직영 및 위탁 사업체 급식소 영양사에 대한 작업자 지향적 직무분석(제 2 보) : 요인분석에 의한 직무수행 특성 영역 및 직무정보 기술 (Categorization of Competencies and Description of Job Informations for Dietitians in Employee Foodservice by Wdorker-oriented Job Analysis Methodology)

  • The job characteristics and competencies of 285 dietitians in employee foodservices were investigated by worker-oriented job analysis methodology. The purposes of this study were to : a) determine the knowledge, abilities, skills and other characteristics(KASO) needed for dietitians in two types of employee foodservice groups(self-operated vs. contracted), b) categorize KASO items by factor analysis and c) provide job information and job descriptions for dietitians in employee foodservices. The job analysis questionnaire was consisted of questions concerning the 134 KASO items. The questionnaire was mailed to 250 dietitians who are members of The Korean Dietetic Association Practice Group in self-operated foodservices(group A) and 250 dietitians who are employed in contracted foodservice companies(group B). Completed questionnaires were received from 285 dietitians(121 in self-operated, 164 in contracted) ; with response rate of 57%. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SPSS/win and the SAS/win packages. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1) Through factor analysis, the 134 KASO items were regrouped into 6 categories :‘primary dietetic tasks concerning menu management and administrative work regarding merchants’, ‘primary dietetic tasks concerning procurement and purchasing of food and supplies and meal production and service control’, ‘primary dietetic tasks concerning facility, sanitation and safety control’, ‘secondary dietetic tasks concerning nutrition education and research’, ‘secondary dietetic tasks concerning foodservice operation management’and‘human attributes’. 2) Analysis of the total scores(average scores of degree of frequency, importance and entry requirements of KASO items within 6 categories), group A showed high priorities placed on‘human attributes’, ‘procurement and purchasing of food and supplies and meal production and service control’, ‘menu management and administrative work regarding merchants’, ‘whereas group B showed high priorities placed on’‘human attributes’, ‘foodservice operation management’. KCAB에 대한 주요 국제중재기관들의 사무국 운영방식의 시사점 (Implications of the Management System on the Secretariats of Major International Arbitration Institutions for the KCAB)

  • If a certain country or an arbitration institution hopes to keep ahead of the fierce competition in the international arbitration market, it needs to develop hardware factors, such as i) Facility and Infra, ii) Geographical Location, iii) Professional Staff, iv) Global Network, v) Capital, and vi) Arbitrators & Practitioners etc., along with software factors including i) Arbitration Rules of Law, ii) Court's Support, iii) International Convention, iv) Political Risk, and v) Education Environment, which are the most critical requirements in the development strategy for international arbitration. Having perceived the above situation, the Korean government has been working on amending the Korean Arbitration Act to reflect global advanced practice of international arbitration, and seeking to enact laws that will promote our arbitration industry and create a more arbitration-friendly environment. The KCAB is also currently revising both the domestic and international arbitration rules in accordance with these national efforts. Under these circumstances, this paper examines how major leading international arbitration institutions manage their secretariats and suggests how the KCAB can compose and manage its Secretariat to gain a competitive advantage over rival institutions.

미용관련학과 학생들의 교육과정 주요요인과 교육만족도 (A Study of Student Satisfaction from Beauty Art-Related Departments on Educational Assessments)

  • This study is aimed to improve future-oriented curriculum by investigating the satisfaction of students from beauty art-related departments on their curriculum and major courses and proposing their basic direction and improvement plan. For this, a survey was conducted against students from beauty art-related departments in Busan (5 junior colleges and 1 four-year university). The following results were obtained: First, according to a correlation analysis on major questionnaire items on the curriculum in beauty art-related departments, statistical significance was observed in 'curriculum development', 'facility and administrative & financial supports', 'instructor/teacher activities', 'educational evaluation activities', 'academia-industry cooperation activities' and 'output evaluation'. In terms of educational satisfaction, statistical significance was observed in all positive relations. Second, according to regression analysis on the evaluation of curriculum output factors in beauty art-related departments, output factor levels were high as 'academia-industry cooperation activities', 'age', 'teacher/instructor activities', curriculum requirement analysis' and 'curriculum development' were high. In overall, relatively good results (69.0%) were observed. A further study needs to be performed for improvement of satisfaction of students majoring in beauty art on their curriculum in educating students from beauty art-related departments by applying their educational evaluation to optimum standards.

