement of the right to a sunshine. In this study, we analyzed Quantitatively sunshine quantity with building 3D simulation model of civil structure. Therefore, we present as planning data to reduce a civilian appeal for dispute of the right to sunshine and an economic and time loss between the government and construction company In addition to that, for the standard of the standard plan of usable sunshine quantity program in the practical business, the building of convenient user interface will be the project to be done.

본 논문은 N시에서 발생하는 B와 W 아파트단지 사이의 일조권 침해 분쟁의 연구에 대한 결과이다. 최근 도심에서 발생하는 일조권에 대한 분쟁은 쾌적한 주거의 질을 확보할려는 주민들의 욕구 중대로 인해 그 문제가 점차 확대되고 있다. 특히 건축당시에는 인지하지 못했던 일조권에 대한 문제가 시간이 지나면서 주거환경에 대한 관심이 높아져 그 분쟁의 수위가 시간이 갈수록 높아지고 있으며, 최근에는 도심에서 발생하는 일조권에 대한 해석이 공동주택 건축시 건축법규에 적합하게 설계 시공하여도 인근 아파트에 일조권에 대한 피해를 주었다면 배상을 해야 한다는 판결이 계속 나오고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 일조권에 대한 영향 및 피해범위에 대해 사례분석을 통하여 파악해 봄으로써 향후 민원발생시 효율적인 대책수립을 위한 기초적인 자료를 제시하고자 한다.

The objectives of the present study were to assess the oxidative stability of South Korean n-3 (omega-3 fatty acid) supplements carried out from 2018 to 2019 and evaluate the influence of product characteristics on oxidative safety. A total of 76 n-3 supplements were analysed for oxidation safety by four markers, including acid value (AV), primary oxidation (peroxide value, PV), secondary oxidation (p-anisidine value, pAV) and total oxidation value (TOTOX). Among the supplements tested, 5.3 %, 55.3 %, 28.9 % and 46.1 % exceeded the international voluntary recommended levels for AV, PV, pAV and TOTOX, respectively. Purity (%) of products, remainder of expiration date (suggested shelf life), package in press through package (PTP) and products with additives had statistically significant differences oxidation assessment levels (p < 0.05). In addition, n-3 group found in Algae oil had significantly lower AV levels than the group that did not, and product with Alaska pollack oil, had significantly higher pAV levels than without group (p < 0.05). The high oxidation status of South Korean n-3 products in the present study could not be considered a public health problem right now. However, the levels of oxidation may affect a lot the efficacy and safety of using n-3 supplements. Thus, current oxidation safety limits should be reestablished by regulatory bodies to ensure the safety and efficacy of n-3 supplements, so that the standards could be applied to the products available to consumers.

Onco-testicular sperm extraction is used to preserve fertility in patients with bilateral testicular tumors and azoospermia. We report the case of a testicular tumor in the solitary testis of a patient who had previously undergone successful contralateral orchiectomy and whose sperm was preserved by onco-testicular sperm extraction. A 35-year-old patient presented with swelling of his right scrotum that had lasted for 1 month. His medical history included a contralateral orchiectomy during childhood. Ultrasonography revealed a mosaic echoic area in his scrotum, suggesting a testicular tumor. The lesion was palpated within the normal testicular tissue along its edge and semen analysis showed azoospermia. Radical inguinal orchiectomy and onco-testicular sperm extraction were performed simultaneously. Motile spermatozoa were extracted from normal seminiferous tubules under microscopy and were frozen. Eventual intracytoplasmic sperm injection using the frozen spermatozoa is planned. Onco-testicular sperm extraction is an important fertility preservation method in patients with bilateral testicular tumors or a history of a previous contralateral orchiectomy.

As a factor of housing environment, right of light became a subject of discussion as a social issue. Cases on the right of light in properties have been increased. Also many interests in the scape of the city have been increased. This study aims to show the possibility of variation of the shape of the apartment buildings considering the right of light. Reflecting this recent situation, we are setting up the night illumination and constructing a building which acts as Land Mark like the Jong-Ro Tower. And In case of the apartment building, various forms are deviated from an existing standardized form and skyline Existing studies on the sunshine of apartment buildings have dealt with just a standardized apartment building form. So this study analyzed a recently increasing interest for right of light and the changes of sunshine environment of apartment buildings having various forms of skyline.

A 3-month-old male, Cocker Spaniel with persistent regurgitation immediately after weaning and stunted growth was referred. Radiographic findings on the lateral view include ventral deviation of the thoracic trachea caused by draping of the dilated esophagus and a distinct interface of the dorsal wall of the esophagus silhouetting with the cranial thoracic hypaxial muscles. On the ventrodorsal view, the cranial mediastinum was widened with soft tissue opacity. The trachea was deviated to the right. In an esophagogram, the segmental dilation of the esophagus with constriction of the lumen just cranial to the heart base was identified. In a fluoroscopic examination, the contrast medium was massively accumulated in the cranial portion of the constricted esophagus. At surgery, it was confirmed that the esophageal tract was constricted at the cranial to the base of the heart by aberrant right subclavian artery. It was ligated and divided surgically. Current state of the referred is maintained normal condition from the surgical repair.

