In this study, we analyze the acceptance theories of insurance services using blockchain technology. Although insurance services using block-chain technology are still in discussion, specific development methods for service methods applying block-chain technology in insurance services are being studied. In this study, the following analysis was conducted to analyze the acceptance of insurance services using block chain technology, focusing on four factors of the UTAUT model. As a result of the analysis, the technology benefits of the blockchain affecting the performance expectations of UTAUT are security and reliability. In addition, the factors influencing UTAUT's effort expectations were found to be availability and economics. Therefore, it was found that performance expectation and effort expectation for technology acceptance are influenced by different technology benefits. Among the four factors of UTAUT, the factors affecting the insurance service using the blockchain technology are performance expectation and effort expectation, and social influence and promotion condition have no effect on acceptance intention. Also, the moderating effect of user innovation on acceptance intention of insurance service applying blockchain was significant only for effort expectation among UTAUT factors.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the variables on adolescents' perception of parents and children's relationship. Independent variables were the expectation of the parents' role, role performance by adolescents' perception and socio-demographic variables. In order to achieve this purpose, the survey was taken by 758 adolescents (middle & high school students) from Daegu. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, Factor Analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multivariate Analysis of Variance, Scheffe test for post hoc, and Multiple Regression. The major findings were: 1) Role expectation had significant differences in the grade, gender, birth order, father's level of education, father's job, mother's age, and household economy of socio-demographic variables. Role performance showed significant differences in the grade, gender, father's age, parents' level of education, father's job, and household economy of socio-demographic variables. 2) Adolescents' perception of parents and children's relationship was affected by role expectation and role performance.

The purpose of this study was to identify the influences which were child care center infant teacher's coaching competency, director management competency, institutional resources, and parent expectation and participation that have on infant-teacher relationships. The subjects in this study were 379 infant teachers working in child care centers across the country. A director management competency questionnaire, institutional resources questionnaire, parent expectation and participation questionnaire, infant-teacher relationships questionnaire, and coaching competency questionnaire were used for this study. For the research analysis, frequency, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient, and Pearson's correlation were calculated and regression analysis were conducted. The results are as follows. Firstly, the influence of director management competency on infant-teacher relationships is completely mediated through infant teacher's coaching competency. Secondly, the influence of institutional resources on infant-teacher relationships is completely mediated through infant teacher's coaching competency. Thirdly, the influence of parent expectation and participation on infant-teacher relationships is completely mediated through infant teacher's coaching competency.

This study assessed and compared the expectation levels of in- and out-patients at hospitals of different size in relation to patients' view of their rights. A survey of out-patients visiting university hospitals (204 patients) and small to mid size community hospitals (215 patients) in Seoul and Kyeongki Province was conducted, where the respondents reported their perceptions of patient rights. Based on the survey, their respective expectation levels for the medical services that they would receive was assessed and analyzed for exploring possible factors for their selecting small to mid sized hospitals over larger hospitals. The results showed difference in perceptions between patients visiting or staying in lager and smaller hospitals. Namely, for out-patients, those at university hospitals had higher perceptions only about their rights to privacy while in hospital, whereas in the case of in-patients, those at small to mid size hospitals had higher perceptions only about their rights to access to inspection information. With respect to the results from analysis of difference in the expectation level for medical services between university and non-university hospital patients, it was found that in-patients at university hospitals had higher perceptions about their rights to choose to see hospital visitors while in hospital and rights to access to religious facilities.

The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of school life and to examine the influencing factors of academic adjustment and social adjustment in university students. This cross-sectional descriptive study by using secondary data from 2,064 subjects who responded to a self-rated student adjustment test. Descriptive, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analyses were conducted. Satisfaction with college selection, expectation for college, satisfaction with college service, emotional stability, and relationships with faculty were significantly higher among male students, whereas confidence in major, support from others were significantly higher among the female students. There was a significant positive relationship between academic adjustment and confidence in major, and between social adjustment and expectation for college. Confidence in major, relationships with faculty, emotional stability, expectation for college, satisfaction with college selection, and commitment to college life accounted for 31.8% of the variance in academic adjustment. In addition expectation for college, emotional stability, support from others, gender, commitment to college life, and satisfaction with college services accounted for 44.7% of the variance in social adjustment for university students. Overall, the results of this study suggest that understanding the levels of expectation for college, commitment to college life, and levels of emotional stability may be important for facilitating their transition and adjustment to university life.

This paper concerns with the consistent estimator for the fuzzy expectation of a random variable taking values in the space F($R^p$) of upper semicontinuous convex fuzzy subsets of $R^p$ with compact support. We introduce the concept of a fuzzy sample mean and show that the fuzzy sample mean is a strong consistent estimator for the fuzzy expectation. Some examples are given to illustrate the main result.

Characterizations of probability distributions by different regression conditions on generalized order statistics has attracted the attention of many researchers. We present here, characterization of Pareto and Weibull distributions based on the conditional expectation of generalized order statistics extending the characterization results reported by Jin and Lee (2014). We also present a characterization of the power function distribution based on the conditional expectation of lower generalized order statistics.

Purpose This study proposes a research model based on Expectation-Confirmation theory in order to investigate impacts of three variables(expectation confirmation, social interaction, and perceived usefulness) on continuous intention to uss SNS in MICE industry. Design/methodology/approach A survey approach was used in order to measure each latent variable in the research model. A total of 140 responses were collected from actual users of SNS in MICE industry. A structural equation modeling with SmartPLS 2.0 was conducted in order to analyze each relationship in the proposed research model. Findings The results indicated the expectation confirmation had a positive impact on the perceived usefulness, social interaction, and satisfaction. Second, perceived usefulness had a significant positive impact on satisfaction and continuous intention to use SNS in MICE industry. Thrid, social interaction had a positive influence on both satisfaction and continuous intention to use SNS in MICE industry. Finally, the relationship between satisfaction and continuous intention in SNS of MICE industry was fully supported.

Objectives: This study investigated the effect of mentoring function on job motivation and nursing performance through self-efficacy and outcome expectation. Methods: It was conducted with 226 nurses working in the 5 hospitals of B and G cities. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Windows 18.0 and AMOS 16.0. Results: Mentoring was found to have a direct effect on outcome expectation (${\beta}=0.314$, p < 0.001), and outcome expectation had a direct effect on job motivation (${\beta}=-0.333$, p < 0.001) and nursing performance (${\beta}=0.341$, p < 0.001). Job motivation was found to affect nursing performance (${\beta}=0.268$, p < 0.001). Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that mentoring function plays an important role in improving nursing performance, so it is necessary to develop and apply a mentoring program for nurses.

In this paper we established new results of existence of conditional expectation for closed convex and unbounded Pettis integrable random sets without assuming the Radon Nikodym property of the Banach space. As application, new versions of multivalued Lévy's martingale convergence theorem are proved by using the Slice and the linear topologies.