노인여가복지시설 종사자의 슈퍼비전과 직무몰입의 관계에서 전문성인식의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of Professionalism Perception between Supervision and Job Commitment of Employees in Leisure Welfare Centers for the Elderly)

  • 본 연구는 노인여가복지시설 종사자들의 슈퍼비전과 직무몰입의 관계에서 전문성인식의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 대전과 충남에 소재한 15개 노인여가복지시설 267명의 종사자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 주요 분석방법은 SPSS와 AMOS 통계프로그램을 이용한 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식모형분석이다. 분석결과, 슈퍼비전의 직무몰입에 대한 영향과 전문성인식의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 종사자들의 직무몰입을 향상시키기 위해 슈퍼비전과 전문성인식을 개선할 필요가 있다. 종사자들에 대한 슈퍼비전을 활성화시키기 위해 교육적 슈퍼비전의 강화, 슈퍼비전의 체계화, 슈퍼바이저 교육의 강화 등이 필요하다. 종사자들의 전문성인식의 증진을 위해 우수인력에 대한 시상 등의 프로그램, 사회적 지지의 제공, 클라이언트를 고려한 종사자교육 등이 필요하다. 향후 노인여가복지시설의 종사자들을 대상으로 직무몰입을 비롯한 인적자원관리를 위한 다양한 변수들에 대한 조사연구들이 이어지기를 기대한다.

유료시설 거주노인의 생활만족도 영향요인 (A Study on Influential Factors Related to the Level of life Satisfaction of the Elderly Residents at Paid Facilities)

  • The purpose of this study was to illuminate the ways to im-prove the level of life satisfaction of the elderly who chose or happened to live at paid facilities by examining some of factors such as individual family social support and facility related el-ements that would influence their life satisfaction. The interview outcomes came out in three main discussions. First the general characteristics of the participating elderly appeared to be that most of them were ver7y elderly relatively highly educated females and religions and the rate of being ill was high. And a half of them considered themselves as heal- thy people and the other half as unhealthy. Secondly in view of statisticsal results the level of their life satisfaction was influnced by their individual family and facillity related factors. As far as their individual related factor are concerned the level of one party's life satisfaction was relative-ely higher than that of other's when the person is female had religio presumed oneself as in healthy and good physical condition. And when participating member keeps good relation-ship with his or her own children the level of the person's life satisfaction was only slightly higher than other elderly group who did not have good relationship with their children. There were no other significant statistical differences on the level of their life satisfaction related to the social support factors between those two group. Thirdly the level of the elderly's life satisfaction was influe- nced in the order of folldwing factors: (1) the quality of facility living condition 2) the commitment of ownership of the organization (3) the elderly residents' own education level (4) the elderly's own subjectivel health condition and (5) the sex of the individuals.

요양보호사의 직무자율성이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 (Impact on the Innovation Action for Job Autonomy of Caregiver)

  • 본 연구는 요양보호사의 직무자율성에 대한 인식 확산 및 고령화가 급격히 증가되는 시점에서 요양보호사를 대상으로 직무자율성과 혁신행동의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이에 서울지역에서 근무하는 요양보호사를 대상으로 직무자율성과 인구통계학적 특성 요인들이 혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 직무자율성, 작업스케줄, 의사결정, 방법론, 연령, 학력, 시설유형, 시설규모, 직급 등이 혁신행동에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 요양보호사는 조직 환경에서 직무에 대한 자율성이 많이 부여될수록, 조직풍토가 새로운 아이디어를 지양하는 분위기일수록 그리고 요양보호사에게 직무자율성이 많이 부여될수록 혁신행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이를 바탕으로 시설장은 요양보호사들이 보다 새로운 아이디어를 제시할 수 있는 조직풍토를 제공하는 한편, 요양보호사들의 직무자율성 향상을 위한 경영전략 및 개발이 요구되어진다.