Objectives : This study was done to investigate the degree of the pulse wave parameter of post-mastectomy women and to identify the relationships between each of them. Methods : Data were obtained from public health center in Busan Metropolitan city. Participants were 82 post-mastectomy women aged 31-82. the data collection was from Oct, 1, 2010 to Oct, 31, 2010. the data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Duncan test. A p-value less than .05 was considered significant by 2-tailed test. All statistical analyses were performed with SPSS/Win(ver 12.0). Results : As for the difference in the pulse wave by the general characteristics. The pulse energy was showed highly in the order of Chon, Quan and Chuk of left and right pulse respectively. In the pulse energy of left Quan and right Chon, the case of both mastectomy was showed highly and in the pulse energy of left Chuk, the case of right mastectomy was showed highly. Left and right pulse energy of menopause female were significantly higher than normal range except left Chon and Chuk. In h1, h2, h4, h5, t1, t2, AP and Aw, the pulse energy of left Chon was showed the largest significantly. In As, the pulse energy of right Chon was showed the smallest and in Ad, right Chuk was showed the largest. In RAI, right and left Chuk was showed the highest respectively. Conclusions : From these result, we can see that there are relation between women's age, area of operation breast and menopause after mastectomy in pulse wave. The result of this study will become basic data necessary for the Oriental Medicine treatment to reduce or prevent women's functional difficulties, symptomatology after mastectomy.

At present, naked-eye 3D appears more and more commonly on the facades of urban buildings. It brings an incredible visual experience to the audience by simulating the natural 3D 3D space effect. At the same time, it also creates enormous commercial value for city publicity and commercial advertisements. There is much research on naked-eye 3D visual effects, but for right-angle LED screens. Right-angle LED screen's brand-new expression method that has only become popular in recent years, how to convey a realistic naked-eye 3D effect through two LED screens combined at right angles has become a problem worth exploring. To explore the whole design ideas and production process of the naked-eye 3D impact of the right-angle LED screen, this paper is a preliminary study aimed at understanding the performance principle and expression features. Before the case analysis, first, understand the standard virtual 3D space construction techniques. Combining it with the optical illusion phenomenon, according to the expression principle of the naked-eye 3D effect of the right-angle LED screen, it can be summarized into seven expressions: Shadow, Color contrast, Background structure line, Magnify object, Object out of bounds, Object floating, Fusion of picture and background. By analyzing the optical illusion phenomenon used in the case, we summarized the main performance characteristics of the naked eye 3D effect. The emergence of right-angle LED screens breaks the limitation of a single plane of optical illusion art, perfectly combines building facades with naked-eye 3D visual effects, and provides designers with a brand-new creative platform. Understanding its production principles and main expressive features can help designers enter this innovative platform better.

버스외부광고는 매체의 특성상 도시를 운행하며 불특정 다수에게 노출된다는 특성이 있다. 이는 단순한 기업의 이익을 위한 사적인 마케팅 활동을 넘어서서, 도시의 공공성에 영향을 미치게 된다. 서울시는 시내 버스 외부광고 운영 개선 계획을 통해 주류 및, 담배, 선정적 내용의 광고들이 점차 사라지고 있는 추세이나 공공성의 관점에서 살펴보아야 할 광고들도 여전이 있었다. 영국의 버스외부광고 현황 및 사례를 통해 버스 외부광고의 높은 노출성과 광고효과로 광고가 활발히 이루어짐을 알 수 있었다. 또한 버스외부광고 내용의 지침서를 정해놓고 관리 감독을 하고 있어 공공성 부분을 중요하게 다루고 있었다. 버스외부광고의 공공성을 '영역의 공공성', '주체의 공공성', '이유의 공공성', '절차의 공공성'으로 분류하여 그 의미를 설정하였다. 이를 통해 버스외부광고에 대한 적절한 규제 및 관리가 이루어질 때 사적인 영역인 버스외부광고의 상업적 권리와 시민의 권리인 공공성이 적절히 조화롭게 발전할 수 있음을 제언하였다. 도시환경관점에서 버스외부광고를 통한 예술적 접근이 미적향유와 시민의 디자인적 눈높이 향상에도 일조한다.

We can take 'Profit security', in the field Process improvement activity and man-power upgrade in the learning of organization activity or upgrading ability of each peoples. After Tayler System(Scientific Management in1911) and Ford System(Conveyor system in 1913), Toyota System(Ohno's TPS; Toyota Production System around 1980) which was developed by Toyota in Japan in the third productive revolution. This thesis study on the focus of 2 successful examples(P and S companies in Seong-Seo industrial complex Tae-Gu city) which introduce Toyota system can apply to VM(Visual Management), 3jeong(Right Products Right Quantity, Right Box and Right Position)5S(Seiri, Seiton, Seisoh Seiketsu, Sitsuke), JIT(Just In Time), KAIZEN(Improvement), KANBAN System(Logistic) and output of Factory. For examples P company obtained a lot of results(productivity increase 19%, Quality up 46%-36ppm, storage decrease 25% per year), S company obtained a lot of results(productivity increase 20%, Quality up 40%, storage decrease 33% per year, 2600 improvements in 2002. In conclusion Korean KANBAN system (modified Toyota System) is similar to exchange of work as Korean traditional system in agriculture as like dure 'PUMASHI' SANGBU-SANJO) that's autonomous management systems. In conclusion Korea KANBAN system needs apply to not only all the manufacturing industry but also the various fields of industry.
