The purpose of this study is to examine consciousness of purchasing fashion luxury and to investigate the extent of post-purchase satisfaction among young college students. 400 consumers living in Daejeon were surveyed for the purpose. We used, for a data analysis, descriptive statistics, frequency and ANOVA. The results are as follows: 1) There were significant differences in consciousness of purchasing fashion luxury by demographic variables, such as sex, age, and major. Females with a clothing & textiles major marked higher scores in both interest and preference for fashion luxury. They regarded it as the goods with high price, high brand, and high quality. 2) One of the best items of fashion luxury goods was a watch for the students. Cosmetics was also one of them. Yet, the students were unsatisfied with shoes, bags, apparels, sunglasses, cosmetics, and accessories. 3) Most of college students were willing to purchase bags. The purchasing motives of fashion luxury were to be self conspicuousness, self satisfaction and fashion brand image. 4) Well-known luxury brands were Channel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Burburry and Prada. They were also preferred.
There has been a gradual increase in distribution of counterfeit products and resulting damage cases from companies and consumers. It examines which antecedent variables have significant effects on consumer perceived satisfaction or regret. To test the related hypotheses, such antecedent variables as the utilitarian value, the hedonic value, legal regulations, and ethical mentality of consumers were examined and also did whether these factors have differences between Korean and Chinese consumers. Findings from the empirical analysis are as follows. First, Korean and Chinese consumers' perceived utilitarian value and hedonic value in counterfeit products in contrast to original products are found to have a positive influence on consumer perceived satisfaction with counterfeits while they have a negative influence on consumer perceived regret with counterfeits. Second, in the case of Korean consumers, the hypothesis that legal regulations on counterfeit products will influence the degree of regret with counterfeit products has been rejected. And it is found that the more ethical Korean consumers are, the more regretful for their post purchase they feel. Third, in the case of Chinese consumers, the hypothesis that legal regulations and ethical on counterfeit products will influence the degree of regret with counterfeit products has been rejected. Therefore, it can be said that the results in this paper provide significant implications for government policy, legal regulation and enforcement, and some need for a change in consumer consciousness and attitude as well as for marketing strategies of Korean and Chinese famous brand manufacturing companies.

This study is surveyed for understanding attitude toward make-up and purchasing behavior of cosmetics of preteen generation, elementary school students among 10 to 12 using a method of questionnaire. It helps concerned traders comprehend purchasing characteristics of preteen and map out a strategy for marketing of preteen. And it used research material being able to understand socio-psychological characteristics and attitude toward make-up and purchasing behavior of cosmetics of preteen generation. For the survey, a method of questionnaire was used. The questionnaire consisted of 4 questions for socio-psychological characteristics, 5 for appearance, 8 for attitude toward make-up and 6 for cosmetic purchase behavior and 3 for demographic factors. 458 girl students among 4, 5 and 6th graders at elementary schools in Seoul were selected on a random basis. Data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation. F-test, Duncanis post test and crosstab analysis were also applied. 1. The level of interest of pre-teen generations was found normal. 2. The most popular destinations for buying cosmetics were dedicated cosmetics shops and department stores. 3. Satisfaction and interest of appearance and make-up. 4. Attitude toward make-up and behavior of purchase cosmetics as grades.
The purpose of this study is to explore emotion aspects of consumers purchasing clothing through cable television home shopping. Qualitative research method is used to widely understand how emotion aspects of consumers have effected on their purchasing behavior. The results of depth interviews may be classified into 13 feelings factors satisfaction, pleasure/delight, respect, attraction, fresh, convenience, unburdened, emptiness, displeasure/temper, anxiety, tedious, distrust, regret. The content of information acquiring from the process of clothing purchase decision making is analysed. In the problem recognition stage, purchase motivation were physical space (around people) and imaginary space(by how clothing goods are introduced to consumers thorough TV monitor). In the information search stage, purchasing action patterns to search information were situational pattern and habitual pattern. In alternative evaluation stage, the considering best important factors to choice clothes were quality, price, design, and color. In purchase stage, consumers said they felt anxiety, because of characteristics of purchase way that they should pay first and then received the ordered goods a fews days later. In post-purchase behavior stage, if consumers satisfied goods purchased through TV home shopping, they recommended it to around others, but unsatisfied with ordered goods, they tried to refund, exchange with anther one, or write it on homepage of the home shopping company.