일도시 노인복지시설 이용자들에서 우울증과 인구사회학적 요인과의 연관성 (Association between Depression and Sociodemographic Factors of Elderly Welfare Facility Users in a City)

  • 연구목적 노인 우울증의 증가에 따라 예방 및 관리 대책이 시급한 상태이나 초기 우울증의 선별이 어려워 조기 발견이 쉽지 않은 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 일도시지역에 노인 복지 시설 이용 노인들을 대상으로 PHQ-9 설문지를 이용하여 인구사회학적 요인과 우울증과의 관련성에 대해 파악하고 더 나아가 노인 우울증을 조기에 선별하기 위한 목적으로 시행되었다. 방 법 본 연구는 일도시지역에 거주하는 노인을 대상으로 PHQ-9의 검사와 면담을 통해 인구사회학적 요인(성별, 나이, 주거형태, 자녀 수, 동거인 유무, 교육 수준, 질병 상태)과 우울증과의 관련성에 대해 확인해보았다. 인구사회학적 요인에 따른 PHQ-9 점수의 평균을 비교하여 통계적으로 유의한 요인에 대해 알아보았다. 또한 PHQ-9의 우울증 진단의 절단값인 10점을 기준으로 이와 관련된 인구사회학적 요인을 비교 분석하였다. 결 과 주거 형태(자가 vs. 비자가)와 교육 수준(초등학교 졸업 미만 vs. 초등학교 졸업 이상)에 따른 PHQ-9 점수평균에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 유사하게 PHQ-9 점수 10점을 기준으로 한 인구사회학적 요인의 비교에서도 비자가에서 거주하는 경우, 그리고 초등학교 졸업 미만인 경우 PHQ-9 점수가 유의하게 높은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 결 론 이 연구는 노인 우울증의 위험인자에 대한 이해와 노인 우울증의 조기 평가 및 개입을 통한 대책 마련에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • 본 연구는 노인여가복지시설 종사자들의 슈퍼비전과 직무소진의 관계, 그리고 자아효능감의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 대전과 충남의 노인여가복지시설 15개소의 종사자 275명을 대상으로 우편 설문조사를 진행하였다. 분석방법은 빈도분석과 상관관계분석 그리고 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식모형분석 등이다. 분석결과, 노인여가복지시설 종사자들의 슈퍼비전이 직무소진에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 자아효능감의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 분석결과를 참고하여 노인여가복지시설 종사자들의 직무소진을 감소시키기 위한 방안들을 제안하였다. 노인여가복지시설 종사자들에 대한 슈퍼비전을 개선하기 위해 교육적·평가적 슈퍼비전의 강화, 슈퍼바이저에 대한 교육훈련과 개별화된 슈퍼비전의 제공, 시설평가에 슈퍼비전 포함 등이 필요하다. 종사자들의 자아효능감을 향상시키기 위해 역량강화프로그램과 정서적 지지 서비스의 제공, 윤리의식을 향상시키기 위한 교육·행정적 지원, 셀프리더십의 함양 등이 요구된다.

교사환경기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on Environmental Standards of School Building)

