The purpose of this study was to define the mutual relationship between the explanatory variables of brand loyalty and consumer's fashion luxury brand loyalty, and ultimately to show a path model of fashion luxury brand loyalty. Especially this was focused on the relationship among social risk perception, symbolism involvement, marketer leading information search, and continuing brand loyalty. In the empirical study, a questionnaire was developed through the literature search and a survey was conducted both in on-line and off-line questionnaire simultaneously. Finally 291 data from males and females who had a buying experience of luxury brand goods were analyzed. The result showed the 4 significant paths of fashion luxury brand loyalty existed, such as social risk perception$\rightarrow$symbolism involvement, social risk perception$\rightarrow$marketer leading information search, symbolism involvement$\rightarrow$continuing brand loyalty, marketer leading information search$\rightarrow$continuing brand loyalty. And the explanatory factor which has the strongest influencing power to continuing brand loyalty was symbolism involvement. The powers of social risk perception and marketer leading information search to continuing brand loyalty were weaker than symbolism involvement. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to develop a theory on the consumer's loyalty to fashion luxury goods and marketing strategies for enhancing the brand loyalty.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of retailing types on consumers' omnichannel experience while purchasing fashion products. The omnichannel experience occurs when retailers provide seamless customer experience across the various touchpoints of retail channels. In this empirical study, retail types were categorized into single-brand stores and multi-brand stores, and the relationship among store loyalty, brand loyalty, and customer retention was observed by the research model. A survey was conducted on the global consumers who had experience in purchasing fashion products via the omnichannel using Amazon Mechanical Turk; as a result, 351 responses were analyzed. The mediating and moderating effects of loyalty constructs and retail types were analyzed using Process Macro 4.0. The results indicated that a seamless omnichannel experience affects customer retention by mediating store loyalty and brand loyalty; additionally, the dual mediating effect of store loyalty and brand loyalty was significant. The moderating effect according to retail type was identified, and the moderated mediation effect of store loyalty was validated. The results showed that multi-branded retailers' store loyalty had a stronger influence on customer retention than that of single-brand retailers and exhibited the relationship between store loyalty and brand loyalty as well as retail types (single vs multi) in a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between sports commitment, sportswear brand satisfaction, and brand loyalty of female university students in their 20s. Two hundred surveys were distributed to female university students, and 185 responses were used for the final analysis. The SPSS program was used with a reliability test and factor, frequency, path analysis. Based on the literature review, the following five hypotheses were suggested. H1: Cognitive commitment will have a positive effect on the behavioral commitment of sports commitment factors. H2: The behavioral commitment of female university students will have a positive effect on brand satisfaction. H3: Sportswear brand satisfaction will have a positive effect on continuous brand loyalty. H4: Cognitive commitment will have a positive effect on habitual brand loyalty. H5: Continuous brand loyalty will have a positive effect on habitual brand loyalty. The results of this study showed that first, after the factor analysis, there were two factors of sports commitment (behavioral commitment and cognitive commitment). Second, the path analysis results revealed that there were significant relationships between sports commitment factors (cognitive commitment and behavioral commitment), sportswear brand satisfaction, and brand loyalty factors (continuous brand loyalty and habitual brand loyalty). The results revealed that cognitive commitment had a positive relationship with behavioral commitment, which had a positive relationship with sportswear brand satisfaction. Sportswear brand satisfaction had a positive relationship with continuous brand loyalty, which had a positive relationship with habitual brand loyalty. Cognitive commitment also had a positive relationship with habitual brand loyalty.

Customers who show high level of brand loyalty are one of the most important corporate assets. Accordingly, customers' brand loyalty has been addressed as a critical issue for the business success. In today's business environment where business channels to customers have expanded and diversified continuously, especially the use of social network services (SNSs) have drawn a lot of attention as an effective channel to promote customers' brand loyalty. This study, thus, analyzes the impact of the virtual brand community identity on customers' brand loyalty, focusing on the role of the sense of communities as mediators. The analysis was conducted by using the data collected from 239 users of Chinese virtual brand communities. The results show that both virtual brand community identity and the sense of communities significantly influence on customers' brand loyalty. Furthermore, the results reveal that both of the community belongingness and community trust composing the sense of community partially mediate virtual brand community and brand loyalty as hypothesized. Based on the results, the strategic implications are suggested and discussed, focusing on improving the customers' brand loyalty in the context of SNSs. Our findings and discussions can help companies develop their customer strategies for utilizing the virtual communities to strengthen customers' brand loyalty.

In order to achieve the goals of the study, a hypothesis and structural equation were proposed based on preceding research and the proposed model was analyzed using LISREL 8.30 to prove the hypothesis and better understand the interactions between the cause and effect. The results were as follows: Six proposed hypothesis were chosen and the indirect effect was verified. In other words, customers' personal involvement was shown to have an effect on trust and devotion and satisfaction influenced switching cost and loyalty. Trust had an effect on switching cost and loyalty and by analyzing the indirect effect the customers' personal involvement was shown to affect the switching cost and loyalty through satisfaction and trust. According to the result of ANCOVA, highest status customer's loyalty and middle status customer's loyalty decrease when they experience demotion. But middle status customer's loyalty less decreases than the highest status customer. Loyalty of the group who feel high truth of message less decreases than those of other groups. And loyalty of the low-involvement group's loyalty less decreases than those of other groups. Moreover it test three way interactions among customer status, truth of messages, and involvement. The purpose of this study was to examine how congruity between self-image and store image affects a customer's satisfaction with the retailer, loyalty towards that retailer, and patronage behavior toward that retailer in a fashion retailing context. In addition to the direct effects of selfcongruity on consumer responses, the mediating roles of satisfaction and retailer loyalty were also examined. A convenience sample of 137 college students participated in an online survey. Path analysis showed that self-congruity had a direct effect on satisfaction, but not on retailer loyalty and patronage behavior. However, the effect of self-congruity on retailer loyalty and patronage behavior was fully mediated by satisfaction. Satisfaction had a positive effect on both retailer loyalty and patronage behavior. The effect of satisfaction on patronage behavior was partially mediated by retailer loyalty. As supported in the study, self-congruity can induce retailer loyalty. Given that retailers have direct control over developing a certain store image that affects perceptions of self-congruity of their target market, the findings of the study provide useful information for fashion retailers. The findings of the study add to current selfcongruity literature by extending to fashion retailing and also by examining the mediating roles of satisfaction and retailer loyalty on the effects of self-congruity.