Although there have been many studies regarding the inconsistency between consumers' attitudes and behavior, prior research has almost exclusively focused on the relationship between the attitude before behavior and the initial behavior. Relatively little research has been conducted on consumer satisfaction after purchase and post-purchase behavior. This research proposed that the relationship between satisfaction and post-purchase behavior is moderated by consumers' psychological characteristics such as need for cognitive closure(NCC) and temporal self-construal(SC). The need for cognitive closure refers to individuals' desire for a firm answer to a question and an aversion toward ambiguity. We assumed the need for cognitive closure as a major moderating variable because it is judged that the requirement for cognition clearly varies between when a consumer repurchases the same product and seeks a new alternative. Individuals who tend to end cognition due to time constraints or inappropriate conditions may display considerable cognitive impatience or impulsivity and has a higher probability in repurchasing the same product than a consumer without such limitations. They would avoid further consideration for new alternatives and the likelihood of the repurchase for prior alternative would increase. As hypothesized, significant moderating effect of the NCC was confirmed. This result gives a significant implication for a corporate to establish effective marketing strategies. For a corporate or product brand that has been occupying the market after entering the market earlier, it would be effective to maintain need for cognitive closure high in the existing consumers and thereby preventing the consumers from being interested in the new alternatives. On the other hand, new brands that have just entered the market need to lower the potential consumers' need for cognitive closure so that the consumers can be interested in new alternatives. Along with need for cognitive closure, temporal self-construal also turned out to moderate the satisfaction-repurchase. temporal SC reflects the extent to which individuals view themselves either as an individuated entity or in relation to others. Consumers under a temporarily independent SC would repurchase former alternative again according to their prior satisfaction and evaluation. In contrast, consumers in temporal interdependent SC tended to switch to a new alternative because they value interpersonal relationships above anything else and have a tendency to rely heavily on in-group opinions. When they are confronted with additional opinions, it is highly probable that he/she will choose a new product as an alternative. By proving the impact that temporal self-construal has on repurchasing behavior, this study is providing the marketers with new standards for establishing successful promotional strategies. For example, if the buyer and the user is the same for a product, it would be effective for the seller to convince the consumer to make decision subjectively by encouraging temporal independent self-construal. On the contrary, in the case where the purchase is made by an individual but the product is consumed by a group of people. For example, a housewife is more likely to choose the products or brands that her husband or children prefer rather than the ones that she likes by herself. In that case, emphasizing how the whole family can be satisfied and happy about the product would be effective for promoting repurchase.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between traditional media communication, new media communication, lovemarks, satisfaction, and behavioral intention in foodservice industry. As the results of study as followed. First, traditional media communication had a significant effect on love dimension, but no significant effect on respect dimension of lovemarks. Second, new media communication had a significant effect on love and respect dimension. Third, love and respect dimension of lovemarks had a significant effect on satisfaction and behavior intention respectively, also satisfaction had a significant effect on behavior intention. Fourth, as a result of the indirect effect analysis of the research model, the traditional media and new media communication had a significant effect on satisfaction through lovemarks, and a significant effect on the behavior intention through lovemarks and satisfaction. This result shows that the enhancement of consumer's communication experience and lovemarks recognition can promote post-purchase behavior such as satisfaction with brand and behavioral intention.