  • The purpose of this study was, through analyzing the previous researches, to grasp the present status of environment of school building(ESB), research the sundry records of each element and, through comparative analysis of the standard of ESB in Korea, the United States, and Japan, select the normative standard of ESB, to clarify the point at issue presented in Regulation of Construction & facility Management for Elementary and and Secondary School in Korea, and to suggest an alternative preliminary standard of ESB. To carry out a research for this purpose, these were required: 1. to investigate the existing present status of ESB, 2. to make a comparative analysis of the standard of ESB in each country, 3. to suggest the normative standard of preliminary standard of ESB, 4. to analyze the controversial points of the standard of ESB in Korea, 5. to suggest an alternative preliminary standard of ESB. The conclusions were as follows: 1. Putting, through analyzing the previous researches, the existing present status of ESB together, it seemed that lighting environment, indoor air environment and noise environment were all in poor conditions. 2. In the result of a comparative analysis of the standard of ESB in Korea, Japan and the United States, in Korea the factors of each lighting and indoor air environment were not presented properly, in Japan, in lighting environment aspect, the standard on natural lighting and the factors on brightness were not presented., and in the USA the essential factors of each environment were throughly presented. In the comparison of the standards on each factor, Korea showed that the standard level presented was less properly prescribed than those of the USA and Japan but it also showed that the standard levels prescribed in the USA and in Japan were mostly similar to the standard levels in records investigated. 3. With the result of the normative standard selection on School Builiding environment factor of prescribed in this study, the controversial points of the standard of ESB in Korea were analyzed and the result was utilized to suggest new preliminary standard of ESB. 4. As the result of the analysis of the controversial points of the standard of ESB in Korea, it was found that the standard of ESB in Korea should be established on a basis of School Health Act and be concretely presented in School Health Regulation and School Health Rule. The factors of each environment was improperly presented in the existing standard of ESB in Korea. Moreover the standard of them was inferior to that of the records investigated and those of in the USA and in Japan and it also showed that the standard of it in Korea was improper to maintain Comfortable Learning Environment. 5. A suggested preliminary standard of ESB acquired through above study as follows: 1) In this study a new kind of preliminary standard of ESB is divided into lighting environment, indoor air environment, noise environment, odor environment and for above classification, reasonable factor and standard should be established and the controling way on each standard and countermeasures against it should be considered. 2) In lighting environment, the factors of natural lighting are divided into daylight rate, brightness, glare. In the standard on each factor, daylight rate should secure 5% of a mean daylight rate and 2% of a minimum daylight rate, brightness ratio of maximum illumination to minimum illumination should be under 10:1, and in glare there should not be an occurrence factor from a reflector outside of the classroom. And the factors of unnatural lighting are illumination, brightness, and glare. In the standard on each factor, illumination should be 750 lux or more, brightness ratio should be under 3 to 1, and glare should not occur. And Optimal reflection rate(%) of Colors and Facilities of Classroom which influences lighting environment should be considered. 3) In indoor air environment factors, thermal factors are divided into (1) room temperature, (2) relative humidity, (3) room air movement, (4) radiation heat, and harmful gases (5) CO, (6) $CO_2$ that are proceeded from using the heating fuel such as oval briquettes, firewood, charcoal being used in most of the classroom, and finally (7) dust. In the standard on each factor, the next are necessary; room temperature: $16^{\circ}C{\sim}26^{\circ}C$(summer : $E.T18.9{\sim}23.8^{\circ}C$, winter: $E.T16.7{\sim}21.7^{\circ}C$), relative humidity: $30{\sim}80%$, room air movement: under 0.5m/sec, radiation heat: under $5^{\circ}C$ gap between dry-bulb temperature and wet-bulb temperature, below 1000 ppm of ca and below 10ppm of $CO_2$, dust: below 0.10 $mg/m^3$ of Volume of dust in indoor air, and ventilation standard($CO_2$) for purification of indoor air : once/6 min.(about 7 times/40 min.) in an airtight classroom. 4) In the standard on noise environment, noise level should be under 40 dB(A) and the noise measuring way and the countermeasures against it should be considered. 5) In the standard on odor environment, odor level under Physical Method should be under 2 degrees, and the inspecting way and the countermeasures against it should be considered.

선진 재난안전의식의 활성화를 위한 방안 연구 (A Study on the Development Plan for Promotion of Advanced Disaster-Safety Awareness)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구에서는 대형재난사고의 주요한 요인으로 지적되는 국민들의 재난안전의식을 활성화 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법:본 연구에서는 재난관리 및 안전의식에 관한 이론적인 검토를 실시하고, 재난사고의 원인을 도출하기 위해 '재난관리평가 국민안전 체감도의식' 조사 결과 및 대형재난사고 사례들을 분석하여 선진 재난안전의식 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과: 재난관리평가 국민안전 체감도 조사를 통해 재난관리 4단계 중 '대응'차원은 잘 수행되고 있으나, '복구'차원이 미흡한 국민들은 인식하고 있었고, 특히 '예방' 차원에서 재난안전에 대한 교육이 매우 부족하다고 느끼고 있었다. 국민 안전의식 조사를 통해서는 대피시설에 대한 인지 수준이 매우 낮았고, 감염병과 붕괴사고에 대한 정보가 부족한 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 일상생활에서의 안전수칙 준수에 대한 인식이 미흡한 것으로 드러났다. 대형재난사고(코로나19, 밀양세종병원 화재, 2004년 동해안 산불)에 대한 사례를 분석한 결과, 안전불감증과 같은 안전의식의 결여가 피해규모의 확대를 유발시킨 주요한 원인임을 도출하였다. 결론:재난사고를 예방·감소시킬 수 있는 가장 근본적인 요소는 선진 재난안전의식의 활성화이며, 이를 제고하기 위한 세 가지 방안을 제시하였다. 먼저, 안전교육 및 안전홍보 활동의 확대를 통한 안전문화운동의 확산이 필요하다. 두 번째로는 재난대응에 대한 실효성을 향상시키기 위해 일반인들을 대상으로 하는 재난대비훈련을 시행해야 한다. 마지막으로 안전에 대한 개개인의 인식 전환이 필요하다. 이러한 요소들이 체계적으로 이루어져야만 선진 재난안전의식이 제고될 수 있을 것이며, 궁극적으로 우리 사회의 재난사고들이 감소될 수 있을 것이다.