In order to export Korean spray roses to the China, it is needed to analyse chinese preferences, rose attributes, and purchase intentions. The purpose of this study is to present the implications on the production and distribution of roses for export by analyzing the quality preference attributes and purchase intention of Korean rose for Chinese flower experts. A survey on the preference and purchase intention of Korean flower roses by Chinese flower experts was conducted through face - to - face interviews with flower show participants in China. Approximately 100 Chinese flower experts who participated in the Flower Show in 2016 received the questionnaire, and 86 survey results could be used for analysis. Survey data were analyzed using ordered probit and bivariate probit models. As a result of an analysis, it was found that Chinese flower experts were more likely to buy Korean roses than Chinese roses even if they consider flower color, leaf shape and size and color diversity. The probability of purchasing more than twice the price was higher than that of the color diversity considering the flower shape, leaf shape and size, but the bivariate order probit model was larger than that of flowers, leaves and size, and the order of probability size was changed. In order to increase the export of Korean spray roses to the Chinese market, We need to increase Chinese experts' preferences and satisfaction. For this purpose, it is very important to develop export varieties of roses with large flower buds and shape / coloring, and to apply the useful post-harvest technology that can extend freshness and distribution period of export roses.
In a world where opportunities and chances are common, the phenomenon referred to as "generation maybe" describes people in their 20s and early 30s who are usually being indecisive. With the increase in breadth of information and choices, the number of people who are hesitant in deciding whether to purchase increases at a fast pace, as does the number of products and services targeting this group. In order to enhance our understanding of the phenomenon of consumer hesitation, this study explores contextual factors and consumer characteristics that affect consumer hesitation in the purchase decision-making process. Specifically, this study examines whether seven contextual factors, self-determination tendencies, and five decision-making styles influence consumer hesitation in the product decision making process. An online survey was administered to test our research questions. A total of 309 Korean consumers (female=48.9%) aged from 20 to 35 were surveyed. A regression analysis revealed that four contextual factors (product involvement, need for information on alternatives, relative price, and uncertain need), two sub-dimensions of self-determination (perceived competence and relatedness), and two decision-making styles (price seeking and advice seeking) have noticeable influences on consumer hesitation. We also found that the degree of consumer hesitation positively influences consumer post-purchase satisfaction. The study concludes with discussions and practical implications.
This study attempted to identify the influencing factors of Taobao Online Live Commerce influencer's attributes on Taobao Live Platform users' post-purchase satisfaction, repurchase intention and flow, and addiction. Through previous studies, researchers set the live commerce influencer attributes into four categories: expertise, attractiveness, interactivity, and aesthetics, and examined the effects of these attributes on consumers' repurchase intentions, flow and addiction. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that among the attributes of Live Commerce influencer, professionalism, interactivity, and aesthetics had a significant effect on the utilitarian shopping value in consumer satisfaction, and four attributes, including attractiveness, had a positive effect on the hedonic shopping value. In consumer satisfaction, hedonic shopping value had a positive effect on utilitarian shopping value satisfaction. In addition, it was found that consumers' satisfaction after purchase affects repurchase intention and immersion. The effect of flow on repurchase intention and addiction was also confirmed. It is hoped that this study will help revitalize influencer marketing in the growing live commerce market and provide basic data to contribute to establishing marketing strategies.

Reselling, an activity of purchasing high-scarcity products and selling them back at high prices, has gained popularity among those in their 20s and 30s in recent years. This study examines the resell activity process of the MZ generation using the online second-hand platform and its inherent meaning. Interviews with 15 participants in their 20s and 30s showed that respondents have four purchase stages: being influenced by social media, collecting and comparing information using various social media, purchasing efforts, and post-purchase behavior. The research derived three inherent meanings of resell activities: (1) means of self-presentation and differentiation, (2) confirmation of investment skills and aptitude to lead fashion trends, and (3) pleasure of consumption. Respondents indicated meeting self-satisfaction through public selfies on social media. In addition, they emphasized the empirical pleasure during the buying journey by collecting product information, comparing prices, and negotiating with buyers. Our findings confirm the spread of resell activities from minority groups to enthusiastic youth. This study is significant for focusing on fashion products that attract attention in the resell market and examining the respondents' consumption experiences from various perspectives.
